Facing organizations in the light of the evolution of communications and technology several challenges imposed itself as key to the success and survival of these organizations in the competitive business environment Examples include Alaasaúah Customization and production graceful Lean Production and Total Quality Management TQM, and started these organizations are looking for tools and mechanisms to enable them to meet and achieve the wishes and requirements of the customers,so this research came to the use of one of the most important tools of TQM and the most prevalent quality function deployment (QFD) through this function we can translate the voice and needs of the beneficiary to the visual language and easy to learn its requirements in order to respond to and build a lasting relationship with him.
The study was based on a set of concepts and ideas and propositions theory contemporary in order to develop a scientific approach enables organizations to adopt a function deployment quality (QFD), and finally study found a set of conclusions which have been built upon to provide a set of recommendations are consistent with these findings.

No one ignores the advantages of investment in two sides . The first is for the invested economic sector . If the process of investment is objective , the sectors under investment will be prosperous and participate in the national income effectively and as a result the whole national economy will recover . The second is for the benefit of the invested capital which will get the profit coming from the adventure of using the capital , for example here, we have to say that wherever the adventure is great , the profits will be extremist . So , this study analyzed the investing facts and deduced the best solution in the process of investment by using one of the progressed means in the operation research which is the “Quadratic Programming “ , and finding the available substitutes and their profits according to the investors ، desire and then giving them a practical idea about their ability to have the adventure by applying the programmes to the computer Excel spreadsheet on the data of the profit of three companies in the financial markets, the chemical industries , the electronical in dustries and the Iraqi company for carpets and furnishing .

The research aims to reveal the importance of adopting the administration of bank in general and the sample of study in particular in the process of strategic analysis SWOT ( strength – weakness , opportunity – threat ) in order to be informed with the points of strength and weakness it has based on the analysis of the factors in its environment this is done for the purpose of supporting its strengths and the attempt of lessening its weaknesses and also to determine the available opportunities to cease the best one and to avoid the threats through taking necessary arrangements to confront them
This lead it to continue in its business and to achieve its goals effectively and helps obtaining a sustainable competitiveness and a good market share to prevent failure financially.
It also helps to develop the banking industry reality in the country which affects its development positively and to compete with the world banks through seeking to cope with the development of banking industry on the Arab level and on the world level whether financially . technologically or administrational.
The research reached to the necessity of adopting the bank of the research sample depending on this financial analysis for its great importance in assessing its work accurately by depending or its financial data for the successive years of the bank and to compare it with other competing banks on the other hand .

The study aims to know the effect of Worker's personalities in elements of empowerment strategy, and through features of sample of workers at a number of organizations in Mosul, who have been selected randomly from the workers who are working at various committees within these organization.
To know these features we designs this purpose, and it has been distributed to the 58 sample members. a questioner
After analyzing this yielded set data on of data basis of correlation equations and simple multipliers regression, which has been preceded with theoretical framework by the research hers, by utilization authors, opinions concerning of personality and empowerment concepts, and what resulted from their view points regarding it, especially under the present century information, the researchers reached to some outcomes, by which suitable conclusions have been crystallized in, which were the most important: the ability to say about personality properties, as they have an essential effect in activity of empowerment strategy, or even in a widespread as it has a basic effect in the regulatory behavior entirely, as the authors emphasized with in the theoretical framework of regulatory behavior since 1920s of last century.
In the light of some conclusions, the researchers present their proposals that stressed on the importance of workers personalities to be cared by the managers, similar to enhance rather than application activity of empowerment strategy only, but it expands to reach the enhancement of regulatory activity as general.

The research has Two change interaction to gether to build a clear structure to use it in the Iraqi society specially, these change which are related (Lean Production Requirements and Project Success) .
The main Problem is increasing waist processes in cost, Human resources and time needed for Projects accomplishmet .
The researchers select the projects of Centeral Organization of statistic as a study sample by determining (123) person to answer the quastion .
The main Conclusions represent :-
- The more important point is to be care on selecting and training effective leaders and experiment skills team-works for projects .
- The study sample hadn’t clear vision about the practical and behavioral sides for lean-production requirements .

The State space models is one of the ways of time series analysis which deals with the phenomena manner and its explanation through different times, these models have been used in the field of Engineering after Kalman (1960) has published his research , its using has been expanded in the other sciences such as Economics ,Medicine ,Physical Sciences ,Quality Controlling and others.
The research aims to use The State space models in the forecasting by series of numbering the daily traded shares for the Banks Sector in Iraq Stocks Exchange, it has been model every component (Trend, Seasonal and Cyclical) these components have been put in The State space model .
It has been built Box-Jenkins model ARMA (1, 1) for the studies series by State space model .
The Research has resulted to the Identified Model ARMA (1, 1) which has been formed by State space model is a suitable model to describe the series data during noticing results and giving it forecasting values nearer to the real while Local Level Model gave stable forecasting values and equal to (6.0112e+008), so the Researcher has recommended to depend the ARMA (1, 1).

