The research focuses on compiling Hadiths that are referenced for their verification from the Noble Quran. The study is structured into six sections, categorizing narrations affirmed by the Quran based on their thematic content. The first section covers Hadiths related to worship practices verified by the Quran. The second section includes Hadiths concerning unseen matters affirmed by the Quran. The third section examines Hadiths describing paradise as affirmed by the Quran. The fourth section discusses Hadiths about the conditions of people affirmed by the Quran. The fifth section addresses Hadiths related to righteousness, kinship, and etiquettes affirmed by the Quran. Lastly, the sixth section explores Hadiths pertaining to marriage affirmed by the Quran.

The term \"rhetorical argumentation\" represents one of the most important modern approaches in the study of texts, marking a mature and advanced stage in contemporary pragmatic studies. Building on this foundation, the research explores the key rhetorical argumentation mechanisms in the perspective of one of the most significant Andalusian scholars of exegesis, Ibn Atiyyah al-Andalusi, and their impact on his interpretation \"Al-Muharrar al-Wajiz.\" The research is organized as follows: Introduction: Definition of argumentation in language and terminology, A brief overview of the life of Ibn Atiyyah al-Andalusi, The concept and essence of rhetorical argumentation, Rhetorical argumentation mechanisms in the interpretation of \"Al-Muharrar al-Wajiz\". Rhetorical Argumentation of Repetition, Rhetorical Argumentation of Statements, Rhetorical Argumentation of Commands, Rhetorical Argumentation of Prohibitions, Rhetorical Argumentation of Vocative Expressions, Rhetorical Argumentation of Shifts (Iltifat), Rhetorical Argumentation of Ellipsis, Rhetorical Argumentation of Word Order (Preposing and Postposing), Rhetorical Argumentation of Parenthetical Comments, Rhetorical Argumentation of Simile, Rhetorical Argumentation of Metaphor, Rhetorical Argumentation of Metonymy. We then reached the conclusion of the research, followed by the sources and references. These sections were structured to align with the perspective of Arabic rhetoric. The methodology adopted for this study is the descriptive-analytical approach.

Among the means of proof and affirmation aimed at proving news or confirming a determination, it is considered and involves many issues that arise in daily life. This study examined one of the aspects of the oath related to electoral operations, aimed at studying what is related to the voter\'s oath in terms of definition and legitimacy. The study also addressed the conditions of the voter\'s oath as a sworn oath, and explained what is related to the entitlement of the candidate to vote for him and the oath on that, as well as the ruling of the divorce oath. It also studied what is related to the strong oath, while linking the above to the actual work of the candidates and voters. One of the most important recommendations of the study was to pay attention to the rulings of the oath by incorporating them into the curricula and sermons, and to enact legislation that limits vote-buying as it is considered a corruption to the elections and an environment to compel voters to take the oath.

Our research titled \\"The Impact of Islamic Values on Deriving Legal Rulings: An Applied Jurisprudential Study\\" aids in understanding and practically applying Islamic law. Islamic values are an indispensable foundation in the process of deriving legal rulings and guiding Islamic behavior. For instance, Tawhid (belief in the oneness of God) is the fundamental value in Islam, and it is the primary principle in understanding the relationship between humans and Allah (SWT). This supreme value fundamentally influences the direction of Islamic behavior, the derivation of legal rulings, and adherence to the commands of Allah. Other Islamic values are equally significant in the derivation of legal rulings. These values have represented the essential foundation for scholars in constructing and solidifying their scientific methodologies when deriving legal rulings from the Quran and the sayings, actions, and approvals of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

The research aims to identify Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) among primary school teachers in Sulaymaniyah Governorate, both in public and private schools. It seeks to examine differences in CFS among teachers based on variables such as gender, marital status, place of residence, and age. The researcher employed the descriptive-analytical method. The research sample consisted of 142 teachers selected through systematic random sampling from various schools in the governorate for the academic year 2023-2024. A questionnaire by Naima Ben Yacoub (2011), comprising 45 items, was utilized after calculating validity and reliability indices. The researcher used the following statistical methods: mean, standard deviation, hypothetical average, one-sample t-test, and independent samples t-test. The findings revealed that teachers, whether in public or private schools, suffer from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Additionally, no statistically significant differences were found in the variables studied. Based on the research results, a set of recommendations and suggestions were provided.

This research clarifies an issue related to the times in which it was forbidden to perform prayers, and is this prohibition general in all regions? Does it include the fulfillment of missed obligatory duties and the voluntary prayers performed? Or do the provisions forbidding prayer have a special ruling and exception in Mecca, and quoting the sayings of scholars on the issue, and explaining what is most correct from their sayings.

