Anemia diseases caused by iron deficiency are diffuing world wide . So many people suffering from them , because they are considered grave diseases threaten public health in developing countries , especially on certain population categories such as children and woman during the years of fertility.
This study , therefore ,aims at describing and analyzing some elements of the population composition related to those diseases in Basra , such as populations age and sex composition , as well as their spatial distribution in terms of districts .The study concluded that local pattern of the population composition relating targeted diseases is identical to global pattern. Number of Female patients is higher than Male patients .Also, the rate of incidence is higher among children and young .The resulting spatial differentiation in terms of studied districts is caused by local circumstances similar with global circumstances.

Tax Systems differ in developing countries according to their social , economic and political structures. Such countries are characterized by weak achievement of financial objectives represented by tax revenue . Such weakness is due to tax laws failure .
This study aims at activating tax policy role in economic life of Iraq in a specific period. Tax and financial policy is faced with special tasks as a result of complicated social, economic and political circumstances facing Iraq . These tasks are represented by finding the suitable devices to face inflation and picking Iraqi economy up of stag inflation and disorder in different life fields

This research Presents a new Study Of Umru' Alkais love poetry narration . Three poems of his Collection are being focused on . The first is his mo`allequa which presents a narration of two adventures with Uneiza and Baithat al khidir . The Second is his Ayniya Poem .
Love poem usually starts with the hero movement towards his aim, so this presents the first scene of his narrative context. The second scene describes the obstacle which hinders the hero from moving , the poet intends to do that in order to diversify his charaeters. So , he performs the hero role, and his characters become dominant and centric which polarize all events, the poet concentrates on the heroine drawing three dimension to her personality:-
External dimension describing her beauty .
Internal dimension representing her feelings .
Social dimension sometimes she is rich called ( baithat –alkhidir ) and sometimes she has a husband or she has a baby .

It is obvious for the political observer that the Iranian – European bilateral Relations is specified by a paramount significance in the development of Iran`s foreign relations. This relation is regulated by
an integrated system of balance of interests, especially in the economic dimension, which in turn affects positively "in the orientation of the development of bilateral relations on other levels : political and cultural.0 00000000000000000000
Needless to say, the Iranian leadership has worked to find possible solutions on the advisory opinion of Salman Rushdie, as an obstacle in the development of relations. They confirmed that they were not involved in the application or cancellation of his opinion , and that they have no intention to threaten the life of the writer and will not take any step that would harm him, they strive to improve the situation of human rights and public freedoms, and condemns international terrorism.However, they refuse to employ the slogans of human rights, terrorism and the other to exert political pressure on it .
In the final analysis, and despite some crises and political upheavals in European relations with Iran, especially with regard to Iran's nuclear program and position on the settlement process in the Middle East, the relations are likely to be the activation and development of keen clear purification and the removal of any obstacles despite the Israeli- American interventions and threats. Balance of interests is the title of firm based relations.

This study tackles the most significant improvements in Salalah Port and the role of that in the development of marine transport movement . It also deals with the spread or re- export trade ,especially after the establishment of free zone in salalah and the attraction of commercial and industrial foreign investment which led to the raise of macro commercial activity level in the port , and the attraction of regional and international marine ships .That made of salalah Port a significant axis of economic activity after oil. The Port is also considered as one of effective economic bases of foreign trade in Oman as commercial development increased with globalization and technical advance that encourage different companies in the port to provide modern equipments and efficient electronic exchange systems, especially in containers stations to equip with international marine transport fleet.

The concept of virtual learning and virtual school has appeared during the nineties of the last century . Virtual learning can be defined as that kind of learning which depends on electronic techniques to connect the teacher with the learner . Some Arab Gulf states have taken primary steps to adopt such new learning programmes encouraged by the findings of identical experiments successfully applied in the west.
The research endeavors to study the possibility of adopting virtual learning in the educational process in Iraq. Basrah Governorate was selected to apply an experiment to teach English language through computer.
