The prophetic story, as one of the forms of prophetic expression harnessed for preaching and communication, had the effect of the Holy Quran in embodying the effective () in attracting souls and winning them over to the teachings of Islam, following in it the creed and moral values ​​and pouring them into an exciting narrative form, so it was a powerful weapon and an effective means of communication. I decided to stop at it and choose it () for preaching, as it was a distinctive stylistic feature of the methods of their preaching as a field for study and analysis. Based on these justifications and others, our desire was born to choose this research that seeks to monitor the stylistic manifestations and to articulate the meanings sought by the noble prophetic text through this research entitled “The Aesthetics of the Authentic Prophetic Stories - A Stylistic Study at the Syntactic Level” through which we wanted to achieve goals, the most important of which is to prove the right to study the prophetic effect in a study from which we extract the aesthetic, eloquent and rhetorical values ​​filled with expressive energy based on linguistic and grammatical data.

This research came to identify the grammatical interpretation of Al-Karmani, and grammatical interpretation is considered one of the important topics in Arabic grammar; because it highlights the mechanisms of analysis that lead to the functional meaning in the structures and words contained in the Qur’anic text, and Al-Karmani in his interpretation follows a clear and precise scientific method in the issues of deletion, addition, advancement and delay, an advantage of his reliance on other evidence required by the nature of the verse, including inclusion, and taking into account the meaning or word or both

This research studies the music of poetry in Sahim Abdul Bani Al-Hasas. It is a study that aims to discover the distinctive musical characteristics of his poetry by relying on the poetic texts included in his collection of poems. It dealt with those texts through study, analysis, statistics, and identification of musical phenomena, especially those related to the poetic meter that spread widely within his poetic texts. The study showed its musical requirements in its external and internal sections to show the musical tone that contributed to the cohesion and connection of the poetic verses, giving his poems a coherent structure, which helped him to convey his feelings and vision to the recipient without deviating from the essence of the familiar rhythm in his era. This is what gave the rhythm of his poems a distinctive taste and flavor. The nature of the study required dividing the research into two sections: the first is the external music section, meter and rhyme, and the second is the internal music section, represented by alliteration, repetition and alliteration... This study resulted in the harmony of the poetic rhythm and the nature of the situation from which his poems were issued, and the breaking of monotony and stereotype through his intensive use of zihaaf, which helped to extend and diversify the rhythm, in addition to the internal music with its various rhythmic units, which allowed the poet a wide scope to express his inner thoughts and feelings.

Perhaps one of the most important features of the poetry of the Abbasid poets is that it was a standard for the values ​​prevailing in the Abbasid era socially, politically and culturally for the status of women. Many of the poets of the Abbasid era composed poetry with a sincere feeling expressing a true conscience towards the feelings that raged inside them, whether those feelings represented an emotional tendency in a specific elegy for a deceased person or were an image of a lover and her passion that cannot reach the one she loves, or agitation, pain and complaint due to the social boundaries that surround her. The poems or sections composed by the poets represented an artistic transformation, and perhaps the ability to rent in composing poetry among the slave girls reinforces what the researcher went to. Among the most prominent features of their poetry are the nature and instinct, sometimes reaching the point of naivety in constructing the text, so the language came free of complexity, expressing the secrets of the heart of a sensitive woman, far from that approach that the poets of previous eras had drawn up from roughness in the wording and a masculine approach in Statement: Women’s poetry, as part of the vocabulary of human culture, has been reflected in the issue of the conflict between the ancient and the modern in replacing the values ​​on which it was based, sometimes advancing and sometimes regressing, according to the nature of the conflict that the Arab Islamic society went through. Most of the Abbasid poets did not surrender to the male culture in constructing the text, as we find most of the poems expressing their cultural vision.

This research deals with the study of a thesis written by Sheikh Hassan bin Ali Al-Ujaimi,

titled: The clear statement in the parsing of ‘Adh-Din and its investigation. In this thesis, the author researched the accusative case of the word (‘Adh-Din), mentioned in the Almighty’s saying: “Those are the ones who made fragments of the Qur’an”

Surat Al-Hijr 91 [as the author explained the reason for its accusative case and mentioned three schools of thought in explaining its pros and cons and who among the scholars said it.