The purpose of the research is to show the relationship between the communicative activity and the religious discourse, as well as the basic role of the language, especially that its function is the basis of the ancients and modernists and expressive functional function, able to express the different purposes. Thus, language is an important instrument of religious discourse at all levels of expression and its purposes. Religious discourse, as it was building its own context and delineating the location of its singular existence in a space of references and traditions, and the Qur’anic discourse began to take effect in the Arab environment with a process of change and transformation. After it had been an emergency, it became empowered, directing the Islamic mind’s behavior and action.

Islamic banks and financial institutions focus their liquidity management on two main areas: first, on how to attract and mobilize funds, and second, on how to manage the use and employment of these funds. Both areas require secondary markets where financial instruments can be traded, as liquidity management would be meaningless without a market capable of investing surplus funds by purchasing financial instruments or liquidating and selling these instruments to obtain cash liquidity when needed, especially in cases of cash deficits. This highlights the importance of Islamic financial markets in liquidity management, as well as the significance of using Islamic Sukuk (instruments) as an effective mechanism for liquidity management in Islamic banks. All of this operates within established Shariah guidelines and a Maqasidic vision that ensures the activation of the entire banking activity. The Maqasidic (objectives-based) approach in Shariah interacts flexibly with contemporary banking developments and applications without compromising the fundamental principles of Shariah, while also achieving economic efficiency in performance.

Since sound is a natural phenomenon that arises from the vibration of objects, and we perceive it through the sense of hearing, and this vibration forms successive waves that are translated in the brain into sounds and tones that modernists have termed the \"phoneme\", which is the smallest unit of sound by which we can distinguish between meanings, language is a complex system of sounds that coalesce to form words whose inhabitants humble their structures and connotations, and create functional patterns in compositions, and this means that quantitative duality appears in two basic components of language. There are numerous emerging issues in Islamic jurisprudence, as the scriptural texts are finite, while new issues continue to arise indefinitely. It is essential to research these new matters and relate or compare them to the issues discussed by early jurists. Muslims need to understand the legal rulings on new issues to ensure the correctness of their acts of worship. The nullification of wudu (ablution) is a crucial legal matter, as it is foundational to the performance of one of the greatest pillars of Islam—prayer. Therefore, Muslims must be aware of the rulings on new issues related to wudu, whether they nullify it or not. Researching these matters helps students of knowledge develop a firm understanding of jurisprudential rulings. Thus, this study examines the issue of dialysis and its impact on the nullification of wudu.

Abstract: This research addresses the conflict between the significance of the concept of number and measurement in the jurisprudential field (a jurisprudential study). It is one of the issues related to the semantics of terms that scholars have differed on, and their differences have had an impact on specific rulings and jurisprudential branches. The importance of this research lies in the need for researchers to understand the significance of word meanings and their impact on jurisprudential matters, as well as the importance of clarifying specific rulings and jurisprudential branches. The aim of this research is to explain the meaning of conflict, the concept of number, the concept of measurement, the significance of the concept of number and its conditions of application, and to elucidate the approaches of the scholars when the concept of number conflicts with measurement. This research seeks to answer a set of questions, including: What is the meaning of conflict, number, and measurement? What is the concept of number? What are the conditions for its application? What are the approaches of the scholars when the concept of number conflicts with measurement? The research concludes that the significance of the concept of number can rise to the level of certainty based on the context and indications of circumstances. It also concludes that the verbal contextual significance falls under the category of commitment. Furthermore, the concept of number can conflict with measurement by restricting the application of a ruling to a specific number, and the concept of number indicates the exclusion of the ruling from other numbers. The research also highlights that the criteria for prioritizing the concept of number over measurement require the opposing concept to fulfill and complete the conditions of application, without contradicting what is more probable than it in terms of wording or concept, while still adhering to the general principles of Islamic law when presenting the concept in comparison to measurement

The Quranic discourses are distinguished as guiding discourses that have occupied interpreters seeking to grasp the objectives of discourse in light of interpretive methodologies. The cognitive reference of the interpreter necessitates adopting a method that aligns with the semantic contents of the discourse, as the requirements and necessities of discourse reveal and approach the intentions of the discourse. Therefore, the research adopts deductive logic, that is, the logic of understanding the Quran based on generating and creating a comprehensive introduction that is inclusive of its components, authentic in the norms of the addressees, leading to a minor introduction with a skeptical concept in order to obtain a conclusion. This cognitive rush according to the sequential pattern is adopted by the interpreter in order to allocate general concepts and generate knowledge from the multitude.

