This study (the educational significance in Surah Al-Infitar) deals with some of the scenes of the Day of Resurrection, and what will happen on that terrible day of momentous events and great events. Then I added these verses by mentioning some kindnesses and signs, and the educational connotations contained in the Surah. As for the research, it includes: An introduction and two sections, I dealt with Surah (Al-Infitar), which is one of the Meccan surahs that is filled with a large number of scenes of the unraveling of the knots of this universe, which prompted me to study it, I concluded this study with a conclusion that was reached, then I attached it to the list of sources that the researcher relied on.

This research aims to study the characteristics of the prophets from the prophetic stories, which are mentioned by the Prophet in his honorable hadiths and study them as a doctrinal study by selecting the prophetic stories related to the subject of the study. It examines the stories contained in the biography and the history of the Companions, so this study aims to shed light on the prophetic stories in particular, explaining the attributes of the prophets that were mentioned in them. The study of this research is the definition of the prophetic stories and their types, the definition of the prophets, and the statement of their attributes in the prophetic stories. then we reached a conclusion that includes the most important result of the research.

In this research, I dealt with an important part of the fundamental parts, which is the issue of fragmentation. I combined the fundamental and applied sides of the issue, and I called the research “Partition - Rooting and Application.” The research came with an introduction, two sections, and a conclusion.
As for the introduction, I discussed the importance of the topic, my approach to research, and presented the studies that preceded me in this research, and my plan that I followed.
The first section included three requirements. The first requirement: Definition of the term juz’ in linguistic books. The second requirement: Definition of the term juz’ in jurisprudential works. The third requirement:
In it, I mentioned the places and positions in which the fundamentalists discussed the term partiality, and the second section included three topics as well, the first in which I presented the sayings of the fundamentalists regarding the meaning of the matter regarding partiality, the second: the means and methods of knowing partiality, and the third: in which I presented a number of sub-applied models that resulted from the disagreement of the fundamentalists. On the significance of the matter regarding recompense, I explained the impact of this disagreement among jurists, then I concluded the research with a conclusion in which I mentioned the most prominent results that I reached. Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds.

The research aims to explain the essence and core of Islamic law in refusing violence between spouses, applying a sample of 246 individuals from the city of Akre in Duhok Governorate to identify this phenomenon. Also, the research examines the social and psychological factors contributing to spousal violence and proposes ways to address it from an Islamic legal perspective. A descriptive survey approach was employed, collecting data through three questionnaires. The first questionnaire addressed the most widespread type of violence, comprising five items. The second focused on social and psychological factors leading to spousal violence, with twenty-three items. The third covered potential solutions and proposals to address spousal violence, including eleven items, and was administered to married individuals from Akre.
The research findings revealed that verbal violence is the most common type of violence between spouses. The primary factor contributing to spousal violence was a lack of understanding of religious teachings and rules. The study revealed that most respondents believed the only solution to reduce spousal violence is a correct understanding of Islamic religion.
Key results included: verbal violence is the most prevalent type of violence between spouses; Islamic law emphasizes achieving peace, affection, and mercy between spouses through understanding and constructive dialogue. This is in accordance with the words of God Almighty: "And of His signs is that He created for you from yourselves mates that you may find tranquility in them; and He placed between you affection and mercy. Indeed, in that are signs for a people who give thought." (Surat al-Rum, verse 21). Additionally, respondents indicated that spousal happiness lies in understanding the goals of Islamic law in marital conflicts and disagreements. Failure to do so leads to violence, moral collapse, and chaos.
Moreover, the research made several recommendations, including developing a strategic scientific, intellectual, and educational program by specialist scholars and thinkers to teach society the concepts and purposes of the Qur'an and the noble Prophetic Sunnah, ensuring family and societal stability, security, peace, and happiness.
Finally, the uniqueness of this research lies in its focus. It is the first field study in Akre, Duhok Governorate, specifically targeting married couples, and there are no similar studies in terms of form and content within this geographical area.

