Abstract

The current research aims to know the obstacles that prevent the preparation of the smart kindergarten in the education of the province of Baghdad ( Al –Rusafa 2 ), through the preparation of a questionnaire that consisted of two axes that included the first axis ( obstacles to preparing the smart kindergarten ) and the second axis ( the proposals that contribute to addressing those Obstacles ) , as the current research sample consisted of ( 50 ) experts in the field of child education for the academic year ( 2022 – 2023 ) , and the research came out with several conclusions, the most important of which is the importance of overcoming the obstacles that prevent the preparation of the smart kindergarten and taking advantage of the proposals to activate it .

يهدف البحث الحالي الى معرفة المعوقات التي تحول دون إعداد الروضة الذكية في تربية محافظة بغداد ( الرصافة / 2 ) ، من خلال إعداد استبانة تكونت من محورين شمل المحور الاول ( معوقات إعداد الروضة الذكية ) والمحور الثاني ( المقترحات التي تساهم في معالجة تلك المعوقات)، إذ تكونت عينة البحث الحالي من ( 50 ) من الخبراء في مجال تربية الطفل للعام الدراسي الجامعي ، ( 2022 ـ 2023 ) ، وخرج البحث بعدة استنتاجات من اهمها اهمية التغلب على المعوقات التي تحول دون إعداد الروضة الذكية والاستفادة من المقترحات لتفعيلها .

Abstract

To achieve the research objectives, the researcher developed the null hypothesis that dealt with the research variables, and the research sample consisted of two groups, an experimental group that studied according to the effect of using the “idea raining” method and consisted of 50 students, and a control group that studied according to the usual method and consisted of 50 students.
Equality was established between the two groups in the variables (age in months, general average, grades of the current academic year for the mid-year, scores on the learning and recall skills test, scores on the social intelligence test, and academic achievement of the mothers and fathers).
In order to achieve the research objectives, the researcher identified the behavioral objectives included in the educational material for the Holy Qur’an and Islamic education curriculum, and their number reached (111) behavioral objectives distributed on three levels of Bloom’s levels: remembering, understanding, and applying. Its validity and reliability were verified.
The researcher applied the experiment to the students of the research sample in the second semester of the academic year (2022-2023), and before the start of the experiment, the researcher applied the learning and recall skills test and the social intelligence scale to the second-year intermediate students for the experimental and control groups.
After completing the experiment, the amount of development in the social intelligence of the students in the research sample was measured. For the purpose of verifying the validity of the hypotheses, the data was processed using a t-test for two independent samples, and the following results were reached:
-There is a statistically significant difference between the average scores of the pre- and post-application teams of the social intelligence scale, in favor of the experimental group.
In light of the research results, the researcher recommended the necessity of using teaching models in teaching the Holy Quran and Islamic education.

Abstract

استهدف البحث الحالي معرفة (اثر استعمال اسلوب (استمطار الافكار) في التحصيل في تنمية الذكاء الاجتماعي لدى طلاب الصف الثاني المتوسط في مادة القرآن الكريم والتربية الإسلامية)
ولتحقيق اهداف البحث وضع الباحث الفرضية الصفرية التي تناولت متغيرات البحث، وتكونت عينة البحث من مجموعتين مجموعة تجريبية درست على وفق اثر استعمال اسلوب ( استمطار الافكار) " وتكونت من 50 طالبا ، ومجموعة ضابطة درست على وفق الطريقة الاعتيادية تكونت من 50 طالبا .
وتم عمل التكافؤ بين المجموعتين في متغيرات ( العمر بالاشهر ، المعدل العام ، درجات العام الدراسي الحالي لنصف السنه ، درجات اختبار مهارات التعلم والاستذكار ، درجات اختبار الذكاء الاجتماعي ، التحصيل الدراسي للاباء والامهات ) .
ومن اجل تحقيق اهداف البحث قام الباحث بتحديد الأغراض السلوكية المتضمنة في المادة التعليمية لمنهج القران الكريم والتربية الإسلامية وبلغ عددها ( 111 ) غرضا سلوكيا موزعة على ثلاثة مستويات من مستويات بلوم وهي : التذكر والفهم والتطبيق. وتم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها.
وقام الباحث بتطبيق التجربة على طلاب عينة البحث في الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الدراسي (2022 – 2023 ) وقبل بدء التجربة قام الباحث بتطبيق اختبار مهارات التعلم والاستذكار ومقياس الذكاء الاجتماعي على طلاب الصف الثاني المتوسط للمجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة .
وبعد الانتهاء من تطبيق التجربة تم قياس مقدار التنمية في الذكاء الاجتماعي لطلاب عينة البحث، ولغرض التحقق من صحة الفرضيات عولجت البيانات باستخدام الاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين وتوصل الى النتيجة الاتية :
-يوجد فرق ذو دلاله إحصائية بين متوسط درجات فرق التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لمقياس الذكاء الاجتماعي ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية .
وفي ضوء نتائج البحث اوصى الباحث بضرورة استخدام النماذج التدريسية في تدريس مادة القرآن الكريم والتربية الاسلامية.

هدف البحث الحالي إلى معرفة أنماط التفضيلات المعرفية لدى طلبة كليات التربية واختار الباتحث طلبة كلية التربية جامعة تكريت لإجراء البحث عليهم وقام الباحث ببناء مقياس لتلك التفضيلات وأثبتت نتائج البحث إلى فصل طلبة كليتي التربية من التخصصات العلمية والانسانية نمطي التفضيلات المعرفية الاسترجاع ، والتطبيق واغلب الطلبة من التخصصين العلمي والانساني يفضلون نمطي الاسترجاع والتطبيق ولا يفضلون نمطي المبادئ ، والناقد من التفضيلات المعرفية وكانت توصيات البحث الآتي التأكيد على عمادتي كلية التربية العلوم الانسانية باعتماد التفضيلات المعرفية الى جانب المعدل التنافسي في توزيع طلبة الصفوف الاولى على اقسامهم العلمية وتوجيه انظار التدريسيين في اقسام الكليتين نحو مراعاة تفضيلات طلبتهم المعرفية في التدريس وتوزيع المهام والانشطة العلمية والاجتماعية .

Low academic achievement among students of the College of Basic Education in the Science Department from their point of view

Abstract

The research aims to identify the causes of low academic achievement among students of the College of Basic Education in the Science Department from their point of view. For the purpose of achieving the research goal, the researcher prepared a questionnaire consisting of (40) items to find out the causes of low achievement. Then its validity and reliability were verified. The researcher used the descriptive approach in The study sample consisted of (157) male and female students from the whole community, students of the Science Department, third stage, morning study / College of Basic Education at Sumer University for the academic year 2023-2024, and after analyzing the necessary data through the (Spss) program, the study showed the following results:
1-The first field: reasons specific to the two students, ranked first and with a high degree
2-The field of reasons related to the social and economic environment of the learner’s family ranked last and with a high degree.

يهدف البحث الى التعرف على اسباب انخفاض التحصيل الدراسي لدى طلبة كلية التربية الاساسية في قسم العلوم من وجهة نظرهم ولغرض تحقيق هدف البحث أعد الباحث استبانة مكونة من (40) فقرة لمعرفة اسباب انخفاض التحصيل, ثم تم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها, استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي في البحث, تألفت عينة الدراسة من (157 ) طالباً وطالبة من المجتمع الكلي, من طلبة قسم العلوم المرحلة الثالثة الدراسة الصباحية / كلية التربية الاساسية في جامعة سومر للعام الدراسي 2023-2024 وبعد تحليل البيانات اللازمة من خلال برنامج ( (Spss أظهرت الدراسة النتائج التالية :
1- حصل المجال الاول :اسباب خاصة بالدريسين على المرتبة الاولى وبدرجة مرتفعة
2- حصل المجال اسباب خاصة بالبيئة الاجتماعية والاقتصادية لاسرة المتعلم بالمرتبة الاخيرة وبدرجة مرتفعة

The aim of the current research is to know a comparative study in the social anchoring and the Knowledge ability of the permanent staff and the new recruits from the University Lecturers of Kufa. And also the highest level in the scientific disciplines, and there are no differences in the degrees of social attachment between the permanent staff and the new recruits in the humanities major, and that the sample of the permanent staff of the university Lecturers are the highest level in Knowledge ability in the human specialization, and they are the highest level in social anchoring and Knowledge ability according to the doctorate and master’s degrees, and there are no differences in the degrees of social anchoring between the permanent owners and the new hires according to the male teaching staff, and the sample of the permanent owners of the university Lecturers is higher A level of cognitive ability according to male teachers, and they are the highest level of social anchoring according to female teachers, and they are the highest level of Knowledge ability according to female teachers ,There are statistically significant differences in Knowledge ability in favor of the quick-thinking group according to the appointment of permanent and new owners and for the scientific specialization, and there are no statistically significant differences in cognitive ability in favor of the fast- and slow-thinking group between the human specialization, and there are statistically significant differences in Knowledge ability in favor of A group of fast-thinking people with a doctorate and master's degrees, male and female teachers

هدف البحث الحالي الى معرفة دراسة مقارنة في الإرتساء الإجتماعي والاقتدار المعرفي لدى الملاك الدائم والمتعينين الجدد من اساتذة جامعة الكوفة , بلغت العينة(504) ( تدريسي –تدريسيات) من اساتذة جامعة الكوفة , وطبق مقياس الارتساء الاجتماعي البالغ عدد فقراته( 29) فقرة , وايضاً مقياس الاقتدار المعرفي (20) فقرة , وتوصلت النتائج الى عينة ذوي الملاك الدائم من اساتذة الجامعة هم أعلى مستوى في الارتساء الاجتماعي والاقتدار المعرفي بشكل عام , وايضاً اعلى مستوى في التخصصات العلمية , و لا توجد فروق في درجات الارتساء الاجتماعي بين ذوي الملاك الدائم والمتعينين الجدد في التخصص الانساني ,وان عينة ذوي الملاك الدائم من اساتذة الجامعة هم أعلى مستوى في الاقتدار المعرفي في التخصص الانساني , وهم أعلى مستوى في الارتساء الاجتماعي والاقتدار المعرفي تبعاً لشهادة الدكتوراه والماجستير , ولا توجد فروق في درجات الارتساء الاجتماعي بين ذوي الملاك الدائم والمتعينين الجدد تبعاً للتدريسي الذكور , وان عينة ذوي الملاك الدائم من اساتذة الجامعة هم أعلى مستوى في الاقتدار المعرفي تبعاً للتدريسي الذكور, و هم أعلى مستوى في الارتساء الاجتماعي تبعاً للتدريسيات الاناث , وهم أعلى مستوى في الاقتدار المعرفي تبعاً للتدريسيات الاناث , وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الاقتدار المعرفي لصالح مجموعة ذوي التفكير السريع تبعاً لتعيين الملاك الدائم و الجدد وللتخصص العلمي , ولا يوجد فروق دالة إحصائية في الاقتدار المعرفي لصالح مجموعة ذوي التفكير السريع والبطيء بين التخصص الانساني , و وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الاقتدار المعرفي لصالح مجموعة ذوي التفكير السريع تبعاً الشهادة الدكتوراه و الماجستير و تدريسي الذكور وتدريسيات الاناث

