This study aimed to clarify the status of the mind in the Qur’an and Sunnah. The study showed that both the Qur’an and Sunnah referred to the status and position of the mind, through urging contemplation, reflection and deliberation, and making the mind the basis of responsibility, as well as condemning imitation and imitators, and fighting everything that leads to injustice to the mind by eliminating its role by involving it in matters that are not its function, such as sorcery, superstitions and myths.

The purified Prophetic Sunnah is the second source of Islamic legislation after the Book of God Almighty and the largest controversial issue in the history of Muslims since the revelation until our day. This study is only to show how modern thinkers read this Sunnah and the extent of their belief in it and its legitimacy and status among them. In this study, the definition of the Sunnah in Language and terminology, and then talking about who the modern thinkers are, their reading of Islamic thought, and explaining their vision in this regard. Then the study dealt with one of these thinkers, the Tunisian thinker Abdel Majeed Charfi. Realizing this matter and bringing it to mind in Charfi’s thought is very important for modern studies, to understand a lot. From the features of his speech, by realizing what Al-Sharafi’s modernist reading of the purified Prophetic Sunnah means, which he is engaged in trying to accomplish in his modernist discourse, and realizing the conceptual and methodological equipment that Al-Sharafi adopts in order to achieve this reading and the goals to be achieved through it, we can clearly understand the form that the study of the Sunnah takes. In this speech, and the nature in which it appears, and the spaces that are determined in working on it, and therefore we can explain the special features that appear in this speech, reading the modernist speech of Abdul Majeed Al-Sharafi will ultimately lead us to an explanation of the rulings that Al-Sharafi issued and the extent of their conformity with what was reported by The nation's scholars from various Islamic schools of thought through a critical analytical study of those rulings issued by Al-Sharafi.

The book, Jam' Al-Jawami', is one of the most important fundamental texts, as it is a collector of the fundamentalists' ways, especially the ways of (al-mutakalimin) and (Ahnafs) , where Ibn al-Subki collected the essence of this science and its important issues based on more than one hundred works as mentioned in the introduction of the book, and scholars focused on it by commenting and explanations. One of the most famous of them is (Al-Badr Al-Tali'), written by Jalal al-Din al-Mahilli, and this explanation was the subject of interest for scientists, especially the scientists of Kurdistan, who worked to learn and teach it, and linked its learning to the student's access to the scientific license. And those who served the text and explanation and put on them the footnotes and comments of the great scientist Mullah Abdul Rahman Benjwini, but unfortunately, his footnote to the book as most of the writings of scholars of the Kurds did not receive the attention they deserve, and has not been verified and not printed so far. This study is to verify part of the footnote mentioned base on the required rules for verification of the texts.

This study dealt with the great Sheikh Ahmed bin Idris al-Qummi, who is one of the great narrators and jurists in the second and third centuries AH, and he was a contemporary of Imam al-Hassan al-Askari, but did not narrate from him, and the great scholars of his time narrated from him, including Sheikh al-Kulayni, who narrated a lot of hadiths from him in his book al-Kafi, and this study was divided into two sections: the first of them is dedicated to the biography of Sheikh Abu Ali al-Ash'ari, and the second to the jurisprudential hadiths and a brief conclusion to the most important things I researched

The story is one of the important educational methods in regulating the behavior of the individual, because it works to provide insight into the person with lessons and exhortation. It is necessary to deal with stories whose content is positive, such as honesty, courage, honesty, and success. The stories in the Holy Qur’an deal with human feelings and feelings, and clarify the relationship between God Almighty and humanity in a way. Directly or indirectly through the prophets and messengers, the guide must exploit the Qur’anic stories, as they develop the individual’s behavior and correct Islamic morals. In my research, I dealt with the mechanisms of identifying similarities in the Qur’an, with an introduction and two sections: the first section / the theoretical framework of the research concepts, and it included two topics: the first topic / the concept of similarities in language and terminology, and the second topic / Al-Bayan majamea, and it was divided into: 1- The name of its author. His birth and death 2 - His sheikhs and students 3 - His works

This research aspires to reveal the vision of Sayyid al-Sabzwari on an important issue of faith, which is the issue of resurrection and the return, as it is one of the requirements of belief in the Last Day, which came among the beliefs of Muslims. This research comes to expose the evidence that Sayyed al-Sabzwari explained in his interpretation of the mauahib alrhman in interpreting the Qur’an. This manuscript consists of three handwritten copies, one of which belongs to the author's era and is preserved under numbers (925, 190, 191) in the Juma Al Majid Center for its author Abdul Baqi Al Hanbali (d. 1071 AH) and its name is (Riyadh Al Jannah fi Athar Ahl Al Sunnah). It may include all his licenses, his sheikhdom, forty serial Hadiths, the eyes and beauties of the monuments, beautiful wisdom, stories, anecdotes, curiosities, functions, oddities, stories and verses of poetry and prose, hadiths of the best of creation, jewels and flowers of interpretation, jurisprudence, literature, translations, and Musannads. Moreover, it contains types of supplications and incantations. This manuscript is one of the unique manuscripts among the heritage books and has not seen the light until now. A large number of scholars praised this manuscript and considered it as one of the remarkable manuscripts of the Levant in the eleventh century AH

Imam al-Haramayn Abdul Malik bin Abdullah al-Juwayni is distinguished by his critical style in most of his works, foremost among which is (al-Burhan), which is considered an important reference for the principles of jurisprudence. He collected between its covers many additions and criticisms directed at the pioneers of the principles of jurisprudence in the various schools of thought. Hence, this study focuses on the criticisms directed by Imam al- Juwayni to the Shafi'I imams, in two sections: the first is an introduction to Imam al-Haramayn al-Juwayni and his book al-Burhan, in addition to clarifying what is meant by the critics among the Shafi'i imams. Then the second section is devoted to the criticisms directed at the Shafi'i imams. Then comes the conclusion, which summarizes the most important results of the research.

