This is what God Almighty has helped me to reach through this research, hoping from God,
the Mighty and refugees, has urged the researcher to address several topics in this research,
including introducing the terms of the research. Th, the Wise, that it be a good beginning
and a step on the road, and the last of our prayers is Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds.
The importance of the provisions of community integration in terms of their significance in
the texts of Islamic law and their relationship to the current situation in which the Islamic
community in general, and Iraq in particular, in terms of finding appropriate solutions and
alternatives to provide a helping hand to the affected, displaced e researcher also dealt with
the legal principles and methods that achieve integration in society through legal directives
in managing and resolving crises that may plague society as a result of some emergency
conditions, then to stand on the efficient ways that represent the divine strategy to face such
matters. Moreover, these directives for the necessity of rationalizing expenditures in order to
contribute in the aids are not limited to the Islamic community only, but are a humanitarian
project for Muslims and non-Muslims for the aim of humanity, which the sources of legislation
have always emphasized, through the principle of guardianship imposed by God Almighty
among Muslims, and the principle of obligatory hiring on a Muslim for non-Muslims. Then, it
clarified the results by which the five legitimate objectives were fulfilled which are the focus of
rulings and the spirit of legislation, that are the necessity of preserving religion, soul, reason,
honour, money.Finally, the researcher dealt with the legal methods to solve the problem of the
displaced by legalizing and directing the financial spending that the Islamic law commanded,
whether that is a duty or not. It is well known that the Islamic law necessitates some things in
all acts of worship, which must be performed by everyone who has the capacity to do them.
Then, there are things that are desirable in the Islamic law and they are below the obligation,
sometimes called voluntary or ‘nafila’. In general, the provisions of the Islamic law have
created and drawn plans for social integration materially and morally in the details of life.

The noble prophetic discourse is a spoken speech issued by the infallible
Prophet who does not utter whims and desires, on various occasions and
purposes, in a specific context, through a vocalized channel, or a sign
before it is recorded in the ‘Sahih’ and Musnad books, and is marketed
to people in general, and to Muslims and believers in particular for the
sake of learning and informing the Islamic vocation. So, as it includes
addresser and addressee, that is, the transmitter and the recipient, and as it
includes a dialogue on the one hand, and the emergence of first and second
person singular pronouns to assign Muslims, and direct the speech to them
verbally, on the other hand, all of this allows us to be permissible to call the
noble prophetic hadith as a discourse.

It is known for all of us that the phenomenon of extremism and extravagance has
become a preoccupation for states and societies in worldwide, and that everyone thinks
about how to face its danger due to the loss of life associated with it, and the expropriation
of symptoms and money. The phenomenon of extremism and extravagance has been
associated with many reasons, including: the person’s stagnation in his understanding,
in a way that does not allow him to see a clear vision of the interests of people, nor the
intentions of the Sharia, nor the circumstances of the age, and does not open a window
for dialogue with others, including: that the people of extremism and extravagance
have been characterized by youth age, foolishness in opinion, lack of knowledge, and
following suspicions, and many segments of society in countries and societies feel injustice and marginalization. There are some solutions that can be proposed in this
area, the most important of which are: activating the media, social media channels,
and school curricula to spread moderation away from extremism and atonement, and
directing religious institutions and mosque platforms to promote moderate religious
discourse and the tolerant teachings of Islam to ensure the building of the personality
that is committed to the purposeful Islamic values, in order to fulfill its mission in a
manner that fits the reality without excess or negligence. This phenomenon has left
a number of negative effects on Islamic peoples and societies, as it has caused a loss
of societal security and the absence of religious tolerance, so infidelity and murder
appeared, and foreign countries took advantage of this phenomenon to intervene and
pass their agenda, under the heading of combating terrorism. This in itself is a major
problem that needs treatments and corrections for individuals and societies so that this
phenomenon does not recur.

The research aims to know. ((The effect of the new box thinking model on
the expressive performance of the fifth grade literary students), and it chose the
experimental method, and the design of one group with a pre and post-test. To
achieve the goal of the research, the researcher chose an intended sample of
Fifth grade literary students, which was (30) students, and prepared behavioural
goals for the subjects of expression and teaching plans after presenting them
to a group of specialists in the Arabic language and methods of teaching. After
calculating the average of the pre-test and the average of the post-test, the result
appeared in favour of the post-test.

The thought of Imam Muhammad bin al-Hassan al-Shaybani, may God rest his soul,
in his book The Al-Siyar Al-Kabeer, through the approval of some of the provisions, in
contrary to the measurement of the purposes that he sees as being in the public interest,
has become a scientific approach that is studied by the soldiers of the Ottoman Empire
with its jurisprudential provisions concerning the topic of Jihad (struggle), which is not
hidden by any interested in the field Scientific research from observing the principles
upon which the Imam built the rulings of his book, which came as explicit phrase in
determining the origins in establishing his judgments as approval, such as:
If the prince says: “Whoever kills a dead person may plunder him”, then the
prince finds a man and kills him, so he has the right to the plunder as favour. In the
measurement: He is not worthy, and if he said: “Whoever of you killed a person, then
he may plunder him”, then the Prince killed a person, he cannot plunder it. And his
saying: Mata’a (belongings) doesn’t include money, gold, and jewellery, but it includes
clothes, beds, curtains, and other house belongings. In the measurement, containers
are not included in the belongings, but in the approval they are included. And that is
why weapons, horses and mules, and saddles are not included in the belongings.

The sciences obtain their honour from the honour of what they relate to, and
there is no doubt that the Holy Qur’an is the most noble of books. Hence, Arabic
is one of the most honourable sciences, because it was developed only for the
service and understanding of the Holy Qur’an, and poetry is still a wealth from
which scholars of all different levels take. It is considered an important tool for
preserving the Arabic language, and from it evidence and proverbs are taken.
Any language cannot perform its social function among its members without
relying on linguistic structures, and thus, researchers in linguistic studies have
focused on methods of synthesis of speech and the development of these methods
across the semantic level.

The pride poetry of the Sa’alik poets has a different trend from their peers, it
was not a reflection and transmission of the real world, but rather intellectual and
psychological visions in which they interpret what they suffer, and seek in their
poetry to explain it artistically. From the sincerity of the rhetorical report, we
proceed in this study to show the extent of proficiency in expressing truthfulness
and reality. Poetry is an emotional, sentimental, and emotional means, through
the technical engineering in the text, and the authenticity of the story is the most
important means of this formation. From the predicate style and its importance
in the rhetorical speech, it becomes clear the poetry of the Sa’alik and their
intellectual vision indications contained in their poems: Because the news
expresses the emotions, perceptions and aspirations of the narrator, and the
extent of his ability to benefit us and influence us. Through that, we can realize
the intellectual visions of the Sa’alik poets and demonstrate this through the
extent of the poet’s ability to express his human aspirations expressed in their
literature.

Arabic language is the common denominator among Islamic countries. That
is because it is the language of the Noble Qur’an that miracles the creation in
its style, organization, sciences, wisdoms, and the effect of its guidance, for it
is life and light. Turks are among the Muslim peoples who interested in reading
and writing, teaching and learning Arabic, as well as the policy of openness
to the Arab world adopted by the Turkish government for geographical and
political factors that contributed to the interest of Arab citizens from all Arab
countries to visit Turkey. As well as hosting millions of Arab refugees of various
nationalities, the economic factor helped to flourish economic activity in the
Turkish market, industrially and commercially, especially the new generation.
This raises the awareness of the importance of mastering Arabic language for
being an important means of understanding and exchanging the desired interest.