In this research, the study sought to collect the hadiths narrated by Imam Abu Ya’la al-Mawsili in his Musnad and the presence of their chains of transmission by Imam al-Haythami in Majma’ al-Zawa’id. After tracing and extrapolation, it amounted to (5) hadiths. This study came with an explanation of it and began with a translation by Imam Abu Ya’la, “may God have mercy on him,” followed by a statement. Some of his sheikhs and students, then explaining the scholars’ praise of him, quoting the sayings of the scholars about him, and mentioning the date of his death, and all of this is in the first section of the study. The second section came in the life of Imam al-Haythami, beginning with introducing him with mentioning some of his sheikhs and students, then explaining his status. Scientific knowledge and his preservation, concluding the study with his death, “May God Almighty have mercy on him.” While the third section of it came in the study of the hadiths narrated by Imam Abu Ya`la al-Mawsili in his Musnad and the presence of its chains of transmission by Imam al-Haythami in Majma` al-Zawa’id. The study of these hadiths was that we cite the narration with its text chain of transmission from the Musnad of Abu Ya`la al-Mawsili with mentioning al-Haythami’s ruling directly after it, and after that we graduate the hadith. Then we study the men of its chain of transmission and judge the chain of transmission through the study to find out that its ruling agrees with what becomes clear to us from the study, explaining that by judging the chain of transmission. After this, we convey the sayings of the scholars in judging the hadith, and from God is success, and we can trust in Him.

Over time from the mission of prophet Muhammad (pbuh) till now we need his biography in all aspects of our life to take the purified lessons to be a beacon that lights our present and future for it is a aspiritual and educational forsas as well as for coming generations.
This research deals with the biography of prophet Muhammad (pbuh) for its a power for the unitied society which prophet Muhammad built deperding on its unity and variety as a gurantie to the rights of their citizenes.
The research also basic axes in the elements of unity and variety in the religious, social, economit and military aspent in AL-Madina society in which the prophet Muhammad (pbuh) instilling the values of love, respect and co-operation among its residentsiens.

All divine laws and religions have paid great attention to women, and have made it obligatory for them to be chaste and modest in order to protect and honor them. Therefore, all the sacred texts mentioned in the Torah, the Bible, and the Holy Quran have called upon women to fear God Almighty and to maintain chastity and purity by lowering the gaze and guarding the private parts, Not adornment except for the husband, and preserving modesty by restricting to wearing legitimate clothing and the veil that covers all private parts of the body, and not being gentle in speaking to foreign men, as well as not imitating them, while stating the categorical prohibition of adultery and increasing its punishment for early and married women, making the punishment flogging for the first and stoning for the second.

The word (zakat) is mentioned in the Holy Qur’an, and this word denotes the meaning of (growth) and it means growth (the blessing of God Almighty). Of what is eaten, drunk and worn, and the second: self-purification, that is: developing it with goodness and blessings. What concerns us in this research is the second indication, which means self-purification; Because of its important role in clarifying the concepts of the science of purification from the perspective of the Holy Qur’an.
Therefore, the focus in this research will be on the verses in which the word (zakat) is mentioned in the sense of self-purification, then it will be possible to derive the important Qur’anic concepts related to the science of purification from these verses, then formulate them in the form of rules; So that we can connect it with those rules that the scholars of Tazkiyah elicited; So we come to a conclusion that clarifies to us the semantic value that the scholars of acclamation adopted in those rules, and that they did not concoct these rules out of them or put them according to their whims; Rather, their principle in this was to rely on the Book of God and the Sunnah of His Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace.

The research included a study of the jurisprudential provisions of the gift in terms of its relation to inheritance and the rights of the heirs in money، where the research attempts to answer important questions in this aspect such as: Do the heirs have a right to the inherited’s money while he is alive? A person has the right to discriminate between his children or heirs in giving without reason، or harming the heirs and creating envy and grudges among them، or depriving some of the heirs of the inheritance through the gift، and does the father have the right to preserve the right of his daughter and wife from what may befall them from relatives، and is the donation in a state of health and perfection is such as making adonation at the time of illness and death، etc I ask Allah to guide us to the right path.

Explaining the narration of the Holy Qur’an in the story of the six days of creation to give us complete knowledge about it, and to lead us to the right path, because of the comprehensiveness, truthfulness, and continuous chain of transmission in the Holy Qur’an, and its dominance over what Judaism has. The style of the Great Qur’an is something else, completely different from the methods that humans formulate. Because human methods carry within them the energy, ability, and desires of humans, while the Qur’anic method carries within its vocabulary and structures the will and will of God in guiding His creation and helping them.