Narrative structures in Hussein Mardan’s poetry

Abstract

The poem is organized through a set of artistic patterns that unify the elements of the text and mold them according to an effective, creative aesthetic structure that aims to achieve an act of astonishment, enjoyment, and influence on the audience/recipient. The architectural structure of the text is formed from the fabric of the accomplished artistic elements created by the elements of poetic formation within a coherent and harmonious organic network of artistic images. Harmonious and growing, which seeks to form the overall creative image of the text. This image reveals the poet’s creative vision and unique style.
The modern poem is formed from a group of artistic manifestations that crystallize the architecture of the poem and its artistic structure. Perhaps the most prominent of these artistic manifestations is the sectional structure, the narrative structure, the circular structure, the cumulative structure, the signature structure, and other structures. The research will attempt to monitor the narrative structures in the poetry of the Iraqi poet Hussein Mardan, and how This structural style was able to reveal the poet's creative vision, his linguistic sensitivity, and his view of the world. The research attempts to monitor the artistic relationship between the structure of the text and its content by tracing the path of the narrative structures in the poetry of the poet Hussein Mardan.

تنتظم القصيدة عبر مجموعة من الانساق الفنية التي توحد عناصر النص وتسبكها على وفق بنية جمالية إبداعية فاعلة تهدف الى تحقيق فعل الدهشة والامتاع والتأثير على المتلقي ، فالبنية المعمارية للنص تتشكل من نسيج العناصر الفنية المنجزة التي تحدثها عناصر التشكيل الشعري ضمن شبكة عضوية متناسقة ومنسجمة من الصور الفنية المتناغمة والمتنامية التي تسعى لتشكيل الصورة الكلية الابداعية للنص وتكشف هذه الصورة عن رؤية الشاعر الابداعية واسلوبه المتفرد .
وتتشكل القصيدة الحديثة من مجموعة من المظاهر الفنية التي تبلور معمارية القصيدة وهيكلها الفني ، ولعل من أبرز هذه المظاهر الفنية هو البناء المقطعي والبناء السردي والبناء الدائري والبناء التراكمي والبناء التوقيعي وغيرها من الأبنية ، وسوف يحاول البحث رصد الأبنية السردية في شعر الشاعر العراقي حسين مردان ، وكيف استطاع هذا النمط البنائي ان يكشف عن رؤية الشاعر الابداعية ، وحساسيته اللغوية ، ونظرته الى العالم ، ويحاول البحث رصد العلاقة الفنية الرابطة بين هيكل النص ومضمونه عبر تتبع مسار الأبنية السردية في شعر الشاعر حسين مردان .

Abstract

The current research aims to identify (creative leadership among teachers of the Faculty of basic education) thresearcher used descriptive curriculum as it is the most appropriate curriculum withthe current,research, and research community Faculty of basic education, including the department ( first grade teacher / Arabic language / science ) for the current academic year 2022-2023 ,and the research sample consisted of (100) students , selected by the random stratified method ,the research tool was a questionnaire that included a set of paragraphs through which creative leadership can be measured applied by the researcher to, researcher came to the conclusion that the teachers of the Faculty of basic education are characterized by creative leadership, and through the results for the second goal, it became clear that there are differences in statistical significance between (male and female ) and the current research came out with a set of recommendations : the need to continue to develop creative positive in achieving goals, conduct further studies on creative leadership from the point of view of other samples such as Deans, Heads of departments and administrators at universities.

يهدف البحث الحالي الى التعرف على (القيادة الإبداعية لدى تدريسيي كلية التربية الأساسية) استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي في اجراءات بحثه كونه المنهج الاكثر تلائماً مع البحث الحالي, وتكون مجتمع البحث من طلبة كلية التربية الأساسية شملت قسم ( معلم الصفوف الأولى / اللغة العربية / العلوم ) للعام الدراسي الحالي 2022-2023، وتكونت عينة البحث من (100) طالب وطالبة, تم اختيارهم بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية ، وقد كانت أداة البحث استبانة تضمنت مجموعة من الفقرات التي يمكن من خلالها قياس القيادة الإبداعية طبقها الباحث على افراد عينة البحث بعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها واعتمد الباحث في دراسته على مجموعة من الوسائل الاحصائية وهي (الاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة ولعينتين مستلقتين ) وبعد تحليل نتائج البحث ومناقشتها توصل الباحث الى ان تدريسيي كلية التربية الأساسية يتسمون بالقيادة الابداعية ,ومن خلال النتائج للهدف الثاني اتضح انه يوجد فروق في الدلالة الإحصائية بين ( الذكور والاناث ) وخرج البحث الحالي بمجموعة من التوصيات : ضرورة الاستمرار في تطوير القدرات الابداعية بحيث تواكب المستجدات والتطورات والمتغيرات, ضرورة تبني مفهوم القيادة الإبداعية لدورها الايجابي, إجراء مزيد من الدراسات عن القيادة الإبداعية من وجهة نظر عينات اخرى مثل العمداء ورؤساء الاقسام والاداريين في الجامعات.

Self-concept and its relationship to academic integration among middle school students

Abstract

The current research goal is to:
-Detecting the level of self-concept of intermediate school students.
-Detecting the level of academic integration among middle school students.
- To reveal the nature of the relationship between self-concept and academic integration.
The current research was limited to middle school students of Tikrit Center for the academic year (2019-2020), and the current research community was determined by middle school students for the morning study in Salah al-Din Governorate / Tikrit district for the academic year (2018-2019), which numbered (1325) students. The researcher used a measure of self-concept, and its paragraphs were formulated, amounting to (35) paragraphs. The number of positive paragraphs (14 paragraphs) and the number of negative paragraphs (21) paragraphs. Alternatives were developed to estimate the response to the test paragraphs in front of each paragraph. These alternatives are (yes / no). Applying the tools of research and obtaining data and processing them statistically. The research showed the following results:
The level of the sample students in testing the self-concept and its fields is high.
The level of the sample in the academic integration test and its fields is high.
There is a positive correlation between self-concept and academic integration.
In light of the results, the researcher put a set of conclusions, recommendations and suggestions.

هدف البحث الحالي الى :
1- الكشف عن مستوى مفهوم الذات لدى طالبات المرحلة المتوسطة.
2-الكشف عن مستوى الاندماج الدراسي لدى طالبات المرحلة المتوسطة.
3-الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين مفهوم الذات والاندماج الدراسي.
اقتصر البحث الحالي على طالبات المرحلة المتوسطة لمركز تكريت للعام الدراسي ( 2019 – 2020 ) , وتحدد مجتمع البحث الحالي بطالبات المرحلة المتوسطة للدراسة الصباحية في محافظة صلاح الدين / قضاء تكريت للعام الدراسي ( 2018 – 2019 ) والبالغ عددهم ( 1325 ) طالبة , تم اختيار عينة طبقية عشوائية من مجتمع البحث حيث اختارت عينة عشوائية من المدارس بواقع ( 4 ) من تلك المدارس تم اختيار ( 90 ) طالبة , اعدت الباحثة مقياسا لمفهوم الذات وتم صياغة فقراته وبلغت ( 35 ) فقره. عدد فقراته الإيجابية ( 14 فقرة) وعدد الفقرات السلبية (21) فقره وتم وضع بدائل لتقدير الاستجابة على فقرات الاختبار امام كل فقرة وهذه البدائل هي ( نعم / لا ) , كما اعدت مقياسا الاندماج الدراسي وتم صياغة فقراته ما يتلاءم وعينة البحث وبلغت فقراته ( 33 ) فقرة عدد فقراته الإيجابية ( 14 ) فقرة وعدد فقراته السلبية (19) فقرة وتم وضع البدائل هي ( أوافق بشدة، أوافق، غير موافق، غير موافق بشدة ) , وبعد تطبيق اداتي البحث والحصول على البيانات ومعالجتها احصائيا اظهر البحث النتائج الاتية :
ان مستوى طالبات العينة في اختبار مفهوم الذات ومجالاته هو مستو عال .
ان مستوى العينة في اختبار الاندماج الدراسي ومجالاته هو مستو عال .
وجود علاقة إرتباطية موجبة بين مفهوم الذات والاندماج الدراسي .

