In Iraq, have been distributed institutes and technical colleges to achieve those goals, in addition to realizing the idea of integration between them and community, and integration of technical colleges developed and technical institutes old (host) through the creation of an environment university is seeking to Investment human and material resources are of workshops and laboratories, clubs, libraries and facilities sports, parks and public spaces, which is serving the students their leisure time, especially as hours of education and training in technical education is supposed to extend to long hours are different from other academic institutions. The current study Focus to examine the university environment with a focus on the idea of complementarily between colleges developed and technical institutes and the investment of available resources, which constitute one of the pillars of the idea of the development of these colleges and their impact in reducing the waste of economic resources, and will be the geographical area elected are complex institutions and technical colleges in Zafaraniya, which includes (Institute of Technology and its relationship with Baghdad College of Technology - Baghdad). This research shows the fragmentation of the university environment and inconsistency at multiple levels of fragmentation events and student activities and devote the idea of separation, isolation and lack of interaction between students within the environment one, plus a lack of investment in human resources varied in that environment and resorting to self-sufficiency, thereby contributing to the lack of direct economic resources properly.

The aim of this study is to explain methods to be followed for the recovery Alsnav Hor, who represents the northwest portion of the Hammar Marsh in the province of Dhi Qar, after the drought in which that happened in 2008. The study included description of the region before the drought, the description of its natural and human environments, the economic events and activities, then the study included drought throughout the region, the environmental impacts caused by drought, its impact on social reality, economic and healthy for its environment, and then reached to the problems of social and economic in the region, depending on the Field studies and documented in the specialized government departments, information analysis for these studies. Then the study dealt with feeding the Marshland with Main Outfall Drain water, describe of environmental impacts, through analysis and discussion of water quality before and after feeding, depending on the laboratory of the environment directorate of the province of Dhi Qar, and finally put treatment planning for the most important needs of the population of the region to revive it. The study results showed that there is, at present, a large number of population (Hor Alsnav) living in a realistic manner within the marsh or adjacent. They suffer from the lack of essential services, immigration repeated, not stability permanent as a result of drought, which in turn affected their social life, spread its influence to communities that have migrated to it, causing many social problems that still these people suffer from it, such as high illiteracy rates, the emergence of cases of social misery as a result of poor quality houses, non-availability of basic services, live in conditions of social and cultural miserable alarming and requires rapid intervention by the competent authorities to save the region and its inhabitants. The results of the study showed, through the study of the results of tests of marsh water before and after feeding, the inability of Marsh to absorb the quantities of waste water and water drainage. In other words, its ability to self-purification is weak. As feeding water of Main Outfall Drain to Marsh lead to high organic load, which leads to high water pollution because of drains water containing increasing it, as a result of decomposition of phosphate fertilizers used in the fertilization of agricultural land nearby. As well as untreated water and sewage which is pumped to Main Outfall Drain water without treatment in many cases.

The purpose of this study is to describe the extent and nature of informal tenure practices in urban areas in Iraq, through undertaking a rapid assessment in Baghdad city. The UN-HABITAT 2008 publication Secure Land Rights for All discusses the importance of access and rights to land throughout the developing world. Secure land rights are critical to development and poverty reduction, and the greatest challenge in providing secure land rights are in urban areas, where overcrowding can lead to a number of informal tenure practices ranging from individually unregistered or unauthorised housing, to large informal settlements. Access to land is a fundamental basis for human shelter, food production, and other economic activity. Secure rights to land encourage people to invest in improved dwellings, and the land itself. Secure land rights also enable people to access public services and sources of credit. Yet, land everywhere is under pressure from population growth and economic development. Land that is in demand for residential use also attracts increasing commercial interest, and the higher returns commercial builders and sometimes taxes can generate for governments can crowd out those looking for homes. In addition to this, unprecedented numbers of people are moving to urban areas, but at the same time few of these urban areas – particularly in the developing world – have been planned to absorb these influxes of people. The result is a growing urbanization of poverty, a growth of slums, and a rapid rise in the number of people worldwide without   land tenure, tenure security, or property rights

The research reaching to concept of thoughtstaying, for Islamic heritage, as basic factor in continuity process by it is architecture. The mostly searches seeing imitation of figures as recently events, or as final result to stage conditions state, but we must remember the Islamic thinking as base stone to architecture results.

The Mesopotamian soil is muddy and fertile, and so from ancient eras Iraqis used mud in their building, settlements and architecture in different methodologies according to the nature and the function of the building that was either in its pure form or by mixing it with other materials such as straw . also as raw bricks in different ways either for the whale building or parts of it, or for the finishing parts such as roofing for instance.
In this research these different forms and methodologies will permeate through out a chosen examples of historical building, rural buildings and settlements and ancient buildings as well as some current uses of mud in the structures and building in standing cities, this in order to conclude some of its design and planning characteristics which led to an evaluation of heritage experience and search a developmental mechanisms and to meet global future development.

