The Noble Qur’an is the constitution of life, and a comprehensive educational approach that deals with individuals comprehensively, as it organizes worldly and eschatological life, and it is a curriculum concerned with organizing life starting with individuals and the family until the establishment of states, and from its comprehensiveness is reform, guidance and establishing boundaries. They have a disease in their hearts. They are exposed to this and are trying, by falsehood, to subjugate the Islamic world with man-made laws set by the West. Their aim is to distance people from Islam, as it is the principle of war against Islam.
From this point of view, I chose, with the grace and care of God, to employ my research (employing Qur’anic studies in the social aspect, verses of hudud, the threshold of murder and theft as a model) with Qur’an employment in responding to such people, dealing with the educational implications of the verses of rulings, explaining their concept and evidence, and the street's intent from them, and indicating the sources of limits from the Qur’an and Sunnah.
He presented the educational effects of the borders (the threshold of theft and murder) and their effect on preserving the five necessities, religion, mind, money, soul, honor, lineage, and lineage, and I explain recommending the responses of scholars in this, followed by the results.

The book (Tying down to Know the Narrators of Sunan and Al-Masanid) by Al-Hafiz Ibn Nuqtah: Muhammad bin Abdul-Ghani bin Abi Bakr, Al-Baghdadi, Al-Hanbali, who died in the year 629 AH / 1231 AD, is concerned with singling out the translations of the narrators of Sunan and Al-Masanid and others in classification, explaining their conditions by wound and modification, and specifying what they carried by hearing What they have endured in other ways of endurance, and explain what is true for them of what is not true, in addition to specifying the parts that they agreed upon that they heard from what they did not agree with, and other benefits whose importance and benefits are aware of the specialists in this science.
It is considered the first book in its chapter according to the way it is classified, and we mean by it that some of those who took care of the mention of book narrators and their chain of narrators often did not care about what Ibn Nuqtah took care of in his book, as he followed it in the manner of the compilers in the narrators' translations. Whoever mentioned the full name, and some who heard from it, and some who narrated it.

The issue of inconsistency between the narration and the fatwa is one of the well-known issues among the fundamentalists and the jurists, and it is one of the investigations of the Sunnah according to the fundamentalists, and on which several issues are built, and it is one of the reasons for the differences of the jurists. This is a disagreement, based on the fact that the lesson is based on his narration, as he performed what he narrated, or transmitted what he memorized, then after that he may know that this hadith that he narrated has been abrogated, or he does not have to act, or perhaps he may forget what he narrated, so he issued a fatwa with his diligence, on Contrary to what he narrated, or that his fatwas may have been before his narration, and all these matters are a matter of disagreement among the fundamentalists. Therefore, the well-known dispute arose, which is: the lesson is what he narrated, or what he did, and it seems to me: The issues that the people of the origins mention represent this issue, They may be few, but the one who follows the opinions of the jurists, their words, and the explanations of the hadith, and the guidance they gave to this issue, will find more than that, and I was able, by the grace of God Almighty, to collect twelve practical issues of this venerable fundamentalist rule, then I discussed the jurisprudential issues. , a comparative, non-lengthy study, because the goal is to highlight the extent of interrelationship between the fundamentalist rule and its jurisprudential applications.

Indeed, being busy with the understanding of religion is the best sort of worship that the almighty God has given each period of time a number of scholars and wise men. They receive what has been passed down to them from their great ancestors, and those who are willing to learn will learn, their students preserve their knowledge through teaching and writing. Thus, the scholars were pioneers in this field due to the value and importance of their knowledge. They have strived in learning, explaining, and writing new subjects.
One of those scholars is sheikh (Abdulrahman Al-Penjweni) who passed away 1319 AH in one of the villages of the city of Sulaimani in Iraq. He was one of the wisest scholars, a brilliant investigator, a true worshipper and a humble man. People have greatly benefited from his knowledge and writings. One of his writings in the field of (Principles of Islamic Jurisprudence) is an important book entitled (The footnote of the scholar Abdul Rahman Al-Penjweni on collecting mosques and explaining it to the local (in the origins of fiqh)
this is an amazing book and it’s a crucial subjects for those who read or study it, but unfortunately it has not received the attention it deserves. It remains in the form of handwriting and is difficult to obtain. Therefore, in this paper, these subjects (Absolute and restricted, apparent and responsible, and overall and shown) (المطلق و المقيد) are mentioned and my research paper consists of two sections:

