Noise pollution in Basra Governorate (sources - effects - treatment)

Abstract

Noise pollution is one of the most prominent features of contemporary society as a source of concern and instability through its impact on human comfort and health and on the quality of life that he lives, and in the province of Basra, several sources have gathered that made modern life painful, especially in its center, as the level of noise background in it reached (73.7) (·) decibels in (2009), thus exceeding the acceptable levels of noise according to the World Health Organization, and then the accompanying health and productivity risks to the individual, so the goal of The research lies in the study of noise pollution in the province of Basra in terms of identifying its sources and the consequent negative effects on humans with the development of ways to address it.

يعد التلوث الضوضائي من ابرز سمات المجتمع المعاصر باعتباره مصدراً للقلق وعدم الاستقرار من خلال تأثيره على راحة الإنسان وصحته وعلى نوعية الحياة التي يعيشها، وفي محافظة البصرة، قد اجتمعت مصادر عدة جعلت من الحياة العصرية مؤلمة خصوصا في مركزها، اذ بلغ مستوى الخلفية الضوضائية فيها(73.7) (·) ديسيبل في عام (2009)، وتتعدى بذلك المستويات المقبولة للضوضاء على وفق منظمة الصحة العالمية، ومن ثم ما يصاحبها من مخاطر صحية وإنتاجية على الفرد، لذا فان هدف البحث يكمن في دراسة التلوث الضوضائي في محافظة البصرة من حيث التعرف على مصادره وما يترتب عليه من اثار سلبية على الإنسان مع وضع السبل الكفيلة لمعالجته .

Abstract

The current study aims to identify the extent to which Zain Iraq Wireless Communications Company practices marketing citizenship and management of the organization's image, as well as the statement of marketing citizenship in its sub-dimensions (economic, social, humanitarian, legal) as an interpretive variable, and the management of the organization's image as a responsive variable with its sub-dimensions (the desired image, the real image, the perceived image).

The problem of the study was identified by a number of questions, the most important of which was "What is the level of marketing citizenship among the research sample? What is the level of management of the organization's image in the research sample? In order to achieve the objectives of the study and answer its questions, the study was tested in the mobile telecommunications sector in Iraq, specifically in Zain. The study was applied to a sample of (38) managers in the company distributed at several administrative levels (board members, general managers, or commissioners, department managers, division managers, unit managers, office managers). The study used the questionnaire as a key tool for data and information collection. It has sought to test a number of main and sub-hypotheses related to correlations and impact relationships between the variables of the study, and in order to process data and information used

تهدف الدراسة الحالية الى التعرف على مدى ممارسة شركة زين العراق للاتصالات اللاسلكية للمواطنة التسويقية وادارة صورة المنظمة,كذلك بيان المواطنة التسويقية بأبعادها الفرعية (الاقتصادية, الاجتماعية, الانسانية, القانونية) كمتغير تفسيري، وادارة صورة المنظمة كمتغير إستجابي بأبعادها الفرعية (الصورة المرغوبة, الصورة الحقيقية ,الصورة المدركة).

تحددت مشكلة الدراسة بعدد من التساؤلات كان أهمها " ما هو مستوى المواطنة التسويقية لدى عينة البحث؟ ما هو مستوى ادارة صورة المنظمة لدى عينة البحث؟ ومن اجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة والإجابة عن تساؤلاتها اختبرت الدراسة في قطاع الاتصالات المتنقلة في العراق وبالتحديد في شركة زين . وطبقت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من (38) مدير في الشركة موزعين في مستويات إدارية عدة (أعضاء مجلس إدارة، مديرين عامين، أو مفوضين، مديري أقسام، مديري شعب، مديري وحدات، مديري مكاتب). واستخدمت الدراسة الاستبيان أداة رئيسة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات. وقد سعت لاختبار عدد من الفرضيات الرئيسة والفرعية المتعلقة بعلاقات الارتباط وعلاقات الأثر بين متغيرات الدراسة، ولأجل معالجة البيانات والمعلومات استعملت العديد من الأساليب الإحصائية واستخرجت النتائج باستخدام البرنامج الحاسوبي(pct v.17 SPSS)،

