Forgetting in the case of the Messenger (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) is permissible in matters that have nothing to do with conveying the message, and it does not undermine the infallibility of the prophets and messengers or their trustworthiness. The difference in the discussion is between forgetting a legal ruling and forgetting a legal ruling, as forgetting a legal ruling affects the nature of conveying it in the case of the Messenger (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), unlike forgetting a legal ruling. Surah Al-Ra\\'ad is the surah in which the phenomenon of thunder is mentioned, which is why it was called that, and the scholars say it is Meccan. Because its verses are consistent with the context of the Meccan surahs, from inference to physical evidence that proves divine power, and bashing and threatening the polytheists, therefore there are many methods of preaching in this surah, the most important of which is the call to contemplate the wonderful system of the universe to believe in the oneness of God Almighty, and the encouragement to accept the call of Islam and the warning against Rejecting it, setting examples for contemplation and contemplation, and using the method of calling for punishment to deter violators.

This is a summary of the research and its title is the disputed issues regarding the issues of voluntary fasting, a comparative study. After reviewing some jurisprudential books, I chose the issues of voluntary fasting and explaining the subject of the dispute in them, then comparing them between the four schools of thought, a comparative jurisprudential study and showing the more correct one. The research included an introduction and two sections, and the first section included the definition of fasting. Voluntary fasting and an explanation of its virtues. The second section included issues of voluntary fasting about which there is disagreement among jurists, and a conclusion in which the most important results were mentioned and proven Sources and References.

This research came to unveil a prophet of the Allah prophets mentioned by Allah Almighty in his Holy Book and was mentioned in the Torah, and relied on the textualists as a comparative measure in the work and clarified the Quranic compatibility with the biblical story, as reported by the Prophet of Allah Ismail, peace be upon him, and clarify the aspects of disagreement, turmoil and contradictions in the biblical texts, clearly and explicitly from within their distorted texts.

This study addresses the character of Busr ibn Abi Artah and his role in the wars and military operations against the Byzantine Romans. He participated in several military campaigns, truly embodying the brave leader distinguished by excessive courage and sound judgment. This enabled him to manage difficult and urgent situations effectively, making him a trusted figure among the Rightly Guided Caliphs and later the Umayyads, who entrusted him with leading some of these campaigns and participating in others.

I divided this research into three sections:
1. Section One: An introduction to the character of Busr ibn Abi Artah, including his identification and lineage.
2. Section Two: Discussing his military efforts on the Roman front during the time of the four Rightly Guided Caliphs.
3. Section Three: Highlighting Busr ibn Abi Artah\\'s military contributions during the time of the Umayyad Caliphs.

Islam is a religion of mercy, guidance, and justice, and it is the most honorable of women and the highest of their value and status. How could it not be when the Prophet of Islam, Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, recommended women, and that was at the end of his words while he was generous with his spirit .In order not to accuse Islam of violence and bullying against women, this research attempts to address psychological and educational problems with successful Islamic means, and addresses some of the issues and concepts that Abdul Hamid Abu Suleiman touched upon, which some in some societies have taken as a pretext to make violence, humiliation, and bullying of women permissible. Some families today still suffer from the difficult problems to which women are exposed to incidents of violence and bullying. This treatment is also a contribution to addressing educational thought, considering that women are half of society, and even the entire society.

The objectives of Islamic law (Maqasid al-Sharia) have a prominent effect on the views and jurisprudential directives of scholars, as well as their fatwas (religious rulings). This effect is clearly manifested in the fatwas of Shaikh Mustafa al-Zarqa (d.1420AH) - may Allah have mercy on him - who is considered one of the greatest contributors to the preservation of the objectives of Islamic law through his issued fatwas and the jurisprudential views he upheld. These had a role in elucidating the triad of the foundation in Islamic legislation: jurisprudence, objectives, and reality.
In this research, we will review two examples of fasting fatwas in which Shaikh al-Zarqa expounded on the objectives of Islamic law, leading him to adopt one opinion over another based on that, and we will try to explain the objective-based impact on them from several aspects.

