Child poverty is a chronic phenomenon in Iraq that limits the potential of most children in Muthanna Governorate, limits their educational attainment, and hinders the realization of their legitimate rights. Therefore, the research aims to focus on the segment of children in the age group (less than 18 years) who suffer from the specter of poverty and develop a number of treatments in an attempt to reduce it or mitigate its impact.
