All speeches whose roots are rooted in the Qur’an are far from the ideology and far from intellectual distortion and conceptual deviation and at the same time being close to the human being in all his diversity and differences. This is the active and influential factor in preserving the human being in his human capacity, dignity. And al-jihad in the Islamic religion is one of the ways to keep the presence and dignity of human being since it implies life as in ( Punishment causes life for owners’ minds) because the supreme aim is to achieve the succession of man on earth.
As for the ideological discourse, which comes against human diversity in terms of his religion and thought, it begins to derive its components from violence, which is hatred for the other, exposing his dignity to humiliation, and this requires differentiating between the discourse of violence and the discourse of jihad.

Education has great importance in bringing up generation. The Holy Qur’an represents the proper and clear approach which forms the straight way to educate the individual since it contains educational values that purify the soul. The one who looks at Al-Zuhaili’s interpretation of the Holy Qur’an in Al-Tafsir Al-Munir finds that Al-Zuhaili adhered to a path: one he followed from the first Ayah he interpreted to the last ayah in the Holy Book of God, and he indicated his method in the introduction. Al-Munir’s interpretation of Wahba Al-Zuhaili included many educational issues: at the beginning of his interpretation he talked about some necessary knowledge related to the Qur’an, and he proceeded to complete extrapolation and careful, careful study in which he dealt with contemporary issues, including social, political, and jurisprudential ones. In this research, we will discuss some of these issues related to educational issues
This paper covers four topics: the definition of educational implications ; definition of Wahba al-Zuhaili and his exegetical approach; the educational implications of the verses of doctrine(Ayat al-Aqeedah); the educational implications of the verses of constrains, and finally the educational implications of the verses of ethics(Ayat al akhlaq) a conclusion and references.

The discussion of words and what is learned from them is an important foundation and pillar for scholars of the science of jurisprudence, because of its close connection with the jurisprudential jurisprudence, that jurisprudence that derives its material and basic issues from the speeches and texts of the Holy Qur’an and the noble Sunnah. For the essential needs of the servants:
First: Extracting and deducing legal rulings from religious discourses.
Second: Diagnosing the practical rules when we are ignorant of the ruling.
He is interested in explaining the theories related to reading the phenomena of these legal discourses and understanding them explicitly, through the diversity of understanding the visions of the theories and discussing them seriously.
The purpose of all this is to take the best of the meanings and the closest to the intention of the legislator, and we do not exaggerate when we say that the strength and importance of jurisprudence is based on what the jurist reaches from the results of the research in the phenomena of legal discourses.

The message is a private job that Allah assigned to a
number of messengers to elevate people and guide them
to Allah Almighty, and the messengers have different
ranks and ranks with Alah Almighty according to the
mission that Allah assigned to each one of them, and
prophethood is also a special job that Allah gave to

The paper centres around the nature of the relationship between theology as a science dealing with divine topics and philosophy which represented a culture coming from Greece and had precedence in history in dealing with the most important question of metaphysics-opposing nature-(God). It is also concerned with how Christianity thinkers used the outcome of their predecessors’ knowledge in forming anthology of theology leading to the determination of the identity of this important field by showing interest in reading the proximity between the two, and bringing about the discovery of integration and divergence dispute in formulating the identity of the new field-theology-after relying on knowing the tools leading to the epistemological ends.
Thus, the paper aims to determine the nature of identity formation of theology according to a cycle of dispute tagged with caution and mimetism through a group of texts written by great Christian thinkers who constituted the centralization of origins in the formation of Christian thought identity.

I believe that this approach and others like it contribute to presenting a new reading of our linguistic heritage, in addition to enabling us to assess the value of that heritage, which contains the roots of most modern linguistic theories.

This paper aims to discover the facilitating pauses that Dr. Khalil Bunyan Al-Hassoun stopped during his criticism of the syntacticians as they cite with the Holy Qur’an and the noble hadith of the Prophet. It is more like the fragments that encrust a part of the ring and do not occupy all of its parts, so we follow these opinions (fragments) in some of Dr. Khalil’s books, such as: (syntacticians and the Qur’an, Glimpses of Verses, syntacticians and Hadith ).

Phenomena of the climate change is one of the natural phenomena that pose a challenge and threat to many humans on the globe due to natural and human causes, despite of the latter has significant contributions in its occurrence. This phenomenon has received an international attention since the 1970s to tackle the impacts that have begun to emerge and to prevent its exacerbating. Those efforts were on two levels: the first one is academic, which is the emergence of a green approach in the international relations. The second one is United Nations-led effort, is one of the repercussions of climate change, which are the economic implications on the reality of the Global South Countries because they suffer from economics problems which related to economy growth and development coincided with the attempts to face the climate phenomena consequences and the adaptation policies with.

