The research aims to identify the impact of problem-solving strategy in learning the skills of crushing and repelling wall volleyball for students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport Sciences, and the researchers chose the experimental approach to suit the problem and research objectives, and the research community included second stage students in the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Science For the academic year (2018-2019), the research sample was chosen randomly, which represents the Division (A) and the number of (30) students, so their percentage of the research community (50%) and the researchers conducted the survey on Sunday, 03 / 03/2019) on the eye The researchers used (8) students from outside the research sample, the researchers used the test of the crushing skill and the test of the skill of the repelling wall, and the researchers conducted the pre-tests on Wednesday (06/03/2019), and post-tests after the completion of the implementation of the curriculum specified on Sunday, (12/05/2019), the researchers concluded that the problem-solving strategy is obviously important in revealing the abilities and capabilities of female students towards the development of learning, especially in the skills of crushing and crushing wall, and that the proposed strategy on scientific knowledge had an active role in the development of various aspects The game, especially the skills under W, and it recommends researchers to conduct research and studies to determine the impact of the use of problem-solving in the development of cognitive aspects and aspects of skills and other sports games strategy. The aim of this study is to find out the effect of using collaborative learning and brainstorming on classroom management in student's achievement. To answer the main question of this study, the researcher formulated several questions, in order to find out: Are there differences of statistical significance between the experimental and control groups due to the achievement level of students in the two academic subjects: the foundations of education, general psychology? The researcher used the analytical descriptive approach and the semi-empirical approach using the arithmetic mean and standard deviations and the T test to analyze the results of the study that were identified in the English language department of the university college in the second semester of the academic year 2016-2017 (the first stage) Fifty-three students for the experimental and control groups excluded three of them to achieve parity between the sample members.

Because of the growing utility of technology-based learning especially translation and the rapid expansion of internet all over the world, it becomes an urgent need to research for the pros and cons of machine learning for its widely used. This paper aims at investigating the Arabic-English morphological, syntactic and semantic errors made by the machine applications with special reference to Google Translate app, and it also aims at the role of machine in learning. The paper discusses linguistics effects of machine translation in language learning. The paper also discusses the main linguistic problems and difficulties of machine translation conducted by mobile and computer applications for English and Arabic in addition to recommending certain steps and solutions which help in overcoming such difficulties. The paper deeply attempts to find recommendations for getting good quality of Arabic machine translation and to take them into account by developers of the learning apps in smartphones and computers.The paper attempts to answer the following questions. What are the effects of errors made by the translation of Google Translate in Arabic upon users of electronic apps? What are the causes of these errors and how do these errors affect the translation quality? How to correct these errors and overcome them? The paper has adopted the analysis by analyzing certain sentences as samples translated by Google Translate app, smartphones dictionaries and Toolkit app and other internet websites specialized in machine translation.

The research aims to identify the role of brain storming in promoting the competitive capacities in the General company for manufacturing the Rady-Made clothes in Mosul , as well asdiagnos and find methods to help the organization surveyed in improving the competitive capacity, where an individual could produce a lot of various ideas thus the organization surveyed can decrease the problem facing these capacities. The researcher found an approach to from the limits of the problems through the following question: to what extent the brain storming stages leave , an actual impact on the competitive capacity. In order to answer the research has qustion ,the researcher put ahypothesis to reflect the nature of correlations and influence among the research variables. (brin storming and competitive capacities). The hypothesis of the research was tested using a number of means of statistical data collected using a questionnaire. After analysis of the data, the research found a number of conclusions The most important was: that there is a significant positive correlation between the effect of management operations(brin storming and competitive capacities) under the correlation coefficient at the level of the organization examined, Based on conclusions propoals were developed, the most important were making: charge in human resources and enhancing information technologies through trining in order to provide highly innovation and efficient personnel capable of participation in excuting the organizational goal .

The developments and deep changes taking place in the international community have led to the abandonment of old beliefs and postulates and the adoption of forms of cooperation instead of the method of confrontation and the pursuit of the principles of humanity, political and social democracy, and the strengthening of constitutions with these universal principles.From human rights and the guarantee of public freedoms contained in international conventions, this concern went beyond the scope of the constitution and the borders of states, then turned into a global question, and the international community sought to internationalize it and place it in the protection of international law.For this reason, we decided to address this important issue in Iraq, especially in the Iraqi constitution for the year 2005 and compare it with the old constitutions of Iraq, as well as compare it with the constitutions, civilized countries, and their compatibility with this new approach.

The teaching profession is inherently a fine artistic profession, but it is a profession that has its origins and a science that has foundations and is essentialEffective university teaching is of an active nature, as it is affected by a large number of factors, including those related to the university professor, including those related to the student himself, in terms of his personal characteristics, capabilities, and inclinations, including those related to the nature of university curricula and academic and teaching plans at the university.Despite the importance of teaching methods, there are still few studies in this field, and stagnation and monotony in giving lectures to increasing numbers of students is still the dominant method in higher education, as most studies have shown in this field.For this reason, the urgent need appears in most universities to develop and renew teaching methods, and for the purpose of knowing the most important teaching methods used in the University Pen College, to be our first steps in the field of serious interest in improving and developing the teaching process, and to reveal the most prominent teaching obstacles facing the teaching staff, we had to know Current reality.The aim of the study was to identify the teaching methods prevailing in the University College Pen in the departments of (Quranic sciences, sport, and the English language). Courses of teaching methods and they actually taught in the fourth stage, through practical application in secondary education. The research sample consisted of (104) students. The researcher prepared a questionnaire for students that included (10) teaching methods used in general in university education.Through the application and emptying the questionnaire, the study showed that the lecture method is the most common and used in teaching in these departments, followed by the inductive method, the deductive, the interrogation, the computer, and the reason for using the lecture method is due to the weakness of the available techniques and educational means which the teacher is forced to rely on this method .The study also showed that there is no difference in the ratios of the use of different methods between these three departments. The study recommended that teachers introduce intensive courses for modern teaching methods so that they include:1-Criteria for a successful teaching method .2-Principles
