Abstract
The research aims to study the effect of knowledge upgrade on business continuity in private colleges and universities in Baghdad. The research problem is summarized in the main question (were the academic leaders able to employ knowledge upgrading to enhance business continuity). The most important of this sector were the universities and the private college in the city of Baghdad as a field for this research, the researchers conducted a field visit to (10) universities or private colleges, the research sample consisted of (177) individuals from the deans of colleges and their assistants, as well as heads of scientific and administrative departments. The data was analyzed and the hypotheses were tested using the appropriate statistical tools using the statistical program (SPSS) and (AMOS) for data analysis. The results showed that there is a significant effect knowledge upgrading on business continuity.

Abstract
This research aims to identify how organizational compatibility, which represents the independent variable, affects higher performance, which is considered a dependent variable, given the importance of these variables in industrial organizations and their clear impact on their stability, survival, and growth in the light of changing environmental challenges. Where the practical research problem was represented by the weakness of awareness of the importance toward organizational compatibility and its dimensions (organizational loyalty, organizational similarity, affiliation or membership, compatibility with goals, and compatibility with values), which is meant by the individual's compatibility with the organization in which he/she works within, and its impact on high performance with its dimensions (self-directed work teams, effective recruitment, in-depth training, quality of workers, and employee motivation: rewards and incentives). To achieve the research objective, several main and sub-hypotheses have been suggested. Therefore, the research seeks to bring the attention of the leaders’ company toward the importance of research variables . The analytical (descriptive) approach was relied as a research design. The questionnaire served as the fundamental tool employed by the researchers for data collection and it included 52 questions, as the questionnaire was filled out by a sample of workers in the General Company for Textile and Leather Industries / Cotton Factory, with a total of 130 individuals( male and female), the most important research results are the existence of a correlation and impact of organizational compliance on high performance with its five dimensions.

Abstract
The aim of this paper is to determine the effect of nostalgia marketing on consumers’ purchase intention and demographic factors. Nostalgia marketing is one of the marketing ideas that some organizations use it to attract customers by evoking memories or heritage in their minds. This method would affect the emotions and feelings of people, which may raise their desire to buy. The questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection, and it was distributed to a random sample of 512 individuals. A sample is a group of individuals who have seen small sculptures displayed in shops inside Babylon Mall in Baghdad. The small sculptures show the life of Baghdadis in the fifties and sixties of the last century. Statistical software was used for data analysis. The critical result of research indicates that there is a positive effect of nostalgia marketing on consumers’ purchase intention.

Abstract
Despite the significant increase in public spending in Iraq, it was not directed toward the important sectors that have an important role in correcting the productive structure. Rather, most of the public expenditure was going to cover the required imports, or to face shocks, whether security or health, and this caused a continuous decrease in the volume of Iraq's exports of goods and services, as the aim of the study was to review the importance of public debt and its impact on the trade balance, as well as to know the economic policies that can contribute to strengthening the trade balance, as the study proved through the (ARDL) model that there is a direct relationship between the domestic debt and the net trade balance, and an inverse relationship with regard to the external debt and the trade balance, as an increase in the external debt by one unit leads to a decrease in the net trade balance, and the study came out With several recommendations, the most important of which is directing public debt funds, whether domestic or external, to build and expand productive capacity. That borrowing be only for public investment, not consumption. As well as supporting the private sector as the main engine of productive sectors.

Abstract
This research deals with the use of a number of statistical methods, such as the kernel method, watershed, histogram and cubic spline, to improve the contrast of digital images. The results obtained according to the RSME and NCC standards have proven that the spline method is the most accurate in the results compared to other statistical methods.

Abstract
The main problem when dealing with fuzzy data variables is that it cannot be formed by a model that represents the data through the method of Fuzzy Least Squares Estimator (FLSE) which gives false estimates of the invalidity of the method in the case of the existence of the problem of multicollinearity. To overcome this problem, the Fuzzy Bridge Regression Estimator (FBRE) Method was relied upon to estimate a fuzzy linear regression model by triangular fuzzy numbers. Moreover, the detection of the problem of multicollinearity in the fuzzy data can be done by using Variance Inflation Factor when the inputs variable of the model crisp, output variable and parameters are fuzzed. The results were compared using standard mean squares error via simulated experiments and taking different sample sizes (20, 40, 80, and 160). The model's superiority was shown by achieving the least value of the mean squares error (MSE(, which indicated by the fuzzy bridge regression model.

Abstract
In this research, the covariance estimates were used to estimate the population mean in the stratified random sampling, and combined regression estimates. were compared by employing the robust variance-covariance matrices estimates with combined regression estimates by employing the traditional variance-covariance matrices estimates when estimating the regression parameter, through the two efficiency criteria (RE) and mean squared error (MSE). We found that robust estimates significantly improved the quality of combined regression estimates by reducing the effect of outliers using robust covariance and covariance matrices estimates (MCD, MVE) when estimating the regression parameter. In addition, the results of the simulation study proved that the Minimum covariance determinant (MCD) method is highly efficient at all sample sizes (n=35 , 75 , 150 , 200 , 500) and then followed by the method of the smallest ellipse Minimum volume Ellipsoid (MVE) handles outliers in the dataset, where it has lower values (MSE).

Abstract
Regression models are one of the most important models used in modern studies, especially research and health studies because of the important results they achieve. Two regression models were used: Poisson Regression Model and Conway-Max Well- Poisson), where this study aimed to make a comparison between the two models and choose the best one between them using the simulation method and at different sample sizes (n = 25,50,100) and with repetitions (r = 1000). The Matlab program was adopted.) to conduct a simulation experiment, where the results showed the superiority of the Poisson model through the mean square error criterion (MSE) and also through the Akaiki criterion (AIC) for the same distribution.

Abstract
Some maps of the chaotic firefly algorithm were selected to select variables for data on blood diseases and blood vessels obtained from Nasiriyah General Hospital where the data were tested and tracking the distribution of Gamma and it was concluded that a Chebyshevmap method is more efficient than a Sinusoidal map method through mean square error criterion.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to measure the levels of quality control for some crude oil products in Iraqi refineries, and how they are close to the international standards, through the application of statistical methods in quality control of oil products in Iraqi refineries. Where the answers of the study sample were applied to a group of Iraqi refinery employees (Al-Dora refinery, Al-Nasiriyah refinery, and Al-Basra refinery) on the principles of quality management control, and according to the different personal characteristics (gender, age, academic qualification, number of years of experience, job level). In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire that included (12) items, in order to collect preliminary information about the study sample was designed. The data was analyzed statistically and hypotheses were tested using the SPSS statistical package. The study relied on a random sample of 225 individuals, of which 205 were valid. The most important results obtained are: The degree of applying control over quality management in the refineries under study was: 68.8% for the principle of senior management's commitment to quality, 65.2% for the principle of planning for the application of quality standards and 65.% for the principle of strengthening the culture of quality among workers. The level of quality of some crude oil products in the refineries under study was estimated at 45%. In addition to the existence of a statistically significant correlation between the application of the principles of control over quality management and the quality of some oil products.