The study of the worship and rituals of the Sabian-Mandaean religion is part of the study of the worship and rituals of the religions of Iraq. Linguists of the past have referred to this phenomenon in their discussions of morphological issues, yet it is crucial to note an important point: both ancient and modern scholars have addressed this type of plural form but have not dedicated a separate section to it similar to other linguistic categories. The research titled "The Experiment of Choice in Pre-Islamic and Early Islamic Poetry" explores various poetic models in which Arab poets experienced the experiment of choice during the pre-Islamic and early Islamic periods. The study focuses on analyzing selected poetic examples from the Arab literary heritage, examining instances where poets found themselves in situations requiring a choice. Accordingly, the research is logically divided into two sections: the first examines "The Experiment of Choice in Pre-Islamic Poetry," while the second section explores "The Experiment of Choice in Early Islamic Poetry."The aim of this research is to uncover numerous human experiences where individuals grappled with the bitterness of their choices, sometimes leading to further psychological and physical suffering. These experiences are vividly portrayed in timeless poetic texts within our ancient Arab literature. The research reveals this phenomenon through selected human stories from the pre-Islamic era, extending to certain experiences in the early Islamic period following the advent of the Prophet (peace be upon him), which the research will illuminate.

Objectives: This study aims to define the technical gap in the Qur’anic story, and aims to explain the religious purposes, mentioning examples and models as evidence of these purposes.Methodology: The inductive, descriptive and analytical method was used, where: The study intended to explore the gap, track the cases that apply to the purposes of the gap religiously, and analyze the model to serve the purpose.Results: The artistic gap has multiple religious purposes, including: proportionality to the context, not distracting the listener, upholding the status of prophecy, and glorification and contempt.Conclusion: The study demonstrated that the term gaps is a modern term in terms of the use of this term, but in reality, in terms of what is included, it is scattered in various books of interpretations. The issue of deletion in the Holy Qur’an is evident in some of its cases, and the rhetorical connotations mentioned by the owners of this art, and intentionally deleting the gaps in some episodes from the story, which is one of the aspects of the rhetorical miracle. I recommend developing a systematic mechanism to identify the gaps, especially in the Qur’anic stories, within the rules of Interpretation

This study seeks to examine Michael G. Carter's vision. Carter Orientalism in Sibawayh’s book, and his attempt to find parallels between the principles of linguistic analysis that Sibawayhi followed, and modern linguistic principles, and the principles of linguistics Contemporary Linguistics, which was applied by contemporary linguists, such as de Saussure, Martinet, and Bloomfield, trying to explore Verbal processing in specific linguistic environments, The study took a descriptive approach and adopted a contemporary analytical approach. It compared Sibawayh’s concepts and terminology in theory and procedure, and analyzed its contents according to principles Structural, distributional, and functional analysis.Keywords: Carter, Sibawayhi, distributional linguistics, functional linguistics, grammatical substitution.

The term applies to all levels of the Arabic language. Its phenomena, semantic manifestations, and origins cannot be studied in isolation from the study of the term. He contributed to the development and enrichment of the Arabic language .The Arabic Language Academy in Cairo has paid attention to the study of the term since the beginning of the 1930s. Rather, the term is one of the reasons for the emergence of the complex. It helps in the process of social communication between the sender and the recipient, as the Academy took care to study the term by developing special mechanisms for monitoring, measuring, approving, and clarifying its connotations. He supplemented many linguistic and lexicographic studies with terms (scientific, linguistic, literary, and philosophical) that he approved in the minutes of his sessions and various council sessions. And after Thus, the title of my research was settled on (Features of the linguistic term and its characteristics in the Department of the Arabic Language Academy in Cairo (a lexico-semantic study). I began by talking about the goals and objectives of the Council’s establishment, as well as its care in monitoring the words, styles, and linguistic structures. I also talked about the modern words that are related to the ancient ones. Which has nothing to do with it, and then I moved on to talk about the methods of linguistic monitoring at the Academy. And an explanation of the role of the Council in dealing with the term and its status, and after that it stood on a sect of the modern terms (simple and complex) in the Academy’s department, I then talked about the term’s contributions to the formation of the Academy’s linguistic dictionaries, and then moved on to talk about the most important aspects of semantic development in linguistic terms approved by the Academy in its various sessions. This research aims to explore and analyse the reasons for the weakness of scientific publishing by teachers of Islamic sciences colleges in Iraq in international journals, such as Scopus and Clarivate. The research aims to offer practical recommendations for enhancing scientific publishing practices and elevating the standard of academic research in these institutions. The research relied on the descriptive-analytical method. Personal interviews, questionnaires, data analysis, and content and data analysis methods were used. Interviews were conducted with a sample of faculty members from colleges of Islamic sciences, and an electronic questionnaire was distributed to a larger sample. In addition, data for scientific publications in Scopus, Clarivate, university statistics and official reports were collected and analysed. The results indicate several main reasons for the lack of scientific publishing in Islamic science colleges in Iraq, including lack of awareness, limited resources, weak English language skills, lack of institutional support, traditional curricula, and work pressures.The researchers recommended several recommendations, including:1-Increase awareness of the importance of scientific publishing by providing the necessary resources and support.2-Enhancing English language skills and providing academic guidance.3-Modernizing the academic curriculum for scientific research and keeping pace with modern trends while reducing administrative burdens on professors.The researchers recommend conducting similar research in other contexts, studying the impact of scientific publishing on university classification, and exploring the cultural and social factors that affect this classification.
