There are a great difficulties, face the learners in acquisition
concepts, many studies comes out, that many mistakes are
done because of many factors. But the researchers thought
that the reason of these mistakes due to non using of the
Hierarchical organization of the concepts in building the
contents of textbooks.
The aim of this study is to put the theoretical background
for organizing contents of textbooks, by Hierarchical style of
concepts, and explain this style to be considered from
textbooks authors, and used it in future.

A search on the five-door, as contained on the front and the
importance of research that have been sure where the
importance of leadership behavior played by teachers in the field
of Education and private teacher Physical Education and its
importance in the decision-making and increased selfconfidence
that could lead to the lifting qualified faculty
membersteaching.
And adopted a search on the descriptive approach was selected
sample of intermediate students and teachers of Physical
Education, the Center for Diyala province's (85) teachers from
some schools center of Baquba The number of students in sports
teams reached (90) students have been using two scales in the
search they scale (leadership behavior) and (self-confidence)
and are two measures has been applied where the use of scale

emergence of correlation between confidence self-confidence
and leadership behavior of physical education teachers.

Summarizes current research to identify of the educational
values included in the scripts provided to theater school
school presented in the Schools Center spend Baquba between -٢٠١٠
٢٠١٢ also identified the importance of research that lies in the
study of the content of the scripts provided to theater school and
then touched the researcher to define the terminology that
received in the title search.
The theoretical framework has included educational values and
the role of education in the formation and consolidation
generation educational values also addressed the educational
role of the school theater and theater school properties and
intellectual and educational implications contained in the scripts
school .
The research procedures description of the research community
the original, which included (٤) the texts of the play provided by
the school activity in the district of Baquba, and a sample search

study The aim of the secondary school ,and if this value is
different on follows these variables (sex ,speciality , service
period ,social state , live )
This sample is made of (165) of manigers ( male and female)
and choose their in asimple rondum method in ayear (2012-
2013 ) by (35%) of manigers of school in Diyala .
Governorate to Districts of governorate according to
variables of (sex , live and speciality ),And there for the
researcher depend on the scales (Albort ,Fernon ,Lendizy).
The study try to answer for the following questions :-
1. What is the supported personal value for the maniger
of the secodary schools .
2. If the personal value of the school manigers is
different according to (sex , speciality , service period ,
live , social state )
The application of both scales on asample of this
research from the secondary school manigers and often
statistical treatment by the following statistical methods :-
a. the repetitions ,The Averages and the T-teast for one
independent sample , Test-Re test , T-test for two
independent samples ,Persons correlation coeffiecient
,one way anova
1. The personal values of the school manigers arranged
according to significance of each one in school
manigers in which the theortical values take afirst
degree and them , the social values and relegeous
values ,political values ,Asthetic values and then
economic values which is don’t take significant for
manigers in general .

according to variable of sex .

The purpose of the next search to identify the extent to which
teachers (art education) to the principles of effective teaching in
the number of institutes and teachers from the standpoint of their
students. The sample consisted of 100 students from institutes of
the number of teachers in the city of Baquba, for the academic
year 2012_ 2013 evenly distributed to both sexes.

education from the perspective of students (83%) and
female (81%).
2- There is no statistically significant differences between the
points of view of male and female students in most areas
of effective teaching.
The researcher has exited a number of conclusions, including

teachers during the performance of their lessons in schools, and
these difficulties lies in the curriculum and the teacher and the
student in order to perform the material correctly.

chosen randomly from the schools under the Directorate General
of Educational Diyala.

following result.
There are significant difficulties with the junior high school
teachers, and on the results, the researcher came out with a
number of recommendations and suggestions.
