Abstract
The Palestinian issue is the first issue of the Arab League since its establishment, and its presence was evident in the decisions of all the Arab summits held by the League. At a time when the Zionist entity and its allies are trying to disperse the Arab nation and rob its will, and consolidate the state of division and division imposed on the Arab peoples. This research aims to clarify the positions of the Arab Gulf states towards the Palestinian issue in light of the decisions of the Arab summits 2008_2012, and their contributions to support them in various fields, especially with the continuation of the Arab-Israeli conflict, and the failure to resolve this issue, despite the passage of decades since the catastrophe that befell the Palestinian people.

Abstract:
The research dealt with the thought of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) in reforming the political, economic and social system .It has been highlighted by his intellectual heritage in the reform of the government and the reform of the institution of the judiciary and its administrators, as well as his dissertations in reforming the economy and addressing the problem of poverty through the advancement of the agricultural, industrial and commercial sector, as well as his wonderful theories in social reform and the fight against racial discrimination, and sometimes these fields overlap with each other because the result is the same, which is to build a state that is fair to security, conservation and security. The entity of society and its existence because the goal of this reform is human.

Abstract :

Hadith of the Five crying people that was said by Imam AL Sadiq (Peace be upon him) through which he refers to five holy names who become famous for their crying through history. They are: Adam, Jacop , Yousif , Fatima Bint Mohammad , Ali Bin AL Hussein (peace be upon them ). It is one of the Shie‘ Narrative Heritage ‘s narrations . In studying this Hadith, we apply the approach of studying analytically the AL Hadith Sanad and Matn (= text) by deliberating the texts which refer to the crying of the characters subject matter. We have approved the inaccuracy of such Hadith for the uncertainty of the Sanad and the numerous confusions recorded over the Matn.

Abstract:


This study came to demonstrate the adequacy of the legal rules in controlling and organizing the mechanism used in the recruitment of foreign workers in Iraqi legislation in line with the circumstances and changes that affect the interests of the state at the national or international level. The mechanism that we are interested in looking at is nothing more than a form of regulatory measures that the state monopolizes. And it is governed by its internal laws. In terms of the general principle, there is nothing in most of the constitutions and legislations of countries that prohibits foreigners from the right to work and practice professional economic activity in the territory of a country whose nationality does not hold, unless a special prohibition is stipulated in this, so that a foreigner can start work on the land of a country other than his own. He must be allowed to enter its territory and reside in it in a legal manner, and this can only be done through the foreigner obtaining a visa or entry visa that enables him to enter the territory of the state and this feature may entail the necessity for him to obtain his project residence in order to practice his work and continue in it without obstacles or any accountability Legal from the host country.

Abstract:

Arabian novel has been recognized , since the 19th century with its incarnation of ,the ego , and , the other , expressing two opposite selves , showing various forms and perspectives .This dichotomy was found among the human cultures before its appearance in fictional works . On this basis, the choice of novel in the above – mentioned title was on purpose since it sheds light on the political struggle between authority and the individua and their relation to , the other, differently .
Studying such dichotomy necessitates the division of the research into two basic parts,preceded by a preliminary part explaining concepts such as representation , ego, and otherness and the relation between the last two ones in a complementarily way that cannot be split . The presence of the ego necessitates the existence of the other . The first section is specified to the study of ego representations (oppressed ego and defeated ego ). Section two is devoted to the representations of , the other , which is further divided into two parts . The first one is concerned with the representation of the other and its relation with the ego experiencing two aspects : , internal other, and external other , which are further sub – divided . The second part examines the place as being '' the other'' also in relation to the presence of the ego successively : prison, ship , and west . The research then presents some important conclusions followed by a list of resources.

Abstract:

This research is an attempt to monitor the art of prophetic praise in Kuwait. In its methodology it relied on presenting the praise poems of the Prophet in this country and introducing its poets, then explaining its characteristics, studying its artistic and aesthetic aspects, and what is renewal and tradition in it, with a view based on the beauty of Arabic rhetoric and its well-known grammar.

