Intelligence cognitive big impact when activity needs high levels of personal commitment, and self-confidence, and trust between individuals, freedom of communication, and proactive behavior. Or It's , countless types of emotions and behaviors, such as personal, anger, anxiety, fear, conflict of values, competition, etc., and often arise in a group project. Since it depends on the effectiveness of the performance of these organizations, particularly service organizations, to a large extent on the emotional and cognitive ability of the persons concerned performance. It facilitates the quality of work of persons and motives of intelligent group.
So this study trying to theoretical and practical intellectual applied to study the possibility of using cognitive intelligence in the implementation of organizational strategy in order to detect the psychological and social foundations in the implementation of organizational strategy.

The research adopted the career plateau variable unilaterally from the problematic reality career plateau in a sample of Iraqi organizations. This research aimed to reach the reality of the samples on which fell under the effects of career plateau. The importance of the research expected that she would reveal the nature of career plateau and the contrasts between the targeted organizations. So necessitated the adoption of reach variation between sample by (Kruskal-Wallis Test) as an appropriate nonparametric statistical tool to create contrast between more than two samples.
The research came up with the conclusion that career plateau already exists and it is becoming more common and are associated with negative results at the level of the individual and the Organization, also submitted recommendations on most often is the theoretical and practical conclusions, as well as those which inspired views researcher.

The study aims to measure the effect of organizational learning practices on achieving strategic renewal. The study presents different opinions about its variables , besides a practical analytical aspect .
The study used a questionnaire as atool to gather data from a sample consisting of (65) dean assistants and head departments in the colleges of Al-Muthanna University. The study used the scale of (Celep et al ,2011) to test the four practices of organizational learning (Instructional Practices, Supportive Leadership, Communication and Education, and Cooperation and Information Sharing) ,while the strategic renewal with its two dimensions (Exploitative strategic renewal and Explorative strategic renewal) was measured according to the scale developed by (Al-Ghazali ,2013) .
The study reached some conclusions like the clear presence of an orientation in all sampled colleges for practicing knowledge transformation on individuals and group levels to the organizational level and adding institutional frame to it to make it part of its organizational memory. A number of recommendations are presented in the study like the necessity for the colleges to develop their own philosophy regarding organizational learning to make it part of their strategies to achieve the desired strategic renewal.

The study deals with a vitally important subject is centered in the diagnosis of the role of visual marketing to achieve a competitive edge, due to the small number of administrative studies in general and marketing in particular that dealt clarify the nature of this concept process .oetjsdt study problem questionably head of the effect: Is the visual marketing role in achieving the competitive edge of the compound respondent. Questionnaire was used as a tool head for the collection of data from respondents, while the answers were analyzed using a weighted arithmetic mean and standard deviation, as well as a test (F, T) and the coefficient of explanation (R2).

The research aims to diagnose and measure the dimensions of Lean manufacturing in Zain for soft drinks and check the dimensions that require greater attention in an attempt to test the reality of lean manufacturing in the Iraqi manufacturing environment. An Empirical study method has been used to reach the objectives of the research, were used Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to measure the dimensions of manufacturing Lean. The research has come to the company for the good total value, and this is evidence of the availability of ingredients lean manufacturing, but this needs to be other ingredients.

The goal is to demonstrate the importance of applying the accounting responsibility system in organizations health service. The research problem is determined see whether administrative regulations, and procedures work going properly agreed with the elements of accounting responsibility by dividing the organization into sub-units and the importance of research stems from the importance of the subject, which dealt with the concept of responsibility accounting system and the extent of its application in health services organizations, and is based on the head of research hypothesis is: responsibility Accounting system does not contribute through its components in evaluating the performance of health services organizations,, using standard analytical approach. The research has come to a group of the most important conclusions that the accounting responsibility system helps management in evaluating the actual performance of the center of the cost and responsibility to determine deviations and processed, has been to reach a need to emphasize the application of accounting responsibility system through proper and thoughtful scientific bases, especially in terms of planning, control and performance evaluation processes .

Main aim of this study to reveal the impact of repurchases announcement of Common Stock on its Prices in the Formwork of Signal Theory based on the size of firm , and the role of this theory in explaining processing the informational asymmetry of supports efficiency of the market and the availability of information to help investors making decisions rational , repurchases is a positive signal sent to the investors in financial market its including that the management believesthat stock is trading in financial market are below their fair value . The study is based on two main dimensions of the problem for which the following two hypotheses were devised : -
• The size of firm has no relationship on the strength of the signal sent to the market through the repurchasing announcement , and therefore the does not vary size of informational asymmetry according to firm size .
• The Kuwait Stock Exchange is not efficient in level a half strong in response to the informational content of the repurchase announcement .
The study sample included 170 announcement made by 65 firm listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange for the period from 1/1/2012 to 24/4/2015 . It is worth mentioning that the selection of Kuwait Stock Exchange was a means, not an end, since the foundation end is studying Iraq Stock Exchange but for technical reasons related with the absence of the academic awareness needed for repurchase programs by the firms on the one hand and the dealers in the market from the other hand , this creative mechanism of the policy of payment was not used and the many advantages of it were lost which that can interests of all the parties in market , and does not end with bridging the gap of informational asymmetry and improve the efficiency of the market specialized of the rare economy resources .
Through the use of various financial and statistical methods using (EXCEL) for analyze the variables of the study and test its hypotheses, the study reached the following conclusions, most important of which is that size of firm has relationship on the strength of the signal sent to the market through repurchases announcement , and argued on through the results average of the accumulated abnormal return value stocks versus growth stocks . the most effect was of value stocks with great difference , this is contrary to the first hypothesis . the study also proved that there was an inefficient response to the informational content of the repurchase announcement by the Kuwait Stock Exchange . This confirms the market inefficiency in a half strong manner and this supports the truth of second hypothesis of the study . Based on this , the study reached a number of recommendations including necessity of adopting on the signal theory especially in inefficient financial markets to reduce the problem of informational asymmetry between insiders and outside investors.

