My research summary which its title is the concept of the Necessarily of Happening in the (Alashaira) understanding- logic study:-
The logicians made to Allah almighty laws that belongs to the necessarily of happening, though their intellectual evidence, their intention in this is purify Allah Almighty from the shortage and the neediness, and to prove his oneness, I clarified the opinion of (Alashaira) namely of these laws, I compared it with my opinion and the other logicians opinions, I analyze them in a scientific manner with out partiality nor fanaticism, also I talked about the meaning of existence, and the necessity, and I mentioned the - Necessarily of Happening in their opinion, and no one of existents can share the Necessarily of Happening and the characteristic of Necessity with Allah al mighty, also I clarified their opinions about these expressions and whether these expressions are only titular expressions and have no existence in the subject ?or not.
And I clarified the (Alashaira) opinion and their rational evidences about the impossibility of nonexistence or extinction to Allah all mighty, and he is a necessity of happening from all aspects, I clarified what is the meaning of he is a necessity of happening from all aspects? And this superior ego, glory to Allah has his features that his ego is required which agreed with their evidences, as they prove some of these features through the explanation, and they refused other features though the uncertainty of embodiment or through the likening to the creator
I have mentioned the (Almitazila) and the philosophers' opinions in all these laws, as well as in the issue of the features in order to make the reader see the disagreement points between them and the (Alashaira).
And I clarified in a special subject the ( Alsalaf) opinion about the issue of purification , likening and the embodiment, and Allah almighty no one from the existence can be similar to him in his ego or in his features, he is the matchless and he is the everlasting, he begets not ,nor is he begotten and none is like him, after that I mentioned what I have finally concluded in this subject in my study, then I mentioned the sources and references titles that I depended on, finally I mentioned the summary of the research in Arabic and English languages.

Faith in Angels is a corner of Pillar,s faith in Almighty, one who beliewho believe in Almighty must believe in Angels that is mentioned Holy in Qur,an and byprophet Mohammed (peace be upon him).
The People,s ideologies differed to Prove the existence of the Angels as follow People who follow the Prophets believe in Angels and onesewho not follow the Prophets differ if they are Angels or not Spiritualists prove the existence of the Angles by dectors and the Philosophers prove by brain.
As you know the Angels have many surnames and these represent the types of angels, their features and their fiction for example the faithful spirit, the Angels bearing the Throne and the Surnames that represent their features as the ranged rank and the surnames represent their fiction as the Angels, who keep the person.
What must you know is that the Angles are creatures as any creatures that they have life but their Lives are different . They do not eat or drink Like us and Almighty know about them also their Lives will end but their end differ from the Man and jinns Either they do not Punish because they haven,tSins or they go to Paradise without any punishment.
As they are Malacca they have n,t any guilt completely as it prove in holy Quran but the people with weak spirit doubt about Malacca, but they have no any proof or guide

Hajj is one of the greatest acts of worship to Allah -- Exalted is He, and it is the fifth pillar of Islam. This study aims to investigate one of the most severe prohibitions and restrictions which, through the breaking thereof, nullifies a person's Ihram during Hajj: sexual intercourse. Its severity is borne out of agreement among jurists that if it takes place before the standing on ’Arafat, it nullifies the whole Hajj. Despite this unanimity, a number of very late scholars have expressed their disagreement with this ruling and its textual evidences, by doing so going against a jurisprudencial consensus on the matter.
This study aims to highlight, discuss, and respond to these claims in a scientific manner, relying on evidence and proof. It will also highlight relevant jurisprudencial issues and traditions related to the ruling at hand due to its great improtance, all in a comparative Fiqh style

The research dealt with an important topic of the fundamentals of jurisprudence, the fundamentalist rules. In this research, the discussion was based on the fundamental rules concerning the conflict and the weighting that was initiated by (only), and some applications related to these rules were presented.

This research aims to study the effect of measurement in Shari'ah policy, citing practical models of the Shari'ah measurement for its bases and conditions, Two practical models for Companions of the Prophet Mohammed(Pbuh) have been tackled to demonstrate the impact of measurement in Shariah policy and a model for followers to demonstrate the impact of measurement in Shariah policy.

The research gathers the sayings of Al-Imam Abi Al-Hasan Al-Karkhy Al-Hanafi Al-Baghdadi ( May Allha's Mercy be upon him) who died in 340 A. H. which contradict with the opinions of the great majority of Hanafi Usulis. These sayings are assigned to him although they may be adopted by other Hanafi Usulis. The reason behind this is his prominent status in the science of Usul Al-Fiqh and being one of the earliest scholars of this science. The research mentions other sayings in the Hanafi School with evidence, discussion and the preferences.

He was famous and characterized by the fear of god and asceticism and taking cure if people , that is has making him nearer to them and beloved by them with his piety mercy , other Wise he tool numbers of very important Executives , and Economic of Executives which come for the Sake of his people in spite of the short of his Caliphate which is no more the Nine months and fourteen days . Al-Amam Al-Thahaby said about his:(( His was the best Caliph who combined the fear and summed to his God and Justice and Al-Ihisan to his people)) , So We decide or choose the study of his life and the mean of executives who took it very well.

The subject of tax evasion is one of the important topics that affect in one way or another the individual and the society as it affects the import from the state's imports that feed the state treasury and thus enable it to fulfill its obligations in accordance with the constitution, which are political, social and economic services from Or not. It is necessary to study the nature of the tax and the basic rules that govern its imposition represented by four rules of justice and certainty, convenience and economy and then know the reasons that lead to tax evasion and its effects on the individual and society. So we divided the research into an introductory study of tax.
