The research deals with the issue of Qatar-Turkey relations during the period (2003-2017) in the political and diplomatic areas, as this period witnessed the development of political relations between the two countries significantly until they reached the stage of strategic partnership, that had a positive effect on the economic and military domains of these relations. The research also analyzes the factors, causes, and conditions that led to this rapprochement between the two sides. A great light was shed on the Qatari crisis that erupted between Qatar on the one hand and the rest of the Arab Gulf states, especially the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates on the other hand in 2017, which caused tension in the relations between Qatar and these countries. At the same time, it was an important reason and factor in the development of Qatari-Turkish relations after Turkey stood politically, economically and militarily alongside Qatar during this crisis.

The transformations of world economics have shown that trade liberalization can be a key factor in promoting economic growth. The empirical results of some developing countries also revealed a long-term balance between GDP growth and trade liberalization and showed a positive impact of trade openness on long-term economic growth. Thus, according to the theory of internal growth, a long-term relationship between foreign trade can be constructed as an estimate of the economic growth function by making the decline of economic growth on the elements of trade openness, including exports. So, this study aims to initiate the diversification process of the Algerian economic structure intended to support the strategy of economic growth and trying to implement this through estimating the long-term relationship between economic growth in Algeria and some indicators of trade openness using the model (ARDL) during the period (1974-2016).

Historians have generally differed in their views on the role of newspapers in historical research. However, unanimously, these differences come about the importance of the information contained in newspapers which cannot be without the historians whether on the external or internal level such as the social, economic, political, military and cultural situations. Since, in some studies, it is difficult to obtain information with the same accuracy from other sources, which is the main feature that is unique to newspapers from all historical sources. The newspapers do not have the function of transmitting historical information; unless it becomes the main purpose and the main focus of the title of any particular study, for example, regarding the subject of our research titled: Iraq's agreements with the world's countries between July 14, 1958 - July 17, 1968, in the issues of the Official Gazette of Iraq /a historical documentary study.

The study focused on the development of Israeli-Indian cooperation in the military and security fields since the beginning of the nineties of the last century, where it focused on analyzing the impact of internal environment variables in both Israel and India, as well as the nature of regional and international transformations, and how the two sides of the relationship invested these changes, with a review of the forms of military and security cooperation. Finally, it made clear the implications of military relations for Arab national security. Three main approaches were used to analyze the study of cooperation between the two countries, namely, the descriptive -analytical approach, the systems analysis approach, and the inductive approach.

The aim of seeking a comprehensive and specific definition of the global strategic security topic, and what it means, faces up to many problems, that comes about from the intertwined ties and common things among the peoples of the countries in today's world which is more interconnected, intertwined, behaviorally and in a manner which provides an advantage; first. In addition to the breadth of advanced technology and its comprehensive tools, as a result of the global information revolution; second. Besides, what it embodies at the same time of vivid challenges in the body of the global system, due to the ease of access to it, and its use digitally and cognitively, to the extent that technology has become part of a wider software space; then, to emerge what is called cyberspace, which has introduced a strategic shift in the security dimensions with its cyber aspects, that has become a major challenge to the national security of countries; also in a more broadly and objectively to the global security with its subsidiary, regional and international systems.

Feminist theory has been regarded as an ideological basis for many activities which carried out by actors in international politics. Therefore, the research intends to study the issue related to how the global intellectual approaches deal with women. The study based on the hypothesis that international vision about women empowerment has grown, which focuses on: the exclusion of women for a long time led to make men shaping international affairs alone. Thus, when increasing the role of women in public affairs and political participation, this leads to achieving peace and security. It aims to clarify the relationship between security , feminist theory and enlargement of mechanisms and strategies by countries, international organizations and global civil society institutions, which try to establish security and peace in the world. Also, it focuses on the US strategy on women, peace, and security for 2019 as a model for a country that seeks to employ the integration between theory and practice.

Any state that intends to gain a progressive level of democratic transition has to choose or engineer an electoral system that can implement the real representation of the population. So, the newly democratic states need to engineer their electoral system according to their political, social, economic and cultural conditions. The result of this process should be reflected positively on the performance of parliament. The electoral system is the main base in the construction of a democratic state as such a system encouraging people to vote; without voting, the democratic system would lose its meaning and content. Any electoral system reflecting its own political, social and cultural structure, and executing a significant role in determining the strength or weakness of parliament through its influence on supervisory and legislative responsibilities of the legislative authority.