Abstract:

The verb in the Arabic grammar indicates his letters on his event, and in his formulation of his time. The wording of the verb in the Arabic language is indicative of many meanings, including the multiplicity and abundance of the event. This pluralism was not seen in the definition of action. He remained in circulation in his analysis of an event and a time. The definition is not the sum of all acts in Arabic.
It was decided to extrapolate the linguistic materials that were developed for frequent and repeated in the Arabic lexicon. Some of the acts included more than one other act; so many events were varied, once they were direct; to contain the act on more than one event. And indirectly because the act consists of more than one act that contains an event. So the abundance of the event in the act compound by the acts in the composition. Which are referred to by the linguistic clues in the lexical explanation, namely: the morphological form, the letters of sympathy, some circumstances, and the name of the sign. The researcher, after extrapolating the verb of the verb in the Arabic lexicon, reached a new definition that includes every verb in the Arabic language.

We divided the research according to a theoretical entrance in which the meaning of the phenomenon of definition and indefinition is indicated according to the studies of the linguists and rhetorics. Then, we showed the semantic entity and the purposes of indefintion. Subsequently, we explained the semantic entity of definition and we set forth the types of definite articles and their semantic entities. All of what preceded was dealt according to the semantic studies investigated by Sheik Al-Habeeb Al-Kadhimi in his book " Al-Suraj Al-Muneer Fi Bayan Nukat Al-Tafseer" ( The Enlighted Lamp in Indicating the Jokes of Interpretation). An introduction about the importance of the subject and the purposes of its choice was primarily introduced. Then, a final word was presented to present the main results of the research. Finally, a list of references was documented .

Abstract :
Due to the excessive amount rainfall, flash flooding's take place in dry areas as it cause significant properties and lives loss. Urban and agricultural areas, railway route down the mouth of Al-Makhroug Valley north of Quryate city, which are placed in danger of frequent flooding's. It is crucial to take such flooding's into consideration as the decision maker must set rapid measures to minimize the dangers of such flooding's. The current study aims are to analyze the hydromorfemetric features, estimate the amount of flooding's to the basin of Al-Makhroug Valley, to identify the urban and agricultural areas in dangers, the dangers that threatens the north rout of the railway which located in the area of Al-Makhroug Valley, the tributaries and estuaries which are exposed to the dangers of the flooding's.
To accomplish such goals, the warehouse management system (WMS) was used to calculate the credit of the hydromorfemetric features. Moreover, the geometric hydrology model (HEC-HMS) was used to calculate the hydrographic flooding curve to the different draingag basins, to estimate the calculation of the amounts of the flooded water, and to also calculate the rates of its flow based on (SCS Unit Hydrograph). The rainfall periods have been analyzed and estimated its depth in the previous years (100, 50, 25, 20, 10, 5) according to the Al-Hadethah city station (SK 114).
The study results revealed that Al-Makhroug Valley stretch's long is 92.42 kilometers, the space area of the basin is about 1327,6 Km2, and the amount of the flooding's is estimated between 21400-8676400 m2 during the previous year's 5-100.
The maximum flooding flow amount to Al-Makhroug Valley is between 61.9-0.2 m3/s during the periods 5-100. The result of the estimated risks of Al-Makhroug Valley flooding's is about 14% of Al-Hadithah port which is exposed to the flooding's that contains existing facilities which are presented in farries and bridges cannot pass the maximum flow to Al-Makhroug Valley basin. Therefore, this matter increases the dangers of flooding's against the North railway. However, the present study has come up with important recommendations to reduce the risks of Al-Makhroug Valley flooding's.

Geopolitics is concerned with the study of mineral resources, one of the most prominent natural ingredients in the power of the state and its geo-economic position, and through the study of the geopolitical analysis of fossil energy sources (China and the United States of America) a comparative study, the study included the problem of international competition for energy for both countries, the role of fossil fuels, the amount of reserves and production, And the effect of shale fuel on the amount of reserves and production of the United States of America and the change of the political map of the state, and the research included a number of maps, tables and figures that showed the strategic storage of fuel, the amount of what the two countries consume and what they produce of fossil fuels that enhance their international status.

Abstract:

The aims of study that to identify the climatic characteristics of Al Samawah city, as it represents the main factor in determining the need for cooling and heating, using the Olgyay Life Plan, which is one of the vital (biological) climatic classifications adopted in determining the comfort of a person, as the scheme used four climatic elements that influence in The physiology of the human body and its sense of comfort (solar radiation, heat, humidity, wind), and in the analysis the special climatic data at the Samawah climate station were adopted to determine the months of rest during the day and at night (maximum and minimum temperatures), and the need for air conditioning in the study area, to benefit from These months are in various fields on a scientific basis, as well as utilizing them in various life activities naturally or by using artificial means (cooling and heating), and to give a more realistic picture of the study area.