Paradise is a caller, a guide to His straight path, and a seeker in what pleases Him. They spread this light in the Bekaa, the Saqaa, the cities and the cities, and among them was the jurist, the worshiper, the ascetic, the mujahid, and the one who was stationed on the frontiers of the Islamic State. Islamic jurists had a prominent, large and influential role in human thought in general, and in Islamic jurisprudence in particular. Among these prominent jurists is Imam al-Hannati (may God have mercy on him), who did not have the opportunity to have his works that he left behind, to reach us, as these works vanished over the years, and what has reached us is still very limited. It is a manuscript that has not yet seen the light of day, and his printed works are very rare and difficult to get. His contemporaries, students, and scholars after him had a great role in conveying his opinions in their books. This glorious work was an incentive for us to study his efforts in Islamic jurisprudence, and to learn about his jurisprudential opinions, as he is one of the jurists. The Shafi\'is are among the classes of diligent scholars who are known for the strangeness of the opinions attributed to them, and for their jurisprudential choices. This study dealt with the personal and scientific life of Imam Hussein bin Muhammad al-Hannati (died : 400 AH), by knowing his name, surname, lineage, birth, writings, and the sayings of the scholars about him and his death. This study also included a comparative jurisprudential study of the jurisprudential opinions that Imam al-Hannati addressed, regarding marriage and divorce, as well as showing of his opinion on these issues. Then explaining the opinions of the four schools of thought and other schools, along with explaining the evidence that the owners of the schools of jurisprudence have used as evidence, and after that, explaining the preponderant opinion regarding these opinions.

- Shighar marriage (exchange marriage) is one of the types of marriage that existed in pre-Islamic society. Islam prohibited and banned it due to the extreme injustice it imposes on women and the degradation of their value.
- It occurs when a man marries his daughter or sister to another man in exchange for the latter marrying his daughter or sister to him, without either woman receiving a dowry except for the act of consummation.
- The jurists unanimously agreed that this form of marriage ies initially forbidden, though they differed on its validity if it occurs. The majority consider it invalid, while the Hanafi school permits it and requires a fair dowry for both women.
- If consummation occurs, the majority of scholars hold that a fair dowry is due for each woman. Some scholars believe the specified dowry is obligatory.
- Shighar marriage has many social, religious, and psychological harms.
- Shighar marriage contradicts the Quranic principle of Allah honoring human beings.

The current research aims to know “the effect of the five columns model on the achievement of fourth-grade preparatory students in Islamic education and the development.”Mosulfortheacademicyear(2021-2022)AD).Those who were then chosen in an intentional way were divided into two equal groups, and the researchers conducted the process of parity on the two research groups in a number of variables, including (chronological age in months, intelligence quotient, the degree of student achievement in Islamic education for the previous year, the level of the student’s general average degree, the achievement of the parents’ level The experimental group consisted of (32) students who studied according to the five-column model, while the control group sample consisted of (35) students who studied according to the usual method. To achieve the goal of the research and its hypotheses, the research tool was applied, and it was represented by an achievement test of the type (multiple choice, true, false, and supplementation), and it included (30) items distributed according to the four levels (knowledge, understanding, application and analysis) of the cognitive domain of Bloom\'s classification, and the test was characterized by honesty and stability. After preparing the teaching plans, the experiment was applied by the subject teacher in the first course of the academic year(2022-2021AD), and after the researchers applied the tool and collected data and determined it statistically using the meansStatistical follow-up according to the statistical program Spss, the results showed the following:The students of the experimental group who studied according to the five columns model differed from the students of the control group who studied according to the usual method in the achievement test. In light of the results of the research, the researcher came out with several conclusions, including that the five columns model had an impact on raising the level of achievement of the students of the experimental group.

The current research aims to identify the moral values included in the Islamic Education book for the fifth grade of primary school. In order to achieve the research objective, the descriptive analytical approach was chosen due to its suitability to the research objectives, and the explicit word was taken as a unit of analysis. The research sample included (56) pages out of the total research community of (96) pages of the content of the Islamic Education book for the fifth grade of primary school, scheduled for the academic year (2023/2024). The research required preparing a list of moral values, the number of which amounted to (25) different moral values. After verifying their validity and stability, the content of the book was analyzed and the percentages for each moral value and their total frequencies were found. After statistically processing the data using the Holsti coefficient and the total frequencies, the research results revealed the availability of moral values to varying degrees in the Islamic Education book for the fifth grade of primary school, as the value of abandoning lying ranked first with a total of 24 frequencies at a rate of 16%, followed by the beloved joke at a rate of 19 at a rate of 12.6% frequencies, while

