This research will be concerned with the study of the presence of the philosopher Al-Farabi, his works and his philosophy in the medieval philosophical thought in both Hebrew and Latin Christian areas, and by this we will open the field of research for those who want to read more about the project of reading Al-Farabi Hebrew and Latin Christian mediators and the extent to which they benefit from his writings and texts. By dealing with the transmission of the books and letters of this philosopher, to those languages and other local languages of Europe in the Middle Ages.

I have presented many philosophers, scientists and historians of - Baghdad - in their writings, has been addressed by many researchers and scholars, but I have not found to my knowledge a study presented the views of the philosopher Mesquia about it, so I was interested in collecting his views and presented in this research:
He did not present his opinion in Baghdad independently research by my research, and has worked to collect his views on Baghdad and his vision of how to establish the Mansour capital of his succession, which shows us the civilized side of Mesquih in explaining the emergence of countries through his talk about the emergence of the city of Baghdad and his statement of reasons and motives Establishing them, and by working to provide the requirements for their sustainability by fortifying them by identifying certain entrances to secure them from enemies and strengthen them in commercial and economic centers. And to clarify its features, and other topics related to the planning and urban development of Baghdad.
In light of my knowledge of the history of the Arabic and Islamic philosophy of Mustafa Abdul Razzaq, Muhammad Lutfi Juma, Majid Fakhri, Abdo Al-Shamali, Hanna Al-Fakhouri, De Port and others who presented a philosophy of Mesquia, none of them referred to his views on Baghdad and the Baghdad environment, as well as studies that specialized in the presentation. Mesquia philosophy presented his philosophy of nature and post-nature and philosophy in ethics, prophecy, self and other subjects. Thus, we have the precedent in the statement of the view of the philosopher Mesquih not as a historian but also as a philosopher in recording the history and the emergence of the state and its capital Dar es Salaam - Baghdad.

Some may think that the search for the authenticity of the existence or the essence has little benefits in solving some important philosophical questions. However, this is not true because many important philosophical issues and questions depend on the authenticity of existence, that is, all the methods of solution proposed based on the originality of the essence benefit and lead to a dead end.
On this basis, the issue of the authenticity of existence can be utilized to clarify many important aspects such as the negation of redress and authorization, substantiation the unification of the activist, the essential evolvement, which cannot be proved without the recognition of authenticity of existence. The issue of the authenticity of the presence can therefore be considered an important concept and worth attention.
Some intellectuals are with the claim that the Islamic philosophy did not come up with new ideas. This is debated, however, by the efforts of Mulla Saddra in his approach of transcendental wisdom that added a new approach in that the essential evolvement is also located in the second ranked idioms as well as in the first ranked idioms. He was also, able to prove that the evolvement first starts in substance, and accordingly develops to the minor. So, he was able to come up with something new and turned the philosophical system upside down and evidences of the authenticity of existence. There fore, it can be said that the authenticity of existence and the prestigious of the essence, is one of the bases of the philosophical system that he adopted and used

The purpose of this research is to demonstration or reveal From reading contemporary Arab thinkers of the Koranic text, Through their employment concepts or terminology Western philosophy and its application to the Qur\'anic text, This reading comes within the their saying of the historical text of the Koran, On the grounds that this reading comes or position under Reading the Quranic text through the tools of the West as a text or speech, linguistically or morally, Using The method criticism of historical, literary and linguistic, those tools applied by Western philosophers to the Bible, Modern Arab thinkers have taken these tools and mechanisms to read the Qur\'anic text in order to prove its history.

The purpose of this study was the analysis of the opinions of Malek Ben Nabi concerned the Human phenomenon.
A theory that was the subject of many works. Malek Ben Nabi founded a profound and objective analysis, testimony of specialists and others; he considered that the problem is related to civilization .Then, he presents a project of civilization in the objective to create transformations in the society within a reconstruction of human being.
This reconstruction will be established on a well basis thus taking advantages of the experience, of the different Islamic movements and trends as well as their shortcomings.

This critical theory research, in its sample of German Frankfurt School, tries to provide rereading, analyzing, and comparison between the characters and thoughts of that school in the fields of cultural criticism and its impact on the political action, practice, and their achievement for huge shift in Marxism and Freudianism concept which contributed in the criticism concept transition from its first generation to third generation.
It can be said that the bases of the article focus on revealing the production of concepts and theories characterized somehow with originality in the fields of philosophy and policy using the review and criticism tools. With the first generation the critical concepts appear as: liberality, alienation, instrumental rationality, art and imagination outlet, traditional theory and critical theory, therefore it is a generation cared about restoration of modified Marxist discourse and Formulation of theoretical foundations for their school to make it ideologically unique and to gain its philosophical position globally. With the second generation the concepts were going and coming in the sphere of: criticizing the instrumental rationality, Communicative rationality, Psychoanalysis and liberality, art and expression, language and ethics. So we reveal the generation concerns to product balanced and consistent discourse in the level of theory and addressing the reality, although it remains a subject of criticism, retraction, and addressing. With the third one of the school generations the concepts seemed less popular; because it cared about filling gaps or changed little paths to make the theory applicable and take its social moral sphere, after the generation made its Epistemological foundations. Therefore the generation concepts stayed limited to: ethics and against the contempt and disrespect, human rights, recognition and relationships, and solidarities.

The purpose of this paper is to stand up to the concept of biocetics as a major branch of applied ethics called by biotechnology, that is, the various developments in the field of human health in particular through the tremendous scientific progress and the various ethical and legal problems that Hippocrates has not been able to comprehend. The designer to take an active system of a design to stimulate the sensory perceptions of the recipients and motivate the meaning of communication to understand the message, because the communication process is based primarily on the capabilities of visual perception and the human response to it communicate respond.
