In this research, a selection of some mineral water was selected on the basis of being the most marketed by the owners of shops in Najaf province, with six types, where daily samples of this water were taken by 50 ml for two months from (1/11/2018 -1/1/2019). The following ions concentrations were measured (Br-, Cl-, F-, NO3-, SO42-, Na+, K+, Ca2+, Mg2+), pH and the electrical conductivity were measured and the results were compared with the allowable rates according to the international organizations. It was noted that they conform to international and Iraqi standards.

The research aims to test the effect of the behavioral factors (intangible) represented by an explanatory variable represented by organizational silence and a responsive variable of quality of Function life. The problem was the negative effects of the organizational silence on the morale of the employees and consequently their performance and the quality of function life. To collect the data and information needed to measure the two variables of research conducted in the health center / Sulaikh by taking a sample of (40) employees to test the hypotheses of research through the survey of their views, using statistical tools non parametric using the program. The most important recommendations were the establishment of training workshops for the purpose of developing the organizational silence. The quality of the employees' functional life is characterized by the art of dealing with others.

Trace Elements (Cd, Pb, Cu, Zn, Ni) level were examined in hair of donors from industrial areas, cities and village, and in permanent contact with a polluted workplace environment in lattakia. Hair sample were analyzed for their contents of the trace elements by inductivity coupled plasma- mass spectrometer (ICP- MS). It was found that the contents of (Cd, Pb, Cu, Zn, Ni) in the hair were significantly higher in the industrial areas and cities, while in the village had the lower concentration of elements. Correlation coefficients between the levels of the elements in hair found in this study showed that hair is a good indicator of Environmental Pollution.

In this research, the performance of a two kind of membrane was examined to recovering the nutrients (protein and lactose) from the whey produced by the soft cheese industry in the General Company for Food Products inAbo-ghraab.Wheyare treated in two stages, the first including press whey into micron filter made of poly vinylidene difluoride (PVDF) standard plate type 800 kilo dalton, The membrane separates the whey to permeate which represent is the main nutrients and to remove the fat and microorganisms.The second stage is to isolate the protein by using ultra filter made of polyethylsulphone(PES)type plate with a measurement of 10,60 kilo dalton and the recovery of lactose in the form of permeate.
The results showed that the percentage of lipid removal by using the micron filter 94.2% when the pressure across the membrane 1.5 bar, and the efficiency of separation of ultrafilter was 93% and 60% protein isolation of the membranes on 10 and 60 kilo Dalton with respectively pressure across the membrane 2.5 bar and temperature higher than 25Cº and the rate of lactose recovery was 95 and 62% for membranes 10 and 60 kilodalton, respectively on the same conditions. It was observed that raising the pressure difference across the membrane increases the flow rate of permeate flux, which in turn increases lactose recovery rate.

Analytical descriptive in the theoretical side, through the use of a number of literature from scientific sources (books, research and studies published in Arab and foreign magazines) was also relied on the methodology of the case study in the practical side, Data collection using the questionnaire tool, which was designed using the triangular Likert scale, consists of (40) questions, which were answered by a number of advanced cadres in the management of the company consisting of (60) individuals as a deliberate sample (intentional) Requires a high level of understanding and comprehension in dealing with the paragraphs of the questionnaire, the statistical program (Spss - 24) was used to reach the answer to the questions and hypotheses presented. The study concluded with a number of conclusions and recommendations that concern the promotion of positive trends and the need for them to receive sufficient support and protection of their products And build strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists and patients, because they are the basis for the decision making process and the preference for a product without another product.

