Environmental planning for the various governments and countries aims to avert disasters and achieve the highest environmental levels of security for the population, are extremely important goals require a protective role senior management, and the view of the great difficulty in preventing ecological damage, requiring the administration drafting legal system to deter violations and behaviors harmful to the environment as a first step, then Jump to the inclusion of responsibility to compensate for environmental damage as a second step.

General propositions have dealt with various indicators and features that frame and describe basic architectural concepts, and from those concepts, the concept of identity will be presented here, which represents the nerve of intellectual vision of the state of architecture development, transformation and change. Due to its deep intellectual basis, it was necessary to study multiple features, especially the achievement feature that was considered a major stage describing the nature of change and shift related to the achievement of concept and its role in the development of the architectural field .
This research aims to clarify the general knowledge framework for the concept of identity and its general definitions in architecture and study its general features and transformations within levels and stages up to presenting its own vision between dynamic and achievement, and finally clarify its general achievement description to present the problem of research that specialized in weak knowledge clarification of general and detailed indicators of the achievement feature of identity in architecture, hence, the tendency to form a theoretical framework for the indicators related to that and graduation in their description, and after that to be applied to a specific and selected architectural product to represent the realization of the achievement nature of identity in architecture, so that the strength focus of the achievement feature for identity will be explored ascendingly from the generality of the features shifts to the achievement nature of the identity itself in the final conclusions and recommendations.

The study of an urban street scene of the life cycle is one of the important things in urban scene studies and there are four vocabularys that are the basis for the life cycle of an urban scene and these vocabulary are (the street, transformation, land uses and urban scene).

the first vocabulary addressed in the research is the street where street classes were studied and its classifications in terms of morphology and function and study of street standards in cities.

The second term, are transformations, where the concept of transformation and its patterns and traditional factors that influence transformations were studied, which are represented (social, economic, religious and political).

The singular land uses, it represents the urban land uses and its changes, they are the variable constants that depend on events inside the environment represented by the street. As for the last item concerned with the urban scene, it is the final image of the street, and this image is the outcome of events inside the street.

Architecture has evolved through the ages as forms, relationships, materials and mechanisms according to the data of each era and up to the era of digital technology, where the change in proportions and aesthetic dimensions of contemporary architectural formation due to the capabilities of digitization has created innovative plastic properties using the void formation in the facades and the introduction of void as a formative and aesthetic element, which led to The emergence of new creative concepts and ideas that contradict traditional ideas and are consistent with the spirit of the times, led to a revolution in the world of architectural form at the level of (architectural ideas and the generation of shapes, materials and construction systems used), as a result of which new and innovative rules emerged to find the architectural form at the level of design and implementation to achieve the goals of the shape Creativity, such as regeneration and exclusivity, through discovering the formalities inherent in both mass and void, in pursuit of change and formal renewal and the appropriate effect on the recipient’s emotion. The aim of the research was to uncover the effect of the use of architectural void as a formative element in the interfaces of contemporary digital architecture on the rules of digital void formation and to reveal the

can provide reuse of spaces Neglected opportunities to reshape the appearance of the city and to improve the city center for its users that the presence of many neglected sites, whether they were abandoned buildings or sites for destroyed buildings in Mosul after the war on ISIS and with large areas amid the urban fabric led to the emergence of the research problem is (lack of urban planning to reactivate abandoned sites within the city’s fabric)
so that the research goal (adopting a new job for neglected spaces until they become attractive and beneficial and thus increase economic growth in the city center) within the research hypothesis (recycling of abandoned sites depends on the characteristics of those sites) From here, the research went to study the classification and characteristics of abandoned sites and spaces and how they relate to sustainable development.