The Palestine Financial Market is a new market, and although it has more than 10 years of experience, still consider less than what was expected on it establishments, the study will focus on the Palastinian investors, and their reaction to the market and the financial information produced by the companies,
240 questionnaire was distributed to investors and deals, 211 received back, 37 of them was eliminated, and the most imported findings were as follow:
more than 50% of the investors are investing in one or two companies, with amounts not exceeding 100,000 JD,
which seems to indicate that most investors are small investors, and there is little interest in building a portfolio to diversify the risk of investment.
67% of investors looking for the increase in the shares prices rather than the annual return from the shares.
Investors shows little interest in financial analysis.
The main recommendations for the study could be summarized as follow:
A new business and companies law should be issued to increase the confidence of the investors, and International Financial Standards should be implemented fully, with transparences results, and financial analysis should be promoted by the Market so the investors will be more aware of its benefits for investing decisions

Current research aims to determine the role of organizational justice in achieving Superior University performance in a sample of teaching staff in the College of Administration and Economics - University of Kufa, and to achieve this objective the researchers through a theoretical literature on the subject to build a tool containing 15 Items represent the organizational justice variables (independent variables ) distributed among three variables: (distributive justice, procedural justice, interactions justice), as well as 12 Items is a distinguished University performance variables (dependent variables) divided into four variables: (to reduce costs and increase profits, improve quality, scientific research , Society service). Hypothetical model was developed to clarify the relationship between the variables of research, the sample consisted of 43 members of teaching staff, distributed a questionnaire to seek verification of the apparent sincerity and steadfastness, in accordance with the method of alpha - Kronbach, when it reached 0.83. The research data were analyzed using SPSS statistical program and the results showed the agreement of all members of the sample survey on the importance of organizational justice to the Superior performance of university, in the light of research findings, researchers developed a set of recommendations and proposals.

The purpose of this search is know the Role of entrepreneurial business in competitive advantage of for Iraqi private banks, through relationship and effect, The present search is applied on (70) subjects selected randomly from (10) Iraqi private banks. Questionnaire , interviews, and the researcher's personal observations are all regarded as strategies for data collection. Many statistical procedures are used ,like variance, Multiple Regression. The main findings is :There are asignifinct relationship and effect of the entrepreneurial business dimensions in competitive advantages, The importance recommendations of this study was all relevant to the processes adopted by Iraqi private banks in implementing creative entrepreneurial business dimensions , in creating positive changes in the competitive strategy of time , speed, achievement of customers' services, and its relevance in increasing more market share.

The present research deals with identifying the impact of marketing mix strategies on consumer's behavior through applying these strategies in Men Clothing Factory in the holy city of Al-Najaf. the importance of enhancing marketing mix strategies represented by their variables (Product strategy, Price strategy, Promotion strategy, and Distribution strategy )versus consumer's behavior represented by the variables(Motives, Perception, Learning, and Attitudes).
The study aims to:-
1- Knowing how much the factory under research is interested in marketing mix strategies. 2- Studying the reality of the factory and setting solutions and therapies depending on the study results.
3- Identifying the relations of correlation and impact between marketing mix strategies and consumer's behavior in the factory under research.
The sample of the study consists of (70) persons ,including managers of units and departments in the factory. The study reaches at a number of conclusions, the most important of which are:-
1- There is a correlation relationships between variables of marketing mix strategies and the variables consumer's behavior with dimensions and various rates. 2- There is an effectiveness relationships which are important to marketing mix strategies in the consumer's behavior.
The study ends up with a number of recommendations, the most important of which are:-
1- The factory under research should depend on effective strategies for marketing mix because they are the base through which it is Possible to affect the consumer's behavior . 2- Keeping and enforcing marketing mix strategies and continually working on modernizing them to cope with the rapid developments and to compete other local and foreign products

The problem of this research comes up with the result that the most of companies are prepare sales budget practically reliance on budgets of previous years, then make changing on it. In general ,the sales budget is prepare practically on the basis of experience and personal diligence and not on academic basis.
This research aims to preparation of sales budget using double exponential smoothing model and its evaluation process.
This research depends on the following hypothesis :-
(( taking the double exponential smoothing model in preparation of sales budget will ensure providing relevant information to the management in order to true decisions making )) .
This research is divided into three sections. the first section deal with the theoretical part, its include the research methodology , theoretical presentation to time series, exponential smoothing of the time series, double exponential smoothing model and sales budget . the second section deal with an applicative part which included estimation of expected sales units, determination of products sale prices, estimation of expected sales value, then preparation of sales budget for the research sample company and its evaluation process. the third section devote to showing the important conclusions that revealed by the study and giving the suggested recommendations .

The Financial markets have very important role in countries economy because of its large and obvious impact in applying fiscal policies of Countries , and booming the economic activity through funding the institutions and companies, and as sources of money investments , thus it's became involves with very large numbers of dealers, investors , speculators and others , that led to be in fast and dynamic movements therefore it's became difficult to predict about investments results in future for that the dealers in the financial market try to adopt special and deferent methods to identifying financial market behavior and it's variables in order to deal with it in practically and scientifically which have complicated implications and that led to use analyses methods and forecasting models, for that this study came to focus on technical analyses method and it's indicators as famous method used among dealers in financial markets , to view it's indicators and it's use impact on investor decision by measuring it's relation with market indexes prices in New York stock exchange ( NYSE ) through selected Technical analyses indicators , the study results was show that there is big roll for technical analyses among other methods and forecasting models and ( MACD) indictor was the best one among tested from the selected indicators.

In achieving this goal the paper review the approaches and methods of property the public budget of the nation, and explain the required components of improving the governmental accounting system in conformity to the implantation, of (program and performance budget) for the nation for both Expenders and Revenues (income).
The researches consulted to important result that the trabetional budget has many defects and short coming practically in the level of spending (Expenditures for the previous years in the lack of subjective and scientific standards to link between inputs and outputs.
