Abstract
The First Chapter encompasses the historical background. It pursues the Ottoman existence in the Arab ‎Gulf. The Second Chapter overviews the diplomatic and political relations between Turkey and the Arab ‎Gulf States. The chapter throws light on the regional and international factors affecting these relations. ‎Finally, this chapter discusses the cultural relations and the role of the Islamic Conference Organization in ‎activating the relations between Turkey and the Gulf States Third Chapter tackles the strategic aspects of ‎the Turkish relations with the Arab Gulf States. It sheds light on the military co-operation in such fields as ‎weapons sales to the Gulf States besides the role of Turkey in the context of USA strategy in the Gulf and ‎the Iran-Iraq war deployment its impact on both Turkey and the Gulf-States, however, the chapter hints at ‎the growing Turkish and Gulf-States fears from the ever-increasing military might of their restless ‎neighbors. Finally, the chapter provides an account on peace-pipes which were designed to provide the ‎Gulf-States lacking water resources with drinking water. Then the chapter is rounded off by an account on ‎the 2nd of July 1990 events when Iraqi forces swept Kuwait the Fourth Chapter is devoted to the economic ‎relations between Turkey and the Arab Gulf.‎

Abstract
This research aims at studying the Geopolitics of Information and Communication Culture in The Arab Homeland. This study hypothesizes that the current situation of information and communication is not that promising, since its minor role in enhancing the strength of this region in the political map according to the analysis of the available chances in facing all the challenges. This research studies
I. The current state of information and communication culture.
II. The quantity measuring of technical and information achievement: Guides for technical achievements, patents, Guides for new and old inventions and human creativity
III. Conclusions (challenges and potential chances).
The search came up with some conclusions , one of these is the necessity of adopting a unified Arabic strategy in the field of information and communication through special national systems of culture and communication. In addition to that , the work towards the rise of the Arab nation is to move side by side with ''Information Revolution'' and ''Globalization''.

Abstract
Sufism played an important rote in preserving Islamic identity of the Turkish state. It also had a great role in the political activities and had influence on parliament elections. Among the approaches was Al- Sulaymanya which was established by Suleimain Hulmi Tonahan.
Al- Sulaymanya was one of the opposition elements for Secularism in Turkey. AL– Sulaymanya, during its first period,

was characterized by its unknown identity and aimed at establishing educational and cultural system which is parallel to all secular measurements through establishing many small school (Katatib) for teaching and memorizing the Holy Quran, spreading Arabic Language and reviving Islamic science: Fiqih, traditions (Hadith) and interpretation.
The aim of AL– Sulaymanya was to establish an Islamic state. At first it was characterized by extremely as it declared Al-Jihad against Secularism in Turkey. But after allowing political parties to work after the 2nd world War; and despite Tonahan's attitude towards parties activity, he and his followers after his death, were participating in Parliamentary whom they think the best in serving Islam and Muslims. This made political Turkish parties admire and like Al-Sulaymanya.

Abstract
This Study tries to illustrate the role of the president of the republic in making both internal and external political decision in Turkey in accordance with the three Turkish constitutions which had been issued in Successive periods (1924, 1961,1982). The president of Turkey had practiced both legislative and excutive powers in the constitution of 1924 which included the Grand Turkish National Assembly as the president of the state was the leader of the ruling party. But this changed after the constitution of 1961 had been issued. The excutive power had become in the hand of the president and ministers council. As for the legislative power it has become in the hand of the National Assembly
Concerning the power of the state president, it has enlarged after 1982 on account of both legislative and excutive powers and some presidents of Turkey had practiced powers which exceeded those given to them in making the political decision in the light of their personal and leading characteristics.