The great raise and development of residential buildings in modern cities worldwide as a result of urban extends leads to environmental and social problems, that make the designers looking for more complicated and innovative solutions. To encounter these, most advanced technologies in construction had been used resulting buildings had become higher, which was moved away from the land called residential housing. And with the development of these buildings, increase in the inhabitants inside; generate distant from nature, which increased the need for interactive outdoor recreational spaces open green in its high sections, was an alternative or complementary option to outer space at the ground level. Therefore, the research problem has emerged, which states, (the need to achieve social aspect in the vertical Landscape within the high-rise residential buildings). For solving the research problem, several previous literatures had reviewed, where the types of Vertical Landscape had been identified and the uses, characteristics, and dimensions of these spaces were required. Also, required the need to find which of these types achieves the social aspect of these spaces and the designer can adopt during the process of designing vertical housing buildings. Thus, the research hypothesis which stipulated: (the types of vertical landscape vary in their realization of the social aspect according to the uses, characteristics, and dimensions of those spaces), to test the validity of the hypothesis, the theoretical framework vocabulary was applied on two global projects that applied the concept of vertical social outer space its various types.
The results showed the rise of the vertical social outer space type (podium). In achieving the highest rate for a vocabulary (uses, properties, and dimensions of space). Followed by an outer space (sky court), then followed by a type (sky roof) with less importance, while the remaining types, Represented by (Sky bridge, sky terases, sky entrance) are representative and aesthetic aspects.

The types of traditional houses vary from region to region according to physical and non-physical circumstances, and Sulaymaniyah city is characterized by a type of traditional houses that differ significantly from those in most cities and regions neighboring are always different from the general pattern that is prevalent in the region and the Muslim world.

The aim of this research is to study the cause of this difference or distinction in the traditional houses in Sulaimaniyah city, by comparing the most common models in these houses and comparing them with the general models of village houses that originally existed in the region to relaize the convergence and contrast between them. The research was based on a comprehensive practical study that lasted more than four years in which all the traditional houses that still exist to this day are mostly documented .this is by studying the types and the relationship among the components of mass and space in these houses in general, and the courtyard of each of these houses with its own mass in particular.

The research assumed that the rural building types that prevailed before and at the emergence of the Sulaymaniyah city clearly affected the formation of the residential building types that formed the residential architecture of Sulaymaniyah city later. It appeared that most of the models of the remaining houses in Sulaimaniyah belong to the type closest to the houses that were common in the neighboring villages of the city and that the traditional houses in the city still clearly contain the planning features of the village houses. this indicates that the types of traditional houses in Sulaimaniyah is clearly and totally influenced by the rural houses that were common in the villages that originally made up of this city and are an extension of it.

Old Iraq includes the first experiences in establishing the first residential settlements in the Mesopotamian, and model villages designed and the pulp units in it and their natural matter, that made it perennial, and construction continues until now with it. These experiences were the basis for the emergence of the Iraqi civilization and thus the world and the beginning of writing, trade and the religions of the divine since before history, and then the Sumerian, Babylonian and Assyrian civilizations, and their villages that formed the Fertile Crescent.

There is a lack of knowledge and disregard for the distant and near history of Iraq in the field of rural housing, despite Iraq's leadership in this field, with the aim of the research to introduce these historical and modern experiences for the purpose of developing the neglected countryside of Iraq, which Iraq cannot developed without its revival. The rural housing experience will be presented and knowledge elicited through feedback from these experiences over time, on the basis of comparing experiences and finding the appropriate combination between history and the present for the sustainability of its countryside and the best evidence for this is the continued suffering in the Iraqi countryside and its lack of development with the continued migration from the countryside to the urban area.

The research hypothesis was based on the rural experiences presented by the pioneers of rural housing in the world in Iraq, It is one of the most important global experiences, and within the most important part of it, and it is with Hassan Fathi's experience in rural housing, especially in the Al-Musayyib Al-Kabeer project, which was before his experiences in Egypt and may be considered the most important of them. The solution lies in the development and advancement of the Iraqi countryside.
The research will review this important experience, which may be considered unknown to many, and then the experiences of Doxiades and the pioneering Iraqi architects. Among the important experiences that would be appropriate to present are the experience of developing rural housing for the Paul Service Foundation and the experiences of the French and Italians in southern Iraq, where the marshes that constitute a quarter of the area of Iraq. There is an integrated system provided by the research for rural housing that adopts construction by self-effort and from local materials that adopts standardization, core unit and unit services that can be of benefit to its followers in the Arab countries.
