The goal of current research to know the impact of the strategy of reciprocal teaching in the skill of reading aloud (read health) in the fifth grade elementary students.
To achieve the objective of this research the researcher chose the Gospels of the Benin School to be an arena for the application of the search experience.
The number of members Almjootain Search (60) students studied reading material using the reciprocal teaching strategy, and control group studied the same article is also the traditional way.
After the researcher has identified the scientific material to be considered in the experiment coined the behavioral objectives, bringing the final number of the image (90) the target behavior.
After the researcher prepared lesson plans display models, including the experts Vatakz finalized.
Researcher selected three short stories and presented to the experts to choose one of them to represent the search tool, and in the light of this, prepared a test to measure the health of reading
Researcher used statistical methods, including: analysis of variance, testing Altaúa for two independent samples, and the coefficient of difficulty, and the factor of discrimination, and Pearson correlation coefficient, and equation Keodr - Richardson 20.
The researcher to the students of the experimental group than the control group students in reading skill was not the health of women with indications of statistical differences.

Arabic language alive, was characterized from other languages as the language of the doctrine holds in the same document proliferation and argument survival, should receive care and attention, for it was the language chosen by God to be the language of the Seal of the Prophets and the Apostles, and the language of the Koran, which has become a source of pride great with the languages of the world other.
Is writing the correct one of the arts Arabic language is an important pillar of the pillars, and is the spelling as a means to measure skill in writing and the measurement of student achievement, and although interest in it but the problem the wrong spelling is one of the problems of language to our students in their journeys, different school, which has led to Come complaints teachers and parents around, this weakness has been attributed in some cases, to the teaching methods used in the teaching of spelling.
So study the researcher considered this problem in this research to find out who threw (the impact of a specimen in the collection of Freier grade students in the subject of the second medium spelling) has formulated the following research hypothesis.
)There is no difference statistically significant at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of students who are studying spelling in model (Fryer) and the average scores of students who are studying spelling in the traditional way).
To achieve the objective of this research the researcher chose the experimentally determined a partial set (experimental group and control group), and test me, and was chosen on purpose (Ibn Yunus secondary) in the center of pure / Diyala province to conduct the experiment, and it includes Two divisions of the second grade average, and randomly selected Division (a) to represent the experimental group taught spelling in model Fryer, and the Division (b) to represent the control group taught spelling usual way (standard). The number of members of the research sample (68) students, by (34) students in each group. And rewarded the researcher among the members of the two sets of research using statistical test T (T-test) and chi square in the following variables:
Academic achievement for the previous year 2010-2011 m, and chronological age, and previous information in the subject of spelling, and academic achievement of parents) and there were no statistically significant differences between the two sets of research in these variables.
The researcher in the application of his experience on the basis of Article teacher training on the steps after a specimen Fryer content based subject which included the four themes of the book spelling to be taught the second grade students for the academic year average (2010 - 2011 AD) and behavioral objectives formulated by himself. Then be prepared achievement test of (30), paragraph spread over three substantive questions. Has been characterized by honesty and firmness after presentation to the group of experts and specialists. After the end of the probationary period applied researcher dimensional achievement test. And after using the test in the treatment of T data statistically, the study resulted in the borders for the result the following:
No difference statistically significant at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students, and the average degree of students in the control group achievement test for the benefit of the experimental group. In light of the outcome research has been to draw some conclusions from, the Fryer to the way a clear impact in the growth of academic achievement in middle school students in the subject of spelling.
The researcher recommended the need to inform teachers of Arabic language to modern strategies in teaching Arabic language, especially such a way studied spelling Fryer.
As an extension of this research suggested that the researcher conducting studies similar to this study in other branches or other stages of the study or deal with other variables.

The first chapter includes the research problem, the importance of research, research objectives, the limits of the search, select terms.
The second chapter covers the theoretical framework and previous studies.
The third chapter will assure the research methodology and procedures.
And Chapter IV the presentation and analysis of results and discussion.
IN the fifth chapter evolved to include the conclusions and recommendations and proposals.

The aim of the research to reveal the values prevailing in paintings sixth-graders in the basic education schools, in the center of Sulaymaniyah governorate academic year (2010 _ 2011). And limited research on the study of the values prevailing in the paintings on the basis for the content, according to the classification (“Springer") educational values. It was the satisfaction of descriptive analytical approach (analysis of content) a method to search under the nature of the subject of the research and its aim.