Abstract
Possession the advanced technological systems with the related abilities consider important matter for constructive building and developing other manners of technologies which distinguishes the pattern and direction of economy strength as well as his society. Its growth constrained with the range of relative scientific and knowledge bases. The study aims to “analysis of the economic and scientific possibilities for design and build advanced technological systems in Iraq as an example pointing scientific and technological strategy established on research and development (R&D) in the economic development and in technological progress. It is assumed that the appropriate technology for economic development in which the dynamic technology depends technological bases in developing countries nowadays is the advanced dynamic type beside its requirements like producing productive machines.
It is answered by analysis of possibilities of developing advanced technology, and the actual possibilities for it, and researching and developing the guided technology like the advanced systems of control in the recent strategy of development. It is founded that studious that the appropriate technology for the recent economic development in developing countries today is the type established on the dynamic technology R&D more than the static technology with which allits requirements of production for some kinds of developed productive machines.

Abstract
This study aimed to identify the most important problems and obstacles faced by the faculty member of the University of Blida, and adversely affect the level of his performance career. It also aimed to identify the most obvious problems in the areas of scientific, administrative, financial and social. The researchers prepared a questionnaire consisted of (71) each word reflects on the nature of the problem may suffer from a member of the faculty in the areas of Macedonia. Tool has been applied to members of the University Staff, has been found from the analysis of the results and their interpretation that there are many problems it faces faculty member adversely affect the level of functional performance in the light of these findings by researchers with a series of recommendations that would develop appropriate solutions to address those Constraints against a member of the faculty.

In 1951, and based on a decision made by the second session of the conference of the Arab chambers in Beirut at the 16 th of December 1951, the General Union of the chambers of commerce، industry and agriculture of the Arab States was founded It was the first Arab economic enterprise that works on the non governmental level.The aims behind the foundation were to support development، and achieve the economic integration through trying to coordinate the political، social and economic development.
From the beginning, the union tried to support cooperation and achieve the economic integration among the Arab States. It had mange activities and meetings and studies concerning the community of business men, and the Arab economic thought.
The Union could achieve mange things in different fields, some of these a achievements had political and cultural effects.

Abstract
The Kurdish Cause is regarded as one of the most important issues in the modern and contemporary history of Iraq. Most of the Iraq governments failed to solve it It has gained a lot of attention from the Iraqi Islamic movement which represented a group of the Islamic organizations. Their attitude towards this cause was different according to their religious and national orientations some of these attitudes were ambiguous. However, it might be said here that some of these Islamic organizations attempted to adopt certain solution which were seen as suitable solutions. Among these solutions is federation which came to the surface after the events of 1991. Generally it is possible to say that the Iraqi Islamic movement did not neglect this cause, because it aimed at maintaining the social texture strong among the different sects of the Iraqi people of which the are considered an indivisible part.

This study aims at explaining the truth of information and U.S. political speech in the writings of men of letters and intellectual themselves. Opinions and present American changes express official point of view of U.S. Administrations which are based upon Israeli Lobby in both Washington and Israel. This study also explains the details of U.S. political speech with in its styles changes, dimensions and goals especially what relate our Arab and Islamic area in order to be a ware of what is being planned Overtly and openly against us and to obsess our will, decisions, wealth and integrity of our nation.

Abstract
Political conditions in Iraq during the economic blockade imposed by Security council due to Iraqs invasion to Kuwait in 1990 have played a large role in showing some political attitudes. This paper tacked the Russian attitude towards U.S. attitude in Iraq. Russia through Iraq tried to get political gains represented by opposing U.S. policy against Iraq through decision issued by security council. Also, Russia through this attitude had got economic gains through Russian companies which were working inside Iraq this attitude began to be more flexible when Russia confirmed that U.S.A. was determined to attack Iraq regardless of all refusing voices to solve the problem diplomatically.

History of Turkish literature is divided into three parts:
1- Turkish literature before Islam.
2- Turkish literature under influence of Islamic civilization.
3- Turkish literature under influence of west.
Turkish civilization started entering Islam in 10th century and the Turkish emigrants carried this into literature. Yousif Khass Hajib started writing about Islam principles in the philosophy of states in his book (Kutadoğlu Belak) in 11th century. Turkish literature within Islamic civilization is divided into two parts. Diwan literature and popular literature. It is still existed.
Popular songs, proverbs, dances and popular tales were port of popular literature. The most imp ortant popular tales were stories of (Da– Da– kurkat) compiled by popular writers in 14th century. These tales were translated into many languages. This paper deals with examples of these Turkish popular tales and its features.