This research’s subject is concedered a basic problem , which recently became , of the most serouse barrier in the Iraqi markets , especially for local products . As for the greatness of the competitions of imported goods , and for it\'s diversity , plentiful . Thus Marketing of the Iraqi products turned to be a problem for each producer , in both government and privet sectors .
The research contains four sections , The first section of this research is about the research\'s methodology. The research shows the theoretical form for Target costing , as an essential axis in the theoretical part of the research , in the second section , as well as a brief introduction of marketing and international marketing . The third section , represents the practical part of the research , which shows the estimated cost details (targeted) , that is expected to incurred by the company (The research subject) , that had been restrict , as to be limited by the target price , the product will be soled by , at the out side markets , by the investor and marketer (the partner) . As for the forth section . It contains the conclusions and the recommendations , the researcher inferred from this research .

Job analysis considered one of the important procedures that business organizations depend on as an active inlet to gather information about organization activities, to put the proper person in the proper place without any bias among the personal, this participating in enhancing the function of the organization in a right way to offer services to the customers in a high quality, according to this we have two hypotheses we depend on a questionnaire and interview with the management high ranks in the governmental banks as a sample research, we used SPSS in analyzing of the results, these banks are : Al-Rafidain (Al-dhahab Al-Aswad), Al- Rafidain (Al-Nour), Al- Rafidain (Al- Jamhouria), Al- Rafidan 4, and Al-Rasheed (WahedHuzairan). The study also reached to the following conclusions such as :there is a correlation and a confidence between the two variables, in addition there are recommendations that match with the nature of the conclusions, among them : it is an important to analyze thejobs in details to be acquainted the competitive environment witnessed by the Iraqi banking system in general and in Kirkuk city particularly.

The research shows the banking evaluation system using indicators (CAMELS) through a case study of the Iraqi Middle East Investment Bank to identify banking risks that constitute weak points in the financial, operational, and administrative operations of the bank. The descriptive and deductive approach was used in collecting and analyzing the published financial data of the Middle East Investment Bank based on the CAMELS system for the four fiscal years from 2006 to 2009, and the most important results of the research indicate that the Middle East Bank obtained the first level (rating 1) according to the composite evaluation policy of the CAMELS system, which means that the bank is fundamentally sound and gives indications that Its performance is strong in terms of profits and the good growth of its assets, and the management’s experience in following up on banking operations, analyzing the risks related to them, and determining appropriate levels of capital needed for them is good, in addition to the reasonableness of the distribution of profits.
The study showed the importance of applying the American banking evaluation system, as it highlighted the positive aspects of applying the system and its role in feedback and control with information that reveals some aspects of weakness and shortcomings and their causes. The CAMELS system also works to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the bank’s performance and compare it with the industry level in the banking environment, which contributes to drawing up a solid policy and plans for management by focusing on the negative elements that need special attention. Here it is necessary to point out the most important recommendations, including the necessity of implementing the system. On private banks annually to achieve benefit in dealing with them.
As well as working to oblige the Central Bank of Iraq to use the system in office and field oversight operations over banks operating in Iraq and to follow up on global developments related to systems specialized in financial and supervisory analysis for banks of all types.

The world is witnessing today a shift unprecedented in the world of information and communication technology and represents a real revolution called the revolution of information and the Internet making the world think seriously about how to deal and take advantage of them to serve all communities, including educational institutions through keep pace with these technological developments of using computers and the Internet, which have created a kind of education is e-learning .. The success of e-learning depends on the optimal use of the latest methods and techniques appropriate to meet the requirements of modern education and cope with the rapid technological advances at a rapid pace.
I have taken such an educational institution of universities and institutes to reduce the gap of their use of traditional education and the move towards promoting e-learning as a strategic option towards development.
This study highlights the interest in Iraqi universities, including the Board of Technical Education - Technical Institute in Diwaniya, the pursuit of providing a learning environment based e-learning, where I took a sample of 48 students and a student at the Institute have been distributed form questionnaire on the two scientists are the accounting department, which supports e-learning and Material Management Department, which relies traditional education by 22 students each.