Abstract

The city of Baghdad, the capital of the Abbasid Caliphate, witnessed a prominent civilized prosperity, occupying a distinguished intellectual center that contributed to the prosperity and dissemination of science to the various regions and centers of the Islamic world, including the countries beyond the river. With scholars and learning from the sheikhs, as many of its scholars and students traveled to many cities of the Islamic world to spread knowledge, and some of them stayed for a long time, but some were born and raised in it and became Baghdadia, and some of them settled in it and stayed there for a long time, learning and then returning to their country. شهدت مدينة بغداد عاصمة الخلافة العباسية ازدهارا حضاريا بارزا فأحتلت مركزا فكريا متميزا اسهمت في ازدهار ونشر العلوم الى اقاليم ومراكز العالم الاسلامي المختلفة ومنها بلاد ما وراء النهر , اذ استقطبت مدينة بغداد علماء وطلبة من مختلف ارجاء العالم الاسلامي لاسيما مدن ماوراء النهر رغبة في تحصيل العلم والالتقاء بالعلماء والأخذ عن الشيوخ , كما ارتحل العديد من علماءها وطلبتها الى الكثير من مدن العالم الاسلامي لنشر العلم وكان منهم من يبقى فترة طويلة بل ان البعض ولد فيها ونشأ فيها فصار بغداديا , ومنهم من استوطنها وبقي فيها فترة طويلة يتعلم ثم يعود الى بلاده . لذلك كان لهؤلاء اثرا على الجانب السياسي والاداري والفكري وخاصة بالعلوم المرتبطة بحياة الانسان المسلم ولاسيما علمي الفقه والحديث محور البحث.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the effectiveness of a proposed electronic training program according to the training needs in developing electronic professional competencies, scientific enlightenment, and the trend towards educational technology among Arabic language teachers in the preparatory stage. Therefore, the researcher followed two approaches to the experimental research, namely (the analytical descriptive approach to build the training program, and the experimental approach to apply it to the research sample of (10) teachers. With the aim of achieving the objectives of his research, the researcher prepared an achievement test consisting of (30) items: to measure the cognitive aspect of professional competencies, and a credit card. A note consisting of (26) skills: to measure the performance aspect of it, and to adopt a measure of scientific enlightenment consisting of (65) items, and to build a measure of the attitude towards educational technology consisting of (22) items. When treating the data statistically, using the test (Wilcoxon, and the Goujian equation) to find out the significance of the differences between the two applications, the researcher concluded that there were statistically significant differences in favor of the post-application of all the research tools, in addition to the availability of a high correlation between the scores of the research sample in the two tools, and in the light of the results The research recommended the need to educate teachers about the importance of continuous appreciation, or what is known as (sustainable professional development), and encourage them to enlighten themselves scientifically by keeping up with educational developments, especially in the field of educational technology.

Abstract

يهدفُ هذا البحثُ تعرّفَ. فاعلية برنامج تدريبي إلكتروني مقترح على وفق الاحتياجات التّدريبية في تنمية الكفايات المهنية الإلكترونية والتّنور العلمي والاتّجاه نحو تكنولوجيا التّعليم لدى مُدرِّسي اللغة العربية في المرحلة الإعدادية؛ لِذا اتّبعَ الباحثُ المنهج الوصفي التّحليلي لبناء البرنامج التّدريبي، والمنهج التّجريبي لتطبيقه على عيّنة البحث البالغ حجمُها (10) مُدرِّسينَ؛ وبهدف تحقيق أهداف بحثه أعدَّ الباحثُ اختبارًا تحصيليًا تألّف من (30) فقرة؛ لقياس الجانب المعرفي من الكفايات المهنية، وبطاقة ملاحظة تألّفت من (26) مهارة ؛ لقياس الجانب الأدائي منها، وتبنّى مقياسًا للتّــنـــوُّر العلمي تألّف من (65) فقرة، وبنى مقياسًا للاتّجاه. نحو تكنولوجيا التّعليم، تألّف من (22) فقرة. وبعد التّثَبَّتَ من صلاحيتها طبَّقها على عيّنة البحث قبليا وبعديا، وعند معاملة البيانات. إحصائيًا، باستعمال اختبار (ولكوكسن، ومعادلة جوجيان)؛ لمعرفة دلالة الفروق بين التّطبيقينِ، توصَّل الباحثُ إلى: وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمصلحة التّطبيق البعدي للأدوات البحث جميعها، فضلا عن توافر ارتباطٍ عالٍ بين درجات عيّنة البحث في أدوات البحث، وفي ضوء نتائج البحث أوصى الباحثُ بضرورة توعية المُدرِّسين بـأهمية التّدريب المستمر، أو ما يُعرف بـــ (التّنمية المهنية. المستدامة)، وتشجيعهم على التّنور علميا من طريق مواكبة المستجدات التّربوية لاسيما في مجال تكنولوجيا التّعليم.

Abstract

The current research aims to identify the effect of employing the rhetoric of sarcasm in developing the expressive performance of fifth-grade literary students. To achieve this goal, the researcher adopted an experimental design with partial control which is the design of the experimental and control groups with two pre- and post-tests.

The researcher identified his research population and chose a research sample whose number of students reached (62) students, with (31) students for the experimental group and (31) students for the control group. Before starting the experiment, the researcher rewarded the students of the two groups on a number of variables that were likely to have an Undesirable impact on the conduct of the experiment, and then he studied the two research groups throughout the duration of the experiment, which lasted a
full semester.

For the purpose of achieving the research objectives, the researcher prepared two tools, the first of which was a test to measure the metaphorical performance of the students of the research sample. The researcher confirmed its validity, and the second of them was a measure to measure the attitude toward the material of expression among the students of the research sample. The researcher also confirmed its validity. After that, both tools were applied to the two research groups, and after analyzing the data obtained from them statistically using a t-test for two independent and interconnected samples to determine the significance of the differences between the two groups, the researcher concluded that the students of the experimental group who studied the subject of expression by employing the rhetoric of irony excelled over the students of the control group who They studied the same material according to the usual method in the post-test of expressive performance and in the post-test of attitude towards the expressive material. In light of the research results, the researcher recommended the necessity of adopting the rhetoric of irony in teaching the subject of expression, and then proposed aset of proposals.

يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تعرف أثر توظيف بلاغة السخرية في تنمية الأداء التعبيري لدى طلاب الصف الخامس
بعد تحديد مجتمع البحث, اختار الباحث عيّنةُ البحثَ التي بلغ عددُ طلابِها ( 62 ) طالباً, مثّل ( 31 ) طالباً منهم المجموعةِ التّجريبيّةِ و ( 31 ) طالباً المجموعةِ الضّابطةِ, وقبل الشروع بالتجربة كافأ الباحث بين طلاب المجموعتين في عدد من المتغيرات التي يحتمل أن يكون لها تأثير غير مرغوب فيه على سير التجربة, ومن ثم درس مجموعتي البحث طيلة مدة التجربة التي استمرت فصلا دراسيا كاملا.
ولغرض تحقيق أهداف البحث أعد الباحث أداتين, أولهما : اختبار لقياس الأداء التعبيري, تأكّدَ الباحثُ من صلاحيته, وثانيهما : مقياس لقياس الاتجاه نحو مادة التعبير, وقد تأكد الباحث من صلاحيته أيضا. وبعد ذلك تم تطبيق كلا الأداتين على عينة البحث, وبعد تحليل البيانات المتحصلة منهما إحصائيا باستعمال الوسائل الاحصائية الملائمة, توصل الباحث إلى تفوق طلاب المجموعة التجريبية التي درس طلابها مادة التعبير بتوظيف بلاغة السخرية على طلاب المجموعة الضابطة التي درس طلابها نفس المادة على وفق الطريقة المعتادة في الاختبار البعدي للأداء التعبيري وفي المقياس البعدي للاتجاه نحو مادة التعبير. واستنادا إلى ما تنخض عنه البحث من نتائج أوصى الباحث بضرورة اعتماد بلاغة السخرية في تدريس مادة التعبير, ثم اقترح مجموعة من المقترحات.

Abstract

The research showed that the air Troughs recorded the highest total repetition over the northern and central regions of the observations (00, 12) GMT by (215, 123,) and (211, 100) repetitions and a survival period of (209.5, 186) and each of them formed a repetition rate of (66.6%, 58%) and (56.9%, 52.1%) and a survival rate of (66.8%, 59%) of the total repetition and duration of the systems of (323, 212) repetitions and (371, 192) repetitions and (313.5, 315.5) days respectively, and this explains the increase of this system By pumping cold air that enhances the energy of the European high and increasing its conflict with the rest of the other systems, which prolongs the duration of its control for consecutive days on the surface, while the southern region had Ridges its largest share of the total frequencies; It reached (149.100) repetitions during the two observations mentioned above with a survival period of (125.5) and constituted a repetition rate of (51%, 52.9%) and a survival rate of (48.9%) of the total repetition and duration of stay of the systems above it of (292, 189) repetitions (256.5) days and in the same order, While the shallow high took the largest share of repetitions and duration of stay, so the northern region recorded at the two observations (00, 12) GMT the highest total repetition of (223, 132) repetitions, the central by (206, 132) repetitions and the southern region with a total of (188, 125) repetitions and each of them constituted a percentage of (74.3%, 72.5%), (79.2%, 80.5%) and (82.1%, 82.2%) of the total total repetition of the high for the two levels of (300, 182) repetitions and (260, 164) repetitions and (229, 152) repetitions, respectively, as for the duration of The three regions recorded the highest total of (239, 265.5, 218) days and constituted (76.2%, 84.2%, 85%) of the total duration of stay of the high at the two mentioned levels of (313.5, 315.5, 256.5) days according to the sequence.

هدف البحث الحالي التعرف الى العلاقة بين التفاؤل الاكاديمي والتوجه نحو المستقبل، وقد استعملت الباحثة اداتين هما : مقياس التفاؤل الاكاديمي والتوجه نحو المستقبل ومن اجل تحقق اهداف البحث الحالي قامت بأعداد مقياس التفاؤل الاكاديمي على وفق نظرية (نظرية هوي وولفول) وتبني مقياس التوجه نحو المستقبل لـــ (فضل 2020) حيث اوجدت الباحثة الخصائص السيكومترياته من مؤشرات الصدق والثبات للمقياسين. إذ استخدمت الباحثة الحقيبة الإحصائية لاستخراج النتائج، وقد اشارت النتائج الى: تمتع العينة بدرجة عالية من التفاؤل الاكاديمي، وأشارت أيضا نتائج الهدف الثاني الى ان عينة البحث لديهم توجه نحو المستقبل، واشارت نتائج الهدف الثالث الى وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية موجبة بين متغيرات البحث التفاؤل الاكاديمي ومتغير التوجه نحو المستقبل, كما اشارت نتائج الهدف الرابع الى عدم وجود فروق في العلاقة بين التفاؤل الاكاديمي والتوجه نحو المستقبل تبعاً للجنس( ذكور – اناث) وفي ضوء نتائج البحث أوصت الباحثة بمجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات.