Artificial intelligence (AI) is a human-created technology designed to emulate and match the human mind in thinking and creativity. It represents a stage in human development where existing resources are harnessed to serve human needs. The human mind has managed to employ intelligent machines as proxies in many tasks, altering lifestyles and causing the disappearance of millions of jobs and the emergence of new roles. The machine’s role in serving humans in all fields—medical, economic, and even religious—whether through innovation, classification, or aggregation, cannot be denied.
In this context, some religious institutions are striving to invest in artificial intelligence for the realm of issuing fatwas (religious rulings), aiming for machines to act on behalf of humans in signing off on God\'s behalf. Despite its significance, this endeavor presents considerable challenges due to the standards of scientific input and the potential for device breaches, as well as the conflict of this industry with the jurisprudential criteria for issuing fatwas. These criteria include considering body language and its impact on rulings, the intentional understanding of textual indications, and spiritual, divine, and emotional considerations. The absence of some or all of these considerations in a human can lead to confused fatwas, possibly diverting them from their intended direction. If this is a risk with rational humans, it is even more so with inanimate machines. And God knows best.

This research deals with the study of the Sabians, a sect with its own rituals and beliefs that contradict in many aspects, including Islamic legislation, and around which there are many contradictions and opinions about the nature of their faith and worship, which makes it necessary for the researcher to research these contradictions to reach a result that is closer to the truth, and it has been mentioned. These Sabians are found in only three places in the Holy Qur’an, and they were mentioned alongside the People of the Book in two verses, and alongside the People of the Book and other polytheists in one verse. The jurists and interpreters had multiple opinions about mentioning them. Some of them believed that they were a group of Christians when they saw the similarity. Some of them differed in some beliefs, laws, and applications, and some of them saw other than that, and
they also differed in their reward and fate. Some of them saw that they would not be punished because the call of one of the prophets did not reach them, and some of them saw that it was enough for them to hear the call, and some of them saw other opinions that we will present. It is in this research, and from here this research comes to study this sect, and it was divided into two sections: the first section came to introduce the Sabians, their upbringing and beliefs, and the second section was to talk about the
Sabians in the Holy Qur’an by explaining the reward of the Sabians and their destination to God, followed by a conclusion that includes the most prominent results. What the research reached, and God grant us success in achieving the truth.

The research deals with the study and investigation of the treatise of Al-Hafiz Al-Sakhawi, “Discourse on Cutting the Nails.” The research is organized into two sections: the first section: the study section, and the second section: the investigation section. The study section deals with the introduction to Al-Hafiz Al-Sakhawi and his work, beginning with a mention of what is related to the translation of Al-Hafiz Al-Sakhawi, And his doctrine, and some of his sheikhs and students, and an overview of his writings, and his status, then an introduction to the work under study, its attribution to Al-Sakhawi, the reason for its composition, its subject, and a description of its copying, with an explanation of the method of copying, interviewing, and investigation.
The second part of the research dealt with the verification of the manuscript, in accordance with the methodological and scientific considerations adopted in the investigation. In terms of extracting hadiths from their reliable sources and judging them, documenting statements from their reliable sources, explaining strange words, commenting on jurisprudential issues that need clarification, translating those from scholars and jurists who need a translation, and other aspects of the investigation.
The research concluded with a number of results, including: the accuracy of the manuscript’s attribution to Al-Hafiz Al-Sakhawi, and the disclosure of some of the accuracy and integrity enjoyed by Al-Hafiz Al-Sakhawi in deciding controversial issues, in addition to his reliance on the most important books of jurisprudence, whether in the Shafi’i school of thought, or elsewhere, in the subject of the study. The research also concluded that there is no authentic hadith about the time of cutting the fingers, or the order therein, and that the scholars differed in determining the time of cutting them and the order of the cutting based on many opinions. What is correct about the time of cutting is that it is determined according to the need depending on the people and circumstances, just as nothing has been authenticated regarding burying. The nails, and what was mentioned therein, are not without weakness, although burying them is recommended according to the Shafi’is and some Hanafis.
