This research’s goal is to restore and to revive the jurisprudence of Mother of Believers (Um alMuaamineen) “Um Salmah” "may God bless her", and to highlight her outstanding assimilation and understanding of religion and her conscious thought. The current research is a comparative scientific theoretical study represented in the comparison of jurisprudence of “Um Salamah” with Hadiths of fasting and pilgrimage rules as well as the duration mentioned in jurisprudence of for doctrines( 4 schools of thought )to identify these hadiths with the inclusion and discussion of their evidence.The current research included two topics: the first one is to identify and introduce Mother of the Believers, “Um Salmah”, "may God bless her", and her husbands, her children, her elders, her students, her narrations, her death, as well as jurisprudence ofher narrations agreed upon in the Sahih al-Bukhari and Muslm in respect to fasting, Hajj( pilgrimage) and the duration. As for the jurisprudence of her narrations and her opinion upon the fasting person becoming impure (junub), with the validity of his fasting , he may delay washing until morning if he has an excuse or complains of illness. In respect to “ Udah” ( Sharia duration) and mourning for the deceased husband, she should quit adornment,eyeliner, wearing jewelry, pigmentation, perfume, and inthe waiting period of a pregnant woman whose husband dies, ends with the birth giving .

As a result , whoever said about him “has a vision” and has companions, his hadith is connected, even if he does not Prove hearing it from the Prophet, his hadith transmitter companion. And whoever was said about him “has a vision” and it is not proven his vision nor accompanied him, then his hadith is sent for interruption

The prevention of bankruptcy not only prolongs the economic life of the company and increases its financial performance, but also helps to improve the general economic well-being of the country. Therefore, forecasting the financial shortfall can affect various factors and affect different aspects of the company, including dividends. In this regard, this study examines the prediction of the financial deficit of companies that use the logistic regression method and its impact on the earnings per share of companies listed on the Iraqi Stock Exchange. The time period of the research is from 2015 to 2020, where 33 companies that were accepted in the Iraqi Stock Exchange were selected as a sample, and the research hypotheses were tested using normal least squares regression and logistic regression. The results of testing the first hypothesis of the research indicated that the results of the unidirectional logistic regression from Baytree indicated the confirmation of this hypothesis and it can be said with confidence that by combining accounting and market information, a suitable model can be used to predict the financial distress of accepted companies offered on the Iraqi Stock Exchange. The results of the second hypothesis of the research also showed that earningsper share is a predictor of financial deficit. Firms that predict fiscal deficit try to show lower earnings per share and try to be honest and by accurate prediction of earnings per share according to signal theory, they gain the trust of shareholders andcreditors and assure that the company is trying to find a suitable solution for the current issue and other issues that may take place in the future.
