In my research, I liked to study the approach of this great scholar in his valuable book, and he collected in his book “Kashf al-Khafaa” the largest possible number of hadiths that are well-known on the tongues of people, and discussed them with an objective scientific discussion, indicating in them the degree of hadiths, relying on the science of wounding and ta’deel for men The hadiths mentioned by the scholar Al-Ajlouni in his book amounted to three thousand and two hundred hadiths, between true, good, weak, and fabricated

This book explains the most important books of hadith, which are the narrations attributed in the book Meanings of the Qur’an. This topic has not been written in a scientific treatise, according to my knowledge. My love for the science of hadith, which is one of the most honorable sciences, and my desire for it to be the subject of my research in it, and to be informed of the words of scholars in it, so I found this. The topic fulfills my scientific desire, the approval and encouragement that I received from the distinguished professors who have great experience in this specialty, which increased my activity - after relying on Allah Almighty - in researching this topic

The first goal of all religion is to introduce Allah Almighty, as it is not right for a person to worship a Lord whom he does not truly know, and the Islamic sects differed regarding this knowledge. Some of them said: looking, and among them were those who said: the intention is to look, and among them were those who said: other than That, and Sheikh Al-Harari (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Knowledge of Allah cannot be attained except by Sharia law and that is through revelation, not by human machines of reason and otherwise, and that there is no life for souls except by knowledge of Allah Almighty.

The sum of what I studied from the hadiths are three, and these hadiths were mentioned in the Two Sahihs, and it is proven that the honorable prophetic Sunnah is the second source of Islamic legislation, and it is a revelation from Allah, in which guidance, guidance, and happiness for human beings if they adhere to it, so the prophetic miracle is definitely proven, This is evidenced by the models that permeated this research, as the wind and the wind were associated with the prophetic miracle, as it is a soldier of God's soldiers, as Allah used it in many situations to prove the prophecy of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) exists in every era calling people to the religion of God and showing them evidence of its sincerity in a hadith that matches the new science with its discoveries, and that our saying of the prophetic miracle does not mean that we deal with it as a method, but rather we must know that it is an argument and evidence for prophecy.

This research is concerned with Qur’anic readings and their impact on interpretation by talking about Qur’anic readings: their definition, the emergence of the science of readings, the reasons for differences in reciters in them, and the impact of Qur’anic readings in interpretation. The research included an applied study on various models of the ten different aspects of frequent recitations according to the standards considered in Judging the readings and explaining their impact on interpretation, through:
1-Writing the Qur’anic verse in question in its entirety and in a form based on the narration of Hafs on the authority of Asim.
2-Introducing the ten reciters and their narrators
3-Explaining the different readings in the verse by referring to famous books of readings.
4-Explaining the linguistic meaning of the readings if there is a meaning that is not explained by referring to language books and dictionaries.
5-Interpreting the verse being read in a comprehensive manner, while adhering to the controls set by the scholars of interpretation according to the praiseworthy and permissible opinion, using ancient and modern books of interpretation.

Contentment is one of the greatest characteristics of a person, as it means contentment with the blessings that Allah Almighty divides for him, whether they are few or many, and whoever achieves contentment will obtain the satisfaction of Allah , Blessed and Most High, which is what he seeks and hopes for. Due to the importance and status of this characteristic, it has been frequently mentioned and encouraged in the Holy Qur’an. And the purifying Sunnah of the Prophet. The Messenger of God (may God’s prayers and peace be upon him) would often remind and warn his companions (may Allah be pleased with them) about contentment, abandoning the world, and not paying attention to sustenance from it, and that success is associated with contentment after Islam. And since he, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, had the highest example in contentment and in other things, it was best exemplified by it. Then, the honorable companions and those who came after them who followed them were characterized and possessed conviction, following the example of their Messenger, may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him, and in compliance with his guidance. They encouraged it and recommended it to those who came after them. Their students and others adhere to it, because with it wealth is achieved and life is good, and the soul rises above the trappings and adornments of the world, and if it exists, it does not become attached to it.