In our current time , we face a remarked development in the educational process in many fields . So it becomes necessary to develop courses and teaching methods according to the recent teaching means . This is the reason of this development by following the philosophy modern philosophy in teaching to reach the educational targets . This development requires special kind and methods in instruction through continuous development in the professional sufficiencies and training courses for teachers related to the teaching process .
This strategy is considered the most important strategies in education because of the need for this strategy by the teachers in the process of teaching in general .
It was needed to divide the research in to five themes and they are :
The firs theme delt with the problem and importance of the research . The second theme delt with the creation of this strategy . In the third theme we talked about the gaining of the conceptions . The fourth theme delt with the conceptions . As for the fifth it consist Arabic and foreign studies which are related with the subject of the research

The current research aims at evaluating ministerial questions Alamthanih sixth-grade primary according to Bloom's Taxonomy. The limits of research questions they are Ministers of the five years, namely, (2011,2010,2009,2008,2007) for the first round according to Bloom's three categories (remember, understand, apply) and may represent a community of current research questions for the test scores of public ministerial material for a sixth-grade geography Alaptdaúafa governorates of Iraq all. The goal of current research to identify the tool or standard that is used by teachers and teachers of art education in the evaluation of the performance of students in the study of art education.
In order to achieve the objective of this research the researcher used the descriptive method, and the research community of teachers and teachers in the province of Diyala and included a sample of the research on teachers and schoolteachers, which lies within the area of the center of Baquba.
Following the distribution of the search tool and collect the results, the researcher that there is no tool or a fixed standard agreed upon by the user of the sample in the evaluation of student performance.
And recommended that the number of tool or standard by specialists in the field of art education adopted by teachers in evaluating student work.

The researcher used the means of the following statistical, Pearson's correlation coefficient to calculate the stability of the tool, and the percentage, and the weighted average, weight percentile, which brought the researcher to a set of results, and conclusions through the conclusions of the most important: in the first goal from the standpoint of parameters to evaluate the evidence teacher of art education in identify the characteristics that must be met in the directory are as follows

4. Compatibility of the directory with the methodology and experience the interactive unit with respect to art education.

The second objective parameters to develop proposals for this directory should be taking these proposals for the development of this guide are as follows:

Currently our beloved country needs scientific starting more than before . We are passing political , economical, social and fateful stage which is the scientific education is one of the ways used by the societies top achieve the objectives of the society . In order to fulfill its objectives and go a long with new development , must focus on study curriculum .
School book represents an important position in learning process because it is one of the expression ways of curriculum, contents . evaluation of the study curriculum and identify strong and weak points is from the necessities to be developed and adequate with modern needs and requirements . Eventually we will see its contribution and efficiency in achieving required educational objectives . Also to ensure that the students will get the best books .
The research aimed at evaluating mathematics book for sixth primary school from teachers’ point of views through evaluating mathematic book curriculum for sixth primary school in center of Diyala governorate . Evaluation conducted according to the following criteria :-
A. Whether the book achieved the objectives of ministry of education .
B. Subjects suitability to the level of the students .
C. Clearness of figures and drawings of the book and whether it is helpful to them or not .
D. The correlation among the book’s subjects .
E. The quality of book’s displaying .
Both researchers chose the main exploration sample in random layer method. After identifying the origin society for the research ,the researcher draw randomly the main exploration sample . Both researcher reached the following conclusions :-
• Introduction of the book did not include general idea about the content of the book .
• Subjects of the book were very accurate scientifically and graduated from sensibility to abstract , from difficulty to simplicity .
Both researchers suggest the following ;-
• Conducting identical studies for other classes and stages 9 primary and secondary ) from teachers’ point of views .
• Conducting a study about the evaluation of mathematics curriculum in basic education colleges from the professors’ or students point of view.

