1 Identify the effect of the physical efforts under the
maximum in the responses of blood pressure of
volleyball and athletics players.
2 Identify the effect of physical effort under the maximum in
responses of some heart functions of volleyball and
athletics players. The research sample included volleyball
female player and they are 12 player. Also included
athletics female players and they are 8 players. The
physiological tests have been conducted after exposure of
sample to effort under the maximum and the appropriate
statistical methods have been used.The two researchers
concluded:1
11Significant differences have appeared in responses of
systolic blood pressure of volley ball and athletics female
players.
21Significant differences has appeared in the two
dimensions of the size of heart beat and heart output.

The research included five sections:
The first section includes an introduction and the importance and problem
of the study. The researchers treated the importance of the Strength
Characteristic by Speed and its relationship to the motor performance.
The objectives of the study lies in knowing the effect of the Speed
distinguishing force development on the lower and upper limb muscle in
the shot event. The hypotheses of the study is to know the development of
this positively on the shot.
Second section: includes the following pivots : the concept of Strength
Characteristic by Speed and its importance in shot put event, and the
concept of muscles and the stages of shot put events,
Third section: it includes the methodology and sample of the study and
the training procedure
Fourth section : this section tackles the analysis and discussion of the
findings of the research throughout data collection and processing
statistically and according to the objective set forth in the study followed
by discussion.
The fifth section: this includes the conclusion which the researchers come
up with throughout their study, and ended up with recommendations that
stress the necessity of sticking to or using methods with concentrated
units that care for treating deficiency in physical and skill aspects.

Abstract
Psychological alienation and its relationship to mental health of students
at the internal departments of the faculties of Physical Education in Iraq
The alienation a very important issue, they abound in students who suffer
from instability and loss, anxiety, and actually suffered by the Iraqi student who
admitted to a university within or outside his province to study under the extreme
conditions surrounding it, especially the years after the events of 9 \ 4 \ 2003, if
those events and the wide range and at all levels of social, political and economic,
which negatively affected the behavior of Iraqi society in general and university
student in particular, because they leave a negative impact on mental health and
disorder personality, through fear, anxiety, confusion and lack of social interaction,
The result of this the whole student living in sections interior is far from parents,
family and friends, as well as the community in which they live, a state of alienation
and unrest in the result of personal suffering.
So study aimed to identify the relationship between psychological alienation and
mental health of students at the first stage internal departments in the faculties f
physical education in Iraq.
And use descriptive method and manner of relations relational survey sample was
selected in a deliberate hit (38) students and the percentage (18,26%) of the overall
research community. It has been used measure of psychological alienation and the
measure of mental health. After collecting and processing statistical results show that
the students of internal departments to Ayaanon of mental alienation, and that they
are healthy psychological internal departments within the faculties of physical
education in Iraq. As well as a correlation between psychological alienation and
mental health. So the researchers recommended interesting sections of the Interior
and to provide all the requirements necessary for students for the purpose of creating
a sense of the student that in the status and create a climate university which satisfy
the needs of students and put away their feeling of alienation by identifying their

Volleyball is one of the team sports that needs high level of training due to the rapid
development in the game during these recent years. This development led coaches &
trainers of volleyball to find new ways for developing the players physical & skill abilities as
well as functional , mental & technical.
The aim of the research is to dentify the effect of compound exercises in volleyball on
the development of some mental performance operations.
The main experiment wasperfarmed a sample are students of second yeard students of
the college of Physical Education. Pretests & post tests were conducted as well. Then the
traing program was introduced to develop the mented operations of the students. The
researchers cancluded that there are significant differences in favor of the experimental
group in the posi tests. Finally the researchers recommended making tests of students
and using compound exercises for developing mental operations in volleyball.

The need for guidance in a complementary factor in the process of
learning. It increases students' motivation to achieve their academic goals. The
problem of the research lies in the fact that many students face difficulties in learning
in the college of physical education. These difficulties negatively affect learning and
performing skills. The researcher studied these difficulties according to need for

in the field of physical education
