This review is on the issue of the emergence of jurisprudence theories and jurisprudence rules, the following results emerged:
1-The jurists unanimously agreed that the beginning of the emergence of the first principles of jurisprudence was in the era of noble prophecy, because the basis for the rule is the Noble Qur’an and the honorable Sunnah, and for this reason it was written in it from all Islamic schools, and they made it one of the necessities of jurisprudence research.
2-The jurists unanimously agreed that the subject of jurisprudence theories is one of the contemporary issues, and was not known by the early adopters. It has recently emerged in the context of a conflict between political Islam and secularists, and Islamists believe that writing jurisprudential theories and others on the style of legalists is proof of the universality of Islam and its ability to achieve justice.
3-The jurists differed in the permissibility of writing on the subject of jurisprudential theories, some of them supported writing on it, and some opposed it, and each group has its evidence.

The science of men has an important role in the process of purifying and criticizing the news and hadiths of the Imamis, and clarifying the correct ones from the sick. The historical schools, which were represented by the scientific metropolises, played a role in crystallizing this science and resetting its rules and issues in a manner consistent with the nature of research at that time, not to mention the actual practice in the process of wounding and modifying the narrators.
Among the scientific metropolises that had a role in crystallizing the science of men among the Imami Shiites is Baghdad, which was the metropolis of knowledge and the center of the first knowledge in the second, third, fourth and fifth centuries AH, being the capital of the Caliphate, as well as the spread of regular scientific schools in it, not to mention the plurality of knowledge that was characterized by it. Baghdad, in addition to the scientific freedom that this city has enjoyed.
This research is a descriptive study of the scientific and cognitive contribution made by this school in controlling, arranging and crystallizing the issues of the science of men in the Imami, and the impact that this school contributed during the life cycle of this science, not to mention the influence on the buildings of this school in the later historical schools of the Imamate.

This research tries to manifest the destination of (challenge ayah) in holly Quran. In ayah:
[أَمْ يَقُولُونَ افْتَرَاهُ قُلْ فَأْتُوا بِسُورَةٍ مِثْلِهِ وَادْعُوا مَنِ اسْتَطَعْتُمْ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ صَادِقِينَ] (سورة يونس: 38)، (Do they say that the messenger has himself composed the Quran? Say: In that case bring forth just one surah like it and call on all whom you are truth ful). Surah Yunus, ayah 38 and it is corresponding ayah in Quran.
Tries to interpret all ayah according to the principle of connecting ayahs to the subject which the ayah came from and to the surah which that ayah came from.
It means : During interpreting (ayah)s, not to seclude the ayah from it is place and subject, rather to connect ayah to it is ancedent and consequent.
Also talking about savants viewpoints which they espouse this kind of interpritation.

Therefore, most of their studies focused on human languages in general.

This research dealt with the subject of Fatimid poetry according to the poet Ali Muhammad al-Hairi in his book The Lost Ride with study and analysis. Research on the topics of the Fatimid poem by Al-Haeri, which were represented in the following:
1- Praising Lady Fatimah al-Zahra (peace be upon her) and explaining her virtues.
2- Describe the suffering and oppression of Lady Fatimah al-Zahra (peace be upon her).
3- Lamenting and crying for Lady Fatima al-Zahra (peace be upon her).
4- Asking for intercession from Lady Fatima al-Zahra (peace be upon her) and asking for her intercession.

This research aimed at achieve two objectives, the first goal of building a tool to measure the degree of commitment of the faculty of history department in the Faculty of Education of humanities at the University of Karbala to the ethics of the teaching profession and the second goal is to identify the degree of commitment of the teachers in the department of history to the ethics of the teaching profession from the point of view of their students and in order to achieve this, the researcher depend in this study on the descriptive methods approach survey.
and chose a sample of research numbering (220) student from the history department morning study and to measure the degree of commitment of the teachers in the history department to the ethics of the profession of education was the research tool was the questionnaire prepared by The researcher was formed from (32) items, the data were processed statistically using a number of statistical methods, namely (Pearson Correlation Coefficient, Spearman Brown Equation, arithmetic mean, Standard Deviation).
And the results of this research showed that the degree of commitment of the Department of History in the Faculty of Education of Humanities at the University of Karbala The ethics of the teaching profession was a high degree and, in the light of the results of this research recommended the researcher a number of recommendations and suggestions.

It is somewhat different from what was known about the methodology of jurists in studying the rules of jurisprudence, as Sheik AL-Sanad tried to simulate reality and search for solutions to his problems, and the emergence of contributions, by proposing new rules in their content to achieve this goal, and among those rules discussed by the Sheik (Religious rituals) is one of the innovations of the rules in the Imamiyya, as no special research was devoted to it as the jurisprudential rule but rather was presented as a separate body and the researcher asked Nakad Tibin how he presented Sheik AL-Sanad with his applications mentioning the stability of the participants in the Islamic dream.
