Abstract
Intertextuality is one of the topics of the poet Al-Fayyad, which was mentioned in his poems. It represents the intertextuality of our poet with (religious intertextuality) for the poet’s high religious culture and for his reading of religious heritage and history. His poems were represented in their religious direction and in a modern, contemporary style by evoking personalities from religious books and formulating indications from them that fit his contemporary time, and shows through These poems are his interaction and creativity in his intertextuality, and his awareness of the society he addresses, so he evokes influential religious figures who attract the attention of the reader, as well as linking the reality of these characters with the reality he represents and bringing the two times closer, generating signs that complain of suffering, embodying solutions in intertextual meanings aimed at educating the addressee. The prophets included in his poetry Qur’anic verses, so his religious quotation was the essence of his intertextuality, taking into account the difference between the time period of the ages due to the development of life and the presence of some difference. Religious intertextuality in the form of clear signs with religious symbols that have a strong influence on members of society, as it seeks from them to take lessons from the past and change the situation.

Abstract
التناص أحد موضوعات الشاعر الفياض الذي ورد في قصائده، فتمثل التناص عند شاعرنا بـ(التناص الديني) لثقافة الشاعر الدينية العالية ولمطالعته التراث والتأريخ الديني فتمثلت قصائده باتجاهها الديني وبأسلوب حديث معاصر عبر استحضاره شخصيات من الكتب الدينية وصياغة دلالات منها تلائم وقته المعاصر، ويبين من خلال هذه الأشعار تفاعله وابداعه في تناصه، وتوعيته للمجتمع الذي يخاطبه، فيستحضر الشخصيات الدينية المئثرة التي تجذب انتباه القارئ كما يربط بين واقع هذه الشخصيات وبين الواقع الذي يمثله ويقرب بين الزمنين فيولد دلالات تشكو معاناة مجسداً الحلول بدلالات تناصية هدفها توعية المخاطب، فتمثل شعره بذكر شخصية أحد الأنبياء من خلال تضمين شعره آيات قرآنية، فكان اقتباسه الديني هو جوهر تناصه مع مراعاة الفرق بين المدة الزمنية للعصور بسبب تطور الحياة ووجود بعض الاختلاف، فحملت مفرداته دلالات لغوية ذات معانٍ متعددة، وأشار إلى أفكار جديدة عصرية متقدمة من خلال صياغة الكلمات بقوالب شعرية مستوحاة من التناص الديني بصورة أشارات واضحة ذات رموز دينية شديدة التأثير بأفراد المجتمع، كما يسعى منها إلى أخذ العبر من الماضي وتغيير الواقع الحالي الذي يعاني من الظلم.