وتوصلت الدراسة لمجموعة من الاستنتاجات النظرية والتطبيقية من بينها ارتفاع مستوى المتغيرات الرئيسة (المواطنة التسويقية, وادارة صورة المنظمة) والفرعية )الاقتصادية, ,الاجتماعية , الانسانية, القانونية)، (الصورة المرغوبة, الصورة الحقيقية ,الصورة المدركة).في الشركة، ووجود علاقات ارتباط معنوية فيما بينها كذلك وجود أثر معنوي لمتغير المواطنة التسويقية, في ادارة صورة المنظمة ، وهذه النتائج جاءت متطابقة مع الفرضيات في هذا الجانب. وقدمت الدراسة مجموعة مقترحات لعل أهمها الاستمرار بتبني فكرة المواطنة التسويقية في الشركة ميدان البحث, مع مقترحات أخرى تعد مشروعات دراسية مستقبلية.

Abstract

The study aimed to reveal the impact of entrepreneurial characteristics on organizational commitment among a sample of decision makers in the General Company for Electrical Industries - Diyala Governorate, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the entrepreneurial characteristics scale was adopted, in addition to the organizational commitment scale. The study was applied to a sample of decision makers, numbering (62), the study questionnaires were distributed to them, and (53) questionnaires were retrieved, using appropriate statistical methods to answer questions to study and test their hypotheses. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are:

1. The level of entrepreneurial characteristics of the selected sample in the field studied is average.

2. The level of organizational commitment of administrative leaders in the field under study is average.

3. Weak impact of entrepreneurial characteristics on organizational commitment of the study sample.

هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أثر الخصائص الريادية في الالتزام التنظيمي لدى عينة من متخذي القرار في الشركة العامة للصناعات الكهربائية - محافظة ديالى ، ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة تم اعتماد مقياس الخصائص الريادية ، بالإضافة إلى مقياس الالتزام التنظيمي. طبقت الدراسة على عينة من متخذي القرار والبالغ عددهم (62 ) ، وزعت استبانات الدراسة عليهم، واسترد منها ( 53) استبانة، استخدمت الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة للإجابة عن أسئلة لدراسة واختبار فرضياتها. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها:

1. إن مستوى الخصائص الريادية لدى العينة المختارة في الميدان المبحوث متوسط.

2. إن مستوى الالتزام التنظيمي لدى القادة الإداريين في الميدان المبحوث متوسط.

3. ضعف أثر للخصائص الريادية على الالتزام التنظيمي لدى عينة الدراسة.

Abstract

Business process reengineering (reengineering) has received fundamental concerns in recent years. The current research is an attempt to provide a theoretical framework for the approach to process re-engineering and its success factors in a production plant.

The research tried to present and discuss the conceptual integration between process re-engineering and competitive advantage, and in order for our national organizations to rise to the level of global class organizations, they must realize and understand the strategic implications of process re-engineering and its impact on their ability to gain competitive advantage, and that they must work as a team in the framework of seeking to create integration between all functional areas of business.

Many organizations have recognized that the option of business process reengineering has become a binding strategic alternative as competition shifts from cost and quality to flexibility and responsiveness.

The purpose of the research is to diagnose and explore the relationship between business process reengineering success factors and competitive advantage.

The results of the research showed that these factors could significantly explain the variation and difference in the ability of the laboratory under study to achieve competitive advantage.

حظيت إعادة هندسة عمليات الأعمال (الهندرة) باهتمامات جوهرية في السنوات الأخيرة . والبحث الحالي هو محاولة لتقديم إطار نظري لمدخل إعادة هندسة العمليات وعوامل نجاحها في أحد المعامل الإنتاجية.

إذ حاول البحث عرض ومناقشة التكامل ألمفاهيمي بين إعادة هندسة العمليات والميزة التنافسية, وحتى ترتقي منظماتنا الوطنية إلى مستوى منظمات الصنف العالمي, عليها أن تدرك وتستوعب المضامين الإستراتيجية لإعادة هندسة العمليات وتأثيرها على قدرتها في اكتساب الميزة التنافسية, وأن عليها أن تعمل كفريق في إطار السعي نحو خلق التكامل بين جميع المجالات الوظيفية للأعمال.

وقد أدرك العديد من المنظمات أن خيار إعادة هندسة عمليات الأعمال بات من البدائل الإستراتيجية الملزمة في ظل تحول المنافسة من الكلفة والجودة نحو المرونة وسرعة الاستجابة.

