The research aims to identify the most important Hebrew inscriptions and writings remaining in the heritage houses of Mosul. Personal memoirs are considered an essential source of historical research and an important source for it. That is why I chose the research entitled (The most important sociological, “social” and educational aspects in Mosul in the late nineteenth century through the memoirs of Ali Jawdat). The research was divided into two sections. The first dealt with presenting a comprehensive presentation of the life of Ali Jawdat, who was He had an important role in the events and events of the late Ottoman era and during the First World War, then various roles throughout the royal era. The research aimed to answer the following two questions:
- What is the level of distributed leadership practice among the heads of departments of the faculties of the University of Mosul from the teachers' point of view?
- What is the level of leadership practice distributed among the heads of departments of the faculties of the University of Mosul from the point of view of the teachers according to the scientific title variable (professor - assistant professor / teacher - assistant teacher)?
The research was limited to a sample of teachers in the faculties of the University of Mosul for the academic yea2021-2022, the research sample consisted of (410) teachers who were chosen from (6) colleges, with (3) science colleges and (3) humanities colleges, making up (10%) of the research community.
In terms of the research tool, the researcher used the enrollment level scale distributed among the heads of departments of the faculties of the University of Mosul, which was built by the researcher based on the procedures of an exploratory study, and relying on some literature and standards that I have seen. By selecting one of the five alternatives indicated for each paragraph (very large, large, medium, little, very little) according to the Likert scale, after finding indications of apparent validity, content validity, and construction validity for it, and finding the stability of the scale was adopted.

The aim of the research is to answer the following question:
What is the level of agility of the heads of departments of the faculties of the University of Mosul from the teachers' point of view? The research was limited to a sample of teachers in the colleges of the University of Mosul for the academic year 2021-2022. Postponing exams, therefore, it has become necessary for them to be studied in order to find out the real causes behind this problem in exams in order to develop appropriate solutions for it, because the ministry’s mission, represented by schools, is to attract students to take exams in a smooth manner and far from the atmosphere that contributes to pushing students to postpone. Because such problems in the educational process are manifestations of educational waste, whether this is at the level of the time specified for the exam or at the level of study materials and exam supplies, therefore it falls upon the Directorate of Education to tighten the procedures in exams for students to take their exam and not postpone it for any reason whatsoever and to take it in The time specified by the directorate and school administration.
Our study dealt with a very important topic that has emerged greatly recently, which is postponing exams, whether in the scientific or literary branch, for the monthly, semi-annual, and final exams. What has been noted in previous years is that students no longer adhere to taking the exams on their specified dates by postponing by going. Our study was divided into two sections, the first of which dealt with the examination system in the preparatory stage and then mentioned the reasons for postponement. As for the second section, we dealt with the field study on the reasons for postponing exams. To reach important conclusions that can contribute to formulating some recommendations and proposals for the authorities responsible for exams so that they are conducted in a positive atmosphere that serves the educational process in Iraqi society, One of the most important results that the research reached is that the main reason for pushing students to postpone exams is because of the difficulty of the academic subject and the inaccuracy of the dates set for exams by the Ministry of Education.

The study aimed to clarify the concept of media, its importance and role, define the concept of identity and its impact on society, clarify the meaning of heritage and its importance to any society, and focus on clarifying the role of media in preserving identity and heritage in the Mosul region.
