This paper deals with the project of the reconstruction of Beirut's southern suburb "Waad" after the war in July 2006. The paper reviews the destruction of infrastructure and housing units in the area. It also discusses the genuineness of the project “WAAD”, through the considerations that occurred and it also clarifies the underlying principles that accompanied the reconstruction process, the feedbacks, through a SWOT analysis based on a questionnaire that simulates the vision between reality and desire.

It is necessary to study the details of the urban landscape of the city and the aesthetic possibilities available in the city and the principles of artistic aesthetic composition for the purpose of devising indicators specific to the city and linking these indicators to the local environment and its contents of temporal and spatial variables , The research is based on the analysis of the aesthetic phenomenon and the extent of its application in the centers of Iraqi cities (the center of the city of Nasiriyah in particular), The Iraqi individual recognizes and deals with and know their impact in the planning of the city center.
The objective of the research is to analyze the aesthetic elements of the Iraqi city centers that will enhance the beauty of the Iraqi cities when planning them, The research is based on the analysis of aesthetic phenomenon and its application in the centers of Iraqi cities (the center of the city of Nasiriyah in particular), and focus on the aesthetic phenomena that the Iraqi individual recognizes and deals with and their impact on the planning of the city center.
The limits of spatial research will include the center of the city of Nasiriyah according to the approved master plan of the municipality. The boundaries of temporal research will include the city of Nasiriyah from its founding in 1870 to the present day, while the limits of knowledge research will include the study of elements of Asthetic in cities and study the structure of the city center and indicators related to planning, the research used descriptive method in proving the hypothesis of research.
The research found several conclusions. The main principles of aesthetic integration in cities are: unity in diversity, balance, human scale, gradation, containment, and rhythm, and visual pollution is at the level of the building as a whole in height, size, proportions or detail As in the materials used, their colors or their feel, or in the nature of the relations between those architectural details.

This paper studies attractive urban focal points, which is considered one of the most important elements of urban formation in the city and the main engine in its transformations. It regulates people's relationship with space and contributes to human communication among the members of the society. The public space is capable of providing a range of economic, social and environmental benefits, And can be seen as vital tools and attractions to attract the largest number of users, and to emphasize the symbolism and identity of urban centers to enhance the sense of belonging by embodying the identity of the city within the elements of the urban focus. From here, the main focus of the general research was to present a specialized study on the urban focal points in the city, its types, characteristics and concepts corresponding to them, and reviewed the proposals and studies that dealt with the subject according to their research directions hence the problem of research : (There is a Lack of clarity of the attractive spatial quality behind the formation of the urban plots depending on it's nature of the function and physical features). The research was based on its objective and the treatment of its research problem based on a main hypothesis: (The attractive value of urban centers depends on the structure of their formal structure and the nature of their urban components and their functional attractiveness).

Cognitive theses generally focused on the study of influential cognitive concepts and their reflection in the field of architecture. These concepts differed in the degree of their influence on the architectural designer and in what can be played as a public role and a detailed effect in a manner that serves to enrich the architectural field at the symbolic, functional, and structural and the shape levels. The research attempts to focus on one of these concepts, which is the concept of (femininity), as one of the influences of the current era, because of its association with one of the components of society, represented by the female and its role in changing the consideration of forms and relationships. Determining the general cognitive reality, and the specific theoretical and intellectual indicators and features. The purpose of this research is to define the general basis of the concept of (femininity), and then to introduce the relationship of knowledge with other concepts detailed in the field of architecture within the framework of the case of (influential and affected). This represents the research problem of which came in the form of (the lack of clarity of the nature of the perception about the impact and role of the feminine concept in architecture in general, and on specific concepts in particular). And then the formation and presentation of a theoretical framework that includes specific vocabulary and indicators to be applied to specialized architectural products representing two trends (traditional and contemporary). This is followed by an analysis of the results of that application and the exploration and clarification of the verification cases for the special indicators. Finally, the final conclusions and recommendations that proved that the house is the closest spatial organization of the female, because it has an impact on the principles of isolation and openness and orientation in the traditional home and contemporary, which is the most achieved.

The Research Found That Environmental Sustainability And Apply Their Strategies As The Thought Of Design For Contemporary University Buildings In Hot- Dry Climates Is Active Role In Design Solutions For Environmental Problems In University Buildings Today And Make Them Compatible With Its Surroundings And Keeping Up With Needs The Present Times And Responsive To Community Needs And Future Requirements, Including Choose The Appropriate Site And The Planning And Design Site ,Efficient Transportation And Management Of Resources And Materials And Recycling Of Waste, With The Efficiency Of The Internal Environment And Preserve Natural Sources Of Energy And Environmental Protection, And Protection Water And Its Processed.
