In recent years, there has been a growing interest in the use and application of new forms of assessment that are radically different from the traditional forms of assessment(as paper - pencil)tests .These new forms of alternative assessment as(self and peer assessment, portfolio ,interviews…..ect )are more student -centered as they provide students with a tool on be more involved in their learning .They also give them a better sense of control for their own learning. They are tests that also teach .

Nevertheless; there are some obstacles that face Iraqi instructors of English in using the different methods of alternative assessment in teaching. Therefore, this study has tackled of these difficulties. It also aims at identifying and classifying these difficulties.

To fulfill this aim, A sample of (30) instructors of English of Diyla University are considered to be the subjects of this study A scaled questionnaire as an instrument of measurement is used in this study to be an investigatory tool .

The results of this study prove that the hypothesis of this study is verified and accepted which reads that Iraqi instructors of English face difficulties in using methods of alternative assessment in teaching.

Teaching English as a foreign or a second language is a challenge for every teacher whether beginner or experienced, yet rewarding career choice. Everyday teachers face a variety of classroom management problems which they must learn to a constant deal with, adapt to students needs, find solutions to these problems and most important to achieve successful communicative language teaching. Therefore, incorporating the essential features of classroom management like organizing the classroom, planning, using effective materials, choosing appropriate activities etc., would help school teachers to establish effective classroom management system.

The present study aims at investigating problems faced by Iraqi English language teachers in managing communicative language classroom in primary schools. To achieve the aim of the study, a hypothesis has been constructed stating that Iraqi English language teachers face a variety of problems in managing communicative language classroom in primary schools. To verify this hypothesis, a questionnaire of 18 items has been constructed to be distributed to Iraqi English language teachers. The questionnaire is administrated to (40) English language teachers of different primary schools in Diyala and the study has reached to the following results:

1. Item number (4) which reads "It is too difficult to use authentic materials like video programs, magazines, computers, etc. in teaching English."has got higher percentage which is (92%).
2.The item number (14) which reads " Students are at different levels some with quit competent English, some whose English is not very good, and some whose English is only just getting started." has got the second order with a percentage of (87%).
3. The item number (12) stating "students insist to translate what is happening into their native language" has got a percentage of (77%).
4. Five items have got a percentage of (72%), and these items are:
(3). The teaching materials are not adequate for achieving successful learning atmosphere.
(8). Students keep using their native language.
(9). students do not want to talk because they suffer from a fear of making mistakes.
(11). The time specified for the lesson is not sufficient for performing a variety of activities.
(17).The teachers are used to teach in the traditional way and they feel that they need a training course in communicative language teaching.
5. The items (7, 16) have got a percentage of (62%), these items read:
(7). Students are not cooperating with the teacher in directing the lesson.
(16).In traditional classroom, the desks are organized in rows and it is difficult to organize group work.
6. The items (13, 18) have got a percentage of (57%), and they read: (13). homework is good for students and the more time they spend working with English, the better they get at it. But the students do not usually do it.
(18). The teachers must walk around the room to communicate with students, but because of the large number of students they lose control of the class.
7. Three items have got a percentage of (50%), and these items are:
(2). The size of the class is very large to the extent that the teacher faces difficulty in controlling the lesson.
(10). It is not possible to conduct a lesson based on small groups instead of the traditional classroom organization.
(15). Teachers think that achieving examination results is more important and valued by school than achieving communicative language teaching goals.
8. The items (1, 5) have got a percentage under 50% which is (37%) and these items read (1)" The learning atmosphere is inappropriate for communicative language teaching". (5) "Students lack the motivation for learning English".
9. The item which has got the lowest percentage is (6) which reads" Your English is not good enough for communicative language teaching.", and the percentage is (27%).

The development of skill scoring among all players is essential and important in the game due to enjoy this game from the privacy of the development that has happened to the process of training in this game for the performance of the tactical skills to defend and attack, that the scoring football is the net result of team effort, so we find that all the players team should be a skill of scoring whether this player attacker or defender. as it ensures the door first provided and the importance of research and the research problem is to use my style variable and fixed in the development of skill scoring football The goal of the research were to know the exercise variable and hard to learn the skill of scoring the hard ball foot. know exercise is better for the training of scoring consistency football and I suppose a researcher there were significant differences statistically significant between the pretest and post test for the two to learn the skill correction of stability in football and for the post test included Title III research methodology and procedures of the field, either Part IV, containing the display, analyze and discuss the findings of the researcher. The researcher concluded 1 - that the style of exercise (variable) and exercise (hard) had a significant impact on the Ttaiwirmharp scoring was clear through excellence in the post tests 2 - The first experimental group the same way (the variable) was the best in the learning of the skill score

The in portance of the research is to make use of more than exercise (training) by using self education in growth of realizing and elegance movement for slow education people when the researcher found weakness in this kind of people(pupils) in primary stage .The researcher used experimenting way for sample of 24 pupils from Baqupa schools in temediate the center ,these pupils(girls) were chosen not specically and the pvior experimentings were done then the training(focus and spread) for 10 weeks in two educational units aweek .After that the pvior experimentings were done by using the suitable accounting ways. We draw conclusion of the research results which pointed that all the trainings used were happened successfully .the researcher concluoled that the. divided training spread between the focus and the usual method used in resistance group.

The current research aims to identify the nature of perceptions (positive, negative) held by the university staff to the phenomenon of publishing classified documents in the site "Wikileaks",as well as to detect significant differences in these perceptions according to the variables: gender, age, specialization, the certificate and the scientific title and university from which he graduated.
The research dependent on a questioner included 36 paragraph, for each paragraph there is five alternatives for the answer. Been applied to a sample of (180) staff member were randomly selected from the universities of Salah al-Din, Sulaymaniyah and Dohuk in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
After analyzing the data statistically the results showed that respondents have positive perceptions were about (29) paragraph within the paragraphs of the survey. And showing no significant differences in perceptions according to the variables of sex, age, degree and the university from which he graduated, while there was significant differences in perceptions due the variables of specialization and scientific title.