This is a study of the state, in the hadith of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, in the book Riyad al-Salihin by Imam al-Nawawi, may Allah have mercy on him, in both Arabic and English. The study also included a simple introduction to the hadith of the Messenger, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, as it is the second source of Islamic legislation after the Holy Quran, our eternal book that falsehood cannot approach from before it or from behind it. The claim that the Arabic language is distinguished by the phenomenon of turning to meaning is based on its multiple phenomena that are governed by one characteristic, which is deviation from the pattern and departure from the law of consistency between the axes of choice and distribution, which is considered the ideal image of the language. Islamic culture represented a phenomenon in modern Russian literature, which was linked to the history of the Russian Renaissance and its association with the founder of modern Russia, Tsar Peter the Great, in the late eighteenth century. The researcher paid attention to the most important figures in Russian literature and the impact of Islamic culture on their works. The first section dealt with the two most prominent literary figures: Pushkin (1799), who was given several names as “the sun of Russian poetry” and “the beginning of beginnings” because he was the true founder of this literature. The second figure was Lermontov (1814), who is sometimes called “the poet of the Caucasus” and represented the romantic stage of modern Russian literature. His works varied between poetry, short stories, and plays. The second section of this research dealt with the most important stations of his life, his humanity, and his moderation, in addition to pointing out the most important works that gained worldwide fame. Such as War and Peace, Anna Karenina, Resurrection and other works. The research also addressed the impact of Islamic culture on Tolstoy’s works, as a book was found that he wrote in Russian called “The Wisdom of the Prophet Muhammad,” which is a translation of some hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) from English. The researcher also monitored other aspects of Islamic culture in Tolstoy, as he wrote the story “Dunyashka and the Forty Thieves,” which is completely identical to the story “Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves,” as well as some other aspects of stories that imitate stories from Arab and Islamic heritage.

Among the advantages of the Sharia of receipt that was brought by the Seal of the Prophets, Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, as he guides to the straight path, is its comprehensiveness in all aspects of life, economic and political, if you link all of that to the basic mission of creating man and his message in existence, which is what the Holy Quran expressed: “And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me.” And the Messenger (may God bless him and grant him peace) saw individuals, men and women, who carry Islam and specialize in all the different areas of life, forming an Islamic society living in a Muslim state that has all the human, social, financial and political components of a state.

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, who honored man, and bestowed upon him the blessing of speech and expression, and bestowed upon him hearing and sight and all other blessings. May Allah’s prayers and blessings be upon Muhammad, His servant and Messenger, the best of creation, and upon his family and companions and those who followed them in righteousness. In order to demonstrate the greatness of Allah Almighty in the palm tree, my research entitled: “Reflections on the Palm Tree and Its Fruits from a Qur’anic Perspective” came. I dictated this topic to him, and I divided it into three sections: The first section came: In defining the palm tree. The second section: In the sayings of the commentators. The third section: In the medical, health and economic benefits of the palm tree, and it included two branches: The first section: The medical and health benefits of the bee. The second section: The economic benefits of the palm tree. My methodology in the research was to collect the verses in which the palm tree or its fruits were mentioned and arrange them according to their occurrence in the Qur’an, then study them and state the opinions of the commentators on them. My methodology also included mentioning the name of the book, the part and the page, then mentioning the book card in List of sources and references, graduation of the honorable prophetic hadiths from their sources and judgment on them if they are from outside the two Sahihs, graduation of poetic verses from the collections of their reciters, and graduation of strange words. I relied in my study on the mothers of books of language, interpretation, scientific miracles, and books of botany. In conclusion, I do not claim perfection for my research, but it is enough for me that I am researching in the Holy Qur’an, so if it is correct, then it is by the grace and favor of God Almighty, and if it is otherwise, then I ask God Almighty for forgiveness for that.

