Through our consideration of this subject shows us clearly the role played by university sports facilities in the development of university sport through planning, regulation and control and communication.
We concluded that the implementation of these decisions and end closely related to the principles, provisions and rules devised and established by law reconcile the public interest and private interests and the achievement of centers and points of balance between them, and therefore the application of key elements of the administration according to the criteria of scientific thought because of affirmative Njaa and effectiveness of the sports college.
Through this study we could come out future assumptions which we hope that we\'ve had in other studies to be complementary to this study, extensive and in-depth manner, namely:
To the success of university sports should be available at the level of interest from the interests of all sports specialist with a high efficiency in the field.
For the success and effectiveness of university sports management system should be applied to an integral management system for sports clubs with a direct link to it and keep pace with developed countries.
For the success and effectiveness of university sports must provide all the human and material resources together and set according to international standards be consistent with the evolution-handed.
For the success and the effectiveness of the university sports, there must be leaders with efficient and sufficient experience to run the sports complex according to scientific methods wild \".

The study aimed to identify the effect of application of self _ correction in racing the level of expert in jumping high . The researcher assumed that there are significant statistic differences between the pre and post tests in favor of the post test .
the study was conducted on ( 60 ) students of the third class of the instate of teachers preparing . The students were divided in to two groups, the first (30) students was considered as controls and the remaining (30) as test group uniformity and equality was achieved in the two groups.
The study started at 3\\\\ 6\\\\2011 until 27\\\\3\\\\2011after doing the post tests and changing the crude degrees in to modular degrees and discussion of results, it was found that the differences in favor of the post test .
The study concluded that the application manner by self correction direction is better than the traditional manner (order) in increasing the skill level of correction than that of high jumping . it was recommended that this manner can be used in teaching the students of sport because it is suitable to ages and abilities of students .

in fast rhythm in volleyball and the predominance of attack at the expense of defense are so important such that defense skills become the foremost significant to create equilibrium and keep pace with fast rhythms in the game .
since there are no tests pertaining to deep defense skills , the researchers have intended to build and rationate special tests in order to adjust players performance and consequently , lead to raise their standard in this game .
For this aim , they have used the normative ( descriptive ) approach based on surveying . The sample of this research has included elite volleyball players in Anbar who have participated in first class lega during 2010 – 2011 season . They were ( 60) players with a percentage of 85.7 % .
Three deep defense tests namely ; fare falling ( sinking ) , side rolling and ball restoring from the net have been built and designed , Scientific basis of tests in addition to distinctive ability calculation , fair distribution of subjects in the research sample as well as putting criteria and normative levels of evaluation have all been taken into consideration.
The researchers have concluded that rationed tests were suitable for subjects in the research sample. Most of the results of tests undertaken by subjects fall with in the fair or medium levels . The researchers have recommended the necessity to elevate the standard of performance in deep defense skills through increasing the quality and quantity of training in these skills .

The aim of this research paper is knowing the effect of gymnastics practices on themotion , psycholoyical and social growing in the age of five years . the stydies suggested finding differences have a count between the results of the visual tests for the paper groups and for the penefit of the experimental group . this programs applied on twenty four child of the technology school this programs reached to excellence the test of the experimental group ( visual test ) in the motion , psychological , and social growing on the controlling group and adviced on the necessity of taking the scientific principals which are used in making gymnastics practices for the children in the age of five years .

The first section contains: Introduction, the importance of the research and research objectives which are the following:
- Preparation of training curriculum to develop the muscles power of the players of Anbar youth club for volleyball.
- Understand the impact of the training curriculum in developing the accuracy of the crushing transmission in volleyball.
- The hypotheses of the research were done on a sample of the players of Anbar youth club.
The second section contains theoretical studies dealt with sports training and power of muscle and basic skills of volleyball, including the crushing transmission.
The third section contains curriculum of empirical research and the research sample. (12) player who actually represented the origin. they are divided into two groups, control and experimental. The researcher achieved pre-tests and the main experimental tests for (8) weeks, and by (3) training unit per week and then achieved posteriori tests. the researcher used the statistics bag (spss) in the extracting the search results.
The fourth section dealt with the submission, analysis and discussion of the differences among the calculations and normative deviations for the research physical and skill tests for both research groups, control and experimental as well as a the analysis of posteriori tests results between the two groups of the search.
The fifth section contains the most important conclusions. The experimental group who trained, showed incorporeal differences, when compared with the control group, on research posteriori tests, except for testing the accuracy of transmission, there were morphological differences in favor of the experimental group but did not rise to the level of significance .
The most important recommendations is the necessity of using the training that focused on developing the physical and skill side in a sample of the players for Anbar Youth Club for volleyball.

People live in significant shifts covering various aspects of life reflected in their effects on the circumstances of life , receded somewhat to social relations because of the multiplicity of interests and because of accelerated rhythms of life that has become dominated by many of the conditions and stress, anxiety and conflict of the psychological characteristics attached to those who live in this age. Even so, that the human remains being socially seeks to achieve social and psychological interaction and familiarity with others to meet the psychological needs first, before they have a specific physical goals. Seems to social relations of the necessities that meet the adaptation of man in his house, and thus lead to a balanced emotional for him to face life with all its needs which requires love of others and integrate them, so it became a balancing emotional phenomenon of psychological and social concern because of the effects of a large mental health. Due to many psychological Theories met on the emotional equilibrium that is affected by environmental factors smacked events and the difficult circumstances that passed on Iraq through devastating and continuing wars that caused negative effects on the Iraqi person's life in general and especially on the Iraqi athletes.
The researchers found that it is helpful to face this problem through studying it within the sports community and university, to identify the level and the existence of this phenomenon among the students of Physical Education, and who represent both sides, first as a student of science and the second as athletes, where the emotional balance is considered important aspect that must be provided in sports in order to be able to play its role in addition to the side skills and physical, which was considered the first goal of this research, as well as other objective different function of this concept due to the variable phase (the first and the fourth )
Completing this research required the use of a scale emotional balance prepared by (18:2002) for its modernity and relevance of the research sample, and after completing research measures of validity and reliability of this scale, it has been applied to a sample of (80) students from the Physical Education at the University of Anbar for the academic year 2010 - 2011 A.D has been determined by current research in this sample.
Researchers used appropriate statistical methods to reach to the results which showed that the level of emotional poise to the students of the Physical Education at the University of Anbar which has dropped in the level of poise and emotional in the research sample at the level of significance (0.05) or a variable phase (the first, the fourth) and for the fourth stage at the same level of significance has been formulated by researchers, a number of recommendations and proposals according to the results .

