Thus, it has become obligatory upon them to work harder in an attempt to get rid of this problem. The deficit problem increased the responsibilities and needs of the general expenditures to go along with the normal population increasement and their basic needs as health, education and so on. The islamic financial system set laws and rules in the way the that the general expenditures are spent, to fulfill the needs in accordance to the public interest. Therefore, the research importance revolved on how to employ the Electronic-Government to reduce the general monetarism and thus solving the countries' general budget deficit problem and maintaining its balance. The nature of the research required that it should include an introduction and two main topics, the first one is: the theoretical framework for the concept of monetarism and its justifications, and the second one is: showing the effect of Electronic-Government on the general monetarism, and I included a conclusion involved a set of results and recommendations in the research

By examining many sources, which specifically and unquestionably dealt with the principle of rule for the maritime Mamluks, the nature of the Mamluks in terms of their upbringing and upbringing made them feel equal among themselves, and this means that there is no advantage or preference for one of them over the other. This is the policy of the Mamluks, when their power appeared on the scene of events despite the use of methods of killing and persecution among themselves and causing internal disturbances, but the strange thing is that these methods did not affect the entity of the Mamluk unity, as one of the sects facing external challenges, especially since they face them with all one accord. This explains their military victories, against a common enemy, such as the Mongols in the Battle of Ain Jalut.
After a period of time, the power of the Mamluks began to appear on the political stage, and this indicates the unity among them despite their differences, that is, there are ties to gather them, which is evidence of their protection and deterrence of external dangers, and from this interdependence the Mamluks became, a great power not to be underestimated, as the Mamluks reached the heights and prestige. The study dealt with two topics.

This research studies (the characteristics of the Prophet of Mercy (peace be upon him) in Islamic poetry: a study in the eloquence of image and style), and by it I mean the investigation of some of the features of our Noble Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) in Islamic poetry - specifically among the poets of early Islam - as I studied them according to The terms image and style, because they contribute to revealing the aesthetics of the imagination of the Islamic poet, as well as in order to reveal the extent to which the imagination of poets in the Islamic era was affected by the Qur’anic image and style, which the researchers who studied the features of our Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) in Islamic poetry did not pay attention to. Before, and from this point of view, I divided this research topic into two parts.
The first requirement: the eloquence of the Qur’anic image and its impact on praising the attributes of our Noble Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) and his lament for the poets of the Islamic era.
The second requirement: the eloquence of the Qur’anic style and its impact on praising the attributes of our Noble Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) and his legacy to the poets of the Islamic era

The recent study aims at identifying the moral tendency among university students, as the researcher adopted a moral tendency standard of(Con wai 2017).Also, he translated the standard and assessed its validity by a group of jury members who are specialized in educational psychology and assessment and evaluation. Moreover, the study stability has been measured through the process of retesting to get (0.86) and Cronbach's alpha which got also (0.86).Then, the statistical analysis of the items has been deduced. The study sample consisted of (450)f(male) students selected from Diyala university, and the results revealed that university students have a highly- considerable moral tendency.

The present study aims to identify the following Emotional sympathy level among college students. The sample of the study consists of 400 students (male and female) chosen randomly from the colleges of education from the two specialization scientific and humanitarian.To achieve the aims, the researcher constructs two scales one of them is foe the emotional sympathy based on the concept of (Hoffman, 2000) ,The scale of emotional sympathy consists of (23) items. The researcher verified its face and construct validity then verifying its reliability by using re-test method which read (0.81) and by using Alfa- Cronbach (0.83). After processing the data statistically using T-test for one sample, dual variance analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient, T-test for two independent samples, z-test, Alfa-Cronbach equation, the following results are reached College students have high emotional sympathy. In the light of the results obtained, specific suggestions and recommendations are put forward by the researcher.

The recerch deals with a descriptive and analytical presentation of human development strategies to activate alternative medicine in Iraq through a scientific and medical view of the nature of the impact of these different strategies and their indicators in the use of the energy of treatment in this mentioned medicine. Its various services in treating health conditions carried out by people who have certain conditions whose contributions dealing physically with sick people in ways and methods that do not harm them compared to their treatment with traditional medicine to highlight the level of tendencies of these strategies and their impact on increasing or decreasing responses of individuals to alternative medicine in general and in Iraq in particular. The study reveals in giving a clear image of the reality of the tasks of indicators of human development and their investment in expanding the scope of medical work in accordance with the positive data it provides in reflecting the extent and effectiveness of contributing its development strategies directed towards people interested in it and therapists in particular taking into account the ability and possibility of those who do it and other health consequences in some cases of use and its circulation in Iraq.