Hence this study aims at making (a comparative study etween the standard method and the lecture method in the collection of the first grade students Department of Arabic Language Faculty of Education, University of Diyala in the subject of exchange).
Aims of this study are:-

1 - To investigate uhich of these methods (standard and the lecture) is the best in achieving the Arabic language students/ Faculty of EducationAl_Asma'i - Diyala University.
2 - To investigate the effect of the sex variable in student achievement in the Arabic language who have been studied according to two methods (standard and lecture).
In order to achieve these goals one of the researchers has applied his studies on two sections in the Department of Arabic Language - Faculty of Education Al-sma'i - Diyala University, section (b) The number (51) students, a study on according to the standard way and another section which is section(c) The number (52) students are taught according to the lecture method as the total sample (103) students.
One of the researchers conducted the experiment at the beginning of the second semester of the academic year (2010 – 2011) At the end of the experiment the researcher has tested the students to know the effect of using one of two ways (standard and lecture) in the collection of students in the Department of Arabic Language and making a comparison between them.
After conducting the experiment and analyze the results by statistical means the researchers have come number of conclusions, including:-
1 -The students are very poor in the section of conjugation.
2 - Use the lecture method has led to a negative impact on the performance of students.
In light of these results researchers recommend a number of recommendations ,including:
1 - Teachers of conjugation subjects should use the standard method in teaching this subject.
2 - Use a variety methods in teaching this subjects, especially the standard one because this method suitable for the vocabulary of this subject and the nature of these students and their abilities.
The researchers also propos to undertake a number of studies:-
1 - Making a comparative study between two methods instudying the same topics as the Arabic grammar.
2 - Writing researches and preparing thesis about the problems of teaching subjects of conjugation at the secondary,intermediate and preparatory stages.

In spite of great importance to study the oral expression is still a lesson away from that to achieve the purposes for which intended to end it, because of the difficulties which confirmed many of the teachers of the Arabic language and Madrsadtha in middle school, as well as confirmed by a lot of literature and studies, and that the difficulties of teaching oral expression which hinder the achievement of the objectives set, back to the multiple areas such as field goals, and the selection of subjects, and the field of teaching methods and methods, and the field of Arabic language teachers and Madrsadtha, and the area of the calendar, and from the importance of oral expression, and the importance of the preparatory stage, in order to identify the difficulties faced by teachers Arabic language and Madrsadtha in intermediate and junior high, and the proposed solutions have prepared this study.
The current research aims to diagnose (the teaching of oral expression difficulties in intermediate and junior high from the viewpoint of teachers).
By answering the following questions:
1. What difficulties teaching oral expression in the intermediate and junior high from the viewpoint of teachers?
2. What proposals Arabic language teachers and Madrsadtha to contribute to overcoming the difficulties in the teaching of oral expression and study? Limited to the current search: a sample of teachers of Arabic language and Madrsadtha who study material for students in middle school and middle school day (for Benin and girls) in the capital of Diyala province, for the academic year (2011-2012 m) consisted of the research community of the community of teachers of Arabic language and Madrsadtha, including teachers who studying the Arabic language to students in middle school and junior high day (for Benin and girls) in the center of Diyala province, for the academic year (2011-2012)'s (78) and a school teacher.
The sample survey (25) as a teacher and a school, by (12) teachers and (13) School, and the sample core is composed of a sample of teachers of Arabic language and Madrsadtha have included male and female teachers who are studying the Arabic language to students of the two stages are all in the schools of the core sample, reaching number (78) and a school teacher.
The researcher questionnaire tool to achieve the objectives of his research, and distributed the difficulties derived from the survey, and literature, and previous studies on the six areas (objectives, and the choice of subjects, teaching methods, and methods, and teachers of Arabic language and Madrsadtha, students, and Calendar.
The results were treated statistically using the Find the weighted average, weight percentile, and the Pearson correlation coefficient, and statistical methods to analyze the results of research, the researcher used the percentage method calculations
The results of the research results of questionnaire diagnosed Arabic language teachers and teaching difficulties Madrsadtha oral expression, has been narrowed down between the intensity (2.89 - 2.02), and weight percentile between (96.33 - 67.33), and thus the number of real difficulties (63) difficult, and the number of difficulties unrealistic (10) difficulties, and the most important results of this questionnaire are:
1. Teachers of Arabic language and Madrsadtha mostly had not seen the goals of teaching oral expression.
2. Is not taken into account the opinion of teachers of Arabic language and Madrsadtha when setting goals
3. Weak correlation issues tendencies of students and their interests.
4. Lack of benefit from the school library in the selection of topics.
5. Scarcity of teaching aids used during the teaching of oral expression.
6. Teaching methods of expression, most are unable to develop moral courage among students.
7. Weak enough to teaching Arabic language teachers and Madrsadtha.
8. Lack of commitment of teachers of Arabic language and eloquence Madrsadtha mostly during the teaching of oral expression.
One of the main conclusions of the present study:
1. Teachers of Arabic language and Madrsadtha mostly had not seen the goals of teaching oral expression.
2. Weak correlation goals by teaching oral expression.
3. Weak correlation issues tendencies of students and their interests.
4. Studied the expression to lack of a specific approach.
5. Weakness of the methods used in the eradication of shame and fear among students.
6. Scarcity of teaching aids used during the teaching of oral expression.
7. Weak enough to teaching Arabic language teachers and Madrsadtha most of them.
8. Weak capacity of most of the teachers of the Arabic language and Madrsadtha in the development of the desire of students to study oral expression.
In the light of the findings of the study, the researcher recommended several recommendations, including:
1. Teachers need to learn the Arabic language and Madrsadtha on the objectives of teaching oral expression.
2. Need to take the views of teachers of Arabic language and Madrsadtha when developing the objectives of teaching oral expression.
3. Give students the freedom to choose the topics studied in oral expression, and to be close to the issues associated with them and Bmeulhm and interests, to express her desire, and that is both diverse and renewal and to stay away from refined traditional subjects.
4. Need to take care libraries in middle school and high school, and to encourage teachers of Arabic and Madrsadtha and students to take advantage of them, and to overcome difficulties and make the library metaphor lesson systematically, and diversify its activities to the utmost importance in the treatment of poor students in oral expression.
5. That does not support Arabic language teachers and Madrsadtha to traditional methods in the teaching of oral expression, and methods must be able to eliminate the shame and fear among students.
The findings suggests the researcher studies similar to the current study in different educational stages.