The relationship of ascription with some other psychological phenomena , According to the researcher's knowledge have not yet been studied comprehensively especially the psychological changes which have a direct connection with physical performance like anxiety and selfishness. Here comes the research problems which stop at the relationship between ascription in the physical domain and both anxiety and selfishness being one of the most important psychological changes that may affect the physical performance and identifying the type of ascription in team players of Mosul University in group games. The identification of levels within psychological skills in team playes of Mosul University in group games. The relationship of ascription types is also identified in sport and some of the psychological skills in team player in Mosul University in group matches . the researcher supposes that there is no relationship between ascription in sport and some psychological skills of team players in Mousl University in group games (football, basketball, volleyball and handball ) .
The researcher uses the descriptive method through scansion to cope with the
Nature of the problem. Therefore, the specimen is chosen by the comprehensive detection to fulfill the goal of the research. The number of the players are 40 representing 74% of the whole research. When measuring the specimen, the researcher notices meaningful differences in inner and outer ascription , for the favour of the inner ascription in team players of Mosul University in group games . There is also a meaningful negative relationship between inner and outer ascription in team players of Mousl University in group games .
The researcher recommends of preparing the players psychologically during the common
and private preparation of the players hand in hand with the physical, skilful and plan preparations . The reason behind supporting the inner ascription is to winning and losing and keeping away from the outer ascription .

The research aims to identify the relationship between the explosive power of the arms and legs and accuracy of performance skill correction of Alagafzaaalia handball The researcher used a descriptive approach to the suitability of the research problem has reached the selected sample (10) students from the fourth stage the Faculty of Physical Education and for the implementation of steps to search selected the researcher set of tests That serve the objectives of the research and after viewing the results and discussion of the researcher to the existence of a significant correlation between the explosive power of the arms and legs and skill correction of jumping high handball and researcher stressed in the recommendations on the explosive power of the arms and legs that have a direct impact on the performance skills of the skill correction and the emphasis on some of the exercises To develop explosive power and a variety of training methods such as Albulayomturk.

The research includes five sections: Part I: Introduction included the research and its importance to the training curriculum of interest in all sports, especially athletics, because it backbone, which built on this basis of physical and functional integration, and the consequent evolution of the level of achievement. And sports training is the result of that mix interconnected with other disciplines such as science Physiology and science of nutrition, anatomy and Albayumkanik and health education, addressing the research problem through the use of endurance training on the Manner training interval high intensity in some of the variables Albayukemiaiip and level of achievement of 400 meters, which is one of the events the medium, and thus the researcher may try to put some solutions for the construction of the training curriculum, which can help to develop achievement, and included a sample team Anbar University. • the need for laboratory tests of the tracking variables and physiological variables, particularly blood and periodically during the preparation stages of the public and private sectors to track the status of players during the exercise and the application of training programs Researcher.

This study involved teachers and teachers of physical education in schools in the southern region and central and northern parts of the Syrian Arab Republic and working in schools, and the sample chosen randomly saluting the number of members / 200 / teacher, and the aim of the research knowledge and point of view of physical education teachers, in fact he studied physical education from the through three core themes related to physical education lesson, the focus of the lesson and equipment management (the administrative side of the lesson) and the axis of the lesson (the technical side of the lesson and how to take it out) and the axis of the teacher himself. Videography used for biomechanical analysis purposes is one of the most important research techniques that help in studying sports movement more objectively, but the presence of some incorrect procedures in filming movements that occur along a specific distance (wide range of motion) may result in extracting inaccurate values ​​for kinematic variables, so the researchers decided to study this problem in more detail in order to reduce as much as possible the errors in measuring kinematic variables in movements or skills of this type by using the focal zoom technique of the video camera lens (zoom). The research aimed to identify the relative technical error and the percentage of error in measuring some of the kinematic variables under study when using the focal zoom technique of the video camera lens differently. The researchers used the descriptive approach as it is the most appropriate research approach for the nature of the problem. A metal plate with dimensions of (120 x 90 cm) was photographed, forming a right angle in its four sides, and through four different positions in terms of the distance of the video camera from a field of length (10 meters), with the use of the focal zoom technique for the camera lens to ensure that only the (10 meter) field appears in the frame of the image, as the metal plate was photographed in the middle of the field and again at one end of the field. The researchers found that there was a relative technical error in measuring the kinematic variables (angle, horizontal distance and vertical height) that exceeded (1) for all variables when photographing the metal plate at one end of the field. The researchers also found that the percentage of error for all kinematic variables decreases the further the video camera is from the field (10 meters) with the use of the focal zoom technique for the camera lens. The researchers recommended that in the case of photographing a field of a certain length, and in order to reduce the measurement errors that occur in extracting the kinematic variables to the lowest possible value, it is preferable to return the video camera to a relatively far distance from the field in which the movement occurs, while using the focal zoom technique of the camera lens to the extent that allows the athlete to be seen very clearly.
