The study also recommends creating an environment conducive to investment, especially providing a secure political environment to satisfy the investor wishing to invest in the province.

The present study is based on analyzing the natural geographical potentials in Muthanna Governorate and its suitability for the establishment of natural reserves and their development. The areas studied as nature reserves were of two types, namely, wild reserves. These included three sites in Badia, Muthanna Governorate (Hadaniya, , Rifaiya) in the district of Salman, and the Wadi Al-Dhobaa Valley in the area of Basayeh . The second type was the aqueducts , which included two sites, the Sawa Lake Reserve and a low-lying reserve. She also studied the Western Sawa Wildlife Reserve of the Directorate of Muthanna Agriculture, which includes the animals of deer and ostrich. Building a training program based on the integrated approach and learning about its impact on the development of reflection in the biology teachers, the researcher committed the experimental method procedures, using experimental design with the two parallel groups with tribal and remote measurement.
The research community consisted of (96) biology teachers, while the sample consisted of (24) teachers and teachers. The sample was randomized into two experimental groups (12) teachers and their teachers participated in the training program,( 12) Teacher and teacher did not participate in the training program, the researcher rewarded between the two groups in a number of variables (years of service, scientific qualification, the test of compromise thinking.

The current research aims to identify the effectiveness of an educational program based on the model of Whitley and Appleton in retaining the physical concepts of the fourth grade students. To achieve the goal of the research, the following zero hypotheses were formulated :
1.There was no statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group who studied according to the Whitley Appleton model and the average score of the students of the control group who studied in the usual way in the test of retention of physical concepts.
2. There is no statistically significant difference at the significance level (0.05) among the percentage of students who have retained the physical concepts of the experimental and control groups in the test of retention of physical concepts.
The society of this research is determined by the fourth grade scientific students in all the secondary and preparatory public schools in the General Directorate of Baghdad Governorate Education / Al-Rusafa II for the academic year 2018-2019. The sample consisted of (73) fourth grade students (36) students in the experimental group and (37) in the control group in al-Bashir secondary school for boys belonging to the General Directorate of Baghdad governorate education / second Rusafa - center, Both groups were rewarded in Biting variables.
The experiment was applied in the first semester of the academic year (2018 - 2019). At the end of the first semester, the test of acquisition of physical concepts was re-applied two weeks after the first application prepared by the researchers in the two research groups to determine the retention of physical concepts among students. To verify the validity of its contents, by presenting it to the specialists in physics and methods of teaching science, and verified the characteristics of the cykometric, and then the data was processed statistically by the appropriate means, and the results appeared as follows:
There was a statistically significant difference at the mean level of (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group who studied according to the Whitley and Appleton model and the average scores of the control group students who studied in the usual way in the retention test of the physical concepts and the percentage test.