The science of ills is considered one of the sciences of hadith. In fact, it is the most important science of hadith, as only the diligent scholar, the one who is familiar with the secrets of the hadith and knows the words and meanings it contains, the conditions of its narrators, those among whom are trustworthy and those among them who are weak, and the number of its methods. Since the Prophet’s Sunnah is the second source of Islamic legislation after the Qur’an, and it is the clarification of the Qur’an, the detail of its entirety, the restriction of its absolutes, and the specification of its generality, it received the attention of our righteous predecessors in its preservation, endurance, performance, and journey. Among those who made an effort in this field were Imam Abu Bakr Ahmad ibn Zuhair ibn Abi Khaythamah, and Imam Yahya ibn Ma’in Abu Zakaria al-Baghdadi, where I found their sayings about men that were offensive and correct, through questions directed by Ibn Abi Khaythamah to Ibn Ma’in, or through him listening to him. He modifies, authenticates, or criticizes the narrators. It is known that Abu Zakaria Yahya Ibn Ma’in was an authority in criticizing men. Paying attention to his expressions is a science in itself, and we are truly in front of two imams who are distinguished in various arts of knowledge and who have an unparalleled reputation in defending the menstruation of the Sunnah, through a clarification. The term jurisprudence of reality is one of the common and widespread terms in the contemporary arena. The nation’s scholars have stressed the importance of jurisprudence of reality in understanding the text and reaching the intent of the lawgiver, as Islamic law took into account the conditions and facts that prevailed in many rulings, and that jurisprudence of reality is of great importance to those concerned with understanding The Sharia text, because it represents one of the ways to reach the intention of Allah Almighty in revealing the rulings after understanding the text, especially in understanding the problem of the hadiths about the rulings, since the Sharia texts came to address the people and organize their conditions and dealings, so it is unfair for the rulings to be revealed without taking into account the nature of their lives, their customs, and their differences, and for this reason The jurisprudence of reality had an important place among the nation’s mujtahids and scholars. In this research, I presented an applied model of the impact of the jurisprudence of reality in guiding the problem of hadith rulings, and the ruling on proving the sighting of the Ramadan crescent with modern astronomical devices.

After the development in digital payment methods, or what is called digital money, the most prominent development witnessed by the digital revolution is at the level of monetary operations, as encrypted virtual currencies are considered a contemporary economic disaster, and there has been a lot of talk about them and their effects and provisions, due to the spread of dealing with them in various places in the world, especially... The Hazm currency has recently appeared in a number of Arab countries. To answer an emerging question, how can a completely new issue such as the Hazm currency be studied? From which other questions arise: What are the economic standards for cash? Did Islam specify a specific form of criticism? Can digital money be considered cash from an economic perspective? How do we understand the position of Islamic jurisprudence on digital money? I began to search for the nature of this currency, and after research and study, I learned about this new currency, its nature, and the corresponding money that jurists have spoken about in the past and in recent times and clarified a ruling. I explained the extent of the risks facing this currency, and the extent of its effects on the economy and people, and then I explained the position of jurisprudence. The Islamic Bank has decided to deal with it, and has reached the following conclusions: What is related to it in terms of its monetary value is that it has not achieved the economic functions of currency efficiently, and as for its issuance, the state should not allow it. This research aims to renew consideration of the methodology of learning and teaching and its application in the study of the Holy Qur’an and its readings. The research also seeks to clarify the methodological principles that both the teacher and the learner must possess in the process of learning the Holy Quran. One of the challenges facing us is how to connect the past with the present in a way that preserves our great Qur’anic heritage. The research seeks to identify appropriate methodological tools for learning and teaching Quranic recitations. And clarifying the basic priorities and the focus that must be present when teaching Quranic readings through skills that include (listening, orally, memorizing, speaking, reading, or writing).

The science of inheritance is one of the important sciences, and it is an applied science whose importance stems from many aspects. It is related to the division of money among those who deserve it, and since every Muslim person who dies may possess money, it was necessary to divide it correctly according to Islamic law, so the area of application of this science was wide with the expansion of people’s need to divide money.
In spite of the urgent need for this science, what is observed is the lack of mastery among the students of the Sharia, and there may be two reasons behind this matter:
the first reason is the lack of specialists who study this science, and the second reason is the old method used in teaching it, in which it is so difficult that it may make the students of science alienate them. I do not pretend to be a master in this science, but what I will write down are reflections that I had for a while, some of which crystallized through my teaching of inheritance for several years, as this allowed me to present this science in a way that I see as smooth with the use of some simple mathematical operations that will facilitate Learning it for students, in my previous research I approached addressing contemporary issues that are urgently needed, and this research is within this approach of research, it is the first section within the topic of inheritance, and it will be followed by two parts, Allah willing.

This research includes within its folds a comparative fundamentalist study on common fundamentalist jurisprudential rulings on a fundamentalist foundation. In accordance with this rule, it included several provisions such as the obligation of intention in ablution, the obligation of reciting Surah Al-Fatihah in prayer, the obligation of a secure neck in expiation, and flogging with exile for men and women. Unmarried couples, and the ruling on witnessing with an oath, and all of these rulings need a comparative fundamentalist study to show the difference between the fundamentalists, and to explain to the reader the reason for the difference between fundamentalists and jurists on these issues, while mentioning the evidence of both groups. These rulings are essential in acts of worship, such as ablution, which is the condition for the validity of prayer. Likewise, reciting Surah Al-Fatihah in prayer, and prayer is one of the pillars of Islam, and it is subject to punishments such as flogging and banishment for unmarried men and women. Likewise, one of the important matters is judgment, such as judgment by witness with an oath. These are fundamentalist jurisprudential rulings.
