Hermeneutics an old term that was used in theological studies to indicate to a group of rule that the interpreter followed to understand the religious text .The history of Hermeneutic is suffering from problem and deficient thus so we can't reach to clear , comprehensive and complete history for this science .Thus it could be said that it belongs to the time of interpretation of the Bible in Old testament when there were a laws to interpret the Torah .The meaning of Hermeneutic in various ages and from various thinkers as it search according to its stages and directions in interpret the Bible , search for texts ,or knowledge in the rules of the texts understanding .The scholars study in various methods such as misunderstanding method , fact interpretation method and other methods .Hermeneutic made new applications in Torah and Apostle to the point that it replaced the author thus it empty the religious from religious by transform it to natural religion and cut the connection with the prophecy and the revelation by miracle .The reformers brought a new reading for the holly text by use mixed compound of Jewish documented interpretation and mixture of Christian leanings according to certain methods .Luther one of the Protestant scholars to read the Bible directly without any mediation and in unified version of the Bible to give a coherence of Apostle l texts and explain that reading the apostle is the same as reading of the text that Jesus (P B U H) .The enlightenment age gives the authority the text and subject it to the logic of mind and its objective to fee the text from holiness and made it as any literary to be as property of individuals or readers , introduce their opinions and criticize as they want The y forget that religious text either is orders or rules that revealed from Allah . It is originally a fundamental rule because it is closely related to one of the subjects of the science of the principles of jurisprudence،which is the inference.