The origin in languages is that the word has a single meaning that indicates it and is linked to it, but what we found in our Arabic and its words (poetry and prose) and most importantly what the Holy Qur’an came with, is that the word departs from this familiar, as the word was used for many and varied meanings and we called it verbally common, What makes our Arabic more beautiful and creative is that the word gives the meaning and its opposite, and thus brings together the two opposing meanings, such as: “john” gives the meaning of black and white.
This is what encouraged me to study this phenomenon in one of the ancient Arabic dictionaries.

لغتنا العربية هي اللغة الأعظم والأكثر تميزًا والأكثر إبداعًا. إنه مليء بالظواهر اللغوية التي تميزه وتضفي عليه الجمال والرقي والإعجاز. ومن بين هذه الظواهر ظاهرة العداء.
الأصل في اللغات أن للكلمة معنى واحد يدل عليها ومرتبط بها، ولكن ما وجدناه في عربتنا وكلماتها (شعر ونثر) وأهم ما جاء به القرآن الكريم ، هو: تنحرف الكلمة عن هذا المألوف، حيث استُخدمت الكلمة لمعاني عديدة ومتنوعة وأطلقنا عليها اسم مشترك لفظيًا، ما يجعل لغتنا العربية أجمل وإبداعًا أن الكلمة تعطي المعنى ونقيضها، وبالتالي تجمع بين المتعارضين. معاني، مثل: "john" يعطي معنى الأسود والأبيض. وهذا ما شجعني على دراسة هذه الظاهرة في أحد القواميس العربية القديمة.

Abstract

These could be existed in transcribing the phonetics in accordance with many reasons. Firstly, The targeted language (which is English specifically) has many occurrences of differences between the written form of letter and the pronouncing symbol. Abstract

The pattern of preparatory education in Syria has begun before the middle of the Nineteenth century at the hands of the administration of “Ibrahim Pasha” in Syria, but it has not been called that, and it has been ended after a few years. then it has begun with another name in 1863 AD in Damascus, and there has been only one school therein, and specializations got expanded after the preparatory stage, but it has not been called secondary education, which actually began during the stage of the French occupation of Syria, and it has developed rapidly after independence, and started to implement new decisions and regulations and the adoption of school curricula taking into account types of schools. A competition has been taken place between secondary schools with its three official types, official, private and foreign, and since then the state became the first sponsor of education in Syria. What are the most prominent factors for the emergence and development of secondary education in Syria? The research has led us to answer the previous question after studying the governmental, original and academic sources and references, to show that the emergence of secondary education has been influenced by external factors, and that its development has been linked to the challenges of independence from the French Occupation

بدأ نمط التعليم الثانوي في سورية قبل منتصف القرن التاسع عشر على يد إدارة إبراهيم باشا في سورية، ولكنه لم يسمّى بذلك، وانتهى بعد أعوام قليلة، ثم بدأ بتسمية أخرى عام 1863م في مدينة دمشق، ولم يكن فيها سوى مدرسة واحدة، وتوسعت الاختصاصات ما بعد المرحلة الإعدادية، ولكنها لم تكن تسمى بالتعليم الثانوي الذي بدأ فعليًّا في مرحلة الاحتلال الفرنسي لسورية، وتطوّر بسرعة بعد الاستقلال، والبدء بتطبيق القرارات والأنظمة الجديدة واعتماد المناهج الدراسية مع مراعاة أنواع المدارس، إذ حصلت منافسة بين المدارس الثانوية بأنواعها الثلاث الرسمية والأهلية والأجنبية، لتصبح الدولة فيما بعد هي الراعي الأوّل للتعليم في سورية ، فما هي أبرز عوامل نشأة وتطوّر التعليم الثانوي في سورية؟ وقد أوصلنا البحث للإجابة عن السؤال السابق بعد دراسة المصادر والمراجع الحكومية والأصلية والأكاديمية، ليتبيّن أن نشأة التعليم الثانوي كانت بتأثير خارجي، وأن تطوره ارتبط بتحديات الاستقلال عن المحتل الفرنسي.

The size distribution of the cities of Wasit and Maysan governorates - a comparative study in population geography

Abstract

The study of the size distribution of each of the governorates of Wasit and Maysan, and the comparison between them, led us to know the difference between them and to find the pattern adopted by each of them, perhaps similar to a theory or a law. The research dealt with the subject of the study in three sections with an introduction and a theoretical framework that included (the research problem, research hypothesis, research structure, research methodology) and conclusions and proposals. The first topic dealt with the numerical and relative distribution of the size of the population of Wasit and Maysan, based on the statistics collected from the statistical departments, represented by the general census (1997), enumeration and numbering data for the year (2009), and estimates for the year (2023), with an estimate of the population size based on an annual growth rate of (2,8%) which is adopted by the two statistical departments in each of the two governorates. The second topic dealt with the study of size distribution by defining the size ranks of the cities of the two governorates and determining their values from the first cities of the two governorates, and comparing them with the results of the theories developed in this field, and the third topic dealt with a future vision for the size distribution of the cities of the two governorates for the year (2040. (
The study concluded that there is a difference in the pattern shown by the size distribution of the cities of the two governorates, and that the cities of Maysan are larger in size than the cities of Wasit and more civilized, and the rate of urbanization in them is rising at a faster pace, and that the pattern that appears in each of them does not correspond to any law established in this field. Its specificity that distinguishes it from others, and this calls us not to generalize, especially in human studies.

إنَّ دراسة التوزيع الحجمي لكل من محافظتي واسط وميسان والمقارنة بينهما توصلنا الى معرفة الفرق بينهما وإيجاد النمط الذي تتخذه كل منهما لعله يشابه نظرية او قانون ما. عالج البحث موضوع الدراسة في ثلاثة مباحث مع مقدمة واطار نظري تضمن(مشكلة البحث, فرضية البحث, هيكلية البحث, منهجية البحث) واستنتاجات ومقترحات. فتناول المبحث الاول التوزيع العددي والنسبي لحجم سكان كل من واسط وميسان بالاعتماد على الاحصاءات التي تم جمعها من دوائر الاحصاء متمثلة بتعداد عام(1997) وبيانات حصر وترقيم عام(2009) وتقديرات عام(2023) مع تقدير حجم السكان بالاعتماد على معدل نمو سنوي مقداره (2,8%) والذي تعتمده دائرتي الاحصاء في كل من المحافظتين. وتناول المبحث الثاني دراسة التوزيع الحجمي عبر تحديد المراتب الحجمية لمدن المحافظتين وتحديد قيمهم من المدن الاولى للمحافظتين, ومقارنتها مع نتائج النظريات التي وضعت في هذا المجال, وتناول المبحث الثالث رؤية مستقبلية للتوزيع الحجمي لمدن المحافظتين لعام(2040). استنتجت الدراسة ان هناك اختلاف في النمط الذي يظهره التوزيع الحجمي لمدن المحافظتين, وان مدن ميسان اكبر حجما من مدن واسط واكثر تحضرا ومعدل التحضر فيها يتصاعد بوتيرة اسرع, وان النمط الذي يظهر في كل منهما لا يتطابق مع اي قانون وضع في هذا المجال, فلكل محافظة خصوصيتها التي تميزها عن غيرها وهذ يدعونا الى عدم التعميم لاسيما في الدراسات البشرية.

The level of fourth-stage students' possession of twenty-first century skills from their teachers' point of view

Abstract

The research aims at the level of possession of the students of the fourth stage of the skills of the twenty-first century from the point of view of their teachers, and to achieve the goal of the research, the researcher followed the descriptive approach in accordance with the objectives of his research. Intentional university students, where the sample consisted of (40) university professors, and the skills of the twenty-first century consisted of (39) indicators that were distributed to (3) areas of skills. Some domains obtained advanced ranks, such as the domain (life and work skills) among the fourth stage students, ranked first with a weighted average of (3.41) and a percentage weight of (0.68) and achieved (10) indicators. The field (learning and innovation skills) ranked second among the domains with a weighted average of ( (3.05) and a percentage weight of (0.61) and achieved (8) indicators, and the field (information, media and technology skill) ranked third, which is a low rank in relation to other fields with a weighted average (2.98) and a percentage weight (0.956) and achieved (4) indicators, and the researcher concluded The reason for obtaining low grades in some fields is the lack of use of twenty-first century skills by students, and their lack of use of modern technological means.

يهدف البحث الى مستوى امتلاك طلبة المرحلة الرابعة لمهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين من وجهة نظر أساتذتهم ، ولتحقيق هدف البحث اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي لمناسبة الى اهداف بحثه وتكون مجتمع البحث الحالي من اساتذة كليات التربية الاساسية في العراق البالغ (386)، وقد اختيرت عينة الاساتذة الجامعيين قصديا حيث تكونت العينة من (40) من الاساتيذ الجامعيين وقد تكونت مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين من (39) مؤشراً تم توزيعها على (3) مجالات من المهارات بعد ان تأكد الباحث من صدقها وثباتها قام بتطبيق اداة البحث على العينة ، وقد اسفرت نتائج البحث بعض المجالات حصلت على مراتب متقدمة كمجال (مهارات الحياة والعمل) لدى طلبة المرحلة الرابعة المرتبة الاولى بوسط مرجح بلغ (3.41) ووزن مئوي (0.68) وحقق (10) مؤشرات ، وقد حقق مجال (مهارات التعلم والابتكارعلى المرتبة الثانية من المجالات بوسط مرجح بلغ (3.05) ووزن مئوي (0.61) وحقق (8) مؤشرات ،وحصل مجال (مهارة المعلومات والوسائط والتكنلوجيا) على المرتبة الثالثة وهي مرتبة متدنية بالنسبة الى المجالات الاخرى بوسط مرجح (2.98) ووزن مئوي (0.956) وحقق (4) مؤشرات ، وقد استنتج الباحث سبب حصول بعض المجالات على مراتب متدنية عدم استخدام مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين من قبل الطلبة ، وقلة استخدامهم للوسائل التكنلوجية الحديثة.

The study refers to understanding the spatial variation of registered divorce cases in Al-Zubair district for the year 2022 using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) techniques and the tools and technologies it provides for spatial analysis. This helps in determining the pattern of the phenomenon's spread and identifying the main causes that lead to the separation of individuals. It also allows for the identification of the most affected administrative units in Al-Zubair district, particularly since Al-Zubair district center is one of the administrative units with the highest number of divorce cases, reaching 325 cases, followed by Safwan sub-district with approximately 212 cases, and finally Um Qasr sub-district with 114 divorce cases.

