وخرج البحث بمجموعة من الاستنتاجات منها : ان واقع الاداء الاداري لدى الهيآت الادارية كان يعكس تصوراً وادراكاً مرضياً لدى المدربين والاداريين . ولا توجد لدى الهيآت الادارية رؤية واضحة وخبرة كافية عن القوانين والتشريعات لنجاح عملها بالاستثمار الرياضي . ومن أهم التوصيات هي : عمل الهيآت الادارية على تنسيق وتوحيد الجهود بصورة جماعية بين اعضائها في العمل الاداري للتحقيق الاهداف . وضرورة تفعيل دور الهيآت الادارية للأندية الرياضية بالاستثمار الرياضي .

Some women may benefit from general health advice, such as following a balanced diet and exercising regularly to reduce the severity of pain. Taking vitamins or following some alternative medicine methods may be useful in alleviating the effects of premenstrual syndrome. It is important to consider correcting the diet during the week or two preceding menstruation, although it is preferable to follow a healthy balanced diet on a permanent basis because this is important for the body in all health conditions for adolescent girls. Hence, the importance of the current research to study diet and healthy practices and their effect on alleviating PMS pain.

Data collection methods included a questionnaire on nutritional and health practices and a food intake form during 24 hours. The exploratory experiment was conducted on a sample of adolescent girls, the number of whom was (10) adolescent girls from outside the sample. As for the pre-tests, they were conducted on the research group, the number of whom was 120 females, by applying the nutritional and health practices questionnaire. The main experiment included collecting data through a personal interview with each individual in the sample. After completing the data collection and reviewing it carefully, the process of emptying the data began regarding the mention of food for 24 hours, food history, and the method of repeating food intake. The foods were recorded in the questionnaire that represents the main food groups and the food pyramid, and foods that have an effect on reducing PMS were added. The researcher also conducted post-tests on a sample of adolescents and under the same conditions similar to the pre-tests. As for the statistical methods, the SPSS statistical package was used to analyze the results.

As for the fourth chapter, it contained a presentation, analysis and discussion of the results under study.

Finally, the fifth chapter presented the most important conclusions and recommendations.

The researcher reached several conclusions, the most important of which are:-

1- The researcher concluded that the variables related to foods obtained a high statistical significance (significant) at the 0.05 level, as vegetables had the greatest effect in reducing the degree of PMS, followed by fruits and dairy, then eggs and fish, respectively.

2- It was concluded that consuming herbal and flower decoctions, sweetened milk and the rest of the drinks in the table, respectively, are all drinks that work to reduce the degree of PMS pain, at different rates according to the estimation coefficient in relation to their relative importance.
3- The results show that following a diet and healthy practices have a significant impact on alleviating PMS pain in succession according to the degree of their impact as follows: - Exercising, following a diet, then eating breakfast before doing any activity.

As for the recommendations, they included: -

1- It is preferable to eat more fish rich in omega 3 and omega 6, and to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables and diversify them.

2- It is advisable to consume milk and herbal drinks (ginger, mint, flowers, etc.) especially during the premenstrual period.

3- It is possible to follow a healthy diet that alleviates PMS pain, such as exercising, following a healthy diet, and eating breakfast.

4- Spreading the culture of PMS, its treatment, and prevention in women's and men's communities in particular, such as cultural forums, charitable societies, and various scientific activities.

Introduction to the research and its importance: -
Training in a multi-faceted manner is a process that has an important role in contemporary societies in the life of the individual in general according to his needs as an individual and as a member of society, as training seeks to bring about changes in the patterns of behavior of the individual by directing him to the best methods based on the correct understanding of his personality and the factors that determine his behavior, as their identity lies in the individual's adaptation to the surrounding circumstances and to achieving his balance with the conditions of the ever-changing environment around him.

1 - Preparing exercises for different play areas for the development of the strategic behavior of youth football for individuals research sample.
2 - To identify the effect of exercises on the logic of different toys to develop the behavior of the individuals of the research sample.
As for the research hypotheses:
1 - Exercises for the different play areas affect the development of the dispositional behavior of the experimental group of individuals research sample.
2 - The approach adopted by the coach has an effective in the development of the conduct of the control group.
3 - exercises for different play areas prepared for the advantage of development of the dispositional behavior of the experimental group members of the research sample.

The third part: The data was placed in tables and discussed in a scientific method supported by accurate scientific sources, which reached the achievement of the objectives of the research, the fourth section: Conclusions and recommendations: - This section contains a set of conclusions reached by the researcher and most important:
1 - The exercises designed to have an impact on the development of the dispositional behavior of the experimental group members of the research sample.
The most important recommendations were:
1 - Use exercises continuously prepared during the training modules because they have an impact on the development of the dispositional behavior.