The aim of the current research is to identify the effect of using the card questions strategy on the achievement of fourth-grade primary school students in Islamic education and their level of ambition the research sample was limited to fourth-grade primary school students at (Zaid bin thabit boys school) section (a) experimental group, and section (b) the control group for the academic year 2023-2024, the to research groups consisted, with (37) students in the experimental group and (35) students in the control group, the researcher used an experimental design with two equal groups and prepared an achievement test that was compatible with the vocabulary of the academic subject for that stage,and its final form consisted of (15) items, the validity and reliability of the test were extracted using appuopriate methods, the researcher also adopted the ambition level scale of al-sultani(2014) and it was adapted to suit the sample of the curuent research after presenting it to agroup of arbitrators in the field of educational and psychological sciences, the scale became ready and its final form consists of (13) items, after applying the post-test and the ambition level scale to the research sample, the data was collected and processed statistically, significant differences between the average scores of the members of the experimental group, which was studied according to the card question strategy, and the average scores of the control group in the achievement, for the benefit of the experimental group and statistically significant differences appeared, between the average scores of the members of the tow group on the ambition level scale and for the experimental group, and in light of the researcher recommended adopting the strategy of card question in teaching Islamic education for all stages of primary school.

This research is drawn from the thesis tagged: (The hadiths included by Al-Bukhari in his Sahih and cited by Ibn Abi Hatim in his book Al-Ilal from the beginning of the book to the borders, a critical study. This art aims to collect the critical sayings between Imam Al-Bukhari and the two Imams, Abu Hatim and Abu Zar’ah, by presenting Ibn Abi Hatim Some of the questions and answers are from Abu Hatim and Abu Zar’ah, and in this book we find that most of the hadiths that Ibn Abi Hatim asked about and mentioned in his book, so I wanted my study and research to be in this book because of its scientific value and precious treasures that enrich those who read them and increase their knowledge. His skill in this art, and after investigating the issues and the issue of criticizing narrations, is the method of advanced scholars and it is an indication of the nation’s eagerness to reach the truth and correctness wherever it may be.

This research dealt with the study and investigation of a footnote to explain the curriculum toImam Al-Ziyadi (d. 1024 AH) (the book of endowment) in Shafi\'i jurisprudence, which is one of the most famous schools of jurisprudence, the author wrote a footnote on Fath Al-Wahhab, which is an explanation of the student\'s curriculum book.
Both the text and the explanation of Sheikh Al-Islam Zakaria Al-Ansari, the researcher deliberately directed the manuscript in a modern way according to what the author wanted without increasing or decreasing, and God is the helper and upon him the taklan.

This footnote is considered one of the significant footnotes on the interpretation of Imam al-Baydhawi - may God have mercy upon him - by Sheikh Sinan al-Din al-Amasi al-Barada’i, to the point that its author was attributed to it so that he began to be called: (Sinan al-Muhshi), and it became a resource for many other footnotes later - especially the footnotes of al-Shihab al-Khafaji and al-Qunawi. Because it includes many arts of language, rhetoric, and others, it is a book of great worth. Al-Muhshi - may God have mercy upon him - despite his brevity, hardly leaves anything without commenting, and because of the strength of his style and the abundance of his knowledge, he mentions niceties, jokes, and precise deductions in a concise manner, and mentions some aspects of the readings without being obligated of those that are previously mentioned a lot. He also paid attention to grammar without elaboration or digression. Al-Muhshi - may God have mercy upon him - was distinguished by his focus on the idea in a concise and useful manner, far from being lengthy. My research came to highlight the status of this footnote and the benefits it contains in various sciences, in the course of showing it by introducing its author and mentioning his biography and scientific biography, such as his birth and upbringing, as he was one of the most prominent scholars of his time, as well as the scholars from whom he took knowledge, and his position among scholars; in addition to introducing his footnote and its importance.

This research, titled: Irregular Qur’anic Readings in the Book of Meanings of the Qur’an by Al-Nahhas (d. 338 AH), includes a comparative study with the book Al-Muhtasib by Ibn Jinni (d. 392 AH), and a study of the abnormal Qur’anic readings mentioned in Al-Nahhas’ Book, then comparing these readings with what was mentioned in Al-Muhtasib’s book for Ibn Jinni - which is the most famous book mentioned in these readings - and the research was divided into an introduction, a preface, and two sections.
As for the introduction, it included an introduction to the abnormal readings in language and terminology, and a brief overview of the life of Al-Nahhas. As for the first section, it included a study of the places mentioned by Al-Nahhas and in which Ibn Jinni agreed, which are 32 places.
The second section includes a study of the places mentioned by Al-Nahhas and not mentioned by Ibn Jinni, which are 26 places. Then the research is concluded by mentioning the references that I used in this research, which are 37 references.