The first Section: contains the academic life of the writer in brief since his life has been studied and observed by some better researchers in order to obtain Masters and PhD degrees. Thus, I have pointed out to his life very briefly and left out the details for the reasons that I mentioned

Through studying the Islamic Jurisprudence, the current paper aims at jurisprudent in religion to achieve many various advantages that Quranic texts and the Prophetic route have denoted to for the community that we live in as well as all over the world. Allah predetermine scholars of religion for Quranic texts and the Prophetic route to grant us precious treasures and a scientific wealth including the manuscripts. One of these manuscripts is the study about Siwak which is the main topic to be edited. This study is divided into two parts:
The first part debates the author’s life which comprises: his name, birth, surname, nickname, scholars, pupils, writings, and death.
The second part section talks about the edited text with reference to jurists’ controversy and their evidences, and the predominant evidence.

Takbiratul Ehram "The First Takbeer to Start Prayer" means: the words that the worshiper says to start his prayers, and refrain from anything invalidates it. the findings revealed that the four school jurists agreed that the prayer is not valid without Takbiratul Ehram "The First Takbeer to Start Prayer", and they disagreed on its description, so the majority of jurists said that it is a pillar, and some of them called it an obligatory, but Hanafi made it a condition. Likewise, the four jurists agreed that the one who articulates Takbiratul Ehram "The First Takbeer to Start Prayer" with the word: “Allahu Akbar,”; his Takbeer is correct, and they disagreed about the one who adds a word, or replaced it with another, where the majority scholars sees the necessity of articulating Takbiratul Ehram "The First Takbeer to Start Prayer" saying "Allahu Akbar", and the Hanafi said that it is valid in every divine words that exalts Allah. The research revealed that the scholars are unanimously agreed that the Prophet, may Allah's prayers and blessings be upon him, used to raise his hands when starting Takbeer. Among the findings of the study also is that the scholars disagreed about the characteristic of raising the hands, as the majority of scholars said that hands should be raised to the shoulders, and the Hanafi said that they should be raised the the ears, but the most correct saying is the first saying; because it is supported by many authentic hadiths.
The most important recommendations are: The necessity of urging imams and preachers to take care of Takbiratul Ehram "The First Takbeer to Start Prayer", according to jurisprudence and practice, and to explain this to the people, as well as urging scholars and teachers to teach their students the correct aspects of prayer through practical application not only the theoretical one driven by the Sunnah of the prophet.

Among the verbal problems in which a wide disagreement took place between the Islamic groups in general and the verbal sects in particular was the actions and rulings of God Almighty whether they were subject to the criteria of reasoning or not, in other words: Do his actions include purposes and purposes or not?
There is a lot of talk and opinions regarding it, and this study is an attempt to reach the correct opinion or to avoid it, and to clarify the disagreement that took place in this matter, especially in the Ash'ari doctrine, and it is also an attempt to reconcile opinions as much as possible, and to explain what may appear to be a disagreement among some.
Therefore, I divided this research into two topics, and issued it with an introduction in which I defined the terms that are related to the explanation.

These qualities continued to occupy the pages of the faithful people to be reckoned with to purify or refine and filter them over the ages and time. It was more appropriate to benefit from those efforts in the first fields in them, but what he will do! I chose this topic to show the dear reader a summary of what was produced by previous and subsequent studies in the fields of sects and Islamic beliefs or attributed to Islam, and the extent of their understanding of the attributes and their contributions in the fields of guidance, understanding or sound jurisprudence, and I mentioned to the reader that the sects in question have different sayings about the divine attributes, But it does not affect the faith and has nothing to do with the issue of monotheism, and many modern scholars have distanced themselves from delving into it. did not find it difficult to search, but the time specified for it was not sufficient to encompass all its aspects, and therefore it was brief. This research aims to find out the phonemic, dialect and semantic ailments that were interrogated by the book of the parsing of thirty surahs of the Noble Qur’an by Ibn Khalawiyeh, by examining some phonemic phenomena of Qur’anic expressions and their explanatory relationships that resulted in their occurrence, such as substitution and compression, as the sounds in a word are affected by one another, especially during performance and composition. This influence and influence is the tendency of the human being to the law of ease, facilitation, and the reduction of muscular effort in speech often, all for the purpose of obtaining phonemic harmony for the compound letters; To facilitate pronunciation; And get rid of the muscular effort that goes through the human during his speech.