The research aims to:
- Preparation of exercises similar to performance

The research aims at finding out the impact of individualized instruction system on the development of the agility and coordination among Students. The research sample is fourth preparatory class students at the age of 16. In chapter three, the researchers specified the study sample and the followed procedure which is an experimental one, for it is the most suitable. The actual sample is 21 students which makes 19%. They were distributed into three groups of 7 students. Chapter four displays and discusses the results of the tests of agility and coordination as well as the level of development. In chapter five, the researchers concluded that there is a very positive impact of the individualized instruction system in the educational process and the programs based on the observance of individual differences.

Abstract- The current study aims to know the amount of Oxygen deficit and the variables related to Oxygen at the testing of critical power (3 min out-all). We achieved the objectives of this research by testing 10 football players team in Al-Qadisiya university and the means of their length (177 m), weight (70 kg) and the age (20.3 year). In addition, we utilize a promising technique (K5) to measure the Oxygen deficit and the variables related to Oxygen, and deploying K5 to extract different variables such as (pulmonary ventilation, respiratory parameters, VO2MAX, heart rate, oxygen ventilation equivalent, ventilation equivalent of carbon dioxide, oxygen deficit, oxygen EPOC). Where testing the critical power on the Bicycle physical effort (model Monarch) be selecting level (mini out – all 3) for 3 minutes. As a procedure of experiment the players have to exercise in a maximum speed of cycling against the resistance represented 4.5% of the weight of player body. During that, the player should keep the producing power in steady sate and consider the average of producing power for the last 30s as a critical power. As a result, the experiment show that there is a relation between the critical power and the Oxygen deficit with EPOC and we notes that there is no relation appear with the critical power and Oxygen deficit and EPOC

The researcher hypothesis that there are some differences with statistical experimental references in the before and after/7 test results for a research experimental sample in the special fitness and shooting skill for football players youth team. The aim of the study to develop a training method encompasses physical and skillful trainer for football players for youth team ,the researcher uses the experimental method designing one experiment group of before and after tests
The research sample is Al-Fallujah-Anbar youth team during 2015-2016, after delimiting the research variable, the researcher applies the before tests on the research sample in(Friday and Saturday)at 4 pm. On 29/11/2017. Then the training method has been applied which consists of 24 kind ,all have been applied on Saturday 3/2/2018 having 3 training units per a week which are all as a total completed (24)units . The after tests have been applied after the completed main experiment at 4 pm. On Saturday 3/2/2018 on Al-Fallujah sports team playground for football under the same conditions of the before test. The researcher uses the proper means and statistic laws to adjust the study

The study aimed at finding out the effect of special high strength training and its effectiveness on the normal exercises in improving and developing the biochemical abilities of the explosive ability of the two men and the arms and the speed of speed, compatibility and agility that affect the advanced handball players. Selecting and conducting the necessary tests to collect data and analyze them statistically, using a scientific methodology to find effective solutions to such a problem.
The study was conducted on the players of Al-Qassim club in the handball of the advanced players and with (20) players randomly divided into two groups, one of which applied special exercises with high strength, and the other used with regular exercises, that is for each group (10) players, Before the experiment, and the implementation of the training methodology methodology, which lasted (6) weeks (3) units per week and using the method of training (repetitive and high frequency). After completion of the method and measurement after the experiment and the treatment of the results reached several conclusions, including: The results of the special high-intensity exercises proved effective in influencing and developing all the biochemical capabilities investigated by advanced handball players

Furthermore, there are many disease will offer such as heart diseases as well as sport activities implies that the body will be more stronger and avoid the weakness diseases. Generally, physical fitness is observed as widely base which is represented as vertebral column for all sports activities in all stages of age, additionally it has set of important elements such as (muscular strength, speed, flexibility and agility). This article focus on some of a physical fitness elements and the impact factor on weight and length depends on the data which were collected from college of physical education and sport sciences for women – university of Baghdad. The researchers function multi-regression model to determine the factors which effect on students (females) progress.

- Detection of the impact of the scheduling of intensive practice (with periods of rest – lack thereof) in the development of the achievement of some of motor skills for young footballers.
- Detection of the differences between the two experimental research groups for the scheduling of the intensive practice (with periods of rest – lack thereof) in the development of the achievement of some of some of motor skills for young footballers in the post-tests .
The researchers used the experimental method for its suitability and the nature of the research. The research community was chosen intentionally by the emerging players in Al-Malawiya football school in Samarra which were (22) players, aged 14-16 years, while the sample of the search has reached (16) players were selected and distributed randomly by lottery method on two experimental groups (8) players per group,The homogeneity of the variables (length - mass - temporal age) as well as the variables of the search of the skills of (rolling, handling, scoring) in football game .
The following conclusions were reached:

- The advantage of the use of scheduling intensive practice with short breaks between repetitions of their absence because of their positive impact in the development of (rolling, handling, scoring) under study for footballers .
