Dirasat Mosiliya

The research addresses the documentation of Arabic expressions and inscriptions on the facades of heritage houses in Mosul during the late Ottoman era, specifically those pertaining to the city's Muslim inhabitants. It also studies the inscriptions found on other parts of the houses. These expressions were meticulously penned in Thuluth, Nasta’liq and other calligraphic styles. The texts comprise Quranic verses, poetic verses, supplicatory phrases, proverbs, and wisdom sayings

The research aimed to answer the following two questions:
- What is the level of practicing strategic flexibility among the heads of departments of the faculties of the University of Mosul from the teachers' point of view - What is the level of practicing strategic flexibility among the heads of departments of the faculties of the University of Mosul from the point of view of the teachers according to the The research was limited to a sample of teachers in the colleges of the University of Mosul for the academic year 2021-2022. The research sample consisted of (410) teachers who were chosen from (6) colleges, with (3) science colleges and (3) humanities colleges, which constituted (10%). from the research community.
In terms of the research tool, the researcher EMBLOYED the measure of the level of strategic flexibility among the heads of departments of the faculties of the University of Mosul, which was prepared by the researcher based on the procedures of an exploratory study, and relying on some literature and standards that she had seen. During the selection of one of the five alternatives indicated for each item (very large, large, medium, little, very little) according to the Likert scale after finding indications of apparent validity and constructive validity for it, and to find the stability of the scale, test and retest methods were also adopted, Cronbach's alpha equation and self-truth. The stability coefficient of a scale according to these methods was (0.82).scientific title variable (professor - assistant professor After analyzing the data by using the statistical bag for social sciences spss and using the t-test for one sample and the t-test for two independent samples and the Pearson correlation coefficient and the t-test for the significance of the correlation coefficient, and after analyzing the data statistically, the researcher reached the following conclusions:/ teacher - assistant teacher
- The level of practicing strategic flexibility is higher than the average among the heads of departments of the faculties of the University of Mosul from the teachers' point of view.
- There is a statistically significant difference due to the scientific title variable (teacher - assistant teacher / professor - assistant professor) in the level of strategic flexibility among the heads of departments of the faculties of the University of Mosul from the teachers' point of view and in favor of Professor - assistant professor

The current research aimed at designing an educational unit based on multimedia for science and its impact on the achievement of second-grade intermediate students. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher set a number of zero hypotheses that dealt with the research variables. The researcher used the experimental approach, as she built an achievement test in the scientific content of the research. Its validity, stability, and distinction were confirmed by appropriate scientific methods, and then applied. The research sample consisted of (90) students. They were randomly selected from Mosul schools, distributed into two groups, one of which was an experimental group consisting of 46 students who were taught by employing multimedia in the presence of the school, and the other a control group consisting of 44 students who were taught in the usual way, the experiment was applied starting from the first semester of the academic year 2021-2022 The experiment was conducted on the sample after designing the achievement test, and it lasted for (40) days, and after data collection and statistical analysis, using the statistical program (SPSS), and the results indicated the following:
There is no statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the mean scores of the students of the experimental group who study according to the unit based on multimedia and the average scores of the students of the stray group who study according to the usual method in the science achievement test and its branches
There are no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the experimental group and the control group in the mean scores of female students' achievement in the two cognitive levels (remembering and comprehending).
There are no statistically significant differences at level (0.05) between the two cognitive levels (application, analysis).
Recommendation: Organizing training courses for teachers and students on the use of information technology.
Proposal: The effect of a computerized program based on hypermedia on the development of systemic imitation for middle school students

The aim of the research is to answer the following question:
Is there a statistically significant correlation between organizational agility and organizational excellence at the level of significance (0.05) among the heads of departments of the faculties of the University of Mosul from the teachers' point of view?
The research was limited to a sample of teachers in the colleges of the University of Mosul for the academic year 2021-2022. The research sample consisted of (381) teachers who were chosen from (6) colleges, by (3) scientific colleges and (3) humanities colleges, which constituted (10%)) from the research community.
As for the research tool, the researcher used two tools:
First: the measure of the level of organizational agility of the heads of departments of the faculties of the University of Mosul, which was built by the researcher based on the procedures of exploratory studies and relying on some literature and standards that I have seen. very large, large, medium, few, very little).
Second: The measure of the level of organizational excellence among the heads of departments of the faculties of the University of Mosul, which was prepared by the researcher based on the procedures of an exploratory study, and relying on some literature and standards that I have seen. For each paragraph (very large, large, medium, few, very little).
After analyzing the data by using the statistical bag for social sciences spss and using the t-test for one sample and the t-test for two independent samples and the Pearson correlation coefficient and the t-test for the significance of the correlation coefficient, and after analyzing the data statistically, the researcher reached the following result:
There is a positive correlation between the variables of organizational agility and organizational excellence.

The current research aims to identify the level of positive thinking among the students of the Institute of Fine Arts for Girls in the city of Mosul, and to identify the impact of an educational program to develop positive thinking among the students of the Institute of Fine Arts. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher applied the positive thinking(Monshid,2013) scale consisting of (50) items, and five Alternatives The researcher verified the apparent validity of the scale by presenting it to a group of experts, where the experts’ agreement rate reached (85%). Reliability was extracted using the Cronbach’s alpha equation. The reliability coefficient in this method reached (0.83), and the research sample consisted of (44) students from Second-year students in (the Design Department and the Fine Arts Department) at the Institute of Fine Arts who showed low positive thinking. An experimental design was used for the two experimental and control groups with pre- and post-tests, and the sample members were distributed into two groups (experimental and control), with (22) female students in each group, and parity was conducted between the students of the two groups in a number of variables. The researcher also built the educational program consisting of (6) educational lessons that help in developing positive thinking and applied them to the experimental group. To analyze the data, the statistical package (Spss) was used, and the results showed:
- There is a statistically significant difference between the average ranks of the experimental group’s scores on the pre- and post-tests, in favor of the post-test, and this indicates the impact of the educational program in developing positive thinking among female students of the Institute of Fine Arts.
- There is a statistically significant difference between the average scores of the two groups (experimental and control) on the post-test in favor of the experimental group, which indicates the development of positive thinking in them
