The duration of the training within the training curriculum for the sample (8) weeks at the rate of (3) units per week and with the number of (24) training units started in 28/1/2018 till 25/3/2018 with duration of (25-30) minutes, the special resistance training has been done in the main section of the preparation period. After discussing the results, the researchers reached several conclusions, the most important of which is that the special resistance training led to the development of the physical efficiency and performance endurance of some defensive and offensive movements for the research sample. A progress has been shown in the offensive performance endurance for the players which led to observed progress of jump shooting performance for the players. The recommendations emphasize the importance of using specific and varied resistance training by coaches when training handball players and for different ages, and importance of developing the performance endurance of the defensive and offensive, because of their role in the development of performance according to the right conditions and the integration of various aspects of performance to achieve the best level of performance.
