This research deals with the direction of the Iranian strategy towards regional variables which hit the region after the year 2010 and the result of those variables of Iranian influence to start talking about Iran's leadership role in the area. it also looks at perceptions from which Iran was launched to adapt with the events especially after internal variables as well as revealed new trends in strategic performance by imposing its vision in the interests of major powers. It discusses areas of interaction and influence through the use of events in their favor.

The presence of Alexander's the Great naval in southern Mesopotamia region as well as the Hellenistic control on the Arabian / Persian Gulf Basin in the areas, has not attained a sufficient share of the archaeological studies yet ,therefore, study of these areas relies heavily on what is contained in the classical sources through the reported Alexander assigned to marine commanders (Niarchos, Arkhias, Androsetheins, Heron) to discover the coasts of the Gulf. Moreover the linguistic, historical and geographical area studies (southern Mesopotamia and the Gulf ( .
So the search has adopted to reconcile the classical studies and contemporary studies, taking into considerations the modern archaeological discoveries in some Hellenistic settlements in southern Mesopotamia, such as a city site (Alexandria on the Tigris) that has been identified in the north of Basra in area Khiabr which was one of the cities marine Logistics linking Babylonia and Sosa with India and Gulf regions and the rest of other marine areas.
On the other hand, the archaeological excavations in the coasts of the Gulf (east and west) Supplied the research good information to know the extent of the obvious Hellenistic naval presence so that some modern scholars are calling the Persian-Arabian Gulf (the Hellenistic Gulf.

Abstract
The current study investigates the nicknames the Iraqi EFL learners use for their Bluetooth devices. It is also to examine whether gender and age have an impact on the selection of nicknames and the degree of anonymity of the selected nicknames. The results showed that most of the learners tend to use nicknames for their Bluetooth devices. Moreover, gender and age influence the learners’ selection of nicknames. For anonymity, the results displayed that females used nicknames that are more anonymous.

Abstract:
Language functions as a vehicle for and a mediator of meanings.
For ages, colors have carried multiple symbolic meanings that are often cast in the basic polarities of warm-cold and bright-dark. Colors have long been used to create feelings of coziness and spaciousness. However, how people are affected by different color stimuli varies from person to person. This study focuses on the colors functioning as symbols in the short story of Lo'ai Hamza Abbas, entitled "Ali the Red", and demonstrates the rich use of these colors has a great part in the story. It presents the story's main colors and how the author handles them in showing the characters' different life conditions and situations.

Abstract:
This study deals with the strategic importance of Tehran in terms of the geopolitics. Being the capital of Iran and its largest cities, and as for this city of political importance at the local, regional and international levels.
The study aims to reveal the importance of the city of Tehran present and future in the light of its natural and human geography, and hence the political future of the city in the light of future expectations, among the most prominent results of the study is that, the city of Tehran has its political weight, despite the many drawbacks which are generated by the site but it is in the middle of densely populated areas in the state,as well as finding an alternative location for the Iranian capital is not easy. It can be selected to meet local requirements than that mediate the state as much as possible taking into account natural and human characteristics and political influence with Tehran retaining some of its previous advantages.

Abstract:
With population growth and urbanization in the city of Basrah, the lengths shrank water channels under of this study (Channel of Maqal, the Jubaila, Rabat, Al-Khandeq, Al-Ashaar, and Al-Khawra). The present research has been found that water channels represent an important catalyst for development Basrah since that the channel system is a unique landmark for the city. It also has an aesthetic value and an important function which should take into account in modern development as well as highlight the importance of channels in the historical development of Basrah Governorate. Moreover, it was the spatial expansion of the city due to population growth which recorded a significant increase from 452,102 people in 1977 to 947989 in 2008 while in 1947 (101535) people. Another reason is the random housing shares and increases the national factories, workshops, and shops of all kinds with a clear effect in the process of spatial expansion at the expense of Sub-channel filling and land them at the ends of the channels which affected the nature of the water map.
This given internal channels have undergone changes in their longitudinal sections due to continuous random fill due to population growth and the spatial expansion of the city that resulting in shrinking the lengths of those channels in end positions for the river network.
When comparing length sections of internal channels under this study between 1973 and 2007, there is a decline in longitudinal sections from endpoints due to landfill which reached 500 meters for the channel Jubaila, 2500 meters to the channel of Maqal, 1250 meters to the channel Rabat, 1000 meters to the Al-Khandeq channel, 1010 meters to the Al-Ashaar channel and 1,400 meters to Al-Khawra canal which has reduced its efficiency or its discharge capacity water and contaminants.

His act triggered the Christian Abyssinian state which equipped a large armywith the help of the Romansso they occupied Yemen and they overthrew the king, in the year 525 AD.

Abstract:
Through this study for the poetic patterns in the Kuwaiti poetry such as political poetry, the yarn felt as well as felt lamentations. It was noticed that there was a connection among the traditional Kuwaiti poets and the ancient poets in their poetry which relates to these purposes. It might say it is an extension of it or has included some of their contents and the way they are organized as well as some of its vocabulary in line with the new situation for the Arab nation with regard to political poetry as well as with vocabulary for spinning and lamenting.

