Cognitive a chievemt with the three-dimensional intelligence among the students of Colleges of physical Education and sport Sciences and the two researchers who used the descriptive approach in the style of mutual relationship and its correlation. They used to measure the cognitive achievement (Jinan Ghazi Sakar) and the three dimensional intelligence (safa abd alkareem) for this purpose the two measurements were applied to Sample of the research Community randomly. The sample consists of 42 students from the third stage (Junior) in the college of physical Education and sports Science for Girls - Baghdad University and then the results were done by statistical ways and methods (Spss - Statistical bag). Then the results have been shown and discussed in Schedules and points. The study found that there is a morale Correlation between the three-dimensional intelligence with the cognitive a achievements in the teaching methods.

The decision-making process, as described by many professionals in the field of management, is the centerpiece of the administrative process because it is linked to many administrative skills within any organization that is managed in terms of planning and organizing the administrative work to be implemented. In addition, the decision is consistent with the members of the institution in terms of the means of communication in which the decision is presented and the extent of its acceptance by the members of the institution. Based on the foregoing, the problem of the current research was manifested, where the two researchers aware the importance of decision-making in the most important sports institution by asking the following question (Are the heads of the Olympic committees in the sports federations able to take appropriate decisions in the situations and administrative tasks they face during their work?) while the current research aimed to identify the effectiveness of decision-making among the heads of the Iraqi Olympic committees from the point of view of the members of the sports federations. The two researchers followed the descriptive approach in the survey method because it suits the nature and objectives of the problem. The study population consisted of 181 sports federations members distributed over 22 Olympic federations. The two researchers were keen to follow all steps and scientific rules in preparing and applying the study scale in terms of validity, reliability and objectivity, after applying it to the sample population, which numbered 102 members, was selected randomly. The two researchers relied on the apparent validity, discriminatory ability, and the internal consistency of the scale. The two researchers also relied on stability using the half-segmentation method and Cranach’s Alpha method, After that, the scale was applied to another sample outside the numbers and survey samples, which numbered 62 individuals. After conducting the relevant survey methods, the two researchers reached many conclusions, the most important is having the scientific and academic experience, in addition having experience in the sports field by the administrators make them able to make the right decisions appropriate to the nature of the problem or the aim. The leadership personality of the administrator and following the correct methods in managing the union, contributes to issuing and making the right decisions. In addition, the effectiveness of decisions within the organization is demonstrated by creating a healthy organizational climate and job satisfaction among the members of the organization. The two researchers also recommended the necessity of paying attention to the leadership personality of the heads of federations, because it is related to the effectiveness of the decisions they make

The shot put activity is one of the special activities in athletics, and it is one of the four throwing activities (javelin throw, discus throw, hammer throw, shot put) and it requires physical abilities and special motor abilities that depend effectively and influential on the biomechanical aspects, especially when it comes to people with disabilities. Including the (40f) category, who enjoy great support from the international community in general and in their countries in particular, and the possibility of developing their achievements to raise the name of their countries in international forums. The importance of the research is highlighted by analyzing the kinetic path of the Iraqi world champion, Jarrah Nassar, through the analysis of some biomechanical indicators for the stage of power development (power supply), which is considered one of the most important technical stages affecting the final achievement of the players shot put off the paste, whether they are normal or have a disability. The aim of the research is to identify what is the role of educational and technological competencies according to the T-Pack model in the degree of self-assertion among the teachers of colleges and departments of physical education and sports sciences at the University of Baghdad. The research community was also determined by the teaching staff of the University of Baghdad from the faculties of physical education and sports sciences and the college of physical education and sports sciences for girls for the academic year (2021-2022), which numbered (233) teaching and teaching. The main sample is (150) teachers, at a rate of (64.37%) of the community. The conclusions came as follows: It was reached that there is a moral relationship between educational and technological competencies according to the “T-pack model and the degree of self-affirmation among the teachers of the faculties of physical education and sports sciences at the University of Baghdad

The research aims to determine the critical speed of the 400-meter runner, and prepare exercises for the critical speed and mechanical ability to test the maximum speed of the 400-meter runner under the age of 20 years, And to identify the effect of these exercises in developing the special maximum speed and the completion of the 400m ran for the research sample, The two researchers followed the experimental method by designing one group with a pre and posttest, The research community was identified with the players of the National Center for the Care of Sports Talent in Athletics of the Ministry of Youth and Sports - Baghdad, who are regularly training for the season (2020-2021), The research sample was chosen in a practical way, where the research community of (8) youth players in a 400-meter sprint, Two (2) players were selected randomly by lottery to conduct the pilot experiment on them, The number of the sample for conducting the research experiment on them was (6) players, The pre and post tests were applied to the research sample, And educational units were prepared for the research sample and included (36) training units with a duration of (12) weeks, and every week three training units and the time of each training unit was (90) minutes, The training curriculum was applied in the main part of the educational and applied division and relied on the statistical program (spss) to extract the results, The research came out with a set of conclusions, including: 1- The exercises that determine the critical speed and mechanical ability contributed significantly to the development of the achievement of the 400-meter freestyle youth ran. 2- The development of the research sample through the use of critical speed exercises and mechanical ability led to the development of the special maximum speed, which led to a reduction in the achievement time for the effectiveness of the 400-meter freestyle sprint.

Achieving high achievement in the sport of fencing requires thinking, awareness and visual tracking, as visual tracking is one of the important visual abilities that a fencing player needs and is considered one of the special visual abilities as it contributes and helps in the correct motor, mental and mental performance and gives the fencing the ability to perfect and accomplished performance in training and competition. Where the research problem lies in the weak skill performance of the fencing players as a result of the weakness in possessing visual and mental abilities. The two researchers used the experimental method in a controlled manner (experimental and control groups) with a pre and post-test. The research community was identified with (the female fencing team players) in the College of Physical Education and Sports Science for Girls for the academic year (2021-2022), which numbered (14) players. The sample was divided randomly (even and odd numbers) to:

Therefore, the two researchers recommend the necessity of paying attention to the skill performance of the female fencing players by investing in the mental, motor and physical speed exercises similar to the skill performance. The current study aimed to identify the degree of dimensions of the overall moral integrity of the students of the faculties of physical education and sports sciences and fine arts according to the variable (specialization). The different educational methods provide the teacher with an opportunity to choose the optimal and appropriate method for the educational environment in order to be able to achieve the educational goals and develop the different abilities of the learner. The researcher has dealt with the study of inclusion style and the command style in learning some scouting skills by preparing a single educational curriculum that is taught to learners using the two mentioned method. The sample of the research is taken from scouting teams within the junior scout stage (intermediate study stage) from schools affiliated to the central district of Tikrit in Salah Al-Deen governorate. Two groups are adopted, in which both are experimental.After obtaining the results through the pre and post-tests and processing it statistically, it is found that both groups have learned the scouting skills well using the two methods, but there is an advantage in learning the inclusion style .Thus, the researcher recommends the need to use the inclusion style in educational units due to its effective role in learning the basic skills.

The research aimed at identifying the effect of some kinematical variables on performing backhand in tennis as well as identifying the relation between these kinematical variables and backhand skill performance. The researcher hypothesized statistical relationship between some kinematical variables of backhand performance.
