This research seeks to identify the effect of the learning cycle amended (7E\'S) in the acquisition of mathematical concepts to the pupils of the fifth grade . Through testing the following null hypothesis (no statistically significant difference at 0.50 level of significance between the scores of pupils who are studying , according to the learning cycle amended (7E\'S) and degrees of pupils who are studying in the usual way to acquire mathematical concepts ) . The research is limited on the mathematical concepts contained in the first chapters ( groups ) and the second ( lines and angles ) of the math book for fifth grade of primary school year ( 2013-2014 ) m . The researchers adopted the experimental design a post-test to two groups ( experimental , control group ) . Having identified Qsidia primary School rivers Girls Primary / General Directorate for Educational Diyala province to implement the experiment where , represented one of the two divisions namely Division (b ) of the experimental group that taught her students on according to the learning cycle amended (7E\'S), other Division (a) has represented the controlling group who was teaching her students in the usual way , and by (22 ), a pupil in each group. Rewarded the two groups in the variables ( chronological age , achievement of last year \'s experience , conceptual collection ) . To measure the impact of the learning cycle amended (7E\'S) in the acquisition of mathematical concepts to the pupils the fifth grade ش
a test was built to show the acquisition of concepts in the level of aspects of the acquisition of the concept of the three ( translation, interpretation , interpolation ) and thus identified (12) question for each question three branches represent respectively ( translation , interpretation , completion ) on the concept . After the test application and data processing statistically using Chi-square test , the results of the research are: ( the presence of a statistically significant difference between the two sets of research in the acquisition of concepts for the benefit of pupils of the experimental group ) . In light of the search result researchers to reach a number of recommendations and suggestions.

Part I : An Introduction to the Research and Its Importance
The existing of creativity and creation as leadership features in administration are important factors that lead to focus and develop the capacity of creation in the administration , creative leadership and creative leader, because the creative process is not achieved only in the availability of the essential characteristics and capabilities for creators which have awaken role in the traditional concepts of creativity that makes the product andcompanion with intellectual flashes, inspirations and an image of innate intelligence . So, creativity becomes stick to features and certain properties of the creator , which led to the emergence of articles and books looking at innovation in administration science. Thus, increases interest in creative characteristics and seen as a whole in a matter of evolution , especially novelty and modernity and with the same respect in the institutions of higher education (1) .
The current study shade light on the importance of identifying the characteristics of creative deans of Physical Education Colleges and The definition and evaluation may be one of the means by which the followers to choose their leaders based on the pillars.
Research problem : Is there a scale of creativity features according to the theories of creativity?
Research Aims : Constructing a scale of creativity features for the deans of physical education colleges.
Part II : This part includes the following concepts ( creativity , theories that explain creativity , factors affecting creativity).
Part III : This part is limited to the field of procedures for scale construction.

AbstractI
The study of the reality of the situation arbitration regarding badminton in particular, and various games at the level of general studies should go to them with a view to develop the arbitration process and raise the level of performance of the referees and players alike through the application of the law and draw the right players to properly ensure their rights without the intervention of the self-assessment for referees on the one hand , and reduce the number of refereeing errors that may be located where the judgment of the other.
The problem with search in the fact that the rise in skill level of the players necessitated play heavily into the contours of the stadium , and this in itself is a problem for the rulers to the normal level in calculating the points , especially in the strikes overwhelming where badminton is very fast and can not recognize the area of the fall of badminton in accurate . The aim of this study is to compare the performance of the referees working on the device performance of the referees working without the device , so I suppose the researcher that there is no difference moral statistically significant differences between the performance of the ruling workers on the device and the performance of the referees working without the device, and the researcher used the quasi- experimental suitability nature of search , has included a sample group of governors badminton from the Iraqi League first class and the number was four governors , two of the device and the two govern without the device, formed a research sample (10 %) of the original research was to extract the correlation coefficient ( Spearman ) for being commensurate with the size of the sample , which coefficient Arrange data unconditional distribution of natural and the most important conclusions of the researcher are: that the device had a clear impact on the uneven performance of the referees between the device and work without , as well as the shares of the device in the speed and accuracy of the decision of the governors , and through these conclusions, the researcher recommends the adoption of the device in official matches the level of Iraq as well as the use of the device for the same purpose in other sporting events.