The current research aims to identify:
1- The trend towards e-learning among middle school students.
2- Expectations of success and failure among middle school students.
3- The correlation between the two research variables (e-learning and expectations of failure and success) independent dependent students.
The research community was selected from the sixth grade students enrolled in the preparatory schools of the General Directorates of Education, Baghdad, for the academic year 2022-2023.
The current research reviewed the literature and theories related to the research variables.
procedures:
1 - The researcher adopted the e-learning scale of the researcher (Abdul Ati 2006), as well as the scale of expectations of success and failure of Fibel & Hale (1978 Fibel & Hale), translated into Arabic and adapted to the Iraqi environment, in a way that suits the current research sample, and to ensure their validity and reliability.
2- The above two scales were applied to a sample of (200) middle school students, and the researcher used SPSS to analyze the results.
The researcher reached:
1- Middle school students want e-learning.
2 - The results of the research showed that middle school students have the ability to predict success and failure.
3 - The results showed that there is a correlation between the two variables, that the independent variable (e-learning) contributes to the dependent variable (expectations of success and failure), and has the ability to predict it among middle school students.
The research presented a set of recommendations and proposals

2- طبق المقياسين أعلاه على عينة من طالبات المرحلة الاعدادية بلغت(200) وطالبة وقد استخدمت الباحثة SPSS)) لتحليل النتائج 0
واتوصلت الباحثة الى:-
1 – أن طالبات المرحلة الاعدادية يرغبن بالتعليم الالكتروني .
2 - بينت نتائج البحث أن طالبات المرحلة الاعدادية لديهن القدرة على توقع النجاح والفشل .

Abstract

The book the language community was preceded in the field of lexical composition with many works. I realize that the owners have crammed in the used and the weird, the good and the bad.
The two researchers dealt with the life of Ibn Duraid, his scientific works, his teachers, and his most famous students, and clarified his method in the dictionary of the masses, and then dealt with the Qur’anic words whose significance was shaped by Ibn Duraid.
The researchers relied on the most important books of interpretation and language references, which were recorded at the end of the research. Among the results they reached:
- The two researchers found that Ibn Duraid dealt with the Qur’anic terms in his dictionary, and explained their implications, but there are terms that he could not decide on their meaning and definitively with their linguistic meaning, and they were on three levels:

يعدُّ كتاب جمهرة اللغة أشرف كتب ابن دريد وأشهرها وقد سُبق ابن دريد في مجال التأليف المعجمي بمؤلفات كثيرة، فلما رآها، وعرفها عن كثب؛ أدرك أن أصحابها قد حشدوا فيها المستعمل والغريب، الجيد والرديء.
وقد تناول الباحثان حياة ابن دريد و آثاره العلمية و أساتذته و أشهر تلاميذه ,و بيّنا منهاجه في معجم الجمهرة , ثم تناولا الألفاظ القرآنية التي أشكلت دلالتها على ابن دريد
وقد اعتمد الباحثان على أهم كُتب التفسير و مراجع اللغة وقد قيّدت في نهاية البحث ومن النتائج التي توصلا إليها :
- وجد الباحثان أنّ ابن دريد تناول الألفاظ القرآنية في معجمه، وبيّنَ دلالاتها , إلّا أنَّ هناك ألفاظًا لم يستطع البتَّ بمعناها والقطع بمدلولها اللغوي وقد كانت على ثلاثة مراتب :
الأولى : ألفاظ قال عنها ( ولا أقدم على تفسيره ) وهي ألفاظ لم يرد تفسيرها لعدم وضوح دلالتها عنده ,فتوقف عن الكلام عنها.
الثانية : ألفاظ قال عنها ( والله أعلم بكتابه ) وهي ألفاظ لم يقطع بمعناها ولكنه قدم بين يديه المعنى الأقرب لها , ثم أعقبها بقوله والله أعلم بكتابه ,كأنه أوضح معنى اللفظة العام ولكنه لم يقطع به أدباً مع كلام الله .
الثالثة : ألفاظ قال عنها ( وكذا فُسِّرَ في التنزيل ) وهي ألفاظ بيّنَ دلالتها اللغوية ثم ذكر أنها فسرت بهذا المعنى في أغلب كتب التفسير.

Abstract

This study contends that the "failed state concept" is one of the political terms that has failed to gain traction among specialists, owing to its modernity on the one hand and the possibility of exploiting it regionally and internationally in a way that serves the great powers and achieves their goals and interests, becoming a justification for their intervention on the other. As a result, the Yemeni state is "structurally and institutionally failing, and there are internal and external reasons for this, which has resulted in it becoming a state suffering from severe turmoil in governance, security, and economy, and unable to carry out its internal and external functions." As a result of the Yemeni state's collapse, entities parallel to the state's authority emerged, as did terrorist organizations and armed militias that dominate substantial areas of Yemeni territory. Abstract

The agricultural crop is one of the basic and prominent elements on which agricultural development is based, as it is not possible to carry out advanced agricultural activity with high productivity without the use of modern and advanced machines in all stages of agricultural production. This is done by saving effort and time for farmers and introducing new varieties of seeds to improve this sector. The aim of the research was to spatially analyze agricultural mechanization (pullers, harvesters, irrigation pumps and modern irrigation systems), where the number of mechanization and its efficiency for the cultivated areas in the study area were calculated according to approved international standards, and its impact on costs. Agricultural production at all stages of production and its role in agricultural development. It turned out that the study area suffers from a shortage in the number of pullers (654 pullers) and harvesters (27 harvesters). As the research showed, calculating the production costs per dunum during two agricultural seasons, which doubled in an unprecedented manner, and it became clear through the research that the study area suffers from water scarcity and high fuel prices, which was reflected in the high production costs, which led to a decrease in cultivated areas and a decrease in agricultural productivity, and this All of these are factors that hinder the process of agricultural development.

تعد المكننة الزراعية من العناصر الاساسية وذات الاهمية البارزة التي ترتكزعليها التنمية الزراعية ، إذ الا يمكن قيام نشاط زراعي متطور وذات انتاجية عالية دون استعمال الالات الحديثة والمتطورة في جميع مراحل الانتاج الزرعي . وذلك من خلال توفير الجهد والوقت للمزارعين وادخال اصناف جديدة من البذور للارتقاء بهذا القطاع .وجاء هدف البحث للتحليل المكاني للمكننة الزراعية (الساحبات والحاصدات ومضخات الري ومنظومات الري الحديثة ) حيث تم احتساب اعداد المكننة ومدى كفاءتها للمساحات المزروعة في منطقة الدراسة وفقا للمعاير العالمية المعتمدة، وتأثيرها في تكاليف الانتاج الزراعي في جميع مراحل الانتاج ودورها في التنمية الزراعية. وتبين ان منطقة الدراسة تعاني من نقص في اعداد الساحبات بلغ ( 654ساحبة ) والحاصدات بلغ (27 حاصدة ) . وكما اظهر البحث حساب تكاليف الانتاج للدونم الواحد خلال موسمين زراعيين ، حيث تضاعفت بشكل غير مسبوق .وتبين من خلال البحث ان منطقة الدراسة تعاني من شحة المياه وارتفاع اسعار الوقود الامر الذي انعكس على ارتفاع تكاليف الانتاج مما ادى الى انخفاض المساحة المزروعة وانخفاض الانتاجية الزراعية ، وهذه كلها عوامل تعيق عملية التنمية الزراعية.

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the availability of creative leadership traits among officials in the Anbar Education Directorate, and also aimed to test the nature of the relationship between creative leadership and strategic innovation in the researched directorate. The questionnaire was used as a main tool in collecting primary data, and the researcher used the analytical descriptive method. The questionnaire was distributed to (63) managers holding administrative positions in middle administrations, such as department director, unit director, and division director in the Anbar Education Directorate. The ready-made statistical program (SPSS) was used to address data and extract results. Where the study concluded with many results and the results showed that there is a direct relationship with statistical significance between creative leadership in its various dimensions and the total degree of strategic innovation for managers in the Anbar Education Directorate. A comfortable atmosphere for work, establishing good relations with all employees, and creating an atmosphere that encourages achievement and excellence.

Abstract

The research aims to study the expected motivation and its relationship to life skills among university students. This required the availability of tools to achieve the goals, and through reviewing previous studies and standards and the literature on the research variables, the researcher built a measure of expected motivation, and adopted the life skills scale prepared by (Al-Khazraji 2014). After applying the two scales to a sample of (300) male and female students from the final stage of the scientific departments of the colleges of Tikrit University for the academic year 2022-2023, and after statistical processing and analysis of the data, the researcher reached results indicating that the research sample in general has a high level of expected motivation and that there are no differences in the level of motivation. The expected motivation among the students of the research sample according to the gender variable (males - females), and the presence of statistically significant differences in the expected motivation according to the specialization (scientific - humanities) and in favor of the scientific specialization. The sample of students has a high level of life skills. There were no statistically significant differences in the life skills of the sample according to the variable of gender (males - females) and specialization (scientific - humanities). The results of the statistical treatment showed that there is a positive correlation between the expected motivation variable and life skills among the research sample. In light of the results, the researcher reached a number of recommendations and proposals.

يهدف البحث الى دراسة الدافع المتوقع وعلاقته بالمهارات الحياتية لدى طلبة الجامعة، وتطلب ذلك توفير ادوات لتحقيق الاهداف ومن خلال الاطلاع على الدراسات والمقاييس السابقة والأدبيات الخاصة بمتغيرات البحث ، قام الباحثان ببناء مقياس الدافع المتوقع ، وتبني مقياس المهارات الحياتية الذي أعدته ( الخزرجي 2014 )، وبعد تطبيق المقياسيين على العينة البالغة (300) طالب وطالبة من المرحلة المنتهية للاقسام العلمية لكليات جامعه تكريت للعام الدراسي 2022 -2023 وبعد المعالجة الاحصائية وتحليل البيانات توصل الباحثان الى نتائج تفيد ان عينة البحث تتمتع بمستوى مرتفع من الدافع المتوقع ولاتوجد هناك فروق في مستوى الدافع المتوقع لدى طلبه البحث بحسب الجنس (ذكور – أناث ) ، ووجود فروق داله احصائيا في الدافع المتوقع بحسب التخصص (علمي _انساني ) ولصالح التخصص العلمي .وان عينة الطلبة تتمتع بمستوى مرتفع في المهارات الحياتية . وعدم وجود فروق داله إحصائيا في المهارات الحياتية للعينة تبعاً لمتغير الجنس (ذكور – أناث ) والتخصص (علمي _انساني ) . وتبين من نتائج المعالجة الاحصائية وجود علاقة موجبة بين متغير الدافع المتوقع والمهارات الحياتية لدى عينة البحث. وفي ضوء النتائج توصل الباحثان الى عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات .

