The aim of the research is to identify the effect of the learning cycle and the mental maps according to the cognitive method in the development of sensory intelligence and to learn some of the technical skills of the gymnastic, and to identify the most effective method in the development of sensory intelligence kinetic and learning some of the technical skills gymnastic between the four groups, The students of the second phase of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - Basra University for the academic year 2016 - 2017 and the number of (99) students distributed to (6) people, was selected Division C to learn the style of the learning cycle and Division D to learn the strategy of mental maps, Division A has been subjected In order to divide the research sample according to the cognitive method (analytical vs. totalitarian), the researcher distributed the cognitive scale to the two research groups. After collecting the questionnaire forms and emptying them, the researcher found that both groups include the cognitive field (analytical versus
totalitarian) as follows:
1- The first group: This group consists of students of the second grade (C) of (9) students of the analytical and of the total (18) students in the division are taught some of the skills of the gymnastic in the learning cycle.
2- The second group: This group consists of students in the second grade (C) of the total (9) students of the total and out of the total (18) students in the Division are taught some of the skills of the gymnastic style of learning cycle.
3- The third group: This group consists of students in the second row (D) of (9) students of the analytical and out of the total (17) students in the division are taught some of the skills of the Jmnstk strategy maps mental.
4- The fourth group: This group consists of students in the second row (D) of (8) students of total and of the total (17) students in the division are taught some of the skills of the Jmnstk mental maps strategy.
The implementation of the main experiment to search on 27/2/2017 and until 26/4/2017 for a period of 9 weeks and at a rate of (2) educational units in the week after an exploratory experience and give two units tariff for each group, as it has been allocated (6) learning modules for each skill , educational unit per time (90 minutes) note that the researcher did not intervene in the section preparatory and the final section, but the experience is located within the main section of the lesson of 60 minutes is divided into two parts (30) minutes to learn the skills in question and 30 minutes to teach the skill Other part of the curriculum, and after processing the results of tribal tests and

dimensionality using statistical methods The appropriate researcher concluded the following:
1- The use of both the learning cycle and mental maps according to the cognitive method (analytical versus totalitarian) have shown a positive impact in the development of sensory intelligence and the movement of the movement of technical skills and technical skills in the search.
2- The strategy of mental maps is better than the strategy of the learning cycle in the development of sensory intelligence and movement and learn the technical skills of the technical research.
3- The analytical people who learned according to the strategy of mental maps and the learning cycle are more able to develop the sensory intelligence and motivate the learning of the technical skills of the technical research of the total people.

This study aimed at:
1 - Identify the distribution of body mass index BMI for Preparatory School Students of (16 - 17) Years Old in the Centre of Basra
2 - Find an equation to predict the level of fitness health in terms of some mobility abilities for Preparatory School Students of (16 - 17) Years Old in the Centre of Basra
3- To identify the contribution of some motor abilities in the level of health fitness for Preparatory School Students of (16 - 17) Years Old in the Centre of Basra.
The researchers followed the descriptive method of survey in conducting this study. The study was conducted on a sample of (400) students distributed by educational sectors in the center of Basrah Governorate.
The main conclusions of the study were:
1. The percentage of malnutrition (thinness, weight gain and obesity) in the study sample was 17%, 16% and 5%, respectively.
2 - Equation and numerical indicators and predictive measurements and tests of motor abilities, have the potential to assess the level of fitness .
The main recommendations were:
1 - The possibility of using the measurements and tests used in this study as objective means to monitor the level of fitness health.
2 - the possibility of benefiting from the equations of prediction as a means of calculation of the objective assessment of the level of fitness

The objective of the research is to identify the impact of the participatory e-learning strategy in the environment of social communication applications on learning the basic skills in the chest swimming, the preparation of educational units in the e-learning strategy to learn the basic skills in the chest and prepare a page for learning the breast
swimming on the social networking site (Facebook).
The research hypotheses were:
There were no statistically significant differences between the remote tests in the chest swimming test with the two men only for a distance of 20 m
There were no statistically significant differences between the remote tests in the chest- arm test for only 20 meters.
There were no statistically significant differences between the remote tests in the chest swimming test for 25 m.
The research society was selected by the students of the second stage in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - University of Baghdad, the number of (81) students for the academic year 2016-2017, divided into three divisions, and was selected sample random search of the (54) (27) students in each division, and after excluding the sample of the pilot experiment, the sample of the research was selected (40) students divided into (20) students per division, ie (49.3%).
The average age of the total sample (20 years), and the researchers assumed that the sample is homogeneous because the female students from the beginnings and their ages and levels are close and within one study stage and only females.
After processing the data, the following results were obtained:
1-The educational units developed with the strategy of e-learning participatory have a positive impact in learning the basic skills of swimming chest.
2-The experimental group showed a remarkable development in all tests through the significance of differences and demonstrated by the results of the post-test.