Abstract:
Public expenditures consider the most important financial variables which can affect economic activity for being of main components for the aggregate demand which would affect the aggregate supply. Kenyan financial thought refers to that public expenditure leads a key role in stimulating economic activity and thus reducing unemployment rates based on a multiplier mechanism. Iraq has followed policy that mainly based on expansion of public expenditure since the beginning of 2003,with high growth rates compared to what was prevalent before, due to its inflexibility and efficiency local production system in the Iraqi economy that large proportion of increase in aggregate demand which resulting from increased public expenditures during the period 2003-2010 which were met by commodity imports that achieved for the same period.

Abstract:
The paperaims to make a regional assessmentfor the educational services at Bab Al-Zubair campus of colleges for the academic year 2013 – 2014. Bab Al-Zubair campus of colleges is located in Al-Jamia'a district among the districts and quarters of the city of Basrah. The research has reached to the following outcomes: an imbalance in the disciple frame for the given collegesin addition to female sovereignty in all those colleges except in the faculty of Law where sovereignty is for male students. As the size of student mobility from districts in Basrah governorate decreases as well as the size of their currents decreases with decreasing in size of its population and number of households. In addition to decreasing in a number oof its external student streams depending on the distances among governorates.

Abstract:
The study investigates an effect of management styles and the need to adopt a balanced style for a strategic management in the organizational performance. It basically aims to a statement an effect of management styles on organizational performance in major Iraqi private organizations.
The study population consists of all the Iraqi private sector companies (industrial sector) and installed in the Iraqi Ministry of Planning / central Statistical Organization for 2013-2014.
The study sample is the largest private sector organizations in Iraq (industrial sector)Within a range of the central and southern governorates among the following job vacancies: (Board of Directors, director general, Director of Division, and Director of the Department).
The descriptive analytical approach was followed in the present paper. It is a descriptive to stand on nature of contents of both management stylesas well as an organizational performance in a sample of major Iraqi private organizations. It is an analytical study since it attempts to identify an effect of management styles on an organizational performance for a sample of major Iraqi private organizations.
The most important recommendations of the study in hand are the need to invest in the strategic management approach by the companies under this study to take advantage of implications for achieving high-performance levels and to integrate with other administrative styles which is useful in achieving the objectives of the companies under this study, and that is through communication with specialized international companies in the design of strategic management approaches and developing the required capacity, as well as the partnerships with them.
The most important proposals of the present study are, paying an attention to application of the strategic Management Style in the sample study companies, especially as it has become necessary in our time. It is the only method that can increase its capacity on the intended effect in all economic, social variables, organizational, political, technological and demographic that they are facing.

Abstract:
AL – Shiah is Muslim people who believe in AL – Imam Ali as the first ruler after the prophet Mohammad.The doctrine of AL – Shiah began in the time of the Messenger Mohammad. They believed that AL – Imam Ali should be the ruler of the Islamic nation after the death of Mohammad and after AL-Imam Ali there should be his eleven sons as the rulers.
AL– Zaidiyyah (which is one of Shia sect) thought that any Imam (which means Islamic ruler) should rule by force so they believed that AL – Zaidiyyah wanted zeid bin Ali as a ruler since he led a revolution at that time. This condition what distinguished between two very important Shia sects Al-Zaidiyyah and Twelver Shia who believe in twelve divinely ordained leaders, known as the Twelve Imams.
Another Shai sect is Isma'ilism who get their name from their acceptance of Imam Isma'il ibn Jafar as the appointed spiritual successor (Imām) to Ja'far al-Sadiq, wherein they differ from the Twelvers who accept Musa al-Kadhim, younger brother of Isma'il, as the true Imām.

Abstract:
The Arabian man is virtuoso who walks in the lap of human geniuses who seek by their art to in love, like, distort and astonish the nature then draw what they see and describe what they feel. The Arabian man, then, left in a museum the immortal paintings which reflect various ages. This paper attempts to identify two themes that were being takenby the Arabian poet Al-Farazdaq that show his admiring in the description of the animal as well as the description of arms. The paper stopped on samples from his poems to review by them the art of description which spread in the Arabic poetry in its various ages.

Abstract:
The high rate of divorce in the Arabian Gulf states encouraged the people concerned in this matter to set up training sessions for people who want to marry, in order to reduce the high rate of divorce. The research came to define the qualifying courses, the reasons, its implications, and then the legitimate rule statement for it.

The problem starts with some families who have a son or a daughter
suffering from a disease or a disability. it starts with the stage of anxiety on
the child(illness or disability) or maybe not show some symptoms or
disabilities on the child in the first months or years either because of the
family's ignorance of this subject or delayed symptoms of disability such as
(autism). Maybe, the baby passes through natural growth stages but (s)he
may reach a stage when the stages of growth stop to be replaced by mental
retardation. The process of social interaction is an important formation of the
behavior of the individual in general and the disabled child in the autism
category in particular. This, in turn, leads to a formation of social controls for
that category.
The present study aimed at (Measuring the social interaction skills of
autistic children). It also attempted to achieve research objectives a tool was
built to measure social interaction skills in autistic children.
The tool has been divided into four areas (Belonging and learning,
communicate with others, General Social good manners, and Emotional
responses), and after finding a force for its discriminatory paragraphs.as well
as conduct operations of honesty and consistency.
The number of paragraphs of the scale as a final (71) paragraph, as it was
finally applied to (100) mothers who have an autistic child.
The statistical means which were used in the current search are
(Arithmetical mean, standard deviation, standard deviation, Chi-squared test,
Analysis of variance, Pearson correlation coefficient, a test of one sample,
and test of two samples.

children which are higher than the average but a little. In the light of
