The current research aims at clarifying the concept of submissiveness in the Holy Quran, an objective - semantic study, the semantic study showed that this word used metaphorically submissiveness and humbleness, and we can involving the verb the meaning of: humility and tranquility with a transitive verb and the two prepositions (Lam) and (Ila), and involving the verb the meanings of calmness, sincerity and acceptance and so on through the Quranic context and this is the ancestors habit, Sufi added many conventional definitions according to its degrees and its ranks, the objective study showed that submissiveness is one of the sound heart features related to the full faith persons such as scholars, and it described them with four features: heart fear, patience, performing prayer and spending for the sake of God, and emphasized it in two positions, absolute acceptance to the Quran and pilgrimage and Allah has promised them with reward here and in the hereafter to guide them to the right path and to be delighted with an absolute cheerfulness and assured them to enter paradise.

This study aims to confine the text included quranic readings which had been stated in AlQamus Almuhit and the commentary. Explanation and directing that stated about.
These readings were collected, ordered, inquired and stdeed discriptindy according to the linguistic levels (phonetic, infectim, grammatical and indicative). And were ordered according to the arrangement of verses and seas in the noble Koran.

And through these important point we chose a research entitled title ,(The doctrinal approach of Imam al-Nawawi).
For this science of the fundamental of religion and doctrines of Islam . And that by suthored book useful in it , and from those books book (Al- Nawawi purposes) as it was accepted by students of science and turn to it and save it , and fundamental in the science .And the status of this book supported by scientists to explaine and comment on his words .If this indicates something , it indicates the superiority of this book and its scientific value .It is a garden that contains flowers.

Depending on the domain of the principles of jurisprudence and the objectives of the Islamic law, the study analyzes the Quranic evidence which has been adopted to prohibit the travel of Mu’taddah. The laws, rules and regulations that are followed by everyone who wants to trade in it have been imposed without prejudice or harm to anyone. And to the importance of this subject in the lives of people, and in order to know the provisions and controls governing the market I liked to address this important subject of research and study, I called my research: (the market and the controls of trafficking in Islamic law). My research has been divided into: Introduction, two papers, and a conclusion.

The state of (Bani Rasul) which was appeared in Yemen during the period of (626-855 H) (1230-1451 A.C.) , considered one of the states that played a great role in the events at that time, as well it was connected in relations with different power in The Arabian Island and out of it, one of that powers was Mamluk state in Egypt, therefore we should study the political history of Yemen in the age of the state of (Bani Rasul) from aside and its political relations with the Mamluk state from the other side.
The historical period which was Yemen passed during the role of the state of (Bani Rasul) considered one of the most important historical periods that witnessed during its age many development in different political social, economic and cultural levels, especially the scientific and Urban aspects. The state of (Rasul) abled to Unify the whole Yemen lands after its depression, besides combined other parts of the Arabian Island under its role that expanded from Mecca to Hadramaut. The political background dates back to the Ayubid period, that the princes of this family took over important leadership and administrative positions, since their entrance with the army of Saif Al-Eslam king Tagtakeen in the year 1183A.C/ 579H, so the Rasulic took over administrative positions continued till the collapse of the Ayyubid state so they in depended by rolling Yemen, By the establishment of the Mamluk state in Egypt they became followers to it that made Rasulid state connected with a good relations with Mamluk state and that’s we shall explain it in the search board.

This research aims at knowing the engagement of teaching strategies in the view of systematic input to develop systematic thinking skills of students at college of Islamic sciences.
The study conducted on sample of 54 students divided into two groups: the first group (empirical group) consists of 26 students in class A whereas students have been taught by using teaching strategies in the view of systematic input and the second group consists of 28 students by using ordinary strategies.The researcher prepared a test to measure the systematic thinking comprises 12 questions. The results addressed statistically by using T-test and Cronbach's alpha equation.
The findings refers to differences with statistical indication at level (0.05) between the two groups in thinking skills (analyzing system, recognizing relations, and the system composition) and systematic thinking as a whole and the results was in favor of empirical group. In addition, the finding does not shows any difference at level (0.05) between the two groups in the skill of closing the gaps.
