هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على (فاعلية المنظمات الشكلية في التحصيل والتفكير الشكلي عند طلاب الخامس العلمي في مادة الرياضيات)، ولأجل التحقق من الهدف صاغ الباحثان الفرضيتين الصفريتين الآتيتين:
1- \"لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة معنوية (0,05) بين متوسط درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية التي درست وفق استراتيجية المنظمات الشكلية ومتوسط درجات طلاب المجموعة الضابطة التي درست وفق الطريقة الاعتيادية في اختبار التحصيل\"
2- \"لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة معنوية (0,05) بين متوسط درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية التي درست وفق استراتيجية المنظمات الشكلية ومتوسط درجات طلاب المجموعة الضابطة التي درست وفق الطريقة الاعتيادية في اختبار التفكير الشكلي\"
تكونت عينة البحث من (81) طالباً، اختيرت عشوائياً من اعدادية القاسم للبنين – مديرية تربية بابل، والتي تم اختيارها قصدياً، فكان التوزيع (40) طالباً في المجموعة التجريبية و (40) طالباً في المجموعة الضابطة، اذ استُبعد طالباً واحداً إحصائيا، وتمت المكافئة بين طلاب المجموعتين البحثيتين في المتغيرات الآتية: (العمر الزمني ، الذكاء، التحصيل السابق في مادة الرياضيات، اختبار التفكير الشكلي)، وتم استخدام اختبار (t-test) لمعرفة الدلالة الاحصائية. اما المادة فتحددت في الفصول (الخامس، السادس، السابع) اذ انها تعتبر مادة الكورس الاول حسب النظام الدراسي في عموم العراق والتي هي: (الدوال الدائرية، الغاية والاستمرارية، المشتقات)، من كتاب الرياضيات للصف الخامس العلمي / ط 6 / 2015،جمهورية العراق – وزارة التربية. وتضمنت (40) مفهوماً رياضياً، كما وقام الباحثان بأعداد (30) خطة تدريسية يومية للمجموعة التجريبية وفق أستراتيجية المنظمات الشكلية و(30) خطة تدريسية يومية للمجموعة الضابطة وفق الطريقة الاعتيادية وعرضت جميع النماذج للخطط على الخبراء والمحكمين ذوي الاختصاص. كما وقام احد الباحثين بتدريس المجموعتين البحثيتين بنفسه وضبط غالبية التأثيرات الداخلية والخارجية قدر الامكان اذ استمرت التجربة الكورس الأول من العام الدراسي (2015– 2016)،كما قاما ببناء اداتا البحث والتي هي اختبار التحصيل والمكون من (40) فقرة موضوعية نوع اختيار من متعدد بأربع بدائل. واختبار مهارات التفكير الشكلي المكون من (18) فقرة موضوعية نوع اختيار من متعدد بأربع بدائل موزعة (3) فقرات لكل مهارة والتي تحددت بـ(6) مهارات. بلغت الدرجة النهائية للاختبار التحصيلي (40) درجة. اما اختبار التفكير الشكلي (18) درجة، وتم التأكد من الخصائص السايكومترية للاختبارين.
طبق الاختبارين على المجموعتين البحثيتين وتم تصحيح الأوراق وجمع البيانات ومعالجتها إحصائيا فكانت النتيجة بأن:
1- هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0,05) بين متوسط درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية ومتوسط درجات طلاب المجموعة الضابطة في اختبار التحصيل ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية.
2- هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0,05) بين متوسط درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية ومتوسط درجات طلاب المجموعة الضابطة في اختبار التفكير الشكلي ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية.

The present study is done in Iraq and aims at measuring the level of technology awareness to the faculty to college of Education for human sciences from the point of view of the students to achieve the aim of the study the researchers use the descriptive curriculum and a questionnaire is used which consist of (60) items divided into three parts . The sample of the study is (180) students (male and female) which represents the whole community of the college which consist of (720) students . The result obtained through the use of (SPSS) . The result show that the technology awareness of the faculty of the college is poor . the researchers presents some suggestion and recommendation at the last part of the study .

The research aims to identify the degree of knowledge management at the junior high school principals from the perspective of teachers, and to identify the differences between the responses of faculty members by gender (male - female), and to identify the differences between the responses of faculty members by years of service (5-10 ) years, and more than 10 years, either limits Search: the current research is limited to faculty members in the junior high schools in the Kut district center for the academic year 2016-2017 and the research community from all the teachers in the middle school affiliated consists to the General Directorate for Education and Waist in Kut district center totaling (694) as a teacher and a school by 355 males and 339 females, due to the heterogeneity of the research community has been stratified random sample represents withdraw (35%) of the research community overall, and thus the total sample was 200 teachers the School of prep schools, of which 100 teachers and 100 schools have been selected random manner from the research community and statistical methods: use a researcher number of statistical methods within statistical bag to seal the objectives of the research are Altaia test for two independent samples, to find differences in the two variables on according to the two variables (type - length of service), but the most important is the conclusion the researcher the following, that the junior high school administration managers to know, but not the level of ambition, and it was for managers and managers experienced teams in the application of knowledge management for the benefit of managers who have much experience, but the most important recommendations train school principals in the Directorate-General for Education and Waist knowledge management through workshops and training courses and seminars to raise awareness in Kiffa benefit from the knowledge, and the provision of modern technologies that facilitate the work of school principals and reached knowledge and take advantage of the most important proposals: (1) conduct a study to determine the degree of knowledge management among principals at other stages (elementary and middle) 2. conduct a study to determine the degree of knowledge management supervisors jurisdiction in junior high school.