The present research aims at identifying the effectiveness of a consulting program of self-regulation in developing the organization of privacy of intermediate school pupils. This can be verified by testing the following zero phypotheses:
1.There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the grades of experimental group scores in the pretest and posttest.
2.There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the grades of control group scores in the pretest and posttest.
3.There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the grades of the experimental group scores and those of the control group in the post-test.
4.There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the grades of the experimental group and the successive group scores in the test – postponed .
In order to achieve the aims of the study and verify its hypotheses, the researcher used the pretest-posttest- experimental –control group design. The population of the study consisted of intermediate school female pupils in Muqdadiya district of the General Directorate of Diyala Province for the academic year 2018-2019. The study sample consisted of (30) intermediate school female pupils from the schools of Al-Nijoom and Al-Duha who were deliberately selected from the students who obtained the lowest grades from the mean on the measure of privacy regulation. The students were distributed into two groups: experimental and control, 15 pupils in each group. The two groups were matched in terms of the grades obtained by the pupils on the scale of regulation of privacy, birth order, parental achievement, father and mother profession, marital status, family housing, intelligence test.
The researcher built two tools to achieve the study aims:
1.Constructing a scale of privacy regulation which consists of (29) items. The face validity of the scale was ensured by exposing it to a jury of exports. The percentage of the experts' agreement was (90%). The scale reliability was measured by test-retest and the correlation coefficient was (80%) , and according to the formula of Alpha Kronbach for internal consistency, it was (0.79).
2. Constructing a guidance program based on the method of self-organization. The face validity of the program was verified by presenting it to a group of specialists in consulting and psychological guidance. The program consists of (12) guidance sessions with two sessions per week ,and each session lasted for (45) minutes.
The data were analyzed by using the statistical means of the program (spss): t-test for two independent samples, Pearson correlation coefficient, Alpha kronbach equation, Q-square , Mann and Tiny tests, Lukoxin test, Kolmogrove-Smirnov test).
The results of the study showed a high level of privacy regulation of the research sample. In the light of the research results, the researcher came out with a number of conclusions, recommendations and suggestions

Attribution and historical criticism are important rules in the methods of research, both of which search in the character of the narrator or historian, but some historians may neglect attribution, or fanaticize people against others. So, this research dealt with the attribution and historical criticism of Tajuddin Al-Subki through his book Rule of Historians.
Tajuddin Al-Subki is a historian, scholar, jurist, writer, judge and a preacher of Egyptian origin, with a well-spoken tongue, strong argument, born and raised in Cairo, been contemporaneous with the Mamluk naval state, where al-Subki contributed to the political aspect. He made many criticisms to the situation of political and social state at that time. He lived the era of Mamluk naval state and was hated by many people and they accused him of drinking alcohol and blasphemy. He was imprisoned and then cleared, held many educational, administrative and judicial positions, and died of plague in 771 H/1370 AD.
He has a lot of works in the sciences that he was excellent in, including history, where he wrote a book rule in historians, as he paid great attention to bonding, and set special conditions for the historian who works in the field of history and also provided a lot of advice to the people of history, especially the book of translations, as they may be dominated by ignorance of the conditions of the storytellers.

The current research aims to identify the effect of a counseling program in the style of directed visual perception in reducing the Relected Glory of divorced women, by verifying the validity of the following null hypotheses:
1. There are no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the scores of the experimental group members before and after the application of the program on the Relected Glory scale.
2. There are no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the scores of the control group members in the pre and post tests on the Relected Glory scale.
3. There are no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the scores of the experimental and control groups in the post-test on the Relected Glory scale.
To achieve the goal of the research and to test its hypotheses, the researcher used the quasi-experimental method with a design (experimental group and control group with a pre and post test), and the research sample consisted of (20) Divorced with (10) Divorced in each group, and parity was made between the two groups in some variables. The researcher built a measure of reflexive pride, which consisted of (23) positions, and it was presented to a group of specialists in the field of educational and psychological sciences; Thus, the apparent validity of the scale was achieved, and the construction validity was also verified. As for the reliability, it was found in two ways: retesting; It reached (0.84), and the Facronbach reached (0.82). The researcher also applied the counseling program by (Visual Guided Visualization Method) according to the cognitive therapy theory of (Raymi), it was implemented through a counseling program prepared for the purpose of reducing Relected Glory, and the program consisted of (12) counseling sessions with (two sessions) per week. The duration of one session was (60) minutes.The results showed that the indicative program in the style of directed visual perception had an effect in reducing the Relected Glory of divorced women. In light of the research results, the researcher presented a number of recommendations and suggestions

The research aims to identify the effect of a counseling program using the dialectical behavioral method on the development of hopeful thinking among the employees of the dormitoriesat the University of Baghdad and Al-Mustansiriya University.
To achieve this goal, it required testing the following hypotheses:
1) There are no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the scores of the experimental group in the pretest and posttest on the scale of hopeful thinking.
2) There are no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the scores of the control group in the pretest and posttest on the scale of scale of hopeful thinking.
The current research has beenlimitedto the male employees atthe dormitoriesin the University of Baghdad and Al-Mustansiriya University for the academic year 2020-2021 AD. They have been divided into (6) groups. The sample is consisted of (300) employees, who have been chosen randomly from the groups of the research population. The sampleof the program application is consisted by (20) employees, who have been distributed into two groups by (10) employees for each group in the experimental and the control group. The researchersbuilta scale of the hopeful thinking, which consisted of (37) items in its initial form, and it has been presented to a group of jury members in measurement, evaluation and psychology to ensure the facevalidity and the construct validity. However, the scale became (32) items in its final form. The results point out that the counseling program in the dialectical-behavioral method had an effect on the development of hopeful thinking among the employees of the departmentsof accommodation at universities under investigation. In light of the research results, the researcher presented a number of recommendations and suggestions

