Abstract
The importance of a study had come from studying the rapid kinetic
response and handling skill for female students in indoor football which
developed through the use of varying sizes of playing with different
exercises from exercise and traditional methods، so as to make training
circumstances similar to play as much as possible. The study aimed at
preparing playing exercises of varying sizes as well as to identify the effect
of playing exercises of varying sizes in the development of rapid kinetic
response and handling skill in indoor football. The researchers assumed
that there are significant differences between pretests and posttests in
rapid kinetic response and handling skill for female students in indoor
football.
The study aims at identifying the impact of playing exercises of varying
sizes and its influence in the rapid kinetic response and handling skill for
female students in indoor football.
The researchers used the experimental method for its suitability to solve
the problem of study. The researchers chose a random study sample which
consisted of (18) female students from the third stage and after the tests
are completed ، appropriate statistical treatments were used to obtained
results in order to be introduced and discussed. The researchers had set
up important conclusions. The most important recommendations were the
need to rely on playing exercises of varying sizes within the curriculum of
Physical Education and Sports Science colleges for female students for
indoor football ، as well as the use of educational tools to assist during the
implementation of the exercise because of its importance in the
development of the rapid kinetic response and handling skill for indoor
football