The study aimed to identify " the effectiveness of the learning cycle amended (7E's) in the acquisition of grammatical concepts when students of first grade average in the subject of grammer the sample consisted of (54) student and abide by the two groups, has been rewarded researcher between the two groups the researcher prepared lesson plans for the concepts of grammatical , and a post test to acquire a grammatical concepts , then applied as the final post-test on the sample . The results showed statistically significant differences after treatment using t- test (T-test) and there is a difference statistically significant at the level of significance ( 0.05 ) between the mean scores of the

The research sample consisted of ( 356 ) for both sexes of junior high students in the capital of Diyala province for the academic year ( 2012-2013 ) and Use test Altus to the two independent samples and compared with the values derived from the mathematical community level expected. In light of the results of research, has to formulate a set of recommendations and proposals in the current study to conduct further studies of social anxiety because it is the result of reasons, including social and cultural changes , economic , psychological and family making calls to identify them and develop successful solutions

The effect of exercise , especially in the development of speed and the angle of the starting skill leap gazelle in rhythmic gymnastics for the students of the Faculty of Basic Education
The evolution in the sport of gymnastics rhythmic is the result of progress at the technical and research and including most of the gymnastics skills require complex physically complicated like leaps , so it is imperative that the coaches formulation and development of the curricula of comprehensive training to develop skills and lies the importance of research in the correct technical errors that lead to obstruction technical performance of the movement and thus lack the quality of the final achievement of the movement and its impact on the movement that followed , and here lies the role of the researcher in the application of exercises especially help to develop the speed of a starting player factors that affect the objects ejected as the body the player will be an object projectile moment to jump and leave the land and see how this effect of exercise on the development of the movement's performance . The problem with search in the presence of weakness leads to the occurrence of technical errors in technique , which in turn affect the technical performance.
The objective of this research is to prepare a special exercises to help develop the cruising speed and skill to leap gazelle in rhythmic gymnastics for the students of the third phase in the College of Basic Education Department of Physical Education.
The researcher assumes the existence of statistically significant differences between pre and post tests to cruising speed and in favor of a posteriori tests of the research sample.

The researcher made trainings on proposal device relative with graduated resistances during the technical stages performance of the activity without any infraction to the required locomotive way, specially the throwing stage , but there is fewness in using equipments and devices relates with skillful performance and neuromuscular adaptation correlates with this performance when utilize these equipment. So the researcher run a device technique correlates to develop the special force and locomotor ways in both throwing position and the throwing stages to solve this scientific trouble that limits the digital achievement of this competition.

The variance of using different methods & Techniques has become very important because of the nature of science subject & the objectives of its teaching . In order to let learning a pleasure instead of a burden , the researcher wanted to test the effect of using one of these methods which is Role Playing method because researcher thought that it participates in explaining scientific information specially abstract scientific concepts & it gives guarantees that all students will participate in lesson directly or in directly , in addition to that it develops students attitude because learning becomes pleasure & art .
Limitations of this research are first class intermediate male students in Tariq Bin Ziyad school for boys which belongs to Diyala general directorate of education in second term of academic year 2011-2012&the last four chapters of the textbook. The sample of research was(57) students after exception of failed students &more absence students. Section( A)was chosen to be experimental group &(B) control group. Equivalence was made to both groups in (Chronic age in months ,previous achievement in science &mathematics &intelligence ) . Research tools were achievement test consisted of (25) items of objective type &attitude scale consisted of (34) positive & negative items with (3) choices ( Iagree, Iam not sure , I do not agree) .
Statistical tools were : ( Equation of calculating variance, t-test for two independent samples , difficulty &discrimination coefficient ,Pearson equation to calculate reliability of scale . The results of research were :
1- Excellence of experimental group which was taught by Role playing method in Achievement test.
2-- Excellence of experimental group which was taught by Role playing method in Attitude scale.
The researcher suggested further recommendations &suggestions.

This research aims to find out : "The level of use of the skills of shape of fifth grade students in the scientific branchof creative expression".
In order to achieve the goal of research ,the skills and format must be it includes;
1. titles codification of the main and branch in place appropriate.
2. follow the system paragraphs.
3. Leaving a short distance beginning of each paragraph.
4. split on the subject : Introduction , display , and a conclusion.
5. employ punctuation.

The Researcher adopted a descriptive approach , and this requires identifying the research community overall , the students intermadiate and secondary schools in the district center of Baquba, in Diyala province , the Republic of Iraq Then the researcher selected sample of ( 100 ) students , of which 10 students from each school of community search , with the exception of the central prep.
The search tool was a writing on the subject of express creatively , and depending on the Criteria * kit for this purpose , was to ensure validity and reliability of the tool , after taking the test its final form , layer researcher on a sample search on Thursday 12/05/2013.
The results showed a decline in the skills of creative expression - skills form - of the fifth-grade science students.
The researcher found the conclusions of which , it is clear that the more skills the low in terms of the level , is one of the skills that have passed on the students before. The recommendations that came out by the researcher are: the use of educational programs in order to avoid the problems of the weakness of preparatory school students in the skills of shape, training teacher in-service and told them to develop the skills of students expressions , and urged the need to alert teachers to the students of the importance of these skills when teaching other branches of the Arabic language , as suggested by the researcher : a study similar to the current study to determine the level of skills of creative expression of substance.

