Climate fluctuation is one of the current and future challenges facing the residents of Al-Muthanna Governorate due to the effects caused by these changes in various aspects of life, including the threat to plant biodiversity. Therefore, this research aims to study the reality of climate fluctuation in Muthanna Governorate and to identify the extent of its impact on plant biodiversity, by conducting an analysis of the most fluctuating climatic elements based on the method of drawing time series at a rate of (5 years) for each of them using the Excel program. , and follow the trend line for each climatic element in terms of rise or fall and compare it with the annual rate of those elements, based on the data of the Samawah Climatic Station, during the study period (1988-2017) and for a period of (30) years, and the analysis of the study period and its division into short periods resulted in that All climatic elements in the study area witnessed clear climatic fluctuations from one period to another from their general annual rates, but the largest change occurred in the climatic elements through their deviation from their averages in the last years of this period, and this corresponds to the severity of climate change that the world is witnessing at the same time. The study concluded that the climatic fluctuations led to the emergence of new types of exotic and invasive plants that did not exist previously, which numbered about (10) species and a percentage of (19.2%) of the total invasive plants in Iraq amounting to (52) species, while the number of natural plants reached Endangered species are about (14) species, as the rise in temperatures and the accompanying increase in the process of evaporation, low humidity and the spread of desertification threaten the existence of plant biodiversity in the governorate.

Security is one of the foundations of civilization and an indispensable need for life, progress and prosperity. The study concluded that the most important cause of suicide is economics, and that there is a close relationship between suicide and human security, evident in the great responsibility facing those responsible for achieving human security to curb this phenomenon, such as border control and combating drug and alcohol abuse.

By discussing theoretical foundations, forms of criminal participation, and the role of intent, the research highlights the inconsistencies in Iraqi law and calls for a balanced approach that considers both legal principles and social realities. The study concludes with a recommendation to strengthen punitive measures against those who incite or assist in suicide, especially within the security sector, while also recognizing the need for preventive and psychological support mechanisms.

Violence represents one of the most serious social issues threatening societal stability. It is defined as the use of force, deception, or verbal aggression with the intent to cause harm—whether physical, verbal, or economic—resulting in the violation of others' rights and disruption of social peace. This study aims to examine violent crimes in Al-Qadisiyyah Governorate, focusing on the three mentioned types of violence and analyzing their temporal variation between 2010 and 2020, in addition to assessing the impact of economic and cultural development and the rule of law on crime rates.
Data indicates that violent crimes increased from 4,842 cases in 2010—dominated by physical violence at 49.7%—to 4,926 cases in 2015, which saw a rise in verbal violence at 47.1%. The number then declined to 3,682 cases in 2020, reflecting a positive trend linked to economic and cultural improvements. Economic violence remained the least prevalent across all years.
The study also revealed fluctuations in the number of accused individuals: 3,595 in 2010, 3,903 in 2015, and 3,835 in 2020. Similarly, the number of victims decreased from 5,205 in 2010 to 3,835 in 2020, indicating a decline in crime rates over time due to societal progress and strengthened legal enforcement.