أن الغرض من البحث هو تشخيص واستكشاف العلاقة بين عوامل نجاح إعادة هندسة عمليات الأعمال والميزة التنافسية.

وأظهرت نتائج البحث أن تلك العوامل يمكن أن تفسر معنويا التباين والاختلاف في قدرة المعمل قيد الدراسة على تحقيق الميزة التنافسية.

The current research was based on two variables that interact with each other to form the intellectual framework for it, namely (sustainable strategy and smart organization). استند البحث الحالي على متغيرين يتفاعلان فيما بينهما ليشكلان الإطار الفكري لها وهي (الإستراتيجية المستدامة و المنظمة الذكية ) . و انطلق البحث من مشكلة عبَّر عنها بعدد من التساؤلات استهدف من خلال الإجابة عنها استجلاء الجوانب النظرية والعملية لهذه المتغيرات كونها من الموضوعات الحديثة التطبيق ، ومن ثم تشخيص هذه الجوانب الخاصة بالإستراتيجية المستدامة ودورها في بناء المنظمة الذكية في الشركة المبحوثة (زين العراق للاتصالات) و ذلك بسبب أهمية تطبيقها و اعتمادها في الشركة المبحوثة مما يحقق الهدف المطلوب في بناء منظمة ذكية, وتضمن جانباً تطبيقياً استند على فرضيتين رئيسة اختصت الأولى منها بتحليل وتشخيص علاقة الارتباط بين أبعاد الإستراتيجية المستدامة وإبعاد المنظمة الذكية ، في حين اختصت الفرضية الثانية بتحليل وتشخيص علاقة الأثر, وقد اختيرت شركة زين العراق للاتصالات كموقع لإجراء البحث , وتبنى الباحث أسلوب العينة القصدية (العمدية) والتي شملت (87) من المدراء بأقسامهم المختلفة لكافة المستويات , وقد نهج البحث منهج استطلاعي بالتحليل الشامل والعميق للمشكلة , وقد توصل البحث إلى حقيقة وجود علاقات ارتباط وتأثير بين المتغيرات.

وتوصل البحث الي مجموعة من الاستنتاجات منها اهتمام الشركة المبحوثة بالإستراتيجية المستدامة وبكل عناصرها ساهم في تعزيز دور الشركة وجعلها من المنظمات الذكية ) ،كما أوصى البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات منها ضرورة اهتمام الشركات بعناصر الإستراتيجية المستدامة من خلال تعزيز الأهمية النسبية لتلك العناصر لان ذلك سيسهم وبشكل كبيرة في بلورة الشركة لعناصر المنظمة الذكية .

هدفت هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على مفهوم وأهمية محاسبة المسؤولية الاجتماعية ومعالجة القصور في مخرجات النظام المحاسبي المتمثل بالقوائم المالية من خلال تضمين هذه القوائم معلومات عن المسؤوليات الاجتماعية للوحدات الاقتصادية وبيان اثر الافصاح عنها في مستخدمي القوائم المالية واستندت الدراسة الى عدد من الفرضيات منها ان الوحدات الاقتصادية العراقية لا تقوم بإبراز مساهماتها الاجتماعية في قوائمها المالية وايضا يمكن تحديد التكاليف الاجتماعية وقياسها وفصلها عن التكاليف التي تخص النشاط الاقتصادي ويمكن الافصاح عما قامت به الوحدات الاقتصادية من مسؤولياتها الاجتماعية وان الافصاح عن المسؤولية الاجتماعية يؤثر في سلوك مستخدمي القوائم المالية وتوصلت الدراسة الى ان الوحدات الاقتصادية العراقية لا تقوم بابراز ما قامت بايفاءه من مسؤولياتها الاجتماعية في قوائمها المالية وامكانية تحديد وحصر التكاليف الاجتماعية وبالتالي يمكن تضمين القوائم المالية الحالية معلومات عن المسؤولية الاجتماعية، وتوصلت الدراسة الى ان مستخدمي القوائم المالية يهتمون بالافصاح عن المسؤولية الاجتماعية وان هذا الافصاح يؤثر في قراراتهم وتم التوصل الى اختلاف الاهمية النسبية لمجالات المسؤولية الاجتماعية لمستخدمي القوائم المالية حيث حظي مجال حماية المستهلك للمنتوج النهائي بالاهتمام الاكبر.