3-The participatory e-learning strategy integrates the knowledge of the learners and the knowledge of experts in the field, which helps to overcome the barriers during the learning process and keep abreast of the scientific developments in the field. 4-Participatory e-learning strategy has transformed female students from receiving information into posts.
5-Participatory e-learning provides responsibility for students, whether individuals or groups, about their achievements, highlighting their respective roles, helping to evaluate their roles individually and evaluating their role as a whole.
6- .Participatory e-learning enables the exchange of learning resources among students, which helps them to communicate with all parties in the educational process and to express their own ideas freely.
The researchers recommend that:
1 - Use the strategy of e - learning participatory in the teaching of various games and events within the curriculum of the faculties of physical education and sports sciences for the participation of students in lectures, as well as keep them away from the traditional context

The aim of the research was to evaluate the training curricula according to some of the complex skills in the light of the repeated measurements of the football players of the halls. The research areas included the human field represented by the players of Maysan football clubs (Maysan, Qal'atSalih and Degla) (16/2/2018) until (15/05/2018), while the spatial area in the clubs investigated.
The researchers used the descriptive approach in the method of repeated measurements. The sample consisted of (30) players from Maysan football clubs for the halls. The SPSS system was used to obtain the results of the research. The researchers concluded that:
It emerged that there was a development in the composite skills investigated for all three teams.

The training curriculum prepared by the three clubs is good and worked on the development of players skillfully.
Recommendations:
Use periodic and regular tests and inform the players on their level, to be an incentive
for them to make more effort.

The purpose of this study was to provide an appropriate model for Moy movement performance and Moy movement training data by quantitative. Analysis of the kinematic variables of three players from the specialty school of gymnastics in Maysan. To acquire kinematical data, a digital Sony HDR-PJ10 video recording camera with a frame rate of 60 frames per second, were used during the execution by placing it right side of the subjects (gymnasts) and perpendicular to the sagittal plane. The digitization of the skill by converting raw data into numeric values was done with the help of kinovea software to obtain selected kinematic variables. As a result of this study, it appears that sudden drop and maximum shoulder joint extended is important when performing Moy motion in parallel bars. The maximum hip flexion at the starting point of the ascending swing, the sudden extended to the opposite direction of the shoulder and hip joints when leaving the parallel bars, the control of the body moving to the forward direction, and the reduction of the angle of the hip joint in the flight phase is important.

The importance of the research by using the method of stations for a specific age group are the youth to raise the level of their learning the correct skill performance in a way that shortens the time and effort of the learner and teacher and through the adoption of the correct mathematical rule with the performance of skill in football.

The current study aimed at identifying the role of extracurricular physical activities in the educational process from the point of view of physical education teachers, as well as whether there are statistically significant differences in teachers’ opinions according to the two variables (experience, educational area). The researchers used the descriptive curriculum. The two researchers built a tool that was made up of four axes: (school environment, student, teacher, curriculum). The results showed that there is a significant role of extracurricular physical activities in the educational process, where the focus of the teacher came first, and eventually the focus of the school environment. A program has prepared for both groups, with two types of balls. This program had been fulfilled during the period 23/10/2017 until 23/12/2017 , pro-test had been applied after that, after collection data and handing them statistically by using T test and variance analysis in on direction and test of L.S.D, reached the following conclusion. 1.The proposed approach using two types of balls has an effective effect in developing the skills of the serving and reception of volleyball players in the experimental group. 2.The curriculum has developed the skills of serving and reception of volleyball players in the control group. 3.Experimental group has led to the development of the selected skills in a degree greater than a control group. Abstract. The research includes an introduction and the importance as the importance of
the research came from the fact that it is a modern research field which aims to determine the most important obstacles in the application of re-engineering administrative processes in sport and school activity units.
The research problem arisen from the adoption of the administrators of sports and school activity units of the classical administrative values and concepts of classical ways of thinking. So this research aims to study and the re-engineering process and to identify the obstacles that prevent it to be applied. The aim of the research is to construct a questionnaire to identify the concept of re-engineering the process of administrative to the administrators of sports and school activity units in some of central and southern provinces and to identify the main obstacles that prevent the application of this concept.

The descriptive method in the survey method is used in this research with research population consists of (42) the administrators of the sports and school activities units of some of central and southern provinces while a research sample consists of (30) individuals.
The most important conclusions a be summarized as the administrators of the sports and school activity units had no clear idea about the re-engineering of administrative processes because there were no training courses to explain this concept and therefore not familiar with examples of institutions who successfully implemented this process, which justified their rejection of organizational change. The important recommendations focused on reducing the resistance of the administrators of the sports and school activity units to the concept of re-engineering administrative processes by educating them about the importance of this concept, conducting training courses and showing examples of institutions who successfully applied the re-engineering administrative processes.