Spatial variation of social care indicators in Iraq for year 2020

Abstract

This study discusses the spatial variation of social welfare units and their beneficiaries for the year 2020 , and these studies are located within the social studies in the geography of population, As one of the scientific endeavors to analyze this population phenomenon according to the research and analysis literature in population geography.
The research followed the descriptive and analytical approach and the use of the quantitative method in scientific research based on the data of the Ministry of Planning and Development Cooperation. The study included two axes. The first axis included the spatial variation of social welfare indicators in Iraq for the year 2020. The second axis included the age and gender structure of the beneficiaries of the social welfare units. Third, it included the spatial variation of workers in social care units in Iraq for the year 2020, and through some approved indicators and knowledge of gender disparity rates for beneficiaries of social care units and by unit type and governorate, the results showed that there is a remarkable development in social care indicators for the period (2006_2020). ) The percentages varied towards increase and decrease from one indicator to another, and that the Baghdad governorate recorded the highest value and for most indicators and social care units, given that it is the capital and many state institutions are concentrated in it in addition to the high population density of the governorate, and that there is a discrepancy in the percentages of beneficiaries present and included in units Social care according to age groups, and there is a discrepancy between c We forget according to the administrative units with regard to the beneficiaries entering, existing, leaving, and workers in social welfare units.the aim of this research is to study the subject of social care in Iraq and to give a clear picture of the geographical distribution of the reality of social care in the various administrative units and through some approved indicators and to know the rates of disparity between the sexes for the beneficiaries of social care units and according to the type of unit and the governorate .
As for the number of social care homes in Iraq, it amounted to (124) units for the year 2020, and homes for the disabled accounted for the highest value, amounting to (81), followed by state homes with (26) units, nursing homes for the elderly with (15), and Dar al-Hanan for the disabled. There were two units, the first in the province of Baghdad and the second in the province of Karbala. The study came with a set of recommendations, the most important of which was: opening new homes for social care and for the various groups of society in the rest of the provinces that lack them, as well as rehabilitating the staff working in homes for the elderly and the disabled.

تناقش هذهِ الدراسة التباين المكاني لوحدات الرعاية الاجتماعية والمستفيدين منها لسنة 2020, وتقع هذهِ الدراسات ضمن الدراسات الاجتماعية في جغرافية السكان, كأحد المساعي العلمية لتحليل هذه الظاهرة السكانية وفقا لأدبيات البحث والتحليل في جغرافية السكان .
أتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي والاستعانة بالأسلوب الكمي في البحث العلمي اعتمادا على بيانات وزارة التخطيط والتعاون الانمائي, تضمنت الدراسة محورين, المحور الاول تضمن التباين المكاني لمؤشرات الرعاية الاجتماعية في العراق لسنة 2020 , والمحور الثاني التركيب العمري والنوعي للمستفيدين من وحدات الرعاية الاجتماعية, ومن خلال بعض المؤشرات المعتمدة ومعرفة نسب التفاوت بين الجنسين بالنسبة للمستفيدين من وحدات الرعاية الاجتماعية و بحسب نوع الوحدة والمحافظة, أظهرت النتائج أنْ هناك تطور ملحوظ في مؤشرات الرعاية الاجتماعية للمدة (2006_2020) وتباينت النسب بين الارتفاع والانخفاض من مؤشر الى آخر, وأنْ محافظة بغداد سجلت أعلى قيمة ولأكثر المؤشرات ووحدات الرعاية الاجتماعية, على اعتبار أنها العاصمة وتتركز فيها الكثير من مؤسسات الدولة فضلاً عن ارتفاع الكثافة السكانية للمحافظة, وأنْ هناك تفاوت في نسب المستفيدين الموجودين والداخلين في وحدات الرعاية الاجتماعية على حسب الفئات العمرية, وهناك تباين بين الجنسين على حسب الوحدات الادارية بالنسبة للمستفيدين الداخلين والموجودين والمغادرين من وحدات الرعاية الاجتماعية.
اما بالنسبة لعدد دور الرعاية الاجتماعية في العراق فقد بلغت ( 124) وحدة لسنة 2020 , وشكلت دور رعاية المعوقين اعلى قيمة بلغت (81 ) , تليها دور الدولة ب ( 26 ) وحدة , و دور رعاية المسنين ب ( 15) , اما دار الحنان للعاجزين فقد كانت وحدتان , الاولى في محافظة بغداد والثانية في محافظة كربلاء , جاءت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات كان من اهمها : فتح دور جديدة للرعاية الاجتماعية ولمختلف فئات المجتمع في باقي المحافظات التي تفتقر اليها, فضلا عن تشريع القوانين التي تخدم هذه الشريحة من المجتمع.

Abstract

This research includes an introduction to the research, the research problem, the significance and objectives of the research, and the important terms used by the researcher in his study and previous studies (An Iraqi and Arab study).
The study also aimed to understand the role of family upbringing, peer groups, media, and social status. The research encompassed the phenomenon of school violence, including (the causes of school violence, factors contributing to school violence, and the dimensions of violence in our educational institution). Additionally, the research included the role of family upbringing, examples of negative family upbringing, psychological punishment methods, and models of theories that have explained the phenomenon of school violence. Furthermore, it addressed prevention and treatment methods to avoid school violence. This research contained important recommendations, proposals, and significant findings that were derived from the study.

Abstract

The study aims to know the effectiveness of the training program in improving the skills of building achievement tests for new Arabic language teachers in the intermediate stage in the General Directorate of Education of Dhi Qar Governorate, the researcher followed the method Semi-experimental with one group, where they were trained on the skills of building achievement tests, and the study sample consisted of (27) trainees from Arabic language teachers who were chosen randomly. Where the test consisted of (40), an exam item comprising the skills of building achievement tests distributed on four axes (test planning, writing test items and taking them out, correcting the test, analyzing test items), and among the most important findings of the study: the presence of statistically significant differences Between the average scores of the Arabic language teachers on the achievement test skills test in the pre-test and their average scores in the post-test in favor of the post-application, the training program also enjoyed effectiveness as the value of ETA was (0.853), which is greater than the accepted level of effectiveness, which indicates that the training program is effective Acceptable in improving the skills of building achievement tests with its four skills, and one of the most important recommendations recommended by the study: Encouraging teachers to attend courses, seminars and workshops to learn about the skills of building achievement tests as well as identifying their educational applications, as well as issuing printed brochures and booklets on the principles of building achievement tests and their applications Educational emanating from it, and distributing it to the supervisors and teachers of the intermediate and preparatory stages.

تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي في تحسين مهارات بناء الاختبارات التحصيلية لدى مدرسي اللغة العربية الجدد في المرحلة المتوسطة في المديرية العامة لتربية محافظة ذي قار, اتبع الباحث إجراءات المنهج الوصفي حيث عدَّ برنامجاً تدريبياً في ضوء احتياجات مدرسي اللغة العربية الجدد في تحسين مهارات بناء الاختبارات التحصيلية لديهم وكذلك إجراءات المنهج شبه التجريبي ذو المجموعة الواحدة, وتكونت عينة الدراسة من(27) متدرباً من مدرسي اللغة العربية الجدد تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية, واعد الباحث اختباراً تحصيلياً لقياس مهارات بناء الاختبارات التحصيلية لدى مدرسي اللغة العربية الجدد قبل اخضاعهم للبرنامج التدريبي وبعده, حيث تكون الاختبار من(40) فقرة اختبارية تمثل مهارات بناء الاختبارات التحصيلية موزعة على أربعة محاور(التخطيط للاختبار, كتابة فقرات الاختبار واخراجه, تصحيح الاختبار, تحليل بنود الاختبار), وتحقق الباحث من صدقه وثباته بعد عرضه على مجموعة من المحكمين وبعدها طبق الاختبار على عينة الدراسة, ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة: وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات مدرسي اللغة العربية على اختبار مهارات بناء الاختبارات التحصيلية في الاختبار القبلي ومتوسط درجاتهم في الاختبار البعدي لصالح التطبيق البعدي, كذلك يتمتع البرنامج التدريبي بالفاعلية حيث بلغت قيمة إيتا0.853)), وهي أكبر من مستوى المقبول للفاعلية مما يدل على أن البرنامج التدريبي فاعلية مقبولة في تحسين مهارات بناء الاختبارات التحصيلية بمهارته الأربعة, ومن أهم التوصيات التي توصي بها الدراسة: تشجيع المدرسين على حضور الدورات والندوات وورش العمل للتعرف على مهارات بناء الاختبارات التحصيلية فضلاً عن التعرف عن تطبيقاتها التربوية, كذلك إصدار نشرات وكتيبات مطبوعة عن مبادئ بناء الاختبارات التحصيلية وتطبيقاتها التربوية المنبثقة منها, وتوزيعها على المشرفين والمدرسين للمراحل المتوسطة والإعدادية.

Abstract

The research aims to know the stereotype and its relationship to thinking (positive - negative) among university students.
Search tools:
1-The researcher adopted the stereotype scale in this research and it was presented to a group of specialized arbitrators to judge the validity of its items. The psychometric properties of the scale were extracted, and the reliability coefficient of the stereotype scale according to the Cronbach method reached (0.740).
2-The researcher adopted the (positive-negative) thinking scale in this research. It was presented to a group of specialized arbitrators to judge the validity of its items, and the psychometric properties of the scale were extracted. The reliability coefficient of the (positive-negative) thinking scale according to the Cronbach method reached (0.812)
It reached the following results:-
1-Men and women are each a stereotype of the opposite sex
2-The research sample of students at the University of Karbala had a positive thinking style more than negative.
3-There are no statistically significant differences according to the gender variable for males and females.
4- There is a direct relationship between positive thinking and stereotype A, and there is also a direct relationship between stereotype B and negative thinking.