The study included the collection of samples of raw cow milk to isolate Leuconostoc bacteria, samples were sub cultured on De-Man Rogosa Sharpe-Vancomycin medium, the pure colonies were selected and subjected to the cultural and microscopically tests, according to that 25 cocci bacterial isolates were obtained, then isolates were subjected to biochemical tests. Result of tests showed that 12 isolates belong to the genus Leuconostoc out of 25 cocci bacterial isolates, Vitek2 system was used as a supplementary step. Results of final identification showed that 3 sub species were obtained included Leuconostoc mesenteroides ssp. cremoris 9 out of 12 isolates, while it was 2 isolates of Leuconostoc mesenteroides ssp. mesenteroides and one isolate Leuconostoc mesenteroides ssp. dextranicum. The study included the collection of 15 isolate of diarrhea causative bacteria which subjected to cultural and microscopically, biochemical tests and Vitek 2 system, about the results of identification, 9 isolates out of 15 isolates belonged to Escherichia coli,3 isolates of Shigellagroup,2 isolates of Salmonella ser. paratyphi A and one isolate of Vibrio cholerae, the selected isolates were tested to Antibiotic sensitivity test against 11 antibiotics, the results showed that all isolates were resistant to Ampicillin and sensitive to Imipeneme. Screening of L. mesenteroides ssp. cremoris isolates was done to select the more efficient isolate producing bacteriocin by using well diffusion method, the result showed that L. mesenteroides ssp. cremoris (Lc3) and L. mesenteroides ssp. cremoris (Lc4) isolates gave the highest inhibition against E. coli, Shigella group, Salmonella ser. paratyphi A and Vibrio cholerae, the diameters were 13, 12, 12 and 12 mm respectively for the L. mesenteroides ssp. cremoris (Lc3) isolate, while the L. mesenteroides ssp. cremoris (Lc4) isolate diameters were 13, 12, 12 and 11mm respectively. The synergistic effect between bacteriocin of both isolates L. mesenteroides ssp. cremoris (Lc3) and L. mesenteroides ssp. cremoris (Lc4) with antibiotics was studied against multidrug resistant diarrhea causative bacteria. Synergistic effect between bacteriocin of both isolates with antibiotics was observed. The activity of antibiotics with bacteriocin was increased, like Cefixime, Tetracycline, Trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole, Ampicillin antibiotics against E. coli, and Cefotaxime, Ceftriaxone, Trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole, Cefixime antibiotics against Shigella group, and Trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole antibiotic against Salmonella ser. paratyphi A and Ampicillin, Trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole, Cefixime antibiotics against Vibrio cholerae.

Biological activity of the carotenoids which are produced fromchemically-mutaed local isolate of Rhodotorula mucilaginosawas studied. The results showed variation of inhibition activity of caritenoids against different types of pathogenic bacteria include, Staph aureus, E. coli, B. subtilis and Salmo. typh., the number declined from 2×107cell/ml to 2×104, 5×104, 2×105, 9×105 cell/ml respectively after 24hour. The produced carotenoids from alocal mutant Rhodotorula mucilaginosa revealed an antioxidant activity as free radical removal of 85.6%. Carotinoides revealed a highest stability in petroleum ether solvent for 30 days at room temperature. It found that the pigment was more stability in sesame oil compared with sun flower and coconut oil. The pigment revealed a high stability in the dark for 30 days compared with its stability in the light either were stored in petroleum ether or sesame oil with note the pigment high stability at refrigerator temperature (4ºC) and the good stability at room temperature (25ºC).

A new simple and sensitive spectrophotometric method is described for quantification of Nifedipine (NIF) and their pharmaceutical formulation. The selective method was performed by the reduction of NIF nitro group to yield primary amino group using zinc powder with hydrochloric acid. The produced aromatic amine was submitted to oxidative coupling reaction with pyrocatechol and ammonium ceric nitrate to form orange color product measured spectrophotometrically with maximum absorption at 467nm. The product was determined through flow injection analysis (FIA) system and all the chemical and physical parameters were optimized. The concentration range from 5.0 to 140.0 μg.mL-1 was obeyed Beer’s law with a limit of detection and quantitation 1.48 and 4.96 μg.mL-1 respectively. Agoodprecision,low scattering point of the calibration graph and good accuracyin addition, FIA introduced a good linear range with acceptable sensitivity. High correlation coefficient (0.9996) was found. The proposed method was successfully applied to assay NIF and its pharmaceutical dosage also could be utilized for pharmaceutical routine analysis of the drug.

Therefore, this study sought to review what is currently known in order to develop the definition of digitization and distinguish it from the digital economy and to assess the size of their development and determine their scope, and to stand on the structure of digitization of economic and knowledge of the most important objectives and assistance. And how to use digitization in achieving the goals of sustainable development, using the inductive method to analyze some of the initiatives of Dubai in digitization, which accelerated the pace of access to sustainable development.

The inhibitive action of Reactive Red (RR31) dye against corrosion of carbon steel in 1M acetic acid solution has been studied using gravimetric method at temperature ranged (288-318)K. The antibacterial activity for the different concentrations of RR31 dye against different bacterial species was studied. The experimental data indicates that this dye acts as a potential inhibitor for carbon-steel in acetic acid medium and the protection efficiency increase with increasing (RR31) dye. The adsorption of (RR31) dye on the carbon steel surface was found to follow Langmuir adsorption isotherm. Thermodynamic data for the adsorption process such as Gibbs free energy change ∆Gads, enthalpy change ∆Hads, and entropy change ∆Sads were estimated. The results showed that the different concentrations of RR31 dye has antibacterial ability.
