Iraq's enjoyment of the human resources of Muslim majority as well as his natural resources and it's economic and strategic location make him focus of world attention. More over, Iraqi people are so able to open up to people and to accommodate changes that they are considered of worldwide a ware ness and of intellectual advancement. All these and other factors make it occupy the high position, regionally and internationally in services and banking investment, especially the Islam banking. The topic of this research paper- which is based upon the spirit and rules of Islamic law. And what the call for introduction of the law of Islamic banking in Iraq is. But, a significant move in the reconstruction of Iraq and bring foreign investments, particularly, the Arab and Islamic ones, which constitutes a significant part of the financial flows. The introduction of legal and legitimate aspects governing the issuance of such a law due to the specificity of Islamic banks which refrain from dealing in the banking interests and how to establish a law governing. The relationship of there banks with the central bank and other commercial banks and what is the Islamic banking system that fits the privacy of the Iraq's economy and what are necessary procedures to establish banks, windows or branches, whether they are Islamic banks, Arab banks, national or global ones. And this what is tackled in this first chapter of this paper. The second chapter dealt with the legal aspects of the relationship with functions of the central banks and how they should be, such as, determining the minimum capital, determining the size of the deposits for the capital, determining the liquidity and determining the amount of credit for the deposits and restrict the numerous ownership of fixed assets as well as the regulatory functions which the central banks, concerning the clearing, the settlements, the remittances and other commitments with the statement of the legal and legitimate position of all these functions and tasks mentioned earlier. The third chapter dealt with the future prospects for the introduction of this law and it's impact on the banking sector and it's a ability to compete with commercial banks and what are the constraints and conditions for the success of this law and the legal form appropriate to Iraq, drawing on the laws of it's kind published in many Islamic Arabic countries. This research has come out with a number of conclusions, recommendations and proposals to aroid the forbidden, with a legal drafting which is negotiable and liable to discussion, modification and amendment, yet it serves as a foundation stone that the introduced law is built upon. And derived from the importance of research on this subject in Iraq, he, like other developing countries trying to through the Iraqi investment law, the current number (13) for the year 2006 average accelerating business investment stalled for decades, and aspires to create an attractive climate for concessions and facilities to foreign capital, which is between the hammer of these attempts and the Charybdis of these concessions and facilities must be alert to the effects of it. That the issue of impacts generated by past behavior and the broad and complex with a capacity and complexity of business investment and financial attracted to the cake-profit content in those developing countries, and then define the scope of the study discussed the effects of the practice of the company's multi-national to be active by linking the phenomenon of globalization, trade, finance and the company and the applications subject in Iraqi law.

In light of the successive variables and growth accompanying the phenomenon of globalization as well as the development of means of production, we notice that most developing countries, especially Iraq, are facing major challenges, foremost of which is the knowledge economy, and what this challenge leads to. Through this research, the researcher sheds light closely on the nature of this economy, its importance and the characteristics it enjoys, and to what extent the Iraqi economy has reached it, compared to developed and developing countries, through the use of modern industrial technologies, in addition to information technologies that have produced an advanced knowledge society, which is currently one of the most important sources of financing economic development in advanced economies, and is the main driver of the modern advanced economy based on the lowest costs and achieving the highest revenues in record time, in terms of the fact that the scoop is the driving force for the growth of production, its progress and prosperity, and this happens with the accumulation and development of knowledge technically. Creativity and development are an effective tool and not just a goal to bring about a technological change that can be advanced and make a difference at the level of comprehensive development. The use of knowledge and innovation will move the Iraqi economy to expand its options for the sake of developing individuals and improving their scientific and living standards.

The world is now witnessing, especially at the beginning of the twenty-first century, radical, rapid, successive and complex changes, as the dominant feature of the work environment surrounding us has become volatility and rapid dynamic change. Hence, the current study addressed two basic dimensions, which are (strategic planning for health marketing) and (customer satisfaction). The research came in five sections. The first section was the scientific methodology of the research and included the research problem, the importance of the research, the research objectives and the research hypotheses. The second section was the theoretical aspect and included strategic planning and strategic planning for health marketing. The third section was customer satisfaction. The fourth section included the relationship between strategic planning and customer satisfaction. The fifth section was the field aspect of the research and included a description and analysis of the relationships included in the research model, a description and analysis of the research dimensions, testing the research model and its hypotheses and the relative importance of the research variables. Finally, the conclusions that were drawn in light of the results reached by the research, and the recommendations recommended by the researchers came. And success comes from God.

Purpose / Objective - The purpose of this research is to identify the types of organizational agility (sensing agility, and decision-making agility, acting agility) in organizations working in the industrial sector as a sample search, and in light of a changing work environment and dynamic necessary to the existence of agile organizations (agility) have a role in the process promoting of job engagement to workers through dimensions (cognitive engagement, emotional engagement, physical engagement) and thus determine the impact of organizational agility in the promoting process of job engagement for workers in the sample companies. Design / methodology / approach - Data were collected from the study (100) employees (5) companies under the Ministry of Industry and Minerals, has been relying on international scales for measuring organizational agility and through the questionnaire for data collection and analysis. Findings- Find reach an agreement that the study sample organizational agility and directly affected by the dimensions of the job engagement, and promote the process of employee's engagement in the research sample companies. Research limitations/implications - it is hoped that this research contributes to stimulate scientific research, especially in terms of test content model, and sequencing, as well as study the research variables and the factors influencing them. Practical implications - The main effects revolve around the idea that intense competition in the markets of the current must be directed toward business organizations, organizational agility in order to be able to compete, and this trend will exercise an important role in the promoting process of job engagement. Originality / value - Most of the literature on this subject focuses on specific concepts are not explained, and did not address the dimensions. Find and expand the concepts presented in the study because it includes the dimensions of organizational agility and concepts as well as the dimensions of the job engagement, and factors affecting the process of job engagemen

The planningprocess for the production of any article or services is the basic function and strategic which carried out by the institution . For purpose of optimization in the production process it must be use scientific method productivity which the most important in this field . A linear programming in this scientific application has been taking the real data of raw materials ( X1) and numbers of workers (X2 ) and working hours ( X3 ) which involved in the production of bulgur food by using a simplex method , it has been identified the target of objective function and its consternates for the purpose determining the quantity of work items which involved in production process which are subject to multiple processes and than transformed into specific produced in its quality and quantity , taken in our constraint the condition of Non negative constraint and then apply the application of sensitivity analysis for the purpose of test results that have been wanted

The current study starts to clarify the role that the Job downsizing strategies might play in facing the organizational burnout. Kufa Cement Plant was selected as a study community as it is one of the organizations that suffer this problem, the study sample is a deliberate one of ( 100 ) workers of the departments` heads and the branches managers as they participate in making decisions considering that the downsize decision is a strategic one with which all the organization conditions should be studied. The study adopts five Job downsizing strategies:- ( decreasing the workers` number strategy, re-designing business strategy, the comprehensive strategy, stop employing ,overtime and contract strategy, and the optimum use of the human resources strategy )
It also adopts five indications of the burnout :- ( decline in the administrative and technical experience, decline in the profit, the strategic factors, the organizational factors and the environmental factors).The results show a relation and a significant effect, represented by the downsize strategies, to restrict the burnout indications in the studied organizations. The study obtained a number of the theoretical and practical conclusions that appear by the personal interviews with the administrative leadership and the sample answers that refer to a large over number of workers in Kufa Cement Plant. The study recommends the necessity of activating the private sector role in employing the graduates of all fields and securing their job rights to equalize their peers in the governmental jobs