-1 قامت الباحثة بتبني مقياس الصورة النمطية في هذا البحث وقد تم عرضه على مجموعة من المحكمين المختصين للحكم على صلاحية فقراته وتم استخراج الخصائص السايكومترية للمقياس , وقد بلغ معامل ثبات مقياس الصورة النمطية بطريقة الفاكرونباخ ( 0.740)
-2 قامت الباحثة بتبني مقياس التفكير (الايجابي -السلبي) في هذا البحث , وقد تم عرضه على مجموعة من المحكمين المختصين للحكم على صلاحية فقراته وتم استخراج الخصائص السايكومترية للمقياس , وقد بلغ معامل ثبات مقياس التفكير (الايجابي - السلبي) بطريقة الفاكرونباخ ( 0.812 ) .
وتوصلت الى النتائج التالية :-

3- لاتوجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية تبعا لمتغير الجنس لدى الذكور والاناث.
4- هناك علاقة طردية بين التفكير الايجابي والصورة النمطية أ وهناك علاقة طردية ايضا بين الصورة النمطية ب والتفكير السلبي.

Abstract

The research included a study on the city of Thessaloniki at the end of the third century AH. This time period affected the march of the Arab-Islamic state, which can be considered as the golden era of the Arab-Islamic naval power. With what they achieved of great conquests and noble achievements in the field of the seas in their military conquests, the Islamic banners spread with lightning speed over the parts of the earth, and as soon as the Muslims entered the coastal sea cities, including the city of Thessaloniki.
The Battle of Thessaloniki is one of the important battles in the history of the Islamic navy, which must be highlighted, especially since it took place during a period when the Arab Islamic state was suffering from severe weakness and divisions in most of its parts in the East and the West.
And the importance of the city of Thessaloniki and its great role as the greatest and richest city after Constantinople in the Byzantine Empire with its large population, and the entire empire’s trade was going through it in the late ninth century AD towards the east, and nature loved it as a fertile region rich in rivers, which for centuries were the main transportation route between Rome and Constantinople. It was necessary to conduct a detailed research on this invasion and to show its importance, its leader, and the most important results of this invasion.

ضمت البحث بين دفتيها دراسة عن مدينة سالونيك في القرن الثالث الهجري(291هـ / 904 م)، وما لهذه الحقبة الزمنية من اثر في مسيرة الدولة العربية الإسلامية والتي يمكن ان تعد بأنها الحقبة الذهبية للقوة العربية الإسلامية. البحرية بما حققوه من فتوحات ومنجزات كبيرة في غزواتهم الحربية فانتشرت القوات الإسلامية بسرعة البرق على مساحات واسعة من الأرض وما أن دخل المسلمون المدن الساحلية البحرية ومنها مدينة سالونيك .
تعد غزوة سالونيك من الغزوات الاهم في تاريخ البحرية الإسلامية والتي من الواجب تسليط الضوء عليها لاسيما انها حدثت في فترة كانت الدولة العربية الاسلامية تعاني من حالة ضعف شديد وانقسامات في اغلب اجزائها في المشرق والمغرب.
وان اهمية مدينة سالونيك ودورها الكبير باعتبارها اعظم مدينة واغناها بعد القسطنطينية في الدولة البيزنطية بعدد سكانها الكبير وكانت تجارة الامبراطورية بأكملها تسير عن طريقها في أواخر القرن التاسع الميلادي باتجاه الشرق ، وقد حبتها الطبيعة إقليما خصبا غنيا بالأنهار، التي كانت لعدة قرون طريق المواصلات الرئيسة ما بين روما والقسطنطينية. كان لابد من اجراء بحث مفصل حول هذه الغزوة وتبيان اهميتها وقائدها واهم النتائج التي انتهت اليها هذه الغزوة

Abstract

The research aimed to identify the Islamic religion’s perspective on achieving sustainable development goals in light of Iraq’s Vision 2030, Islamic education contributes to addressing sustainable development indicators, raising the individual’s standard of living, achieving an increase in production, and developing the economy in order to achieve the goals of sustainable development in Iraq.
The Islamic concept of economics is a sound concept and is suitable for all times and places, as it focuses on the individual as the goal of development and not its means. Islam, in its teachings contained in the Holy Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet, focuses on the necessity of man fulfilling his duty in reconstructing the earth and refraining from depleting its resources, but rather striving to develop and preserve it, being a successor and guardian of this earth and the environment in which he lives.
The researcher sought to highlight the most important religious provisions and instructions that serve sustainable development in light of Iraq’s Vision 2030, citing verses from the Holy Qur’an and hadiths of the Prophet as evidence for this. At the end of the research, the researcher presented a number of results that emerged from the research and gave some recommendations that, if implemented, would accelerate the achievement of sustainable development goals in Iraq.

إنَّ مفهوم الاسلام للاقتصاد مفهوم سليم ويصلح لكل زمان ومكان كونه يركز على الفرد كهدف للتنمية وليس وسيلتها. كما ان الاسلام في تعاليمه التي وردت في القران الكريم والسنة النبوية يركز على ضرورة قيام الانسان بواجبه في تعمير الارض وعدم استنزاف مواردها والسعي لتنميتها والحفاظ عليها كونه خليفة وحافظ لهذه الارض والبيئة التي يعيش فيها.
لقد سعى الباحث الى ابراز أهم الاحكام والتعليمات الدينية التي تخدم التنمية المستدامة بضوء روية العراق 2030 مستدلا على ذلك بآيات من القران الكريم وأحاديث نبوية. وفي نهاية البحث قدم الباحث عدد من النتائج التي خرج بها من البحث وأعطى بعض التوصيات التي من شأنها في حالة تطبيقها التسريع من تحقيق اهداف التنمية المستدامة في العراق.

Abstract

The sermons of Sayyida Zeinab, peace be upon her, have received great attention from researchers and critics throughout the ages, and they have tried to study them in the light of different critical and rhetorical references. As one of the pivotal sermons in the Arab-Islamic heritage, it is one of the verses of rhetoric, eloquence, and statement.
The celebration of history was attended by the influential women of Ahl al-Bayt, and he recorded eloquent speeches for them that immortalized the oppression of the Ahl al-Bayt, peace be upon them, at a time when the enemies of religion tried to change the path of Islam until they almost erased the Sunnahs of the Prophet, may God bless him and his family, and the traces of his pure family.
There is no doubt that the speeches of Mrs. Zeinab, peace be upon her, immortalized Ashura, and conveyed the call of Al-Hussein, peace be upon him, to the world, and saved him from the poisonous enemy's propaganda, and made the renaissance continue with the continuation of life.
Because of the importance and distinction of these two sermons, we devoted our research to the study of breaking the horizon of expectation in them. The research axes were as follows: defining the theory of reception and its poles, and explaining the importance of breaking the horizon of expectation in attracting the recipient, and his interaction with the text. In my sermon, Hawra Zainab, peace be upon her, this theme is one of the important themes in the theory of reception, and it is an important element in the interaction between the text and the recipient.

حفل التاريخ بحضور مؤثر لنساء اهل البيت, وسجل لهن خطباً بليغة خلدت مظلومية أهل البيت عليهم السلام في زمن حاول أعداء الدين تغيير مسيرة الإسلام حتى كادوا يمحون سنن النبي صلّى الله عليه واله ، وأثار أهل بيته الطاهرين.
ولاشك في أن خطب السيدة زينب عليها السلام خلدت عاشوراء، وبلّغت نداء الحسين عليه السلام إلى العالم ، وأنجته من إعلام العدو المسموم ، وجعلت النهضة تستمر باستمرار الحياة.
ولأهمية هاتين الخطبتين وتميزهما خصّصنا بحثنا لدراسة كسر أفق التوقع فيهما، فكانت محاور البحث كالتالي التعريف بنظرية التلقي وأقطابها ، وبيان أهمية كسر أفق التوقع في جذب المتلقي، وتفاعله مع النص، وطبق ذلك على خطبتي السيدة الحوراء عليها السلام ، وتبيّن لنا عبر دراسة كسر أفق التوقع في خطبتي الحوراء زينب عليها السلام إن هذه الثيمة من الثيمات المهمة في نظرية التلقي , وتًعد عنصراً مهماً في التفاعل بين النص والمتلقي.

Abstract

The current research aims to determine the effectiveness of the practical presentations strategy in developing the skills of life effectiveness and analytical thinking among fifth-grade middle school students in the subject of literature and texts. To achieve this goal, the researcher chose a quasi-experimental design with partial control for two experimental and control groups, where the research sample consisted of (80) students. From the fourth year middle school students of the Al-Rifai Education Department, in the first semester of the 2021-2022 academic year. The researchers rewarded the two research groups on a number of variables, and the life effectiveness skills scale prepared by the researchers consisted of (30) items distributed equally on life effectiveness skills, and the analytical thinking test consisted of (30) objective multiple-choice items. It was applied to both research groups after ensuring its validity, stability and psychometric properties. The results showed the superiority of the experimental group and the effectiveness of the practical demonstration strategy.

يرمي البحث الحالي الى معرفة فاعلية إستراتيجية العـروض العمليـة في تنمية مهارات فعالية الحياة والتفكير التحليلـي عنـد طلاب الصف الخامـس الاعـدادي في مادة الادب والنصوص، ولتحقيق ذلك الهدف اختار الباحث التصميم شبه التجريبي ذو الضبط الجزئي لمجموعتين تجريبية وضابطة، حيث تكونت عينة البحث من (80) طالباً من طلاب الصف الرابع الاعـدادي التابعين لقسم تربية الرفاعي, في الفصل الدراسي الاول للعام الدراسي(2021-2022). وقد كافئ الباحث بين مجموعتي البحث في عدد من المتغيرات، وتكون مقيـاس مهارات فعالية الحياة المعد من قبل الباحث من (30) فقرة موزعة بالتساوي علـى مهارات فعالية الحياة، وتكون اختبار التفكير التحليلـي من (30) فقرة موضوعية من نوع الاختيار من متعدد, وقد تم تطبيقها علـى مجموعتي البحث بعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها وخصائصها السيكومترية، واظهرت النتائج تفوق المجموعـة التجريبيـة التي درست وفق إستراتيجية العـروض العمليـة.

