Abstract
The current research aims to know the obstacles that prevent the preparation of the smart kindergarten in the education of the province of Baghdad ( Al –Rusafa 2 ), through the preparation of a questionnaire that consisted of two axes that included the first axis ( obstacles to preparing the smart kindergarten ) and the second axis ( the proposals that contribute to addressing those Obstacles ) , as the current research sample consisted of ( 50 ) experts in the field of child education for the academic year ( 2022 – 2023 ) , and the research came out with several conclusions, the most important of which is the importance of overcoming the obstacles that prevent the preparation of the smart kindergarten and taking advantage of the proposals to activate it .

Abstract
يهدف البحث الحالي الى معرفة المعوقات التي تحول دون إعداد الروضة الذكية في تربية محافظة بغداد ( الرصافة / 2 ) ، من خلال إعداد استبانة تكونت من محورين شمل المحور الاول ( معوقات إعداد الروضة الذكية ) والمحور الثاني ( المقترحات التي تساهم في معالجة تلك المعوقات)، إذ تكونت عينة البحث الحالي من ( 50 ) من الخبراء في مجال تربية الطفل للعام الدراسي الجامعي ، ( 2022 ـ 2023 ) ، وخرج البحث بعدة استنتاجات من اهمها اهمية التغلب على المعوقات التي تحول دون إعداد الروضة الذكية والاستفادة من المقترحات لتفعيلها .