Abstract :
Environmental pollution which is caused by the oil industry is one of the most serious problems that have negative effects on the environmental reality in general and the reflection of those effects on the health aspect in particular, starting from the exploration and prospection stage to the final consumption stage, therefore, it is necessary to study and determine the pollution rates caused by Al-Shuaiba refinery, describing it as one of the sources of environmental pollution in the Basra Governorate in general and the southwestern part in particular.
The air pollutions were measured during the summer 2019 and winter 2020 seasons for ten sites inside and outside the refinery and they were represented by the gases ( CH4,NOx, CO2, CO), due to the effects of these gases in causing climate changes , in addition to oil hydrocarbons ( HC) . Also, the study of soil pollutions for the two aforementioned seasons by knowing the concentration of the heavy elements ( Ni, Fe, Co, Cu, Zn, Cr, Cd,Pb) because these elements are considered one of the reasons that lead to different diseases, especially cancerous disease, as well as oil hydrocarbons (HC) for six sites inside and outside the refinery and comparing all results with the permissible environmental determines.
The results showed that air pollutant gases exceeded the permissible environmental limits in all sites and for the two studied seasons. Site (8) recorded the highest concentration of air pollutants because it is located directly below the source of emission, while site (5) recorded the lowest concentration of air pollutants due to it is location in the northwest of the refinery. As for the concentration of the heavy elements polluting the soil, all sites exceeded the permissible environmental limits, especially site (6) as it is directly under the influence of the refinery, while site ( 3), which is near the residential buildings of the refinery, was the least concentrated in the heavy elements.
Therefore, the study recommends the necessity of following the appropriate plans and solutions that are represented in placing filters in the chimneys of the refinery in order to reduce the environmental pollutants emitted from them because of their dangerous effects.

The research site geostrategic Iranian province of Khuzestan, which lies in the southwest of Iran, and in an important strategic because it is located area in the ongoing conflict area, one of the most important Iranian provinces to the presence of oil in which it touched on research into the concept of geo-strategic location of Khuzestan geostrategic and its importance and impact of geo-strategic and importance that comes through deep cultural and historical heritage and the military and the existence of natural, human and economic resources and access to the specific results reveal the advantages and disadvantages of this site, and its importance to invest in the construction of Iran's political power that will be affected inevitably to its relations with neighboring countries and enhancing the security of the region.

Abstract:
The rice crop is one of the most important cereal crops in the study area because it is related to the concept of food security, and is a source of energy, because it contains many salts, vitamins and minerals. It is one of the agricultural crops that the residents of the study area practiced cultivating since ancient times and the main food for them. The rice crop in southern Iraq suffered a major deterioration and decline after it was (142012) dunums for the year 1967, and it decreased to (3854) dunums in 2017, with a change rate of (-97.28). The salinity of irrigation water and agricultural lands, as well as the draining of the marshes and the lack of government support, which negatively affected the volume of production in the study area.

Abstract:
The marshes of southern Iraq form the largest natural freshwater ecosystem in West Asia and the Middle East. Because of its environmental, social, economic and cultural importance, It is the cradle of the first human civilization (Civilization Cradle). It is of interest to researchers because it has a role in ancient and modern human thought. Some even knew it as the Garden of Aden.
The marshlands' environment has been severely damaged by intentional drying process which was practiced by the previous regime during the eighties and nineties from the last century. As well as the water share problems with the countries of the upper basin in the establishment of dams and reservoirs in the headwaters of rivers Tigris, Euphrates, Karkh, and Karun. Until the danger of drying reached it lost more than 94% of the area of the marshes during the year 2000 as the area of the marshes reached 872 km2 of the total area of the marshes amounting to 9297 km2 in 1976.
Through a program the Convention for the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage, during the UNESCO General Conference which held on November 16, 1972.
That agreement concerned with classification, naming and preservation sites of special interest to humankind, be it cultural or natural which has been signed and ratified by 189 countries, which according to it locations that included in this program get financial aid under certain conditions by the United Nations UNESCO Fund because that location is a landmark or heritage represents the legacy of human civilization over thousands of years and it is not limited to a specific group or community so it must be preserved with international capabilities not individual.
Thus, it entered the marshes in the list of world heritage 2016 year as one of the natural and cultural components.
The environmental sustainability for the marshes of southern Iraq represents transition process from the current situation (Retracted spaces, Biodiversity is lost and population migration) to a better economic, social, environmental and urban situation. It is a complex and multi-dimensional process include conscious strategy and operations with specific goals and phased goals and long-term with a general purpose in a comprehensive dynamic process happened in a location with a series of structural and functional variables that infect the components of that place dependent on volume and quality control available natural and human resources to get it to the maximum possible utilization in the least amount of time possible to achieve economic and social well-being.