Abstract

The current research aims to determine the effect of Fink’s model in acquiring grammatical concepts and developing critical thinking among fifth-grade literary students in Arabic grammar. The researcher adopted the experimental research method, and the research sample was chosen randomly and the number of its students reached (56) students. They were divided into two groups: Section (B) represented the experimental group, and the number of its students was (28) students, and Section (A) represented the control group, as the number of its students was (28) students. Equivalence was conducted in a number of variables that may affect the integrity of the experiment. The researcher formulated the behavioral objectives according to Bloom’s classification, as their number reached (82) behavioral objectives in light of the content of the prescribed academic subject. The necessary plans were prepared for the topics of the Arabic grammar subject. The researcher prepared two tests, the first: the test of acquiring grammatical concepts, and the second: the critical thinking test. The researcher verified their validity and reliability, and the researcher, used appropriate, statistical methods to, analyze and process the dat., and the following results were reached: The students, of the experimental, group outperformed the students, of the 'control' group. In light of the results, the researcher recommends using the Fink model in teaching Arabic grammar to students in the fifth literary grade for the subject course. إنَّ الهدف للبحث الحالي هو معرفة اثر انموذج فينك في أكتساب المفاهيم النحوية وتنمية التفكير الناقد لدى طلآب الصف الخآمس الادبي، وقد اتبع الباحث خطوات منهج البحث التجرييبي، وتم اختيار عينة البحث بصورة عشوائية وبلغ عدد طلابها (56) طالبا، وقد وزعهم الباحث الى مجموعتين الشعبة (ب) تمثل المجموعة التجريبية، وبلغ عدد طلابها (28) طالبا، والشعبة (أ) تمثل المجموعة الضابطة، إذ بلغ عدد طلابها (28) طالباً، وقد تم اجراء التكافؤي بين المجموعتين، وصاغ الباحث الاهداف السلوكي بحسب تصنيف بلوم إذ بلغ عددها (82) هدفاً سلوكياً في ضوء محتوى المادة الدراسية المقررة، وتم اعداد الخطط اللازمة لموضوعات مادة قواعد اللغة العربية، واعد الباحث اختبارين الاول: أختبار الاكتساب للمفاهيم النحوية، والاختبار الثاني للتفكير الناقد، وتم التحقق من صدقهما وثباتهما وقد استخدم الباحث عدد من الوسائل الأحصائية المناسبه للتحليل ومعالجة بيانات البحث كافة، وتم التوصل الى النتائج الاتية: تفوق طلاب المجموعة التجريبية على طلاب المجموعة الضابطة، وفي ضوء النتائج يوصي الباحث باستعمال انموذج فينك في تدريس مادة قواعد اللغة العربية لطلاب الصف الخامس الادبي وذلك لدورة الفاعل في اكتساب المفاهيم النحوية وتنمية التفكير الناقد لديهم.

تشعب القراءة الفكرية واختلاف توجيه الرواية التاريخية من باحث الى اخر يولد نوع من التشكيك بحقيقة حوادث عصر الرسالة، اذ اختلاف الأفكار نابع من اختلاف وجهات النظر في قراءة النص الديني او الرواية التاريخية، إضافة الى الأثر الاعتقادي للباحث او الكاتب اذ كثيراً ما يقع تحت تأثير الاهواء والميول، ليثبت ما يتوافق مع معتقده، ويترك او ينفي ما يتقاطع في نفس اللحظة مع ذلك التوجه، لنكون امام حقيقة وهي ان القراءات والآراء ما هي في الحقيقة الا وجه من الصراع لتبني صورة ما وترك أخرى، ليكون النتاج المعرفي عبارة عن صراع واجتهادات متقاطعة فيما بينها وليس لها القدرة على معالجة تصورات الاخرين من حيث نهايتها. هناك صراع بين الرواة بشأن نقل الخبر الصحيح او القريب من الواقعة التاريخية لعصر النبوة، وهذا الامر أدى الى زيادة الاختلاف في قراءة حقيقة التاريخ الإسلامي، فضلا عن صراع السياسة واثره الفكري في توجيه الثقافة الرسمية السائدة لكل عصر من عصور الدولة الإسلامية، لا سيما العصر الاموي والعباسي، فالتدوين التاريخي ازداد في العصر العباسي لكن بوادره الفكرية ظهرت في العصر الاموي وبتوجيه من السلطة الاموية بل تحت عنايتها ومراقبتها للفكر الرسمي آنذاك، وهذا الامر ولد صورة ثقافية بعيدة عن واقع الحقيقة وجسدت صراع الأفكار للسلطة الاموية والعباسية، وقسم البحث الى مبحثين، فالأول: بعض الروايات والأفكار القلقة في كتب التراث الاسلامي. اما المحور الثاني: قناعة الراوي وبيئته الثقافية الجاهلة للحقيقة. ومن الله التوفيق.

This research sheds light on the study of the apparent meaning of the article (morphology) and its significance in Nahj al-Balagha in order to reach the intentionality of these structures in the words of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) and explain their meanings indicated by linguists in their works, and attempt to identify the semantic purpose of its use in constructing what is in place. There are many morphological structures that are derived from the article (morphology) between nouns and verbs, and each structure has a specific meaning that the Imam intended in his sermons. Among the most important results that I reached: The structure of the word is the basic element in determining its meaning. Otherwise, the meanings of words derived from a single article would have become ambiguous. Morphological structures are templates in which words are formulated and their meanings are determined.

The goal of the current research is to identify the level of feeling of psychological happiness among middle school students in Rusafa Third Schools. Work began on On September 1, 1900 AD, women’s and popular committees were formed in most of the world’s trains to monitor the necessary donations for the railway works. وفي 22 ايلول 1908م جرى احتفال كبير بوصول القطار الى المدينة المنورة قادماً من دمشق ، وقد استمرت سكة حديد الحجاز في العمل ما يقارب التسع سنوات استفاد خلالها الحجاج والتجار ، كما نشطت الحياة الاقتصادية وتحولت محطات السكة الى مجتمعات حيوية ، وخلال الحرب العالمية الاولى 1914 – 1918م برز اهمية الخط الحجازي وخطورة العسكرية على القوات البريطانية من خلال ثبات القوات العثمانية سنتين بوجه القوات البريطانية ، الا ان الخط الحجازي تعرض خلال الثورة العربية 1916م الى الكثير من الاضرار وتوقفت السكة عن العمل ولم تفلح جميع المحاولات التي جرت لأعادة تشغيل خط سكة حديد الحجاز واستمر هذا التوقف الى يومنا هذا .

Abstract

The oceans play an important role in the global carbon cycle and the Earth's climate system, as water bodies constitute 70.8% of the total surface area of the Earth, and there are likely to be important interactions and feedbacks between changes in the state of the oceans (including their pH) and changes In Global Climate and Atmospheric Chemistry. Changes in ocean chemistry will reduce their ability to absorb additional carbon dioxide from the atmosphere, which in turn will affect the rate and magnitude of global warming and lead to ocean acidification, rising temperatures, melting ice, and a rise in sea levels.

Abstract

تلعب المحيطات دورًا مهمًا في دورة الكربون العالمية والنظام المناخي للأرض، اذ تشكل نسبة المسطحات المائية 70,8% من مجموع المساحة العامة للأرض، ومن المحتمل أن تكون هناك تفاعلات وردود فعل مهمة بين التغيرات في حالة المحيطات (بما في ذلك ال الهيدروجيني لها) والتغيرات في المناخ العالمي وكيمياء الغلاف الجوي. إن التغيرات في كيمياء المحيطات سوف تقلل من قدرتها على امتصاص ثاني أكسيد الكربون الإضافي من الغلاف الجوي، الأمر الذي سيؤثر بدوره على معدل وحجم ظاهرة الاحتباس الحراري ويؤدي الى تحمض المحيطات وارتفاع درجات الحرارة وذوبان الجليد وارتفاع في مستوى سطح البحر.

Abstract

The issue of migration and population movements has received remarkable attention in population and demographic studies at all levels. However, the study of incoming migration is not an easy matter. Where the reasons revolve around the difficulty of obtaining its data, the classifications of population migration depend on many bases, including the duration of this spatial movement, the length of the distance, the type of movement, its direction, size and speed.
The city of Basra has been an attractive destination for the population coming to it in different historical periods, due to factors related to its geographical location as a sea outlet on the Arabian Gulf or to its oil wealth; This gave them the advantage of wanting to live and settle there, as the field study showed that 2.4% of the total sample are expatriates, which is an internal migration from Iraqi districts and governorates.

نال موضوع الهجرة والحركات السكانية اهتماماً ملحوظاً في الدراسات السكانية والديموغرافية على جميع الأصعدة، غير إن دراسة الهجرة الوافدة ليست بالأمر اليسير؛ حيث تتمحور الاسباب بصعوبة الحصول على البيانات الخاصة بها فالتصنيفات الخاصة بالهجرة السكانية تعتمد أُسَساً عديدة ، منها دوام هذه الحركة المكانية و طول المسافة ونوع الحركة و اتجاهها و حجمها و سرعتها .لقد شكلت مدينة البصرة وجهةً جاذبةً للسكان الوافدين اليها في فترات تاريخية مختلفة ، نظراً لعوامل متعلقة بموقعها الجغرافي كمنفذ بحري على الخليج العربي أو لثرواتها النفطية ؛ مما أكسبها ميزة رغبة السكن والاستقرار فيها ؛ إذ بينت الدراسة الميدانية إن 2.4% ، من مجموع العينة هم من الوافدين وهي هجرة وافدة داخلية من الاقضية والمحافظات العراقية .

However, it is important to point out that Iraq faced unique challenges due to armed conflicts and security issues, which may have affected the legal framework, and similarly, the researcher provided in-depth literature and theories to access the Iraqi penal code and misdemeanors.