The researcher has used the experimental curriculum of two groups design and the appropriate statistical means. The present study aims at answering the following question: What is the embodiment of the dimensions of socialization in the book of Islamic education? To reach the goal of the research focused on analysis of the book, entitled “decision-maker” of Islamic education in the context of the first stage of secondary education, the trunk of a joint Arts and Science and Technology, the student Algerian, a publication of the National Office for Publications of school year 2007/2008, and is one of a series of addition to this, the analysis focused on 37 lessons, divided as 189 pages.
Through the outcome of the study it became clear that the spiritual dimension accounted for the largest percentage is 45.51 The aesthetic dimension accounted for less than the proportion for all dimensions was estimated at 2.70.
It could be argued that in the latter resulting from the new curriculum reform of the educational system of the book of Islamic education and the dimensions of the socialization of secondary school pupils need to normalize the social dimension, and more will have a clearer picture of the interpretations.

This study aims at knowing the effect of the Strategy of brain storming on the woy of the deductive of the Students of the First grade in the Secondary Schools. And in order to investigate and to reach to the aim of the Study and its hypotheses a number of Students have been chosen From Fatma's Secondary School which belongs to the General Educationul directorate of Diyala. The Sample Consists of two Classes one of them is experimental and the Second is the required.
The Sample of the Study Contains (60) Students i.e.(30)Students in the Experimental Class and (30) Students in the required Class. The researcher Conducted them evenly in the variable of ( Chronological age measured in months ,intelligence, Test of earlier Knowledge, and Test of deductive thinking. The researcher have prepanus a test to measure the Skills of deductive thinking (induction, extracting) Consisting of (30) items in which the reliability, anthenticity, the Power of discrimination, and the Coeffieient of difficulity) were extracted. This test has been applied before and after. The researcher has prepared the requirements of the study sueh as the subject matter the Formula of the Behavioral aim, and the outlines for both classes after the cheeking of the experts, paying attention to their notes, Some adjustments have been mude . Moreover the researcher has used the appropriate statistical methods .In the light of the results the researcher reached the following Conclusion:
1 - the ability of teaching prepared according to the strategy brainstorming to develop deductive reasoning skills to the students of the experimental group versus the control group.
2 - Following the brainstormingstrategy grade students to improve theirwas of thinking. And this will help them to solve their problems .
3 - the teaching of thinking is possible in light of the availability of modern strategies, a versedteacher, material capabilities, and the appropriate condition, for the application.

The current research aimed to identify the effect of using the method of discussion in the collection of fifth-grade students in the scientific literature material and texts, and through verification of the null hypothesis of the following :
No statistically significant difference between the average collection of students of the experimental group and the control group average collection .
The sample consisted of 56 students from the fifth grade science were selected in a deliberate from junior high pollen Alndad for boys in the city of Baquba / Diyala province for the academic year 2013-2014 and were randomly divided into two groups one of them a trial involving 28 students Derso way discussion, while the control group consisted of 28 students Derso the usual way. The researcher reward in the two groups of variables: (academic achievement in the previous year for the Arabic language, and the chronological age of the students, and the educational attainment of the parents of the students of the two sets of search). Then he started to experience in the application of 01.10.2013 and continued to experiment 25/12/2013. The researcher taught both groups. For the purpose of achieving the goal of research promising researcher achievement test are from (24), paragraph objective and essay measure the levels of the following: (knowledge, comprehension and analysis) of Bloom\\'s Taxonomy of the domain knowledge, and after the termination of the experiment dish researcher testing (31/12/2013 AD). After collecting the data and correct under the key patch test grades and statistically analyzed using t-test for two independent samples showed results as follows :
No statistically significant difference in the average collection of experimental group students and average students to collect the control group and the experimental group .
At the end of the experiment the researcher came out a set of conclusions and recommendations and proposals that emphasized the effectiveness of the method of improving the level of discussion in student achievement in the subject of literature and texts as suggested by studies similar to the variables of another subsidiary in stages other study.

The research aims to reveal the way of child awarenesses for the family relation and to know the distinctness of the child awareness for the relation in sex difference .
To achieve Ahis aim , the two researchers had applied the measurement upon the sample of ( 100) ( child boy & girl ).The study reaehed to the following results: 1- There is no awareness for the children for social relation level in family in their estimation for social relations with each of ( mother , father , brother, and sister ) .