Abstract:
The Kingdom of Bahrain is a participant in the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council; these countries base their rule on heredity, oil, and foreign powers. Its political development depends on making the country a social prosperity state in exchange for its citizen not interfering in political decisions. Bahrain and Kuwait lead other Arab Gulf states with a simple space of democracy that came due to internal, regional and international pressures, especially after the end of the international bilateral and the presentation of Middle Eastern projects.

Abstract :
The research dealt with an important phenomenon, which is the blocking high pressure that is formed at the surface level (1000)hpa , and is affected by weather and climate of Iraq. This phenomenon has been studied by relying on Plymouth maps of the surface pressure level. For two different climatic cycles Depending on this, nine climate stations are (Sulaymaniyah, Mosul, Baghdad, Anah, Rutbah, Nukhayb, Al Hayy, Nasiriyah and Basra It was found that Iraq is affected by two types of it, namely the inverted omega type, and the opposite (high pressure with low pressure), and it was found that its most frequent occurrences appear in the daytime observation (12), and its repetitions are in the first cycle (1951-1961) The recurrences recorded in the second cycle (1998-2008) exceeded the number of occurrences recorded, and the lowest number of occurrences recorded was for the type of opposing existing and for both sessions, and found that the most systems that contribute to the imprisonment of the pressure barrier are the Sudanese and Indian low .

Abstract :
The research aims at identifying the level of Wisdom- Based Thinking and identifying the level of social tolerance in students at the College of Education for Human Sciences at Basrah University. Also aims to identify the correlative relationship between Wisdom- Based Thinking and social tolerance. And revealing whether there are statistically significant differences in the variable of research in terms of an academic level variable.(third, fourth). I have arrived the following conclusions at 1- the level of Wisdom- Based Thinking and social tolerance is higher than average. 2- There is a positive relationship between Wisdom- Based Thinking and social tolerance. 3- There are no statistically significant differences according to terms of the academic level variable.

Abstract:
The current research seeks to identify the unilateralism of pluralism of vision and its relationship to psychological compatibility among unemployed university graduates. The researcher used the descriptive relational approach in this paper for achieving the set goals. The researcher identified the research community as all the graduate and unemployed students of Basra University for the academic year 2019-2020, and a representative sample of 200 male and female students was withdrawn. Preparing two scales (Mono/Multi Mindedness, psychological compatibility) and extracting the necessary psychometric properties. After reassurance about the tools, the two scales were applied to the research sample and the following results were reached:
1. The unemployed graduates of Basra University enjoy a level of multi-minded vision
2. The unemployed graduates of Basra University enjoy a level of psychological compatibility
3. The current study also found a high positive correlation between psychological compatibility and multiple vision among the unemployed graduates of Basra University.

Abstract :
The research aims to identify the use of the mobile phone in the educational process for high school and middle school students in the Abi Al-Khasib district and to identify what the mobile phone has achieved in the educational process instead of the traditional methods and problems and difficulties that students face in using it and to develop solutions and proposals that help reduce these problems. In the practical side, the descriptive approach was adopted: a survey study, and in the theoretical side, the documentary approach was relied upon using electronic and electronic information sources, and the questionnaire tool was used as a main tool for collecting data and information, as the questionnaire form contained twelve questions.
The research reached a set of results, the most important of which were:-
1- The mobile phone is used in the educational process in the case of the Internet.
2- It was found that some students do not care about the importance of the advertisements made by the school administration.
The research came out with a set of recommendations, the most important of which are:-
1- Encouraging students to use the internet via mobile phone for proper investment and employment in the educational process related to their studies when needed.
2- Emphasis on students by members of the educational staff and the school administration to review school advertisements.