The researcher explains that these concepts, which deal with how human actions and thoughts return to them with similar consequences, have deep roots in Islamic jurisprudence, where Islam is based on the philosophy of 'reward and punishment' according to deeds.
The first part of the study focuses on explaining the linguistic and terminological meanings of the laws of reversal and attraction, highlighting their understanding in the Qur’an and Sunnah. The researcher cites Quranic verses and prophetic traditions that underscore divine justice in rewarding or punishing individuals based on their actions.
The researcher also critiques the Western understanding of the Law of Attraction, which posits that thoughts and emotions can attract people or circumstances into one's life. He argues that this idea differs fundamentally from the Islamic perspective, where Islam emphasizes reliance on God and hard work, rather than depending on unproven laws.
The study makes it clear that the Islamic law of reversal and attraction is not merely a philosophical or intellectual concept but a practical principle manifested in the daily life of a Muslim through worship, maintaining family ties, seeking forgiveness, and supplication. These acts lead to blessings, happiness, and increased sustenance.
The main conclusion the researcher aims to convey is that the Islamic concept of attraction and reversal is not heretical but a deeply rooted principle in Islamic law, based on righteous deeds and effort, distinguishing it clearly from Western concepts.
The researcher recommends that the Muslim community be guided towards understanding these spiritual laws from a legitimate Islamic perspective, and to avoid engaging with non-Islamic, superstitious beliefs.

Meaning is a crucial linguistic concept that can be categorized into two types: lexical and contextual meaning. Lexical meaning refers to the inherent meaning of a word in isolation, before it becomes part of a sentence or context. This type of meaning is probabilistic, multifaceted, general, and not fixed.
Contextual meaning, on the other hand, is the meaning derived from the context in which a word is used. It is specific, stable, and influenced by both linguistic and non-linguistic contexts. Context plays a pivotal role in accurately determining meaning. Each time a word is used, it acquires a temporary, specific meaning shaped by the linguistic and non-linguistic contexts.
Linguistic context encompasses the linguistic environment surrounding a word, phrase, or sentence. Meaning can be inferred by analyzing the relationship between the word and other words in the sentence. Non-linguistic context includes external circumstances and conditions associated with the word, such as the speaker, listener, location, and time. Context is essential for precise meaning comprehension as it helps determine the word's semantic value. In some cases, a word's meaning cannot be fully grasped solely from a dictionary; the context of its usage must be considered.
The encyclopedia team employed a scientific approach to studying meaning, utilizing reliable linguistic dictionaries, the Quran, and other linguistic resources. They also consulted modern linguistic studies to benefit from the latest theories in linguistics.

Every word has two meanings, a central meaning that is born with the birt h of the word, and a marginal meaning that is added by the text. Therefore, a pronunciation should not be judged based on its initial meaning, but rather it requires some caution. In addition, every style of language has a connotation and meaning. Therefore, we notice that there are relationships and connections between words that may be verbal or moral, and that relationship does not reach its depths except by knowing the limits of the text, its causes and circumstances, and the method in which the text lived. As for what is responsible for linking those words to their meanings, it is the relationship that connects them.
These relationships are either verbal or moral, such as the relationship of participation, synonymy, and opposition, the relationship of specificity and generality, truth and metaphor.

Perceived stress is one of the human conditions that significantly influences thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and behaviors, potentially altering all aspects of an individual\'s personality in both the present and future. This concept has been recognized as one of the fundamental human concerns for enhancing psychological well-being, addressed in various schools of psychology, the Qur\'an, the sayings of the pure Imams (peace be upon them), and scholars of human sciences. Each of these theories approaches the issue from a different perspective, based on their respective sources of knowledge.
This article aims to compare the concept of perceived stress from the perspective of health psychology and the perspective of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) in Nahj al-Balaghah. The research was conducted using a library-based method and an analytical study of the available texts. After identifying the necessary resources and sources (books, articles, and internet references) related to the concept of perceived stress from the viewpoints of health psychology and Nahj al-Balaghah, the required information was collected. This information was then refined, analyzed, compared, and evaluated.
The results revealed that these two perspectives agree on certain aspects and differ on others. Research showed that both perspectives share common ground in their approach to how people interact with stressful stimuli, shift their stance in challenging situations, and employ realism, positive insight, understanding, and social support as effective methods for reducing stress. However, the two perspectives differ in their focus on physiological factors in the occurrence of stress, emphasis on the inner qualities of the individual, reliance on spiritual solutions such as prayer and seeking God\'s help, the outcomes of patience in the face of pressures, and the influence of social factors like expressing love and paying attention to wise words.

This study emphasis on a precise and comprehensive analysis of the perspectives of Sunni scholars and historians regarding the virtues of sayida Fatima Al-Zahra (peace be upon her). It examines the methods used to undermine her virtues or attribute them to other figures. Through evidence, arguments, and historical testimonies, the study seeks to uncover how Umayyad policies manipulated narratives and the negative impact this had on the historical and religious memory of Muslims. By analyzing key points related to sayida Fatima’s (peace be upon her) birth, marriage, relationship with the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family), the Hadith of the Cloak which highlights her greatness, and her superiority over the women of the world, the study aims to offer a deeper understanding of the alterations made to historical accounts to diminish her status. Additionally, the research shows how reevaluating these narratives can contribute to a deeper comprehension of sayida Fatima’s (peace be upon her) role and influence in Islamic heritage.