Teaching methods is an important components of curriculum using by the teacher to achieve an expectant behavior for the learners. The teacher uses the best methods ,strategies and techniques but this needs a lot of knowledge of sources ,teaching and techniques .so he wisely chooses which is suitable for one purpose and rejects which is not and if it is new or old by adapting wisely his method instead of a doping the same one.
Teaching methods is not less important them scientific subject or than the learner .It is a complete partial from pedagogical situation in clouding the learners needs, abilities and aims which the learner looks forward and the techniques that follow to identify the learning field .so teaching is an intentional activity aims at translating the pedagogical goals in to situations and experience that the learner interacts with and acquires from its results the acceptable behavior and in order to join the learner with contents of curriculum ,the teacher follows different methods and strategies and uses aids and pedagogical activities for increasing such methods and strategies.
This research has aimed to identify:
1. The usual teaching methods used by teaching institution numbers at Diyala university
2. justification for using these methods by the teacher
For achieving the research goals the researchers Follow the analytic descriptive curriculum , then they Limit the original research society (the teaching institution numbers) at Diyala university For both scientific and literary subject and who holds the scientific degree as (professor , assistant professor and a teacher )for the year 2011-2012 .The research modal has bean chosen on purpose from the collages and the departments of the university to represent 10% from the teaching intuitions' members.
The researchers used two types of close-open questionnaires to identify the method which they follow and after using the statistic aids available ,they concluded that there are five common methods((lecture,discussion,discovery,inductive and problem-solving)).the lecture method got the first order for having the arithmetic mean of 231,6 and the items that represented got the highest frequency while problem –saving method came at last .and one of the important justification for using these methods was due to the teachers ignorance for the other methods and the great number of the students inside the classroom which absolutely stands as obstacle from using other methods. the researchers' submitted several recommendations and suggestions.

The research aims to prepare vehicle exercises and the effectiveness of their exercise in the development of focused attention and some motor skills in football, the researcher used the experimental method. The research sample included the second-graders average in the middle of Iraq's (27) student and intentional way due to the cooperation of the school administration candidate tests were used by the experts and after the use of appropriate statistical methods researcher reached conclusions, including:
1- The nature of the exercises selected commensurate with the possibility of the sample, which led to increased motivation to work.
2- appropriate exercise N shares in players ages applied correctly and appropriately and that helped a lot "in the development of focused attention and some motor skills in football.
One of the most important recommendations:
1-follow the scientific method when choosing a training exercise of the unit with the observance of the nature and characteristics of the player and taking into account the principle of individual training
2-choice of appropriate exercise for the age group phase of the possibility of performance properly and that helps in the development of motor skills in football.