Ajloun reserve is the most important reserved areas set up by the Jordanian government to encourage development and ecotourism, is located on the green mountains of Ajloun north of Jordan, was founded in 1989 and follow The Royal Society for the conservation of the natur, an area of 13 km2, and covered with thick forests of oak trees and Butm, maple and others, characterized by the diversity of vital consists of 319 species of medicinal and aromatic plants and wild flowers, and where there are 40 species of birds, 14 species of mammals, 16 reptiles, 5 species of plants registered in the world. The Reserve has a great importance in Jordan ,it is the most reservations attractive to tourists, both internally and externally, and provide more tourist facilities for nature lovers, such as: center of tourism services, and environmental Trails, and the camp of tourism, and provide developmental programs for the residents of the surrounding countryside: Um Aleanabee, Altiary, Mehna, orjan , Rasoun and Baon, it supervised on several projects in the field of sustainable development. This research aims to introduce the rate of Ajloun reserve and to highlight its role in Bio Diversity conservation, which is characterized by the mountains of Ajloun, also aims to demonstrate its role in the sustainable development of the rural population in the middle of the surrounding environment, through training in traditional industries, which is famous for the region. To achieve the above objectives the researcher has followed a methodology based on repeated field visits to the reserve and conduct personal interviews with officials and with the local population in nearby villages to identify the developmental role of this reserve, The researcher has a set of results and recommendations that will contribute to improving the environmental performance of reserve areas, and improve the quality of life of the rural population around them.

The research aims to show that the engineers of various specializations and architects, including in particular can have an active role in about the importance of the role of energy in human life, and it’s best utilization without extravagance (which our religion forbids it). Here lies the problem of the research to find possible means and alternative methods to reduce (rationalization) electrical energy consumption in hot dry areas in general which need large energy for air conditioning because of the crucial climate of these regions that making access to the area of human thermal comfort is difficult, and especially in Iraq, as a result of suffering from constraints rationalizing the electric energy consumption, through the use of modern technologies that consistent with our environment, as well as traditional processors to limit the negative impact of climatic conditions on man’s thermal comfort. Based on the premise that there are planning methods related to the characteristics of the urban fabric and architectural solutions related to buildings design that can be used to reduce the negative impact of elements of the harsh climate in our hot dry regions and population access to thermal comfort without total reliance on artificial means of air conditioning. To achieve the goal of the research and make sure of his hypothesis, The research methodology have been based on the collection of theoretical information of climate elements and put some of the methods and processes used in urban planning and buildings design with a direct impact on the characteristics of the urban fabric through which we can reduce the negative impact of climate in our hot dry regions . The practical part adopt the comparative analysis by choosing Al- Adhamiya city in Baghdad, which contain a traditional style with traditional solutions harmonious with our environment, and the modern style with transmitted processors that are often unfit with our environment

The population studies are one of the difficult tasks facing the world in all periods. most of the researchers and who have relationship to population policies and development plans, may have succumbed to the idea that the population problem is based and confined mainly in the rate of increase in population, or the so – called population explosion, and not the content because of its pressure on resources and there is no problem of population if the resources are available and therefore no need for the development and implementation of population policies in any way . While the population policies here should take a range of general and comprehensive in every respect to population and demographic phenomena distribution, not only related to the rate of population increase. This research studies and analyzes the indicators of growth and distribution of population in Iraq to estimate the size of population up to 2035, and suggests the most important population policies required.

The study relied on data about the health sector in Iraq in 2006 in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and the Central Bureau of Statistics and Information Technology in 2007 Included the estimates of the population distribution of the Baghdad province and the country depending on the population distribution for 1997,evaluate the health sector which included health institutions, and health staff, and other health services. The research Aimis; Measurement an amount and size of the growth of health services (increase and decrease) and the compare of verified in Iraq and Baghdad, and evaluate the effectiveness of the distribution of supplies and health services (physical and human) of the size of the population distribution and health indicators with the verified and the compare, and evaluate under the International indicators of the World Health Organization (WHO) , using the analysis of variance by statigraph program. Through significant differences statistic test between the expected and actual results we find the differences for all the indicators of adequacy of health and at the level of significance 0.05 substantial and large and signifigent. And comparing the sufficient of healthy indicators with international indicators for the World Health Organization (WHO) we see clearly an imbalance for all levels of healthy sufficient indicators.

There is no city on earth stayed as it is in its size and shape, in which both of these are in a continuous change (increase and decrease) and continuous transform. Because all cities lie on urbanization development pressures that is the population growth and become exhibited worldly especially after the Second World War.
Thus, the problem lies on the defect of time and place structures of the city that reflects negatively on the quality structures (sizes). Then, the deformed change and growth of the city loses its historical storage and it imitates the growth samples out of it is contexts that can not follow it. The cities are born as an urban organization which it could be formal or communal, and it don’t stay on its size or form which it born upon them. As a result of these effects the city may be witness (size operation), or change its architectural properties, all this will be study in the theoretical side of the research. The research applied its theory on Baghdad city as a case study. Baghdad so that any other cities as something alive which is born, then witness transformations and changing which causing to it time and place effects, they are effect its size (increase and decrease) according to the time effect (event) that made the change or the place effect, and all above will be search in more details with a historical sequences, and in a descriptive and analytical method during the practical side of the research. This study analyzes how to make use of the resources in the marshlands of Iraq and how to utilize them, especially after the water returns to these areas and they are revitalized.

We take an example of AL- Saheen Marsh and plan an ideal tourist resort there. This example can further expand to include other parts of the marshlands.

The resort will utilize the local environment and tourist characteristics as it will have a feel and architectural resemblance to the houses and buildings that are currently built there. In addition the transportation methods will be the same as those used by the locals. Yet the resort will still posses all the facilities required by a modern tourist resort that includes all the services that will make the guest comfortable.

Through this resort there will be a movement of Arab and foreign tourists that will result in an exchange of cultures. The tourist will be introduced to the culture of the area and will commence in the various local activities.
That , in addition to the apparent immense financial advantages of this project that will have a considerable returns for the area and the country as a whole. It will also employ a considerable number of local people hence reducing the unemployment rate in that area in addition to the social and economic advantages for the marshland society.