I concluded that Sheikh Al-Waziri's footnote included many sciences, arts, and knowledge similar to the art for which he wrote this book, which is the science of interpretation. The one who browses and examines this footnote will see in it a quantity of sciences of all kinds and branches that are united by the science of interpretation, which is a meeting point between... The sciences relate to each other. Interpretationcombines grammar, morphology, rhetoric, theology. jurisprudence, principles, hadith, and other sciences. Sheikh Al-Waziri also combined, reconciled, and combined these sciences and linked them together in a way that makes it easy for the seeker of knowledge to return to the foundations of issues in the various sciences, and this is significant. On the encyclopedia of Sheikh Al-Waziri, and the extensiveness of his memory, even though he did not write a complete footnote on Al-Baydawi's interpretation.

This research dealt with a study of the concept of (blocking and bit) in the law of inheritance, where the study indicates that blocking means deprivation and not decrease, and that blocking is in the right of the gang only. It indicates the meaning of the bits and clarifies that it means severance and irreversibility in the judgment after all The non-entitlement of all the estate and the non-union of the cause in the event of the existence of the castor, which makes the mention of the cast sufficient to prove the non-union of the cause. It also presents the issue of entitlement and rights related to the estate, the entitlement that prevents inheritance is when the heir is present, while the entitlement that is not prevented from inheritance is when there are children. He also touches on the issue of kinship and points out that the closest is more likely than the closest, and speaks of objections that may be raised in this regard. , and touches on the issue of blocking and redress in this context. The text also indicates that the remaining share in the estate belongs to the League, to the question of giving this share in the event of infidelity.

I concluded that Sheikh Al-Waziri’s footnote included many sciences, arts, and knowledge similar to the art for which he wrote this book, which is the science of interpretation. The one who browses and examines this footnote will see in it a quantity of sciences of all kinds and branches that are united by the science of interpretation, which is a meeting point between... sciences together.
Sheikh Al-Waziri also combined, reconciled and combined these sciences, enabling them to build a face for the seeker of knowledge to refer to the foundations of mathematics in the various sciences, and this is an indication of Al-Waziri’s encyclopedia, and I preserved it even though he did not write a complete footnote on Al-Baydawi’s interpretation

This book is one of the important books on the interpretation of Imam Al-Baydawi - Allah mercy - by Hajj Abd al-Allah Ibn al-Hajj Mohamed known as al-Tuti, where he dealt with the definition of the names of Surat Al-Fatihah where he relied on the two main sources, namely the book and the Sunnah, and then took his interpretive, fundamentalist, jurisprudential and grammatical sources, where his phrases, which he was reporting with a clear meaning, were easy to read, so his phrases were not brief to the point of disturbing the meaning.

This research deals with the investigation and study of part of a manuscript on two important topics of the Islamic faith, namely: righteousness and the most righteous, and proof of the existence of Allah Almighty. As for righteousness and the most righteous, it is an innovation of the Mu’tazilites who made it obligatory upon God to do what is righteous and most righteous. This research deals with responding to them and explaining the corruption of their opinion. In it, he supported the opinion of the Sunnis and the Aljma’ah that they are not obligatory for Allah. As for proving the existence of Allah Almighty, it is one of the most important topics of the science of belief - if not the most important - the author mentioned the principles upon which the proof of the existence of the world is based, and the shortest way to indicate On the world happening..

This study shows the relationship of the science of legal objectives to the Prophet’s supplications and the role of these supplications in preserving the most important necessary objectives for the obligated person, as I did not find - within the limits of my knowledge - a study that combined these two issues.
This great merit for the supplication must be linked to great purposes and important secrets, so this study titled, (The Necessary Legal Objectives in the Prophetic supplications) comes to explain the most important necessary purposes in these supplications.
The research includes an introduction and two sections. In the first section, the legal objectives and their validity were introduced. As for the second section, the virtue of supplications and its most important necessary objectives are discussed. lastly, a conclusion comes with the most important results.

The study of positive religions and their beliefs is one of the most important topics that a Muslim must study.