The current research aims to identify a proposed program in a way to fill the void in the development of stressful control among middle school students, and for the purpose of achieving the goal of the research, the researcher built a stressful control scale based on the theory (Pandora 1992) and the scale consisted of (24) paragraphs in its initial form and the statistical properties of the scale were extracted in its final form It consists of (24) paragraphs, as no paragraph was deleted from the paragraphs, and the research sample was chosen from the total community (400) female students from the middle school students, in Diyala, the center of Baquba district, and the researcher made a set of recommendations

The research relied on the analytical descriptive method, and it was shortened to samples of Al-Mutanabbi’s poetry. The current research aims to identify the effect of the method of psychological stress inoculation in reducing the anxiety of social interaction among the blind people, by testing the hypothesis which states (there are no statistically significant differences between the scores of the members of the experimental groups, and the control group on the social interaction anxiety scale in the pre and posttest at the level of significance of 0.05). The researcher used the experimental design, and the research population included blind people whose ages range between (10-18) years at the Al-Noor Institute in Baghdad, whose ages range between (10-18) years at the Al-Noor Institute in Baghdad, and Private High School of Mr. Hussein Al-Sadr, , and Institute of Nur Imam al-Hussein in Karbala. Their number reached (236) blind and the scale has been applied to a sample consisting of (200) blind people, who have been chosen by the random, stratified method. In order to achieve the research objective , the researcher has built a social interaction anxiety scale, which consisted of (20) situations. The researcher verified the validity of the scale through face validity and indicators of construct validity. The reliability has been figured out by re-testing as it reached (0.83), and also by the method of Alpha Cronbach equation, which reached (0.76). To process the data, the researcher used a number of statistical means, including (Pearson correlation coefficient, Cronbach's alpha equation, chi-squared test, Mann–Whitney U test, Wilcoxon test). The results showed the effectiveness of psychological stress inoculation in reducing the anxiety of social interaction among the blind people. In light of these outcomes, the researcher came out with a number of conclusions, recommendations, and suggestions

The current research aims to identify the level of cultural openness among secondary school teachers, and the researchers built a scale of cultural openness based on Berry's theory of cultural integration and integration. For paragraphs, as the research sample amounted to (400) teachers from different secondary schools and from different districts and districts of Diyala Governorate. The results of the research showed that male and female teachers were distinguished by a high level of cultural openness and the presence of significant differences according to the gender variable and in favor of males.

The aim of the current research is to identify the mindfulness and the academic well -being among middle school students in the city center of Diyala province. It is to recognize the correlation between the mindfulness and the academic well -being, and to identify the differences in the mindfulness and the academic well -being according to the gender variable (males - females). In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the scale of Mindfulness (Golden, 2021) has been adopted, and the academic well-being scale has been built based on Danier's theory (Diener, 2000), and its three domains (life satisfaction, positive conscience, absence of negative conscience). As the researcher extracted the construction validity of the academic well -being scale. The scale, in its final form, consisted of (34) items. The researcher elicited the validity and the reliability for both scales. The two scales were applied to the research sample of (400) male and female students, who were randomly selected from the high school students. After analyzing the data and processing it statistically using the following statistical means: T- Test for One-sample, T-Test for two independent samples. The researcher reached the following results: - that middle school students have mindfulness. Furthermore, there is a statistically significant difference between males and females in mindfulness and in favor of the most mindful male. It found that the students have academic well -being , and there is no statistically significant difference between males and females in the level of academic well-being. Moreover, there is a direct relationship between mindfulness and academic well -being in light of the Corona Pandemic.

This study aim to identify the effect of counselling (logotherapy) in reducing existential regret, The researcher has used the existential regret scale for data collection, adopted by the researcher (White et al, 2007) and developed by Frankel 1969. The scale has comprised (35) items, the researcher has designed a counselling program , and has implemented on test group in (14) sessions per method , Consequently, the results showed that the counselling program in the method of (logotherapy) had an effect in terms of existential regret on the members of the test group . Based on the findings, the researcher came up with a number of conclusions, recommendations and suggestions

The research aims to study the contemporary Iraqi poetry (from the pioneers to 2003) to determine the extent of the ability of the contemporary Iraqi poet to highlight and promote cultural identities and transform the minds of the recipient towards them , and the extent of its support for the theory that advertising has the ability and ability to change cultural peculiarities as a cultural industry that promotes and markets cultural and social values, norms and patterns; Because of its persuasive cultural strategies. Therefore, this study sought to reveal this by adopting the analytical mechanisms under the umbrella of cultural studies, and the study required dividing the research into two sections preceded by an introduction and presentation and followed by a conclusion that stood at the most important results extracted from the study.