Tanzania, like most African states, has a variety of identities because it is home to more than a hundred tribes, as well as Islam, Christianity, and local denominations. However She was able to make this diversity into a strength rather than a problem, which turned it into a source of strength and prosperity rather than conflict. These discussions adhere to the principles of equality and dialogue, which have been strengthened by the implementation of an inclusive education system that provides opportunities for all without exception or prejudice. Communities in Tanzania frequently hold discussions aimed at rapprochement and cooperation, promoting the idea of citizenship and belonging. The Tanzanians relied on a rule based on the entry of a Christian and then a Muslim into office alternately and successively, and it followed the Sunnah of the Prophet, and over time Tanzania became a beacon for discussion and peace-building and an example of harmony and unity in Africa. In addition, it avoided and isolated participation in regional and global polarization, despite this harmony and the achievement achieved by Tanzania in spreading the idea of managing diversity and evaluating citizenship, it is nevertheless subject to major problems that may have a negative impact. The relationship between the employee and the administration is not permanent and does not end with the death of the public employee. Closed subscription is one of the ways that many financial companies resort to for the purpose of simplifying the formal procedures imposed by law to form its capital during its establishment. This kind of subscription depends on a certain number of shareholders and those who agree with them from relatives and friends, the companies’ capital is achieved without the need for the public invitation of subscription. we did not find an explicit reference in the law of Iraqi companies in force to this type of subscription, while previous laws and some legislations explicitly adopted this subscription in their laws. This paper deals with the procedures of establishing joint stock company and capital and how subscription is done ,the situation of the Iraqi legislator from closed subscription and the comparative legislations.

The aim of the research is to identify the importance of public relations in managing humanitarian crises and the role it plays in activating communication activities with the public in the specialized institutions, working under crisis conditions, and the extent of its readiness for that confrontation through its various practices and activities before the crisis and the flexibility of those practices and activities during the crisis. Then looking at the obstacles and the negatives that arise after the end of the crisis, and the practical application of the research was carried out in the Baghdad Health Department, Al-Karkh, to verify the importance of public relations in managing humanitarian crises, where a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of (35) workers in the media sector, and it was retrieved from them (33) a questionnaire. Their answers to the questionnaire paragraphs were analyzed and the frequencies of those paragraphs identified in order to be able to determine the extent to which public relations activities contribute to dealing with crises. Organizational structure in the media sector. It is supervised by the general administration and is practically linked to it. The research suggested a number of recommendations, the most important of which was the need to develop the media sector in the department, which includes most of the functions of public relations and crisis management.

This research aims to study the factors that affect the spread of hate speech on social media platforms. The survey method was used, where data was collected through designing a questionnaire and distributing it to a sample of Iraqi university students in Baghdad. The results showed that there are several factors that affect the spread of hate speech on social media platforms, including:
1- There is a statistically significant relationship between social media platforms and the spread of hate speech.
2- The results confirmed, based on the sample respondents\' answers, that forms of publication have the highest impact on the spread of hate speech via social media platforms.
3- The research sample individuals confirmed that hate speech consists of rumors and false information that some individuals use to exclude and marginalize others.
4- Most of the sample\'s opinions agreed that publishing videos, texts, and offensive images has a significant role in inciting hatred towards others.
5- The sample individuals agreed that those with extremist religious tendencies have the most influence in spreading hate speech.
Based on these results, the research recommends dealing with social media platforms cautiously by raising awareness among community members about the necessity of not publishing content and media messages that target individuals or groups based on their religious, sectarian, or ethnic affiliations. Social media publishing is a form of freedom of expression and personal freedom in publishing, provided that the general decorum conditions are not violated .It also involves making social media platforms neutral tools that are not misused, avoiding spreading hate speech, and not arousing historical topics of dispute to fuel conflicts and strife.

These specifications changed the components of the air above the city and represented one of the changes in the elements of the climate. High buildings are an obstacle to the winds, and high temperatures through their high ability to store them, thus absorbing the streets of cities. The heat due to its dark color is greater than the reflection of solar rays, and these streets remain dry because they are not able to absorb water, and the city’s air contains an increase in polluted gases that have the ability to absorb terrestrial radiation and at the same time block the exit of terrestrial radiation, which causes temperatures to rise exponentially. Cities change and grow. Slums have greatly affected the climate of cities and its elements, so that it has become different from neighboring areas.

This study aimed to explore the role of reverse learning techniques in increasing students' motivation to learn management and economics subjects from the perspective of teachers in the General Directorates of Education in Baghdad Governorate. The study employed a descriptive-analytical methodology and was applied to a random sample of 120 teachers of management and economics subjects. The results indicated that the sample respondents' overall scores on the questionnaire assessing the role of reverse learning techniques in increasing students' motivation to learn management and economics subjects were moderate. Furthermore, statistically significant differences were found in the average scores of the sample respondents on the overall questionnaire, attributed to the variables of academic qualification and years of experience. However, there were no statistically significant differences in the average scores of the sample respondents on the overall questionnaire attributed to the variable of gender. The study recommended several recommendations, the most important of which included organizing workshops and seminars for educational professionals and the local community to respond to recent scientific developments, particularly the strategy of reverse learning. It also recommended that parents follow up on their children's use of technology to enhance their skills development and address any deficiencies in their scientific knowledge.

The history of the world is a violent one because of numerous wars dating back to the Indian war of 18th and 19th centuries' earliest colonizers up to modern wars of 20th century. Though the causes of wars are different, they have harmful and aggressive effect on both man and society as well. Obviously, war is a futile and unnecessarily destructive act in time, there may be some form of solutions for the madness of war that away from violence for the sake of living normal and peaceful life.
In fact, war is un re-generative no matter what the justifications; war is not a choice of manly fights for being generally characterized by extreme violence, aggression, destruction, and mortality deterioration, death, using regular or irregular military forces.
War has been the focus of great many dramatists whose aim is to reveal the horrible effect of war on man and society. They portray the scientific and technical means used in war that changed after each basic one happened in the world. For them, the economic changes that causes the great depression is responsible for war as young people has no hope not only for future but in present as well.