The image of the first state was not absolutely clear and its drawing was not completed in the best possible way, but we must acknowledge and admit that it was the beginnings of the making of a state that was a solid foundation and a clear map for the formation of a political state, beyond doubt and without dispute. The prophetic leadership was a religious leadership represented by the personality of the prophet man, and it was a political and wise leadership represented by the personality of the politician who was concerned with running the internal and external affairs of the state. The social aspect of the Dulaim Brigade is one of the important topics that attract researchers because it directly touches on people’s lives in all their details. It was characterized by social features, most of which still exist within the customs, traditions and social activities common in the Dulaim District. Therefore, we shed light on the district for the period after the end of World War II until the revolution of July 4, 1958. The nature of the subject required dividing it into eight headings, including (professions and crafts, fashion and clothing, cafes, diwans, women, minorities, police, judiciary). These headings were allocated to study the general aspects of social life that reflected the reality of society in the Dulaim District, its nature and the living characteristics of its social classes and the extent of their interaction, explaining the customs of the Dulaimi families and their relationships as one of the solid foundations of social construction and cohesion, and showing the keenness of the people of the district to preserve them. As they are inspired by their beliefs and public morals. While myths, legends and tales expressed the extent of the narrowness of intellectual horizons and social perception and their role in forming a personality with a mentality characterized by naivety and simplicity. These titles included the nature of the social life that the district lives and interacts with through interest in their rituals and festivals, types of food and clothing. As for the diwans in the homes, they formed a social image that clarifies the social cohesion between the various groups that make up the Dulaim community in general, as clothing and fashion are a clear reflection of the Dulaimi personality. As for the affairs of the judiciary, as it is the most important supreme legal reference for resolving and deciding social relations, especially personal matters, as well as cases and issues that affect the Dulaimi community. Therefore, the judiciary courts are the main pillar in organizing the movement of the district's community and its smooth flow according to the requirements of Islamic law. The police also played a role in strengthening the communication and cohesion of the community in the district and strengthening its ties inside and outside the city, whether in its positive or negative aspects.

The scholars of the principles of jurisprudence were interested in specifying the general term with custom, but they differed on the type of custom suitable for specialization and its controls. Therefore, the scholars of the principles of jurisprudence were keen to clarify the specific custom and its conditions for consideration, even if the custom abrogates the texts of the Sharia. They were divided on the type of specific custom in what the majority limited to the general comparative verbal custom, and some went to include it in verbal and practical custom because it was comparable to the general. As for the emerging custom, it does not specify the general text, and a few scholars deviated from this. Because of this difference and to clarify the scholars’ statements on specifying the general to custom and its conditions and the effect of that on Islamic jurisprudence, I wrote this modest research.

The study aimed to identify the extent to which the literature and texts book for the fourth literary grade in Iraq includes critical thinking skills. The study sample consisted of the literature and texts book for the fourth literary grade. The researcher analyzed the content of the book to reveal the critical thinking skills included in it, and calculated their frequencies and percentages. The results of the study showed that the literature and texts book for the fourth literary grade included 19 (sub-skills of critical thinking, repeated) 333 (times, distributed over five main skills: skill (recognizing assumptions, skill of interpretation, skill of inference, skill of analysis, and skill of evaluation. The results also showed that the skill of inference obtained first place with a repetition of 191 times, representing 57.35% of the total skills, and the skill of interpretation came in second place with a repetition of 82 times, representing 24.62% of the total skills, and the skill of evaluation came in third place with a repetition of 24 times, representing 7.20% of the total skills, and the skill of recognizing assumptions came in fourth place with a repetition of 23 times, representing 6.90%, and the skill of analysis came in fifth place with a repetition of 13 times, representing 3.90%. Imam Ibn Abdul Hadi Al-Dimashqi (may Allah have mercy on him) was born in the first quarter of the eighth century AH, and his life extended until the end of the second quarter of the same century. He was born in the year 705 AH and died in the year 744 AH, which is the inevitable end for every human being. After studying and explaining in comparison with the statements of the imams and critics (may Allah have mercy on them all), it becomes clear to us that our imam was moderate in his use of words without being strict or lenient regarding the narrator, while agreeing with the ruling of all the critics’ statements.

This study dealt with the analysis of the unexploited alternative energy sources in Anbar Governorate, in terms of their concept, importance and the possibility of investing them in the production of electrical energy, based on the problem and hypothesis of the research and ultimately reaching the environmental possibilities available for investing these sources represented by solar and wind energy in the study area. The study also presented a future vision for investing in renewable energy sources and their role in creating new projects to promote economic activities that contribute to achieving sustainable development in Anbar Governorate. The study concluded with a set of conclusions and recommendations.
